Best whataburger experience. Staff was constantly cleaning and moving. Service and food was prompt. Food was delicious. The atmosphere was the best of any we have been in. Love the guitars on the walls and the music. Staff got along and just added to the overall experience.

Burgers and fries were awesome. Only problem with the atmosphere was it was so cold inside we had to put on jackets.

Traveling north towards Kansas for the holiday and stopped here for breakfast. Great service here. And I loved the guitars!!!

This is probably my favorite Whataburger location. I love the guitar decor and the old school rock and roll music they play. Service is always good and the food is exactly what you expect from Whataburger. I always get a #4 mustard all the way with onion rings. This will get you all the veggies for the authentic burger taste. You can also do mayo or both mayo and mustard. It's a great spot for a quick meal.

I went to Whataburger in HendersonAnd if y'all don't give the Hispanic girl who works the night shift a promotion a raise, i don't ever want to come back! Not only did she get my order 10p% right, her customer service was amazing! She was professional and kind. Embarrassing enough, i spilled my drink and she went out of her way to help me clean it and reassure me that it was ok. After everything I've been through recently, i really needed some kindness and understanding. So my order was taken and prepared perfectly and the customer service was beyond compare! I just discovered that if you chop up your hot apple pie and mix it in your vanilla shake that you year angels sing when you eat it. IT'S GREAT!

I stopped by the drive thru as I was passing by and I had an excellent experience! Both the ladies I spoke with (the one who took my order-I believe her name was Laura-and the one who gave me my food, I didnt catch her name) were fantastic! They were extremely cordial and seemed very happy to help me with my order. This is my new stop when driving through Henderson.

Quite possibly my favorite Whataburger location. Always clean and comfortable. The staff is usually very kind and helpful and the food is consistently good. Our first Whataburger in 7 weeks... we'd been in Montana and in the midwest... didn’t disappoint! We're avid and long-time Whataburger patrons. It's good to be home in TX and back in the "home of Whataburger."

Stopped enroute to San Antonio. Loved the guitar display! Dorhonda, our server was outstanding. She is very friendly and service-oriented. I forgot to ask for decaf coffee, and she kindly offered to make a fresh pot. I declined as I didn't want to be a pain. Just the fact that she offered with a willing spirit goes a long way. I like to acknowledge good service. The restaurant was so clean! No weird odors. Loved our visit. Keep up the good work Dorhonda. People notice.

I have diabetes and I was able to get a grilled chicken breast sandwich with lettuce tomato onions & pickles, with apple slices & a medium zero pink lemon aid for just a little over 430 calories. It did not shoot my blood glucose up high & was delicious. It's really great when I can go with friends or family, & especially my husband out to eat a meal at a fast food restaurant that I like and not have to worry about how my blood will react to what I eat.

Felt very clean and taken care of. Hard to find a Whataburger with a show of style and a welcoming vibe. They also carry the Dr.Pepper shake when other locations have paused/ stopped serving it

The food was ready almost before I sat down. The service was excellent and the manager was awesome. They cut our Monterey melt in two for us as we eat half now and the rest later... great service. The restrooms were clean and the restaurant immaculate... well done Whataburger!

Really like their mushroom burger! The decor brings back good memories, and I like the music. Back in the day, (telling my age), Elvis was my idol, LOL. The employees are really nice and efficient. Was a good meal with a friend 😋

I give it a 4 star for a few different reasons. Nothing negative about this store, I promise, the staff are great. Every time I go, service is on point, great attitude, always with the smiles, and they make sure to make you feel at home. I usually dine in, that night was drive thru, and they were actually quick with the order. There was a line, probably caused by the rodeo show, but whatever. What they need to do is, bring back the mushroom swiss burger. You want that 5th star, well, I want that burger.

Stopped at Whataburger Henderson on our way to ballgame in Nacogdoches. Food was good. Service was good, just needed more help at front counter. Restaurant got slammed right after we placed our order. Staff did great and customers were patient.

I wanted about 10 minutes on fries and dinner time. One of the burgers we ordered was supposed to be no sauce and no onions. It had it all. We won't go back. If I order something, I expect it to be right the first time.

One of the best Whataburger’s out there. The customer service is phenomenal. We always pass by here when we coming from Louisiana. The long drive thru line is worth waiting for. The only issue I had was that they messed up on my drink, but no biggie!

SUPER slow service, even on slow nights with 2 customers expect a wait. Food is decent. I haven't had any problems with it yet. Go to place after 4am, because TacoBell is closed. This location is next to a sewage plant or something because the smell is horrendous. Keep your windows up!

Talk about shrink-flation! I go to different Whataburgers along the way. This location pushed what seemed to be a Whataburger Jr off as a regular Whataburger. It started of with fries that weren't completely filled. They made me some more, but this gesture wasn't enough. When I asked if the Hamburger was a regular burger, you could see the disgust in the shift manager's eyes! Although I visited in the early morning, I wasn't given the impression of importance. I get that it's late, but they were dead! This isn't the great customer service I'm used to from Whataburger. I'll be skipping this location in the near future.

Food was excellent, service was good, BUT the drive-thru 2nd lane system is crazy confusing. There should be a painted on the drive thru ground arrow telling you too pull ahead. We saw multiple people confused on where they were supposed to go. Fix that and you're golden.

They forgot to make our dine-in order. They over charged us for an extra drink and fries. They didn’t put the cheese on my burger but instead handed me a cold slice wrapped in paper. Decor is nice. Bathrooms were clean.

The food is good when it’s fresh but 9 times out of 10 the food is soggy and cold even when I ask for it to be fresh. It angers me to be paying near $40 for food that I have to reheat. Y’all could do better honestly.

The food was fine but the service was lousy. The boy at the window never spoke except to tell me my total. No greeting, no thank you, nothing. Literally only said "$5.12" or whatever my total was. I spoke to him several times. I thanked him again when leaving and he just stared at me. They were busy but a simple "thank you" or "hello" would go a long way. I probably won't stop there again and I know that in the grand scheme of things the company will never notice, but I prefer to spend money where I feel just a little appreciated.

Food was great, but expect to sit in line and wait for at least 30 minutes to get your food and hope they get it right the first time. This is not "fast food".

The manager is very permissive, allowing rowdy kids to loiter and be excessively loud and obnoxious.

Don't go on Tues 2-4. During this time they force all the dine in customers to sit in a small section of the restaurant while they mop the floors. I tried to sit outside but an employee told me he was getting ready to pressure wash there. All the employees were friendly and apologetic but this weekly cleaning came before customer safety. I wish they would close the dining room for this.

I have been sitting on this for a month or so and I finally decided to go ahead and leave the review. My friend and I got food there one night just passing through. Food was fine and service was fine but being charged $36 for one meal plus an additional burger with cheese and bacon added and a lemonade is the most insanely greedy mess I have ever heard of. I asked the guy at the window if he could double check the prices and he did and said they were accurate. I just sat there baffled. Nearly $3 to add bacon and a dollar $1.01 for each slice of cheese. I wanted to leave but I wasn't driving nor paying. My friend was just as floored but it was very late at night and we needed to eat. I put the same exact order into the app for my local store and it came out to be almost $10 less. I do understand that this location is not part of corporate whataburger, but they should be held to the same standards. Robbing people like this is unacceptable. People of Henderson should be made aware. I see I'm not the only one that's drawn attention to the outrageous prices.

Changing my review cuz that was the worst whataburger I've ever had... ordered extra mayo, extra tomato, extra lettuce, grilled onions, and creamy pepper sauce... literally none of the above... and to top it off we didn't know how bad they were til we got home and opened em up. My wife's was pretty much the same... just bare bones dang near!!! Yall need to do better. Especially at the prices yall charge... Continued 12/11/25 I called in after my last experience and Koal the manager on shift said they'd remake it whenever I wanted... called in tonight to have it remade and photo listed is thr result I got... needless to say I took it back, was greeted by the young man (if you wanna call em that nowadays) with "whats up"...and still tried yet again for them to make it right. The only good part of the experience was Koal the manager. 3/10...

Ordered through the mobile app, set the time for pick up for 6:50-6:55am. Arrived at 6:48am several vehicles in the drive thru at the window and instead of putting us in the outside lane we had to sit in line and still wait 20 more minutes to receive our order!!! What’s the point in mobile ordering if you still have to sit and wait that long??!!! Come on Henderson Whataburger do better!!! Also the hash brown sticks were greasy and over cooked!

Leave your rights at the door, didn't see this gem of a sign until we were on our way out... Screwed up our order and missing items, asked for a manager and got a chuckle headed lead who literally was laughing at their error. Again asked for an actual manager, as the female manager unknowingly started to walk out into the situation, she did a complete about face disappearing back to the office. Eventually another gentleman came to the front, an assistant manager, he was at least respectful, listened, and fixed our order, compensation was offered but really all we want is our order right and everything we actually paid for. Shortly following this the female manager, I'm presuming the general manager, returned from the office and sat down with who I could only think is the Operating Partner, laptop and wearing a Hawaiian shirt. I would have thought leadership wouldn't run away from addressing a customer issue their staff caused but given your presence alone subjects you to binding arbitration, it's not surprising.

Ordered a breakfast burger. Received my sandwich and bite into a mouthful of egg shells. Called the restaurant to make a complaint and the lady manager on duty didn't treat me with the customer support that I should've been afforded. She even hung up on me. I have made a complaint to corporate about the whole experience. Not ever gonna visit this store again.

I was in the drive through line for about 30 minutes, which isn’t a problem, I don’t mind the wait. BUT when I finally got up to the 2nd window there were employees who were playing around and not working. One was filling the shake machine and messing around instead of focusing on doing his job and taking care of the busy late night rush. There was quite a line behind me and I find it unacceptable for that kind of behavior when it is so busy. This actually happens quite frequently and it is not a good site for a customer to see in this way. Not only that but also got my order mixed up with another so I am glad they asked and clarified to make sure they got the correct order to me.

Worst place in Henderson!! Was at one time really good, but has gone down hill in the last year, NEVER gets anything right, better check your order before you leave. Tried to get a senior drink and noticed the guy charged me, when I explained it was free he STILL CHARGED ME FOR A DRINK I GOT 3 SIPS AND IT WAS GONE! I LOVE WHATABURGER, BUY WILL NEVER USE THIS ONE AGAIN!@

This location under whatever management, ifany was absolutely horrible , I’m guessing the glasses with curly hair girl was the one in charge, as she was the main one having a terrible attitude, snapping at customers, fleeing folks from the store 30 minutes before closing. She was very childish and very very rude to every customer that came in after us... 3 other family’s had the same problem with her and all other staff members. New hires terrible I go a lot last 5 times I’ve been my order has been messed up I will never be back

It's disappointing to pay 42.00 for 3 #1's + A breakfast bowl and receive dry burgers, and old fries. This happened even after I asked the lady in the drive thru if we could get fresh fries and she assured me they would be fresh. The burgers were dry, and the fries were cold and tasted like old grease. This was during night shift. 11-26-2O23

Placed an online order, waited 20 mins after sitting in line at the arrival time, finally had to call the restaurant only to find out they completely forgot to walk my food out. Again I placed an online order therefore I ordered the food and paid for it, their only job was to walk it out to my car. Ask to speak to a manager and was offered a rain check on the order. My food was cold and had been sitting. Seriously, do better!! Especially when the customer does everything for the restaurant to make it easier on both parties except walk it out. Order# 2018338

Always getting the food messed up and some of the workers are mean

Went to drive thru at 2:30am today and waited about 30-40 minutes in the drive thru and several cars drove off since the workers are playing around back there instead of making the orders and the lines are long. They charge more than the corporate locations and pay the employees less probably which made them not care. My spicy chicken sandwiches were fresh but my fries were overcooked and tasted like it was cooked in very old grease, very salty like do they go crazy with the salt or something

$35.00 for 2 butcher meals and this is the actual photo of my mashed upslopped together burger. Next time we'll go to a restaurant!

Undercooked, asked if they could redo it and they complied. The second time was worse than the first. They need to do a better job as this is not the first time.

My husband went to Whataburger after work. The cashier Andrew W got the order wrong and my husband let him know. He charged us for drinks we didn't order nor did we get. There was another man there upset because had been waiting for 30 minutes and still had not received his food. My husband gets his food and it was horrible. It was cold like it had been sitting for a very long time and was soggy. Then this morning I wake up sick. If this keeps going on. It won't be in business long. This was inside, not at the drive thru. I wasn't given a receipt only the ticket Order # 272342. This is the managers fault. Poor management if customers are upset and food bot coming out. A manager is to oversee the operations. Get a new manager.

When i get to pay, she brings drinks not even the size i asked, i said it was fine. She come and brings order and repeats order to me, i said correct. I look at my order and i was missing some stuff. I get off and guys at front said that i changed the order when i never did! I got my stuff anyway. I get home and my sandwich was not what i asked .! I guess she needs to pay attention cause she kept laughing while taking my order! Thanks.
