You can never go wrong with a cheesecake can you! Love the options, decent price for a decent sized cake!!! This place can get pretty crowded so watch out but you can always do take out. The trick about parking is since it’s attached to the galleria mall, there is free underground parking right there under the paid parking lot, and you can take the stairs straight upto the Cheesecake Factory entrance.

We ended at Cheesecake Factory as we are so used to it in Phoenix. This location seats people’s upstairs in the Galleria Mall. The server Catherine was an outstanding server. She was prompt, sincere and checked on us often. The food order was taken promptly, drinks served as ordered and food was brought to us in a timely manner with a quality check done a few minutes after we had taken our bites. The thing that impressed me most is the unique style of upselling. She is funny, caring and quick on her feet, almost and owner of the business kind of a person. She even encouraged us to come to a brunch on Saturday and Sunday and come sit at their table. She didn’t have to but that’s management skills rarely noticed in a server who just go about serving their shift . So 10 stars for her. And yes, we will come to see her and sit at her table. The Teahouse is easily my favorite boba spot. The drinks are always great and consistent, and the baristas are genuinely kind and attentive. They know exactly how I like my order and often suggest new drinks, which makes every visit feel personal. I also love the fish tank, it adds such a calming touch. There’s plenty of parking and it’s right next to Target, which makes it super convenient. The study area was recently renovated and is now larger and better optimized for studying, making it an even better place to spend time. It’s been a real staple throughout my college experience and I can’t recommend it enough. Btw Thai tea with honey and tapioca is the best!

Great tea, good food, usually on the quiet side. Free WiFi so it's a great place to set up shop and study for a while. Good ambience, but the music isn't so loud that you can't hear yourself think or focus on your work (which I really appreciate). This location has a back room with plenty of extra room and more tables. The staff are always pleasant, too. Highly recommend!

My first time here, José was EXCEPTIONAL he made it super easy to order. Encouraged me to try a drink I was had questions about, recommended me to try pop corn chicken. I went ahead and did all his recommendations although I was only there for Thai tea I left with a newly found favorite of mine. I was certain I wasn’t going to download the app, until he quickly explained how beneficial it was. I downloaded it and will 100% be coming back. a popular place to chill, eat a snack and drink. recently remodeled space to accommodate more people. there are often students hanging out and studying in the back room. you can now order ahead through the app to reduce anytime waiting. we’ve been coming for years and we always enjoy a mango cream blend, some popcorn chicken and squid balls. the popcorn is tender, juicy and flavorful.

I LOVE THIS SPECIFIC TEAHOUSE LOCATION. All locations of this place are super nice but this one always gets my drink/food out quickly and the employees are so so sweet. The atmosphere is fantastic for studying, especially the back room, and it's such a cute vibe. The popcorn chicken is great and the almond coffee is my go to drink. Everything is very clean and well upkept!

Here at 2 on a Saturday and it's been steadily packed! Nice selection of drinks, hot or cold, coffee or tea. Lots of toppings you can add and the tapioca pearls are delightfully soft. Very happy to see they've got dairy alternatives - I got soy. The staff is very efficient, so barely any wait despite the influx of customers. Reasonably priced at roundabout $5 a drink. They've got a front room where you order and pick up your drinks and then there's a back lounge area to relax. They've got games too. Looks like they've got finger food - ex egg rolls and popcorn chicken. Worth the stop!

This is my new favorite tea shop!!! Not only do they offer DOZENS of teas, they also offer yummy snacks as well. It's such a cute shop and there's a spacious seating area in the back of the shop. They have a ton of additive options for your tea including jellies and boba. There's plenty of parking and next to several other shopping areas so you can grab your tea and go shopping. The staff is so friendly and I can get in and out quickly. Check this place out.

I highly recommend kids chicken tenders, truffle fries, and especially the beet salad. It tastes so fresh and crisp with citrus hints and the satisfying flavor of the beet. The kids chicken tenders are a good portion, and tenders are always soft and tasty. Lastly, the chipotle pasta was okay, as I’ve had better pasta here (like the pasta da vinci). The chipotle pasta was a little dry for me.

While prices are generally higher than other places, it offers a wide variety of food and drink options, not just desserts. It has a unique, pleasant atmosphere. The staff is courteous, and service is fast. Despite being multi-story, there's an elevator, making it convenient for wheelchairs and the elderly.

Stopped by the Cheesecake Factory in the Galleria Mall for a quick bite and a drink. I ordered the Strawberry Spritz and an Old Fashioned, along with the Korean Fried Cauliflower. The Strawberry Spritz was light, crisp, and super refreshing--perfect for a hot summer day. The Old Fashioned was solid, though personally I prefer something lighter in the warmer months. The real standout was the Korean Fried Cauliflower--crispy, flavorful, with the perfect balance of sweet and spicy. It honestly reminded me of a spicy sesame chicken, in the best way. Our bartender was wonderful--friendly, attentive, and impressively efficient despite being the only one behind the bar. She managed to juggle drink orders from the floor while still giving bar guests great service. This Cheesecake Factory has a two-level layout, which made it feel a bit more cramped and darker than others I've been to, but overall it had the familiar, reliable chain vibe.

they have this happy hour going on right now I think by the end of June on Wednesdays 4 to 6 PM and it's half off for the drinks. expect to be standing in line for quite some time whether it is happy hour or not. lots of foot traffic. even though they have several staff making drinks there's only one cashier at the front which is probably not the best idea when there's like the door out of the line. i've been coming here for almost 10 years since college and honestly their drink has been consistent and delicious so 4 stars for that . great customer service.

Store is nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and they have variety of drinks. I ordered Thai green tea but they made me a regular Thai tea. After I told them, they immediately made me a new one. I gave 5 stars for their service. However, their drinks were not so good compared to other places. And for me it was not milk tea. It has more milk than tea. But if you want to have a place to hangout with group of friends and not really care about quality of drinks, this is a place for you.

love going out to eat and enjoying a pleasant dinner with my family, but today was not a very pleasant day. First, the service; I felt the waiter wasn't focused on his job. He seemed thoughtful and worried. The fish tacos had cold, stale tortillas. Then we went down to the restrooms, and the situation worsened. There was no hygiene; it was dirty in every way.

The only thing is if you have the app & supposed to get a free drink, you don’t you still have to pay for the sinkers & it doesn’t say anywhere that it excludes the sinkers cause I have gotten my whole tea for free before with sinkers so I am frustrated that they are charging when it’s supposed to be a free drink fully.

I tried this place and it was a good experience. The environment is inviting and there is plenty of seating area. There is a lounge type area on the back of the establishment. It's a perfect area to go find an area to yourself and do some work on a computer, read, or just have leisure time. They also have food here. I ordered the Taro cream tea 75% sugar with Lychee. Next time I will get more sugar it wasn't as sweet as I would have liked . I tried the yucca fries. They were fried quite hard but I ate them bc they were purchased and I was hungry. I recommend the chili sauce it was tasty. It is the same sauce used with egg rolls at some Asian restaurants it's sweet and wasn't spicy for me at all.

Good tap, especially the back area; best teahouse in H town Edit: Been a while, and it's still pretty good, but the back area has been changed so no more couches anymore! It looks nice though. Edit 2: Though the back area looks nice, I had held out some hope for it initially. But as time passed, so did my opinion. Honestly, from someone who came here before 2020, I preferred it when the couches were around and the long table in the front; when the couches were around, it was a good place to chill and relax with friends. Now it's just become a spot to take instagram pictures. You were once the best in Houston, solely due to the nice back area, but now I'm sorry to say that you've become average.

Service could have been better. The mocciato was delicious. Meatloaf on point ,korean chicken was fire. Unfortunately my meal got lost I ordered the steak frtiz. After a long wait the manager informed me they gave it to someone else. I dont think ill ever go to this location again. Im not sure how you lose a meal.

I hadn’t been back to The Cheesecake Factory in 23 years. After this visit, I’m reminded exactly why. Service was actually attentive and polite, so credit where it’s due. That said, I never received the famous complimentary bread—not when seated, not during the meal, not ever. A small thing, but when it’s part of the brand’s reputation, it stands out. I ordered the Tex-Mex Eggrolls and Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake. The eggrolls were nothing special—fine, but forgettable—and the green dipping sauce didn’t taste fresh. The cheesecake, which should be the star, had a faint but noticeable flavor of egg and freezer burn. Not what you expect from a dessert that’s supposed to be iconic. The restaurant was also surprisingly empty, and after this experience, I get why. I won’t be coming back. Maybe I’ll check again in another 23 years—but I wouldn’t bet on it.

Extremely disappointing experience. There was no bread served before the meal, and we waited over 10 minutes just to receive water. Every time we tried to get the staff’s attention, we were ignored, and the attitude felt clearly discriminatory and borderline racist. Even when we asked for the bill, we had to call them several times before anyone responded. On top of that, the plates and chairs were dirty, which made the whole dining environment feel unhygienic and unacceptable. This was a humiliating and deeply unpleasant experience, and I will never be returning to this restaurant.

The strawberry banana cream blend lack flavor. It tasted sour and had no banana flavor in the blend. It mostly tasted like water with a hint of strawberry. The coconut blend also lacked flavor. I was so disappointed since I previously got the exact order at another location and it was so good. This location was horrible.
