Chicken is ready when ordered. Moist, tender, with that al carbon flavor. Red salsa is so good and compliments the chicken well.

Bring cash! There is sometimes a small wait in the middle of the afternoon when they need to cook more to supply demand. The food and quantity given is definitely worth it!

This local spot keeps it simple. The chicken is prepared swiftly, making it a great go-to for a quick, no-fuss meal when you're short on time. The chicken is rich in flavor and cooked well done, though not particularly juicy, which doesn't take away from its goodness, just a heads up on its doneness. The charro beans are bomb, and the accompanying green and red sauces hit the mark with just the right amount of medium heat. Keep in mind that the portion size leans towards the smaller side given the price.

The food has a very delicious and amazing flavor and the meat was a little tough to chew. They seem to always be out on the charro beans but I ended up getting the meat that has ribs fajita and sausage you can really make about 8 to 10 tacos out of it for only $15.

The chicken is great of course but they don't include the rice and beans and the price is still the same. Plus both locations went up $4 on the family packs. We have been buying them for a really long time for $24 and now they are $28. That's too much for just 2 chickens and a tortillas. Smh

Always check your food after you get it from here. This place is notorious for selling whole chickens with missing pieces, one leg instead of two, etc.

The food is really good. I am disappointed in portions. I purchased two platters for $31.99 ea. It included 1.5 lb.of meat including fajita, ribs, and sausage. Sauces, 1 onion. I paid $66 for two 8” plates. It did not include rice and beans. I asked if this was it because it seamed too little. It was not enough food. I recommend alternating the whole chicken for one of the plates. The sausage was Half a link cut into two PCs and was a little over cooked.

The chicken was burned and dried, the lady on the phone had an attitude, the beans were missing and I had confirm over the phone if that was included and she had said yes. Their green salsa was really good but the chicken was bad. I don’t think I would go back to this place.

Well the food is pre packed so it's not hot the prices are high and their are men sitting in the parking lot drinking beer the person taking the orders seems like she don't want to be there I don't recommend this place I won't go back.

I would not have driven out there if she had told me they were out of CHICKEN. I recommend calling and verifying theyre not out of everything before coming here lmfao

Disappointed…they raised their prices and the “whole chicken” gets smaller every time I purchase. The legs are the size of a brewingz chicken wing so I could eat the whole chicken all by myself and still be left hungry. The sauces are great which is why I had been buying here for years but the value has been deteriorating over time. I will no longer be buying from them again. It was nice while it lasted but I’m breaking up with Pollos Asados El Regio…they are no good anymore.

This place went downhill. The prices are crazy for the amount of food you get, chickens have been getting smaller and smaller by time, they look like a codorniz. Super dry and almost burnt last time I bought from here. Will not be buying pollos asados no longer.❌❌❌

The service is so bad, I had to wait for the lady that’s takes the orders to finish her conversation with her co-worker, I was interrupted 2 times because she was still talking to her friend,then I had to repeat my order 3 times, she looked annoyed because it was my 1st time there and I was asking about the combos menu, I finally got my order The food was burned and had no taste whatsoever ,chicken very dry. Will NEVER go there again ..and for sure never recommend it Need more customer service , if they want customers to return.

This Guatemaltecan cashier is beyond rude!!! I’ve been coming here for years and everytime my family comes they expiriance bad customer service with her. The food is not the same like it used to be specially the red sauce it’s just not the same but what made me not want to ever come back is that rude cashier that should get FIRED!
