Wonderful out of the way place to grab a bite to eat. I had the Philly cheese steak and it was delicious.

Fries are phenomenal. Had hot covered turkey sandwich with gravy on fries too. Yummy. One order of fries will feed two people. Go there every year.

We were passing through Harrisville, stopped for the farmers market , asked the fruit guy a good place for lunch, he sent to the Village Inn... What a great lunch, really delicious, home made soup was the bomb , my burger was hand packed , perfectly cooked to my order , the Cajun chicken sandwich was very good and flavorful... Fortunately , my man left his Stetson hat there...now we have a great excuse to come back soon~ Our Server , Hope , was terrific,fast friendly, made us feel like regulars! Thank you to the great cook!

Absolutely adore this spot. Great service from a kind and friendly staff. Some of the best coffee I've ever had. The breakfast sandwhich is fantastic. Nothing but quality eats from this spot. Wish we stayed longer.

Convenient dinner stop on your way home from the ADK's to CNY. Be hungry, the portions are ample. The service works hard, but seems like sometimes they get slammed with customers and fall behind.

Very good burger and fantastic fries. The lemon cream for dessert was very good. Nice and welcoming service. My wife and I enjoyed having lunch there.

Quiet local bar and diner. We go there often and sometimes order out. Good salad, hamburgers and beer. BLT is my personal favorite. Subs are pretty good as well. Nice atmosphere.

I came in here to eat lunch with my son on our way to the Girl Scouts camp to pick up my daughters. We had a lovely lunch in a pleasant dining area. Our food came quickly and was delicious. I hope we have an opportunity to stop by again. If you are in the area I recommend stopping by.

My boss and I stopped for lunch after visiting the local pharmacy on business . Emily waited on us and remembered us from our visit last summer. She was so nice, as she was on our last trip through as well. Food was really good! Nice community.

Our waitress, Hope, was super friendly and fast and just a delight. French toast (also from their delicious homemade bread) was thick and huge and looked fantastic. Highly recommend !!! UPDATE: Went in today for bacon cheeseburgers and fries... hands down the BEST burger I've ever had, coupled with the fresh cut fries was the perfect meal. Definitely will not need dinner tonight, that burger was HUGE and I'm so full! The bartender (we ate at the bar but you don't have to) was super friendly, funny and fast! Can't wait to go back.

Made a random stop in the village and found this place. In first look little old, but them comfi. Owners are very nice, seem to operate everything by themselfes. Owner is chatty, but sweet. Has funny stories to tell! Food is simple, but good, didn't have to wait long.

Village Inn is not gourmet but excellent home cooking. The new owners have created a great menu with daily specials that rival mom's home cooking. Prices are reasonable and service is fast and pleasant. This is a great place to greet neighbors from this small village.

There is a bar which is visible from the dining area. So if you don't want your young children exposed to a bar this place isn't for you. It's not a rowdy place but a quiet neighborhood bar with a few coming and going. Service was quick and no wait. It has a shared bathroom for all sexes

Clam strips were way overcooked and the Haddock was a patty not real Haddock . very disappointed.

Good food, reasonable priced, clean

The food is OK. Small cozy bar, sleepy vibe, little to no chance of anyone trying to fight you - not always the case in Harrisville bars. The owner and old mayor of the town does bartend some nights. He got Harrisville on MTV news in the 90s by trying to ban MTV and The Spice Channel. He also attempted to ban skateboarding a number of times. Ask him about either.

Food was good. Service left a lot to be desired. Had to go get the waitress to bring us menus and I asked her to please give me the check. She heard me and said ok then ended up giving it to another person in our party. That needs to be addressed.

I don't really want to read the food I will read the people they're very nice the atmosphere is very nice but they serve you so I can't eat there. They serve veal and veal is cruel and not humane. There seems to be a really big problem with people not serving vegetarian here. I didn't think it would be like that in New york.

Waitress was excellent. We waited almost an hour for our food to be served to us. Food was not as expected. Quality was sub par. Probably won't go again.

Owner said I would be sent a gift card that was months ago steak was over cooked and still didn't get what I wanted did i mention i was promised a GIft card and Neve got it

We stop for a quick place to eat and the food was terrible and took to long and when I ordered the special it was still frozen and cost way to much over 100 bucks for 3 people to eat which 2 were just wings and then my frozen chicken not happy at all and definitely will never return.

Atmosphere sucked, waitress was a young girl who was abnoxious and talked about welfare at the bar with customers. Food was tasteless and way overpriced.
