ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! We had our wedding here this past Friday and it was beyond words. Especially the staff and view. Amanda was our coordinator and she was so helpful from start to finish with our process. Josh was our day of coordinator so he directed everyone everywhere, got us all where we needed to be on time and was super sweet. Hanna was our main server. Always asked us if we needed anything, super communicative when it came to packing up/decorating, kept my husband and I fed.. overall, would HIGHLY recommend the Upper Vista/Southhampton room as it was STUNNING with the sunset!!

My husband and I got married at The Log Cabin, and it was truly everything we dreamed of and more. The views are absolutely breathtaking — the kind of scenery that makes your guests stop and take it all in — and it created the most perfect backdrop for our ceremony and photos. Through the whole day, the staff went above and beyond. Every single person we interacted with was kind, organized, and genuinely cared about making our day perfect. They handled all the little details so seamlessly that we were able to just relax and soak it all in. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful the venue was, how smooth everything felt, and how amazing the food was! We’ll always be so grateful to The Log Cabin team for helping bring our wedding day to life — it was truly unforgettable.

This place is also owned by the people that own The D hotel and the Delaney House. I will say that the staff here is amazing. They certainly know how to hire hospitality people! That being said, I know they do a ton of weddings at this location but there seemed to be some "timing" issues. We had about 150 people waiting in an outer room to get into the reception / dinner hall and it was just rather disjointed. The wedding itself was exceptional... Just an incredibly gorgeous view outside where the wedding was held...and the dinner service at the reception was really good.

We ordered the Valentine’s Day take-out meal for two from The Log Cabin and it completely exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and the portions were very generous — we even had leftovers. Pricing felt very fair for the quality and quantity. A great experience overall, and we’ll absolutely be ordering again

We got married at The Log Cabin on 11/1/24 and everything was absolutely perfect. Their recent renovations are beautiful and really give it a chic vibe, but it still felt so cozy and quaint which is exactly what we wanted. We got lucky with the weather and were able to have our ceremony and cocktail hour outside next to the mountain. Our reception was in the Southampton room. Both the inside and outside of this venue are absolutely incredible! We worked with Nicole from the beginning to plan our day and she was awesome! She was responsive and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The day of, we worked with Matt, Kelly, and Hannah. They all made sure the day went smoothly and took all of our stress away. You can tell the staff truly cares about the couples and their guests to make sure they have the best day possible! The food, set up, planning process, and staff were absolutely amazing. Our guests had sooo much positive feedback! We are so happy we chose The Log Cabin for our wedding!

I genuinely cannot say enough good things about the Log Cabin. Not only is the venue STUNNING (just look at those mountain views!), but the staff is outstanding. A venue can be beautiful, but if the team handling your wedding—both before and during—aren’t top-notch, then it doesn’t matter how gorgeous the setting is. As a professional in the events industry, I can confidently say that the Log Cabin staff are the best of the best. Nicole was our Events Manager from the moment we toured the venue until the very end. Even while on maternity leave, she remained incredibly communicative and seamlessly transitioned us to Casey, who was just as fantastic. My husband and I love chicken parm, and while it wasn’t on their standard menu, we made the request—and they delivered! This customization truly made our day and felt so on-brand for us. Matt, our day-of coordinator, was OUTSTANDING. I firmly believe that your vibe sets the tone for everyone around you, and Matt’s energy was unmatched—positive, uplifting, and full of enthusiasm. Everyone loved him. He ensured everything ran smoothly and that we didn’t have to worry about a thing. I also have to shout out the servers and bar staff. With just under 180 guests, there was never a long wait for drinks—something that can make or break a wedding experience. Having our wedding at the Log Cabin was the best decision we made. We could not have chosen a better venue for our wedding. Amanda, Matt, Hanna, Casey, and all of the staff at the Log Cabin helped to make our wedding day as perfect as it could possibly be. They made the planning process so as smoothly and stress free as possible. Our day of coordinator Matt and his team helped to take every ounce of pressure off our shoulders the day of so that we could truly immerse ourselves in our guests and our experience. Everyone we worked with, especially Matt and Amanda, were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and fun! Matt and our head waitress Hanna even made it out on the dance floor with us.. I mean come on!! It can’t get much better than that. The interior and back exterior of the venue is what dreams are made of. The ceremony location over looking the Berkshires was perfection. The landscaping was the perfect backdrop for every one of our photos. The back patio that we had access to for cocktail hour and throughout our whole reception was unique and stunning. Finally, the sunset we got to experience from the patio was like nothing I have ever seen before. Thank you is an understatement

I don’t even know where to begin, except to say thank you so, so much for everything you did to make our wedding day an absolute dream come true. Amanda, thank you for walking through the entire process with me. You were such a grounding force during such a stressful time, and your patience, professionalism, and support made all the difference. The outcome? Magnificent. And to the incredible team at The Log Cabin, thank you for treating me like royalty. Truly, I felt like a Queen the entire time. Special thanks to Azizza (I hope I’m spelling that right!) and the other amazing woman who were literally on hand and foot helping scrub stains out of the girls’ dresses and my fiancé’s tux. The care you showed us was unmatched. You didn’t just do your jobs you poured love into every action, and we all felt it. The views at The Log Cabin gave us the most breathtaking photos, the ambiance was flawless, and the positive energy in the room was undeniable. Not one person left without commenting on the love, respect, and joy that filled the space. So many guests told me this was “the wedding of the century,” and honestly it’s going to be hard to top! From the bartenders (10/10) to the waitstaff (10/10), every team member made our celebration feel effortless and magical. Your professionalism, kindness, and dedication created a night we’ll never forget. If I could relive this day 100 more times, I absolutely would. Thank you to everyone at The Log Cabin and D. We cannot say enough great things about The Log Cabin! We had our wedding there at the Upper Vista last month and everything was absolutely perfect. Nicole was so helpful and attentive to us throughout the entire experience of planning and especially last minute prep and organizing. You truly can tell how experienced she is through her knowledge and ability to help keep you calm and navigate any situation. We also had an amazing day-of coordinator, Jim, who went above and beyond for us. All of the staff were so pleasant, extremely attentive and they made sure everything ran smoothly and was just as we wanted it. The guests have not stopped raving about how delicious the food was and how beautiful the entire venue was. We had our reception at the Upper Vista and it is the most beautiful venue!! We got to enjoy the best sunset beside the mountain. The staff were so nice, attentive and accommodating, definitely recommend!!

This venue was the only place we saw when looking at wedding venues. A lot of times you see photos and the actual thing sometimes seems not as impressive. This place was the opposite. Not only are the views amazing but they do an amazing job with the landscaping and gardening. We had nothing but top notch help too; super friendly and helpful employees. Thank you for giving us the wedding of my dreams!

My husband and I selected The Log Cabin in Holyoke, MA for our wedding. We lived in CT at the time, but found this gorgeous venue and had to get married here because of how beautiful the views were and how amazing the staff was. Nicole was our event coordinator and we also worked with Lisa a bit here and there. Both of them are wonderful to work with and always got back to us in a timely manner with any questions we would have throughout the months leading up to the wedding. The day of the wedding we worked with Heart and Ryan as the day of managers that made sure everything was flawless. The bartenders were amazing and our guest loved them. Colin was our attendant for the day who was such a great addition to helping my husband and I with anything we needed whether it be A1 sauce or a bandaid ;). We would highly recommend anyone looking for a wedding venue to book here! Them providing the cake and setting up all of our decor for us was icing on the cake, every bride should be relaxing the morning of her wedding just like I was :)!

Really great experience working with them. They are extremely patient and great at their jobs. The food was absolutely fantastic. Their prices are super reasonable and they work with you on everything. Not one thing slipped through the cracks from planning to execution. The thing that we love the most about the Log Cabin / Delaney House was that they are not out to get you on every little thing that they can and charge you money.we looked at a dozen places and every single one wanted to charge us money for plates, silverware, napkins, cutting the cake, you name itn With the Log Cabin, almost everything is actually included. You definitely get your money's worth with them. Especially with the gorgeous mountain views! We had them a our cake as well and it came out exactly as we hoped! We also made a lot of decorations for the wedding. We had an extensive walkthrough with their staff to detail out where to place everything. They absolutely nailed it; down to every detail. It was extremely impressive!

We had our wedding on 9/17/21 at the Log Cabin in the Easthampton room and everything was spectacular! After having to postpone our wedding once due to Covid, it is easy to start getting worried about everything, but there was no need to, the Log Cabin has everything down to a science and they are amazing at what they do. We worked with Amanda as our event consultant who was a pleasure. Colin was our main/personal server the night of the wedding, and Kelly was the day of coordinator who greeted us right when we got there. Kelly ensured everything ran smoothly and also checked in with us to make sure everything was was exactly as we wanted, and it was! Colin was there if we needed ANYTHING. He was always there to refill our drinks as needed and make sure the night was moving along as it should. The service from these two and the rest of the staff was absolutely amazing. The food was delicious and the passed appetizers were a huge hit. We had a lot of guests from the eastern part of the state come to our wedding and we’re blown away by the views! Our wedding was definitely with the wait and we are very happy we chose the Log Cabin for it.

We had our wedding reception at the Log Cabin in June 2018. Our coordinator, Rebecca Poggi, was an absolute dream to work with. She made the entire planning process so easy and it took so much stress away. On the actual day we had two people designated to us who brought us fresh food when we got pulled away for photos and were there to ensure that we were happy every step of the way. Our guests couldn't say enough around how professional and attentive the staff were. The food was excellent and the VIEWS were to die for. We had friends and family travel from near and far and they couldn't stop talking about how gorgeous the views were. We were blessed with a gorgeous sunset and a beautiful day that we will never forget.

We recently got married at the Upper Vista at The Log Cabin. We had originally planned on getting married July of 2020 in one of the ballrooms of the Log Cabin, but due to covid, we had to change our plans. Through this all the Log Cabin was incredibly gracious and attentive to our needs. Nicole P. did an excellent job of reaching out to us to let us know about dates and timelines, and to make suggestions for everything from decor to ceremony scheduling. On the day of Kelly did an incredible job of making sure everything went smoothly. All of our guests swooned over the mountaintop view, and the general beauty of the Upper Vista. All of the facilities were clean and pristine. So easy to recommend this spot to anyone looking to host a beautiful event in Western Mass!

We held our annual BusinessWest Difference Makers event there last week and received some of the best feedback! The meals and hors d'oeurves were unique and tasty, the appetizers were good, and the the staff was wonderful! The servers were quiet and respectful of the program, friendly, and overall had great customer service skills.

My son and daughter in law recently got married at the Log Cabin. It is a beautiful venue and the outdoor space is spectacular. Unfortunately it rained on their day. However, it was still a fabulous day. The staff at the Log Cabin are professionals and know what they are doing and see to every detail. We worked with Amanda. She was great to work with and made sure every detail was attended to. On the day of with worked with Josh, Bubbles and their team. They were incredible attentive, accommodating and paid very close attention to all aspects; leaving nothing overlooked. They went above and beyond! I highly recommend The Log Cabin for your wedding or any event! Thank you to Amanda, Josh, Bubbles and your entire team for making my son and daughter-in-law's day so special :-)

Had my daughter’s Quinceñera here last week and it was absolutely amazing. Nicole and her team really went above and beyond. Everything was great from the service to all the food we had chosen. Nicole always answered all my questions and emails quickly. It was a pleasure working with her and if I had to do it all over again I would chose the Log Cabin again and again

I've been here for prom twice, weddings multiple times, and my wife and I anniversaries, wonderful place! I do wish, though, that eventually they'd update the place for the price they charge, but otherwise, a continued cherished location for get togethers!

We got married at the Log Cabin on December 31st and it seriously could not have been any better. The planning process with the Log Cabin was so smooth leading up to the wedding day. On our wedding day we were blown away with how amazing everyone was. They went above and beyond to make sure not only my husband and I, but our family, wedding party, and all 230 guests had the best time. The entire staff is so helpful and even helped makeshift my dress bustle when it broke. You will not be disappointed if you choose to have an event at the Log Cabin. Their service, attention to detail, phenomenal food, and professionalism are unmatched. Thank you!

Shot a wedding here this weekend and the staff was lovely. They treated venders as guests and took our order and even served us all courses for dinner. Super rare to see in the vender world. Thank you for doing that!

A wonderful place to stop, the staff is super friendly, the food is top notch, and I loved the atmosphere. I liked their drink menu too, inspired and delicious. If you're in the area I recommend stopping here.

Went to a friend's wedding and this place is stunning!! The bathrooms are huge and we're spotless. The food was so incredible too and all the staff were super nice and fun and joked with us. The views at the altar were absolutely gorgeous too!

I recently attended an event that was catered by Log Rolling catering and the food was wonderful! I think the mac and cheese might be my new all time favorite food! Everything else was great as well, the chicken and broccoli alfredo, baked ziti and herb roasted red skin potatoes all had great flavor! The food arrived on time to the event and had everything needed for an amazing meal! I would highly recommend Log Rolling catering for your next event!

We got married at The Upper Vista at The Log Cabin last weekend and we cannot say enough wonderful things about the venue. From beginning to end, our wedding was supported and taken care of by a team of consummate professionals (special shout-out to our coordinator, Nicole!). We had a nor’easter roll through during our wedding and The Log Cabin staff pivoted so quickly and efficiently to hold our ceremony indoors. While we were disappointed in the weather, they made our ceremony still feel special and wonderfully decorated. We do not live in New England, so having the all-inclusive aspect was fantastic for us. Not to mention that the food was delicious! Not having to worry about separate contracts for things like tables, silverware, linens, etc. was a massive load off our shoulders. The entire time we planned our wedding, we felt that things were organized and that our event was important. We even had our rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Delaney House. Top marks all around.

Attended my nieces wedding. Beautiful scenery, food was good. Plenty of assistance. Only real issue was the men's bathroom kept overflowing and lots of water on the floor

Attended a Rotary function with a Sunday brunch buffet. Food was good and location was very nice overlooking Massachusetts hills. The only knock was that wait staff began dismantling our tables while the speaking program was taking place and while we were sitting there. We all gave each other looks as they came by and pulled all the napkins, including those in front of us that were being used. Then they came for the glasses, used or unused and then utensils. It was very distracting while listening to the speakers and in our opinion uncalled for. Maybe the staff was in a rush to leave.

I was a bridesmaid at a wedding here a few weeks ago and I have to say the staff was AMAZING particularly Bubbles! The space was beautiful, and very pretty to look at. I'd recommend this place to anyone who asks.

I wish I could give a 5 star review. The Log Cabin deserves 5 stars for the stunning views, delicious food and friendly, helpful staff.The staff did a beautiful job arranging all the decorations provided to them.The reason I cannot give them 5 stars is on the day of my daughter’s wedding the guest were to arrive at 2:00 , get a welcome drink and proceed to the patio to enjoy the view and music we had arranged to be playing. Instead of this happening our guests were stuck in the hot stuffy hallway waiting for the venue to open. Somewhere along the line there was a breakdown in communication. I found this embarrassing and felt the need to apologize to our guests. This being said I would recommend the Log Cabin but I would double and triple check your timeline with the event coordinator of the day.

Nice venue. Upon arrival I walk in to find which room the wedding is going to be held. After walking to each room I found out it was to be held in the back part of the venue under a tent. When I get to the location it was nothing like what I saw on the inside. I understand you get what you pay for but the set up I saw didn’t seem to represent of what I saw on the inside. I understand the pandemic caused a rethinking of how to do business in those guideline but it wasn't anything I saw spectacular about that tent area.

Pretty good, but sort of boring ambiance and the bar drinks were SO over priced sheeeesh.

I always admired The Log Cabin for years. Went to one wedding reception about 10 years ago. I recall it being very nice. Since that time, I have been here with family each Thanksgiving from 2022-2024. I’d have to say my experiences have been mediocre. Each of the three times, the food was picked over. Many of the foods were over salty, burnt tasting, and had the visual appeal of sanctified deli meats. Service was slow, drinks were hard to come by, and weren’t great. And $430, incl tip for 3 adults, two kids, and only two total drinks, it was very expensive for what we got. Next year I will be seeking an alternate option, preferably one where we are served off a menu.

I drive charter bus and brought a group of people there for a meal and a show. I have been bringing people there for yrs and was treated just like the people I brought. Now under new management drivers are treated like crap. In years past we always had a choice of chicken or stake and always got a lobster after main course. But this time was told all drivers get is chief choice. So the chief gives us chicken but not even same as the group. Basically pulled it out of freezer and cooked in microwave. It was like rubber no flavor. So gets better when asked for ketchup, barbecue sauce was told no but did get some hot sauce after was almost done. Asked for sour cream for potato and didn't receive til done with. There was 6 drivers at the table and we all could not believe how we were treated. Our conversation was how we are going to tell our passengers to go to the Brown stone in Jersey were the food is awesome and they take excellent care of the drivers. We also discussed how the old owners treated us as guest instead as servants and that we hope they come back and take over. I don't highly recommend this place unless management changes. The only good thing was entertainment.

I would give negative stars if I could!! Went to Mother’s Day brunch, it was terrible. Most of the hot food was barely warm, salad bar was a joke 4-5 different spots for food only thing was good was carving station. Tons of desserts for some reason ( too much) they should have focused more on the food. Lots of sauces out of a can or some kind of mix, Alfredo, vodka, hollandaise. Eggs were definitely powdered eggs. At the price point they were charging everything should be homemade. Very disappointing Log Cabin has a great reputation. The wait staff was very good, if the Log Cabin continues like this they won’t be around for long. Left there feeling ripped off, it’s too bad I got married there 25 years ago it was fantastic!! That’s the new American way….. It’s all about the money forget quality or taking pride in your work.
