Liz and her Team provided excellent cystomer service. She was very personable, irder came out quick! Will return to this location.

They had great Customer service. The cashier was super sweet and made the ordering fast and easy. Their menu is easy to read. The food was really good. They had many sides to choose unlike the 2-3 sides you normally get at other chicken places. Inside was clean and relaxed.

The food was freshly made in the fish better in the french fry batter was crispy. The food was delicious and the two ladies that served us gave excellent service!

Yuri Was completely professional and so was her staff. She thought I’d be mad at her because she didn’t have my strange order ready. But what happened to was she made me comfortable and allowed me to wait without complaint or anger. Best restaurant service I’ve had in years. Yuri deserves a prize!

I stopped tonight on my way home after shopping and had the chicken sandwich. Wow, was that good, and the sauce was awesome! Service was a little slow to get my order, but the 2 girls working had their hands full. Food came fast and hot.

This Golden Chick is the best one we have visited. The staff were wonderful. Happy and super nice. After my worst experience with Bush's chicken on Hwy 6 I was cheered out of my bad mood by the very nice gentleman working the front counter. Food was nice and fresh and there were so many options. I had the chicken salad salad and it was so good! The fried catfish was nice and crispy and the tenders superb. Will definitely be back.

The lemon pepper wings didn't have any lemon pepper seasoning on them at all. The chicken sandwich was dry. The request was not fulfilled on the three piece meal, and we paid for the select pieces. The lady who took our order seemed nice, and the restaurant was pretty clean.

One of the employees came out and said that the register was down. If we wanted to wait or leave 🤔 I said we'd wait a few minutes for register to restart. We'll 20 minutes later, two employees came out together to take our order and asked if we wanted to go through the drive-thru window. That register was working. I said, "Can't we give you our order and eat inside instead. So, by now, we're going through our ordered process with the cashier (employee) who had an order. Walked from the back told me the total price. I was going to pay with my credit card. He said we can only take cash 💸😳.I said to him, "You should have said that at the beginning of our order 😌 30 minutes or more, waiting for the register a meal 🍽 we left the Golden Chick without any food." Not even a cup of water 😩👎

Service, slow. 2 customers ahead of me, one had waited for 15 minutes, but they forgot what he ordered. Atmosphere, not very friendly. Chicken was hot and tasted good, but was a bit greasy as if wasnt allowed to drain enough.

The chicken sandwiches had no pickles on them, like they did in the photos. The buns were so sweet it was like eating two donuts with the chicken. Neither of us finished our chicken. It seems someone with a lot of money decided to start a chain but put zero effort into the food or menu. We ordered three sandwiches-two chicken and one spicy chicken. The spicy chicken was covered in a red spice and that was basically the only difference between that and the regular chicken. Neither of us are that picky about chicken restaurants but we were super disappointed.

The food is average for such a chain. But the quality today was horrible. The bun on my sandwich should never have been used. It was completely squashed and a total mess. Seriously. In what world is that decent customer service.

This is the worst golden chick! I love golden chick but this one always has spoiled tea! I’ve been rang up wrong three different occasions by the SAME employee. Just don’t get it.. per manager The sweet tea is made fresh every morning, so it’s not bad to sit for 12 hours??? management won’t even honor them selling spoiled tea. They had the cook tell me they were making more tea and to come back later. Literally had to get corporate number to reimburse me for my gallon of sweet tea because they didn’t give me a receipt. Horrible customer service at this location. Update: there response is bogus. Their management doesn’t care at this location!!!! go to Baylor they are the best!!!

Biut something with the temperature or the grease was off. My Styrofoam container wasn't "burned" and it had a puddle of grease beneath it.

My husband went to go get their tender Tuesday special. And they over charged him. They wouldn’t work with him. Instead the manager was raising her voice at him and they couldn’t do anything about it. Poor customer service. For two 16 piece tenders one original and one spicy was 64 dollars. They didn’t give him the special. I’d give 0 stars if I could

Had a bad experience twice in a row, I wanted to give them another shot. Last time they told me they didn’t have enough okra for a family size and that they could only do a single order, ok whatever, today they told me they didn’t have any corn nuggets. I get that things happen but I’m thinking that they are telling people they’re out of food so they dont have to cook “ family” sizes. I also ordered okra as my side but they gave me fries instead. Stay clear of this location, idk if it’s the management or the employees but something isn’t clicking at this place.

My husband, 18 month old daughter, and my youngest sister had Golden Chick from this location, Tuesday April 9th for dinner around 6pm. We went to bed with some runs. Wednesday morning(April 10th) my daughter and I felt the worst with vomiting, nausea, & diarrhea. Mind you, I am 35 weeks pregnant. Around 10:30am, I decide to go to the hospital for my symptoms and dehydration. I was diagnosed with pre eclampsia. They monitored my mild contractions I was having. Baby was good. About 4pm, they asked if I was feeling my contractions as much, and I said no. They pretty much subsided. I was released by 5pm. Braxton hicks started halfway home, or so I thought. They never went away. I quickly realized they were real contractions. I labored at home the rest of the evening, and by 4am(April 11th) they were so intense, so my husband and I were back at the hospital by 5:45am. They watched me in triage for an hour; 6am-7am. At 6am, I was 3cm. By 7, I was a 4, so they admitted me. By 9:30am, I was an 8 & 80-90% effaced. Got my epidural at 10:15. And our baby boy made his appearance at 11:50am at 35 weeks & 2 days. Food poisoning caused me to go into preterm labor. The chicken tasted a little off, but didn’t think much of it. But it was undercooked. I trusted this restaurant to provide me with good clean fully cooked food. I’m highly disappointed at the standards they’ve come complacent to. I’m lucky my baby had a safe delivery being a month and a half early. Please save yourself the stomach ache until this location goes through a serious reform.
