I was in last week and bought a medium. It was good. Today for Veterans day I took advantage of their offer and got a free Detroit style. I was very pleased. I pretty much like most pizza thick thin what ever. This was really quite thick. I've always referred to it as Roman style pizza. All about the crust. This was far from good Roman crust but in Hondo, Delizioso!,, 😎

Pre ordered 8 pizzas for 6:15. Walked in at 6:15 and they were being boxed up. Gentlemen walks out from back and sees my arm is in a cast/sling and without even hesitation says, “let me help you out!” We joked on the way out and then after putting my order in the car, wished me a great evening. Fantastic customer service! Thank you!

I just had a order from there and was told it would be a little wait due to being busy. I said no worries and waited well i received my order not really long after that and a apology from I assume a manager. He was so nice and apologized for the wait and even threw in a complimentary order of wings! I was so surprised being that I’m not from this area and my little Caesar’s in my town would never have even apologized if the wait time was pass the original time expected. So thank you for working on my order and the complimentary wings and for being so thoughtful of my time. Awesome customer service!

25 mins for 1 pizza in drive thru... You really shouldn't allow more than 1 or 2 pizzas through the drive thru., and it should be common courtesy not to order more than 1 or 2 pizzas through the drive thru. Come on, be more considerate of others in a hurry.

25 mins for 1 pizza in drive thru... You really shouldn't allow more than 1 or 2 pizzas through the drive thru., and it should be common courtesy not to order more than 1 or 2 pizzas through the drive thru. Come on, be more considerate of others in a hurry.

Service seemed frustrated when I didn't take an already made Pizza, that was a different type from what i wanted and then my Pizza was missing the cheese, which was odd.

We bought 2 boxes of pizza cups, we opened the 1st box & didn't take pic.. the presentation was BAD!! It looked like someone thru up in the boxes!! We orded 2 box We won't order this item again hesitating about going back. Unbelievable

Food is good but…employees close the doors way too early. Usually 8:45-8:50pm. You then have no choice but to go through the drive thru and that can take anywhere from 15-25 minutes. When that happens we just go elsewhere.

They never answer their phone to place an order or ask questions, yet all the larger places like Pizza Hut & Domino's will provide the customer service. Hondo location management needs to get back customer service includes talking to your customers.

We got two pizzas. One was pepperoni and the other Hawaiian. The dough on the pepperoni pizza was still raw, and the Hawaiian had a hair coming from under the cheese.

I don't know what it is, but for about the past year the quality of food has gone really down, we keep giving them chances, but the food really is awful the crust is really thin and dry they hardly put any sauce. I don't know if it's management cutting coners or just workers heating up old Pizzas that are old hot and ready that's been sitting all day, but it really sucks. Other Little Caesars are a lot better and are really fresh I guess I'll drive the 30 miles extra to go somewheres else, it's that bad. We've had to have them remake our pizza several times also. This is sad cuz it's veteran owned and we try to support our veterans.

Management, Griselda, is rude and wants to cause an argument after staff fails to give additional menu option prices when you upgrade. Left me with a sour taste in my mouth and definitely will go elsewhere to purchase my pizza.

This is probably the worst location for the brand. Food is almost always overcooked or undercooked. Online ordering is unavailable half the time, their pizza portal never works, but that wouldn’t be an issue if they ever answered their phone! They’ve only answered the phone once in the past couple years I’ve lived here.
