This was hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had — and absolutely the best I’ve had at Ruth’s Chris (which already sets the bar high). It was my first mother-daughter dinner with my 10-year-old, and Kaylynn made it so special and memorable for both of us. She was warm, friendly, and so conversational — the kind of person who makes you instantly feel welcome. She remembered details, checked in at just the right times, and went above and beyond in the most genuine ways. When I was moving things around on the table, she even offered to cut my daughter’s steak, and when I said she didn’t have to, she just smiled and said, “No problem at all, I’m a mom too.” That small act of kindness meant so much — my daughter was over the moon. The food was perfect — our steaks were cooked to absolute perfection, and the cheesecake was out of this world. My daughter couldn’t stop talking about how “fancy” everything felt. Kaylynn turned what could’ve been just another nice dinner into a truly unforgettable experience. Thank you, Kaylynn, for making our night so special — you’re an absolute gem!

The wait staff was excellent. Ours was lead by Rebeca and her team. They (collectively) were outstanding. They were responsive, fun, engaging, witty and all the time professional. You go to Ruth's Chris because the food is consistently above average. I've been to Ruth's Chris in 4 other locations and haven't written a review because one should already know what they're ink for should one go. I'd definitely write about sub par food. The food was great, cooked to perfection and high quality. So - no doy! I took my son and his girlfriend's family there for his birthday. They had traveled from out of state and so I wanted a place that would give my son a great birthday experience as well as for his out of state guests. We were not disappointed. But I want to shout out about the service. The staff rocked it. If you're looking for a place to do justice for a special occasion, I recommend this spot. I can't speak to the other waiters, but if you get Rebeca and her team, you're getting a true professionals.

We had such a great experience at Ruth’s thanks to our waitress, Brooklyn. She was incredibly patient and kind with my family, even though we were probably a bit loud and chaotic at times. She handled everything with a warm smile and made us feel welcome the entire night. One of the sweetest moments was when she offered my nephew a choice between ice cream or cheesecake, and then surprised us by bringing both so we could all enjoy. That thoughtful gesture really stood out and made the evening even more special. Brooklyn went above and beyond, and her service made our dinner memorable. She is an absolute gem and a big part of why we will definitely be coming back!

Wow. What an awesome night. We had the most amazing waiter Dillon. He made a night out to enjoy dinner into an experience. From the wonderful menu suggestions to giving us a little back story on the dishes we ordered. It was one of the most memorable nights out and dinner I have ever had. We had the Aji tuna for appetizers, then for dinner we had the garlic and herb crusted fillet, garlic mashed potatoes, lobster tail, and to finish it off crème brûlée for dessert. If you haven’t tried their crème brûlée it’s a must. Their drinks were top notch as well. From the knob creek and Coke to the raspberry lemon drop. Definitely put Ruth’s Chris on the schedule to visit and enjoy the experience.

Went with my husband on our anniversary night and had an amazing dinner with great service and yummy drinks. We enjoyed a delicious Filet and Lobster dinner with shrimp plus the decadent lobster Mac and cheese, sweet potato casserole, Brussel sprouts, and potatoes. Followed by crème brûlée. Service was friendly and good. Food and drinks tasted great. Management was wonderful. If you go by tell them Ms. Roseville- Melissa Miller sent you. Cheers!

My husband always picks this place for his birthday dinner. A week before, his company had an employee dinner here so I was planning on going the complete opposite and decided to take him bowling (including dinner and drinks at the alley 🤭) but at the last minute, he told me he would still really like to go. 😬 so on a Saturday night and with no reservations, we decided to cross our fingers for something at the bar to be open. I walked in and saw the bar was full but talked to a nice gentleman at the host stand and asked if they had anything open in the bar area. Thankfully they did and sat us right away. I let them know it was my husband's birthday and they hooked us up with some confetti on the table and dessert after dinner. The young family sitting next to us even bought my husband a drink when they overheard what we were celebrating. The vibes were vibing! Our server (can't remember her name now) was efficient and timed all the courses perfectly but she was a literal robot with no personality. Having worked in fine dining before (both my husband and I) we understand it's probably coming from corporate but it was a little ridiculous. Please let them have a little freedom from the script every once in a while 😁 anyway, back to the food. My husband got steak (added blue cheese) and lobster served with mashed potatoes and started with a Caesar salad. I decided on the crab cakes thos time and we shared the creamed spinach. His was AMAZING! Mine was lacking some kind of sauce. Like a lemon butter sauce would have slapped! I should have gone for the seabass again but this was still pretty good. Their espresso martini was delicious as well. We will be back the next time we want to splurge again!

Our experience at Ruth’s Chris was nothing short of exceptional. I ordered the Petite Filet with the truffle crust, and it was absolutely perfect—cooked to perfection, incredibly tender, and so filling. We also enjoyed the asparagus, lobster mac and cheese, and sweet potato casserole, all of which were delicious. To start, we had the shrimp, which was the perfect way to kick off the meal. Every single dish was magnificent, with rich flavors and perfect execution. What truly set this experience apart was our server. She was beyond amazing—attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely made us feel special. I can confidently say I’ve never been more pleased with the service at a restaurant. Ruth’s Chris delivered on every level, and I can’t wait to come back!

Overall it was ok but very disappointing to see the lack of maintenance in the restroom that causes a safety hazard because the toilet seat was extremely loose, no excuses. If you tout yourself as a high-end restaurant then everything needs to be top notch. Attention to details set everyone apart. Our waiter was very attentive.

The steaks are overpriced and the lighting is very dim. I ordered the filet, mac & cheese, roasted brussel sprouts, and a couple of drinks. One drink was good and the other one was strong. The macaroni and brussel sprouts were great, and I love the portion sizes, but the steak was way underdone. I asked for medium, but it came out bloody red. I couldn't eat it. (I don't know why Ruth's Chris always has a hard time cooking a steak to be medium or medium well— it's always undercooked!) The service was very slow at the bar— I almost felt ignored. I was able to order a drink fairly quickly, but it took forever to get someone to take my food order. I would've had them remake my steak, but for the amount of time I already wasted waiting around for everything, I just paid and left. Super disappointing.

Went here for a birthday, I’m Never going here again Waste of Money. I ordered a medium well, New York strip, it came out on a 500° plate, I had tried one piece and then it didn’t taste right at all. The middle Wasn’t even warm. It was a raw New York strip. I was so disappointed Because I thought I was paying money for Well cooked food and I was also Disgusted that I didn’t even want to eat it anymore. I had lost my appetite. Overated place.
