Drove over to this location after arriving at Bush intercontinental airport. The burgers were fantastic along with the fries that we customized to animal fries.

I have wanted to try an In and Out Burger and took the opportunity when I could. In and Out has an old school/ back to the future feel too. It had nice clean booths and tables. The guys and girls had sailor/burger tray hats with huge safety pin aprons. Customer service A+. I decided to eat there, not too much traffic in and out at that time. I got a protein(lettuce) wrapped double/double and a whole onion wrapped Flying Dutchman with animal-style fries and I made a half/half drink-pink lemonade/sweet tea(good). I loved both and I went back later to order the same thing minus the fries. In my honest opinion, the animal-style fries are just OK and the fries are disgusting without toppings or ketchup. A whole combo( burger, fries, and drink) is cheaper at In and Out than some of your favorite fast food restaurants. I will definitely be back to try other menu items and the secret menu.

This was my first visit to an In-N-Out Burger. Clean store, very clean tables (they have staff cleaning very regularly), have tables spaced quite nicely due to covid. Lots of outdoor seating as well. Pictured a double cheeseburger and a single cheeseburger with fries. They do refill your drinks, and come by regularly to make sure everything is ok. Staff is very friendly and helpful. This location is pretty busy but they seem prepared for it. Even have some of the mall parking lot for extra space.

Nice to have this California institution in the state of Texas. I think the Houston In N Out is better than the one in Austin, which didn’t really impress me. The burgers are very tasty and reasonably priced, animal style is great but don’t recommend it for the fries, it’s just a bit too much. Definitely get a milk shake, strawberry was perfect. The long lines of when it first opened are gone but it stays busy, I don’t see it going the way of Karl’s Jr.

Came to Houston for a business work and didn’t knew that there is In-N-Out Burger place nearby. Heard good things about it so thought to give it a shot. It was totally worthless it. The burger was juicy and big and fries were to the right color of golden and crispy. Will try it whenever i come to Houston.

In October 2023 my family and I went to visit some of our relatives that live in Houston and we all came to this In N Out and the service and food were both amazing! Since I live in Northwest Georgia this is literally one of the closest In N Out locations, basically a 13 hour drive. If my family and I come to Houston again, we will definitely come to In N Out with our relatives. Hopefully In N Out can open new restaurants in several other states including Georgia!

Love their burgers! Great burgers - double/double or triple/triple or even their grilled cheese. 6 stars for the food. 5 stars for their service. 4 stars for the venue... not holding that against them... dine in is much faster than drive thru. 2 stars for their limp, dry, under cooked fries. Wish they could cook a good crispy, salty French fry!!! Well done does not help them, Sad, well done, fries are just burnt.... I will definitely go back! Many times!

I can say without a doubt that In-N-Out is my favorite burger chain of all time. I will say that I have yet to try a burger that tastes they way they make them in California, but this comes close. This particular restaurant was clean, service was quick, and the food was delicious. Highly recommend!

Recently opened, this restaurant is very popular: the drive-thru lane starts at a staging area in the mall parking lot. I estimate there were 30 cars in front of me when I arrived. It took about twenty minutes to get my order, a hamburger combo with a chocolate milkshake. The hamburger was very good; the toasted bun and juicy patty tasted well together. The milkshake tasted good, too. The fries were different, a kind of a tougher outer layer, but very enjoyable. Service was very good, probably the real secret of the chain: from friendly attendants in the staging area, to order taker, to the delivery window. Energized, happy on the job. And everybody has protective gear. Overall, definitely value for money.

I have never had a bad experience with In N Out. Always fresh and worth it. I enjoy this location better than Katy. I think almost all of them have a similar issue with the drive/parking but it is Houston lol all in all great food and the best memories.

Yesterday was the Grand Opening of the new In N Out in the Willowbrook Area and it still not late to go to enjoy the California Styled Burgers, as a Californian having a In N Out 10 mins away is like blessings, close to Willowbrook Mall, Starbucks across the street and shop. Today I went to check the new In N Out and first impression 10/10 it felt like i was in California but hotter, the parking lot is small but they also have a drive thru, they have a dine in but at a limit capacity, they also have patio tables outside, the employees were very nice, humble & respectful, honestly a great just hangout, eat & chill. Stopped by In-N-Out for the first time and ordered the Double-Double with animal-style fries. Definitely lived up to the hype! Can’t wait to go back.

I’m never dissatisfied even with the long lines food is out fast and always great tasting. If aliens were to come to planet Earth and request what a burger 🍔 should taste like. I’d send the spaceship 🚀 here so they could experience what a basic burger can be. 😂

Out of all my years eating here they've never gotten my order wrong unlike places like McDonald's... the burgers and fries are delicious and the place feels more higher end then other fast food joints. My only complaint would be those pesky birds outside but that's the birds' fault.

It is just good food. You can order off the menu if you want to be adventurous with changing your fries to animal fries. You must get the double double. The yellow peppers add some spice to the meal.

I had my first ever in and out hamburgers at the famous Hollywood outlet. And instantly fell in love with their juicy hamburgers. Now that I've found another outlet closer to home, I can't control myself but visit this place to have those hamburgers with the best meat to bun to condiments ratio. I wasn’t disappointed with my burger (the animal-style cheeseburger from their not so secret menu) and I really enjoyed it. The burger itself was nice and fresh and was just a good burger overall. I went through the drive-through, which was a little tricky to navigate because the entrance to the drive through isn’t clearly labeled. I would love to take the time and sit down at the restaurant because that was one of the experiences that I had at a California In and Out. I would definitely go back.

Ok, this is a good burger place. Friendly staff (a lot of employees) maybe bcos they just opened, but they all looked busy and organized. Food is good but Beck's Prime is equally as good (maybe slightly better). If in & out and Becks prime are a 10 of 10, then whataburger is a solid 8 (as they are not always fresh). So, welcome in and out to Willowbrook and let's see if you can maintain your standards.

First time ever. Pretty good. I usually do not eat hamburgers and fries anymore. A friend recommended. The quality of the ingredients definitely sets this chain apart from the others

Today was my first time at the Legendary In-N-Out. They do a pretty good job and it is very reasonably priced compared to Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King and The Local Favorite Whataburger. Shake Shack, Smash Burger, Becks, The Burger Joint and 5 guys are so over priced with no value, so they don't even get to come into the list of competitors. A Single Cheeseburger Combo was only $7.⁵⁰ I got the 4x4 which was only $7.⁷⁰plus Fries and a Drink. Comparably they all run well over 15 at any of the competing restaurants. The Burger was pretty tasty and everything was hot, a little bit salty, but you can easily modify that. I have to say I'll be back soon and hope more locations pop up in the Houston area.

In n out is underrated, this is actually the top healthiest fast food you can order. And they don’t sell bacon for a reason. You gotta know how to order. 3x3 whole grill onion animal style no lettuce no tomato and thank me later. Also the animal style fries are amazing. You can also order a protein style burger with cup of water for daily diet. I just had a 3x3 while grill onion animal style & animal style fries I sometimes get that with a vanilla shake but it puts me to sleep lol

We’re not from around here, so we were super excited to try In-N-Out. When we first pulled up, the line was long, but it went down quickly. They definitely live up to their name. Probably the best burger I’ve ever had from a fast food joint. Also love that they repeat the order back to you several times; after they take your order, before you pay, and before the hand off. Great communication. 10/10 recommend!!

The BEST drive thru burger. Please believe the hype. They make every order fresh so you may have to wait but its worth it. From the delectable fresh tasting burgers to their one of a kind animal style fries, it’s hard not to eat here everyday. The milkshakes are also both delicious and a nice thick consistency. And best of all at an affordable price!! The service is not only fast but friendly as well. From the drive thru workers to the cashier, you feel welcomed with their attentive and friendly nature. The environment is very clean and safe. The only thing to complain about is that there is not one closer to me! Definitely a place you can’t miss out in the west coast! You can really just never go wrong with a classic double double cheeseburger and fries do wash down with a nice strawberry milkshake! So my first time trying In-N-Out Buger was 7 years ago in L.A. Then a year later after that. The Buger was always fantastic and the fries were trash 🗑 for me. I guess my taste buds have changed since, or Texas just make them better IDK. I like the fries now, so I'll give it a 9/10. The service at this location is speedy as busy as it is. The staff is always nice as well. Never been in the inside. I have always done the drive thru.

Better than Whataburger. Whataburger has lost its luster. I've been reluctant to try this place out because of our Texan loyalty to the Whataburger brand. The burgers at In-n-out taste really good. There is more going on in it. The fries were delicious! Freshly made makes a huge difference. The free peppercinis(sp?) are a plus. The location is very well kept and clean. Staff are all smiles as you watch them work. Highly recommend others to try them out.

This is an amazing place. The food is fantastic, and the service is over-the-top. It’s a simple menu, but they stick to what they do best. Everything is fresh to me, and the potatoes are cut right before they're fried. It’s a big restaurant, so there’s plenty of seats, and it has a good atmosphere with all the windows and natural light. It’s conveniently located at the mall's entrance. I recommend it.

In-N-Out burger. I usually get a cheese burger fixed protein style. I love this option because I still get to enjoy a good tasting burger without the extra carbs. I'm getting older and at times, I still desire a good hamburger. The service is excellent. I wish they didn't have to work on the Texas heat. Thank you to all the staff for doing so and for all the other staff that work as a team for a great brand of food.

I have always heard about In and Out. Was lucky enough to be in town for business. Had to try it! Very reasonable price for the quality of food. Especially in comparison to five guys. The hamburger was very juicy and the fries were fresh cut. I was watching the young man cutting them like there was no tomorrow. It was late in the evening and the place was still packed. The sauce was so unique. I do not know what it is but I saw the guy on the table next to mine dipping his fries in it. I did the same and it was delicious. You have to ask for the sauce as they do not hand out so had I not overheard the young man, I would have never know. I will be coming back next time I am in town.

This was my first time trying In-N-Out and I really enjoyed the food! The fries were hot and crispy and the burgers were very tasty. It was pretty crowded and busy when I went (Sunday afternoon) so some of the empty tables hadn’t been wiped off, other than that, it was great!

Finally had the chance to try this place out, let me say the drive thru line was a bit long but went semi fast. Well I hadn't had in and out burger in years since they weren't located in my Area so when they opened one up in Tomball tx and I was in the area I gave it a try. The drive-thru line was long but the wait wasn't bad. The young lady taking orders was great and had a high level of enthusiasm. The burger was great but the fries were a little disappointing as they didn't seem the same as I remembered them. The price was great for what you got and ill definitely be stopping in again when I'm in the area.

This In N Out location can be very busy. It is located on F.M. 1960 just off of Hwy 249. They have a large staff and are very professional and offer great service. The Double Double is a great burger with the freshest ingredients. You can order it regular or animal style, raw or grilled onions. I never order the French fries...In n Out's stapled weakness. The fries are freshly cut, but they have no flavor whatsoever. I love their hot peppers. They add a very good hot flavor to the meal imo. And it is not on their menu, but you can order a Neopolitan shake. It is outta this world.

The burgers are good fast food burgers and the prices are good but the size of the burger is reflected in the price, if you need extra protein you will need extra meat, the veg is high quality and every meal is photogenic. The fries are known for being bad and it really is true and confusing as to why they don't make an effort to fix that seeing how they use fresh potatoes. Service is overly friendly and fast, restaurant is kept clean like it's a movie set.

The place was fantastic. First time I've ever been in to one of these restaurants. It was like stepping into an era long gone. Everyone that worked there was fantastically dressed in uniforms and hats. Everyone had neat haircuts and looked very wholesome. I was amazed to find a place that looked this way. We ordered the cheeseburger and a shake and fries. Was not really impressed with the food. It was kind of bland and the fries though warm initially cooled off quickly and we're not pleasant. I would probably not plan to go back but my daughter told me that they have a different menu online which is much better than just the in and out menu. We'll have to go try and see

We came at night thru the drive thru and there was an employee there to walk the line and take your order allowing things to move a bit faster for being ready once you got to the window. We ordered the triple and the double animal style and got the fries animal style too. I will say the animal style burgers were the bomb! The fries ...not so much. So the fries taste like frozen shoestring fries out of the freezer bag. Not good at all except that we got them animal style and the toppings made them somewhat palatable. The fries without topping we fed to the dogs. The atmosphere appeared clean and service was fast. It's like McDonald's with less atmosphere. The burgers are McDonald's sized, aka small with thin meat, but the bun and meat is much better. The sauce has way too much mustard flavor. It's okay but not something I would go out of my way to eat. The fries are terrible. Crispy edges but raw and undercooked flavor and texture inside. The shake was a laughable small size and not as good as chickfila or arbys.

I mean you can have someone clean the inside so often to alleviate the nastiness. We are outside because of that. I believe a 3 is reasonable because of the potential the restaraunt have.

It’s ok, very clean, great service but I don’t see the hype. Burgers 🍔 are ok but I think Whataburger and McDonald’s are better and I don’t have to wait in a line of 20 cars at the drive thru 😕

I've been wanting to try In-N-Out for while after some Christmas shopping I stopped at this location for lunch. The 3 stars are for the burger it was good, if I had no place to go and was in the area I would go just for that. The fries on the other hand were hard and crunchy like chips, I'm pretty sure they gave me day old fries.

This is the first time we've been to an In-N-Out Burger, the line in the drive through was long, that was a good sign. It took some time to get the food, we both had a cheese burger, mine with onion, two fries and one milk shake. We had the option to have it in the car, which we chose, it just meant it was open in a cardboard box, that was nice. The burgers were good, the milkshake was decent, but the French fries, they were horrible, neither one of us could finish them. They were hot, but I think they were over cooked, unless the fries are supposed to be hard and crunchy, I'm not sure, we did not like the way it tasted. I would never order them again, when we go for a hamburger, we do like french fries, so I'm sure we'll never be back. If you like hard, crunchy, french fries, then this is the place for you.

Okay, was really trying to like it. When I was in California it was AMAZING! In Texas it might be a distant 3rd place. Just like Whataburger never get the single. You are just eating a lettuce and tomato sandwich. Fries get cold fast so best to eat them as dine in. It just so basic, really don't understand the draw. Wait, I do. In California it's 5 stars. I can't stand McDonald's but their fries are better.

Food was lowkey nasty. Burger made my stomach hurt. First time at in and out. Burger tasted okay but like a Wendy's burger. The fries were bland and basically unbearable to ear without it being animal style and even then not good.

I've ordered a Flying Dutchman onion wrapped many times and this is the first time the onions were so raw it made my mouth burn. Little upsetting

My first time at In-N-Out Burger was not what I expected. I was excited to try it because being from Texas I heard a lot about it being popular amongst Californians however the fries were very small and undercooked, the meat is thin, they don’t carry any condiments and it just was not my cup of tea. If I were to choose between this and Whataburger to settle the debate .. it will be Whataburger. Yeah the price is low but that’s for a reason. As a burger connoisseur I have tried many many different burgers this is low on my list.

Tried for the second time not sure what the hype is about. Fries were horrible and crunchy. Burger was mid at best. Definitely prefer whataburger over in-n-out for a fast food burger.

Came in on a Friday night at 10:15 after a football game. Lots of people in the store. Ordered food had cash and was told they will not take anything over a 20$ bill. This is crazy as they have a 1”x5” sign attached to the computer … only sign stating this policy. Will skip this place from this point on! Service was por, food was average and the inside was extremely noisy. Others state fries are cold and I agree.

Improper order, the French fries were small crumbs, the burger was not as I ordered it. And when I informed my order taker she only offered a pathetic apology. I'll never return.

Burgers are alright , the terrible thing are the fries … super dry and hard . Never really complain but this is too much , the managers need to do something about it’s unacceptable

I tried in and out in Cali and don’t remember it being this nasty, burger was not fully cooked and fries tasted and looked like yesterday’s burnt fries, was a waste of my money as it went in the trash, and looking at other reviews there food didn’t look as bad as mine, will not recommend and will never go , again May even request a refund. This is the kindest words I could find.

I stopped by yesterday for 3 cheeseburgers 🍔 & 3 animal fries I was traveling to New York, I told the cashier I only want the sauces on the side don’t put the sauces on, and she suggested her own way and they put everything in a box, and my luck they forgot to give me the sauce any sauces i basically just had the burgers items that was it… no sauces or nothing and it wasn’t even busy for them to say it was busy, very disappointing… flew from so far my bf was really looking forward to this….

The worst I've seen from a manager running a in and out. I came in today to get my usual double double with whole grill onions and animal style fries. The person at the register repeats my order and says you want a #1 wrapped in whole grill onions and I said no and corrected him then he says sorry and fix it. Got my order and I get a double double with only whole grill onions. At this point I'm ok because I know my In and Out will fix it. I go up to the manager on duty and I tell her hey they got my order wrong and I show her my burger and she said ok I'll fix it for you and took my burger. Then she comes back and gave me all the ingredients separate for me to put it together at my table. What a terrible experience. Never coming back to this in and out again.

The food was not good. The buns were stale and hard as a rock and the fries were limp and soggy. The service was amazing . It is very busy and very packed but turnover tables are quick, you really are In and Out. It's a different name Steak and Shake with mediocre food.

The burger was over salted, the fries were over salted and swimming in sauce (I always usually use the packets to add extra, but didn’t have to this time. They either barely put any sauce or overdo it, there’s never a rational amount.). This has to be the worst In-N-Out meal I’ve had, and I’m a big fan of this place. Disappointing.

I had a very disappointing experience at In-N-Out Burger while visiting my mother at Houston Methodist Hospital, where she is currently battling Stage 4 cancer. During an already difficult and emotional time, I stopped at the drive-thru hoping to quickly pick up a meal before returning to the hospital. Unfortunately, the drive-thru was extremely disorganized. Vehicles were approaching from multiple directions, and there was no clear signage indicating where the line began. I entered in what appeared to be the most logical direction and waited approximately 20 minutes before an employee began walking up to certain cars. When she reached mine, I was informed that I had entered incorrectly and would need to exit and rejoin the line at the very end. After waiting that long, being told to start over — especially given my personal circumstances — was incredibly frustrating. The interaction felt abrupt and lacking empathy. In a situation that was already emotionally overwhelming, this experience added unnecessary stress. I ultimately chose to leave and take my business to Five Guys, where the service and food were both excellent. I am disappointed in how this situation was handled. Better traffic direction, clearer signage, or even a small gesture of goodwill would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to reconsider returning in the future.

This was my first and definitely my last time eating at In-N-Out, and honestly, it was the worst $40 I’ve ever spent. The Willowbrook location completely messed up my entire order. It looks like they gave me someone else’s food, they completely butchered my order because nothing we received matched what we ordered. Seriously, I’m sure they just tossed someone else’s food in the bag and called it a day. The burgers looked old, dried out and straight up unappetizing, and they were completely tasteless, zero flavor, like they’d been sitting out forever. The fries tasted burned and were honestly disgusting 🤮 downright nasty. No one in my group even finished their food. For a place with so many employees working, it’s unbelievable that they can’t get orders right or ensure the food is fresh. It’s beyond frustrating and honestly ridiculous. We had been wanting to try this location since it opened in 2019, especially after hearing people talk about it, but this visit was a huge disappointment. The experience was far from pleasant, and after how bad the food looked and tasted, I’m genuinely concerned about the quality and safety of what we were served. The quality of the food made me question whether it was even safe to eat. Overall, this location was terrible. We don’t even want to try another In-N-Out after this experience. We have zero interest in ever trying again.

I've seen hype over and over again for this place. I do not understand why after eating here. The burger has fresh lettuce and tomato. If you ask for it they will also put an overwhelming amount of onion on the burger. The patty is not good. The bun is not good. The cheese is below average. Overall I've had a better burger at Chic fil a or Raising Gains and those places only sell chicken. The French fries, omg, you taste salt. Nothing else. I'm not saying they are over salted because there not it's just that the get itself is like eating paper or cardboard with salt on it. Not a hint of an actual potato. Overall I'll never eat here on purpose again. Just terrible.

Drive thru attendant very good. Took my order. I specified I want the patties cooked well done, protein style, sauce on the side. Arrived to to window the young girl repeated my order stating well done, sauce on the side. Got to the second window, that girl repeated my order, got my bag, drove out to the parking lot. checked the bag, no sauce had to go back thru the drive thru for the sauce. Arrived to the office, grabbed the burger out the bag took one bite to find the patties were not cooked well done, still very rare. Second time this has happened this week. Highly disappointed and done with this place!!

I love In-N-Out but this is probably the worst location, burger came out dry and overcooked. My fries were not fresh at all, I asked for a double single which is basically 1 slice of cheese instead of 2. My burger had no cheese. I would usually take it back and get a remake or refund, but I forgot my receipt. More than likely WILL NOT try this location ago.
