My fiance and i went here and we were made to feel welcome. The owner, Justin, had thought we had waited to get served at the bar and came over and introduced himself. We told him it was fine but he insisted on buying all our drinks during or stay. He went over and beyond to make us feel welcome and we highly recommend this place to everyone.

For a pub/bar situation, it seemed like a pretty cool place. The staff were all nice, the patio had a view (through some trees) of fireworks from the fairgrounds, about 5 TV's, a pretty good beer selection, and the guy who played music on Monday night was quite entertaining. It's not a gourmet place, but if you want a place to relax, have some free bar popcorn, a beer, and listen to a dude play Brittney Spears on an acoustic guitar, this is your place.

We came in for the fish fry. The fish was excellent! Hot, fresh & not fishy tasting at all. The macaroni salad & coleslaw were outstanding! We asked & were told that the salads are homemade. Service was great!! We'll be back & recommend that you shop in on a Friday & have a fish fry.

Local dive in a new location with daily specials. Hat Trix got a face lift when they recently moved into the old L’Isola D’Oro. It’s much bigger, cleaner, newer and nicer than it was. They have a real sign now too which is a plus. This is only funny if you knew their last location. We stopped in to visit some friends before the eclipse. It wasn’t busy but we enjoyed some great company and took advantage of their $.50 wings. Wings were big, hot, crispy and saucy. We tried the spicy bbq, yummy and the heat crept up quietly. Darts, tv’s with games and a video crack machine in the corner round this place out. They have a full bar and bar food menu options. Pricing for food was very reasonable. Service was great. The bartender was on the move and took care of everyone. He even greeted everyone with a special eclipse gift bag.

Great fish fry and other foods. Love their special nights, like Mondays $.50 wing night,and Tuesdays taco night,Fridays we have fun on karaoke night.

Always a fun experience here! It was karaoke night. So we enjoyed listening to everyone, played some darts, ordered some drinks and chicken wings and enjoyed ourselves. Food was good, great bartender and a great time!!!

Stoped in for the all you can eat crab night. Cassie was our waitress… she was amazing! Sweet, kind, and right on top of things. The portions were huge! The crab legs were so tasty! Did not even have to use the melted butter… very sweet crab legs.my hubby got the chicken fingers… and they were the best he has had in quite some time! I would definitely recommend this place for a bite to eat and a refreshing drink! 10/10 would recommend!

I've been to 2 benefits at Hatrix and it is the perfect location. The food is wonderful, the staff are amazing and the facilities also have other areas for entertainment. They also have a smoking area which is heated in the winter.

My son & I stopped for the roast beef for lunch. Turned out the special for lunch was the beef & wings. That roast beef was probably the best roast beef I've had! The flavor was so good and the beef was so tender! The wings were very good also. They were medium with enough spice but not too much.

OMG, The Hatrix Supreme Stromboli is over a dinner plate size, and has a taste that my Italian grandmother would love! Enough for two adults and and two kids. Love the family atmosphere at this new Hatrix, definitely coming back for more!

Order the Barney Burger if you like burgers or the chicken wings. They have a nice patio, parking, indoor seating, with karaoke and live acts throughout the week. I didn't give it 5 stars thought they may deserve it for being the place that hustled the most to stay open during the pandemic. Great bar food and enough good regulars to balance out the bad ones. Use the SW driveway to exit because the cut-in at the traffic light takes forever to turn green.

Good food, good drink list, great prices, and glacially slow service. One of my favorite places to fill up on food and catch a buzz for under $20, but try to get a seat at the bar as table service has been exceptionally poor every time I've visited. Monday wing special is HIGHLY recommended.

The food wasn't bad. The atmosphere was a little lively as there was a birthday party and college football going on, but not too bad. My date on the other hand... Thank you to the very kind woman who tried to build me up despite him.

I go there on Wednesday to enjoy their all you can eat crab legs dinner. I have been there twice, and it was excellent both times. They serve it with a side salad, corn and boiled potatoes. I will definitely be back.

I stopped by on my way home from another bar and ordered wings to go. My wings were excellent and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I only rated it a 4 for atmosphere because it was fairly empty when I visited. I will definitely visit again when it is busier and adjust my rating as necessary. I have visited the last few bars run by the same owners and they always impressed me with their high level of service. I have no doubt that this new venue will impress me as well.

it was all you can eat crab leg night, I am not a fish eater, but who had it was happy with meal. I had beef on weck,fries, beef was a little fatty for me. fries were just warm . waitress was rushed,understandably. would like to go back again, just not on that night.

We were just cruising through and found this place to grab a quick bite to eat. Holy smoke the calzone was the biggest dam thing I have ever seen . Food is pretty decent for pub food and the servings are quite large and priced well.

We go for the wing special, .45$ for regular flavors including BBQ and Cajun. Wings are always cooked well, crispy but not dry. Size is on the medium to small. The wait staff are great and have always been very accommodating to us. I highly recommend this location.

Female bartender was pleasant and relaxed, despite the full bar. Beers were surprisingly low priced. The food looked really good, (and kitchen is open late,) though we will have to wait till next time.

Good food! Nice parking, nice tap selection. (Please though, change your sign from the former bar! When the sign is lit at night all you see is the old bar's sign shine right through the taped up sign you have now. At first when you opened it was acceptable because you were new. Well you've been open for years now... you have to put up a new sign, or keep the lights off at night! Do you not see how bad it looks?! Its misinforming and tacky.)

We stopped here for a fish fry on a Friday during lent. The food was great, a little noisy because the dining area is right in the bar, but the food was great and the girls were so nice!! Definitely will go again!

Very bright for a bar but still nice. A very large menu offering many items and something for everyone. The fries were very bland lacking flavor, the soft pretzels were fried and not baked which in my opinion is never a, good thing, especially when they have pizza on the menu, you know they could have been baked, next time I guess it would be a good idea to specify. 2 dart boards in the back room, 1 touchscreen game and quick draw for entertainment. Tyler the bartender was a, plus, very quick and responsive for both ordering and handling quick draw tickets. Overall not too bad. B+

Food was unexpectedly amazing. We went for Thursday night "Steak night" Delicious. Wings were also on point. Very clean new looking interior. Ample parking. They have a different food special every night. Definitely will be back. Also not 1 to rave about a salad (I'm a spring mix guy) the side salad was bomb if you like mixed greens

Our server Tara was great. Between her and her mom who also works here we never waited for a thing. Food was excellent with huge portions. The patio is open with a live band. The bar is cute with Buffalo Bills carpet a pool table and 2 dart boards. Come check it out. I will be back.

Great place. But once you sit down at bar they throw at menu at you and say how you have to order food.. even if I'm here for just a beer.

If you go there get a burger its definitely worth your time! Pasta was pretty decent to for a bar.

Breaded fish dinner was good along with the sides. The place is a little ran down and drunk people loud at 6:30pm.

Warm beer (Sam Adams Octoberfest Draft). Bad food ( Stuffed hot peppers were good but stuck to the paper in the serving basket, the chicken wing dip wrap thing tasted and looked like hot cat throw up, the burger was a soggy mess, but was edible.) The service was very good I didn't have to get up once to get another beer. Overall it's an okay dive bar with very bad food and good service. Won't be returning here.

Well...let's see There were more flies in the place than customers. The French onion soup we ordered had a little bit of funky taste to it. Ordered honey mustard and garlic parm wings. The honey mustard wings were great! The garlic parm was not. They overloaded with garlic and grease. I came back a few days later and ordered two burgers. One burger med well and the second well done. Both burgers were RAW. Unfortunately we couldn’t even eat them and they went into the trash.

Attended a grad party here, very nicely put together in the basement I didn't even know they had. Separate restrooms downstairs, good catering and an outside patio bar and a side yard. Nice place I never would have thought of.

Monday night is the 60 cent wing night. We should had just ordered the wings. We also ordered fries with bacon bits and cheese. Wings were excellent, but the fries were way too greasy for our taste. Could only eat a few and feared later that it would upset my stomach, so I stopped. The cold beer offset the disappointment we had with the fries.

My homemade meatball sub was an undercooked hamburger patty cut in half. The cheesesteak was burnt and hard. The French frys were good. Won't be back. Check out my review in What's In Yer' Pot fb group.

Stopped for the first time-had a seize the deal voucher. People were friendly, food was ok. They forgot our app, never apologized. The minute we walked in, we couldn’t believe how slippery the floor was! Maybe try a better floor cleaner. We were sliding around. It made us feel like the place wasn’t clean. Unfortunately, it’s a one and done for us.

We stopped here on our way through Buffalo to Canada. The food pretty good but extremely salty. Perhaps this is a regional taste, caught us off guard though! Our waitress was really cool though and kept the water flowing. It was so loud we could barely talk at our table, however I will say it was right before kickoff for a Bills game so I get it. If you are Bills fan and don't mind a little extra salt I would check it out.

THEY MOVED. Into old old building. Uncomfortable atmosphere. The bar is large but the floor layout is cut in half by a wall that practically meets the bar allowing single person passage to the other half of bar. It's definitely not the same Hat trix.😢😢😢

Have ordered from them multiple times, and given them multiple chances, but all but the first time or two have either been made incorrectly or have been missing extras (like sauces and such) that we paid extra for. Despite this being a kitchen issue and not a delivery service issue, have been told only to report it to the delivery service, then nothing changes. Food in general is good, but always lacking.

The patio bartenders were so busy gossiping with each other and their friends they never even bothered to look around and see if people needed drinks I had to go inside the bar to get drinks. It it smelled like puke on the one side of the patio. On the positive the male bartender inside came right to me and asked me what I needed right away.

Service was terrible. They claimed they were busy but the place has like 11 tables that fit 2-4 people a table. They had two servers and a bar tender and still struggled. Went for the all you can eat grab legs on Wednesday. Not worth it. It takes them an hour to serve 3 crab clusters then you wait to get seconds for like 30 minutes and it’s again 3 clusters. This was supposed to be all you can eat but they take there time because they know they can’t allow you to get your monies worth. I had two plates and left because i was there for 2-1/2 hrs already. Food was good but the service sucked and they take their time with serving the all you can eat crab legs. What a scam! My opinion is that this place is not worth it.

Would never go back felt uncomfortable with the amount of guys drunk there this place over service and makes it unsafe and I witnessed a guy that was so intoxicated that he was ready to fight the security guard I wouldn’t feel safe coming back or letting my sister or any young female going not even John Taffer from bar rescue would help this place

Went for the “all you can eat” crab legs. Waited an HOUR for food then more than 30min wait between servings. We are regulars here and this was handled terribly. They ran out after we had 6-ish clusters each. Total rip off. Left hungry after 2.5 hours. Messaged the owner with no response. Terrible customer service!

We've been here more than a few times, it's always been AMAZING! Albert is an amazing server and has never disappointed, until now. Went for all you can eat crab legs, we were there 2 1/2 hrs and 2lbs of crab legs (don't judge, that's nothing) , and we were told they were out. My family and I paid $30 each and left hungry. The server did call the owner for us who handled the situation very poorly and said "it is what it is" and we still had to pay full price. My friend reached out to the owner privately on fb, with no response. Thanks Sandy!

First and only time there. Bartender had a bad attitude. I asked her If they had any specialty shots after already ordering 2 drinks from her at this point she got snippy with me and said she could make anything i said ok we were just seeing if there was anything different we could try she then stormed off and threw together some grape juice and a drop of snapps in a plastic cup and poured it in 2 shot glasses which I was charged 8 dollars for . I would not have been mad over the price if she did not proceed to give the remainder of our shot (mind you there was probably less than a shot in this whole mixed drink to begin with) to her buddy at the bar. Over all felt cold and unwelcomed.

Ever since they moved from their other location, they stink. They used to be a great place to go, but the last couple times we went, you sit there forever hoping someone acknowledges you only to eat sub standard food. We walked out today. We' re done. Stopped in 7-28 around 5 to grab some food as we were told to check this place out by a few people. Walked in and sat at the bar. Young gentlemen behind the bar after a few greeted us and got us drinks. We ordered food fries, deep fried pickles and a double order of wings. Pickles and fries came out and were ok. Fries were way over cooked. Waited forever to get another drink. Seems you have to be a regular to get any service. We waited and waited for the wings we ordered. The guy that served us I guess cashed out and went and sat at a table. He was enjoying wings we still never got them. The blonde behind the bar walked past up 10 times we had empty cups and our food was gone mind you still no wings. She finally goes did you need anything and we were like you know what were all set. This was 45 min atleast since we ordered food. She walks away after 5 min she's like did you want your check we said yes we get the bill and the wings were on there took another 5 min to get her attention to tell her we never got the wings she giggles and said I guess I can take them off the bill. Then goes I can have them make em real fast if you want. We sat there for an hour without getting them took forever to get acknowledged I can see why it was dead in there. Maybe 7 people at yhe bar and 10 seated. I can not believe the horrible time we had which was not a good first impression. There were a couple guys sitting there said sadly this is normal. It is what it is. Sad because the place was really talked up by my friends. Management needs to get engaged In the business because the people who were working there sucked. I can not believe the horrible experience. Save your money for a place that actually wants to give you a great experience because this placed failed miserably.

The Mrs and bestie wanted to do karaoke🎤... we should have kept looking. 🤯 Service was non-existent... trash was everywhere and no one was cleanup after prior patrons. Table was sticky... just gross.

Wish I was able to comment on the food. I just walked in with 3 people after calling ahead to check availability. After walking in 1 bartender 2 servers.... they all make eye contact, after 11 minutes of no contact, I leave and walk out the door.....no excuse for that. Drove down the road to O,Neils was seated quickly, a few drinks and food was outstanding!!!! Customer service is the key to success!!

My sister and I frequent this place very often on Tuesdays. Quaint, good food and phenomenal kitchen manager(lady) and our waiter. Never had a complaint but on 2/17 we had an awareness. It was plenty events happening, very busy that day. Some of the line dancing ladies came to our table for some chit chat, other side convo with the patrons and just our usual good time we have. The trivia guy did a few rounds of trivia which he hosts trivia there weekly. Well, it all started there. One of his rounds was trivia former president Obama. Omg, the snide remarks, the racist chants, the vast amount of people who quickly left, the rants of "im not playing", to a instant eerie feeling of unpleasant and unsafe because a GAME OF TRIVIA INCLUDED A BLACK MAN FORMER PRESIDENT OBAMA. We are VERY clear no matter where our feet land racism is EVERYWHERE But SO SHOULD RESPECT BE AS WELL. La Perla at Salvatores has weekly trivia and the patrons would never react this way. WE Know the southern Tier of buffalo is racist but we dont care what a person status of any kind is, RESPECT should still exist. But to the naked eye, that just goes to show the amount of hate carried in your heart's that kinda shows the issue is deeper that color. The amount of black inventors that YOU use daily. Where do I start? Doors wide open so there’s flies all over the place. Should’ve been a red flag & we should’ve left but we’ve been on the road all day coming from MI. Jenn L was rude as hell from the beginning. Food wasn’t good, the burger bun was SOAKED with grease. French Dip hoagie was flavorless, bland. The only thing good was the honey mustard we dipped our overcooked chicken tenders in. $91 for six people to eat - and then when I asked if she could split the bill she acted like I asked her to donate a kidney. “You should’ve told me that from the beginning” - don’t worry, we won’t be back. The $1 duck claw machine is cute.

The bartender continued to serve my friend that was clearly under the influence after myself and multiple others in my group asked her NOT to serve him due to how much he already had to drink. She said because he “wasn’t slurring his words” she would continue to serve him even after we asked her not to.

Third time for AYCE crab legs was definitely not a charm. The quality of the crab legs & sides have gone way down. Despite being relatively empty, the service was not very good or fast. Resturant workers were siitting at the bar loudly complaining about prior customers. The final straw was having a drunk guy in a wheelchair cause a scene & try to fight me for some unknown reason. The staff said he's a regular & they kicked him out. What an awful $225.00 family dinner. We will not be back.
