Lauren is hands down one of the best bartenders I’ve come across. She’s welcoming and attentive. Drinks are on point, service is fast, and she makes the whole place feel like a chill, fun spot to hang out. She definitely adds to the experience. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and knows her stuff behind the bar. Will absolutely come back because of her. 🔥🍻

This is my favorite spot in my neighborhood and tonight GARRETT made sure we had a BALL! I ordered dinner to go but had a drink while I waited. Garrett mixed me a perfect Liquid M. Drink but the highlight was his AMAZING playlist. I have added 4 new artists to my playlist and shared them with my siblings. I love Cheba Hut. See you soon!

We always choose to come to this location because of the cozy vibe and today was exceptional enough to mention. Garrett helped us at the bar after we had really good service ordering food with the cashier. Garrett went above and beyond to keep the kind and fun vibes going and was extra attentive without us ever asking. Will definitely be continuing to choose this location every time.

We were welcomed by a very enthusiastic employee who knew that menu like he knew his name! I normally shy away from help when I enter a store or restaurant but I absolute adored his enthusiasm. As a first-timer, I didn’t know what to expect but I got the tuna sandwich because I love tuna and the white widow. The white widow was 🤩🤩🤩🤩 It’s 7 am and I’m thinking about this sandwich. The entire staff was nice and cordial while still keeping a good pace. The beautiful black girl with the blonde braids took our trash as we ate and made sure we were good but not in an overwhelming way. I usually have to have a bite of burger simultaneously with a fry and a bite of sandwich with a chip my entire life. I was halfway through my second sandwich and my husband asked “Do you not want your chips?!” I forgot about them!!!! Please make more locations and come to the Northwest side of Houston by Bush. It was well worth the drive for us either way!

Their loaded nachos is out of this world good and very affordable. It’s perfect late night snack after a night out with friends. The vibe is also super chill. They have nice pastry options. Their staff are super friendly.

The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure everything was just right. The subs themselves? Absolutely fantastic. Fresh, packed with flavor, and generously filled with quality ingredients. Whether you’re a classic sandwich lover or want to try something a little different, they’ve got something for everyone. I especially loved how customizable the options were, so you can get exactly what you want every time. The location was easy to find and had great parking, which is always a plus. The place has a cool, casual atmosphere that makes it a fun spot to enjoy your meal without feeling rushed. Overall, Cheba Hut nails it with tasty subs, great service, and a relaxed vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!

Amazing service, amazing quality, and fun atmosphere. One of them stoner inspired places, everything kinda makes a reference to marijuana in a way. The food is phenomenal, and the service is non-stop. We were greeted immediately upon entry and they never stopped assisting us. They offered to pick up our empty baskets. I watched one employee assist a lady with their beverage, although it was a self-serve machine. I was so impressed with the employee’s dedication to customer service. I highly recommend this place for the food and the experience. They have a monthly sandwich special. This month’s was the Orange Widow (SO GOOOOOD), they also have a bar staffed with bartenders, and it seems like a good place to watch the big game, whatever that game may be. When I was there they had UFC fights on the big screen. I high-ly (LOL) recommend!

It was a memorable experience right when I stepped foot inside till I walked out. The staff members are friendly and have great welcoming energy. Not to mention the amazing selection of subs to choose from. I will definitely be going back to try every selection out. I had the #1 white widow and Thai sub. Both were so tasty. Also, cant forget to quench those cotton mouth needs. Heheh, thank you all so much for an amazing experience.

The sandwiches were surprisingly very good as well as the cookie! The drink options were interesting. It's a very casual spot with a bar and trivia questions on the TVs.

My favorite sandwich shop in Houston! Always great service, chill atmosphere, indoor/outdoor seating. Sandwiches are 🔥 I've never had Parmesean cheese on a sandwich until coming here and i love it. I haven't went for drinks but the bartender is usually nice and sometimes busy. Highly Recommend for a good sandwich

I came here and got the kali mist with garlic bread and it was absolutely delicious. My boyfriend got the 5-0 with garlic bread and he enjoyed it. It comes in 3 different sizes 6”, 8”, and 12”. I got the 8 and he got the 12. The atmosphere is so cute and it’s all stoner themed and they have a full bar. Each sandwich is named after a weed stain and deserts resembles edibles (rice crispy treats , no THC). They had reggae music playing and it was very relaxing. Definitely come here

I'm not sure why I have not reviewed this place since I have eaten here a bazillion times! Located in Sawyer Yard, Cheba Hut has a huge, shared parking lot, which is great considering parking is always a challenge around here. I love the vibe of this place, and you don't have to be into chronic to come here, and I am certainly not (but if you are, that's probably a bonus for you). You order at the counter, and the workers are always helpful and friendly. While I have had several sandwiches, and almost always get the 4" nugg size, my favorite is the Kali Mist. I have also had the Kind and the Jamaican Red. I am sure there isn't a bad sandwich here. I am looking forward to trying the AK-47, which is the French dip, too. They have a full bar, although I have never partaken of it, and usually there are people sitting outside selling stuff, although I have never checked that out either.

This place has great vibes and good food. Lots of options! Middle of the week, there was a band playing next door. Patio seating is available with a nice view and shade. I wish the tables and chairs were not so locked up. It made it somewhat hard to position and get completely comfortable. My sandwich was toasted to perfection. The house sauce was a great Ying to my yang. The prices are affordable but not ideal. I didn't get a chance to check out the bathrooms. Which to me are a big deal. Cleanliness is important. Overall, I will definitely be back to try other choices.

I usually don’t do this but I am soooo disappointed. I rave about the place all day and ya’ll have never gotta my order wrong before but I had an Uber eats order tonight and you didn’t put my ranch in the bag and I am so heartbroken. The ranch is the best part of the entire meal and my meal is so mid now :( please give me a free meal coupon or something. I will give you proof If needed. ALSO I PAID AN EXTRA $2 FOR THAT RANCH.
