Food order was placed. I received the wrong order. Thank goodness I checked before I left. Also the food did not taste that great. I was very disappointed.

Situated in a gas station, the staff here seems unfamiliar with the menu posted outside. I had a disagreement with them about the menu items clearly indicated on the sign. The window service was rude. The chicken was also undercooked, as it was pink.

This location serves spicy tenders that are regular (mild)tenders doused with a spicy oil instead of the traditional tenders marinated in spicy seasonings prior to cooking like other churches restaurants. I asked about it and the lead told me that all locations serve spicy tenders this way. I suspect this is a franchise decision and will avoid this location in the future.

Last 3 times I used the app to get a 10 piece or with two sides for $21.99. This time I walk in a different manager wouldnt let me used it. I guess they don't really need my business. Or maybe all the managers should be on the sane page.

MANAGEMENT PLEASE PLEASE READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS... This store is going downhill fast, if it's not already on the list to be closed, it will be soon. Lord knows I love my jalapeño bombers and chicken fried steak, but the service and freshness of the food is horrible. You have employees that don't care if the order is right or wrong. I had to give my order back 2 times before it was done correctly. Once that was finally taken care of, I was stilling missing other items from the order. If it can't get resolved, surely it'll be another food place there to take your place.

We ordered the 10pc meal deal, online there’s a deal that prices it at $20 (it’s $30 in-store) I explained that I tried to place the order online but their website was crashing, which unfortunate but surely they can help right? NO. They continuously tried contradicting me saying I had the wrong location, which I didn’t, but regardless, I wanted the food so I paid for it. Mind you all this already took about 15 minutes or more even.. I pay and I’m thinking they’re gonna hand me my food, NO. They insisted on parking me to which I refused because I got the feeling that they just wanted to make me wait. They made me wait for like 15 more minutes more at the window, like 2 or 3 cars behind us left. They were just very rude and unprofessional. never coming to this location again!

The workers are rude and food was cold. We usually come to this location, but the other night was horrible. The manager is always standing around looking clueless or sitting in her office. I'm never going back. In addition the cashier ran my card 9 times.

Well I must say this was the worst $41.00 ever spent on food, not only was the spicy chicken over cooked and dry, but the Mac n cheese tasted like a ball of over cooked flour, after we served ourselves at home it just went straight from the plate to the trash along with most chicken. Sadly the only thing we ate from the meal was the mashed potatoes, and biscuits were good. The cashier was really nice though, unfortunately we will never go back here again. We hardly buy chicken and when we have we regret it everytime here ,I don't know why we keep trying to give Church's another chance.

The chicken fried steak is not the same anymore 🤮...I've had better from the frozen section in the grocery store. None of the sides had flavor. This place is only making it because of the demographic of the area it's in because this food isn't good and the problem is absolutely the people that are preparing it. I have yet to find a good church's in the area.

I've ordered from here twice, food is ok. My second order was today, 2/6 @ 7:15pm taken by a young Hispanic girl. I put these specifics, because if the owner or manager of this restaurant cares at all about customer retention, you'll remove this young lady from being customer facing and place her in a role with zero customer interaction. I ordered a 3pc combo with okra and no drink. Should be $9.69 plus $0.50 upcharge for okra, totaling $10.19 plus tax. Young lady tells me to pull around without saying my total. I pull to the window, hand my card and pay (still not told my total). I look at the receipt and noticed I was charged for a $6.99 box and $3.99 okra separately, totaling $10.98, still no drink. I ask if this was a mistake and the young lady proceeds to say they can't do a combo with no drink, so it has to be separate. Sounds weird, but I go with it and say I want the drink then. They then tell me I had to pay for the drink! Of course I refuse and the girl rolls her eyes and walks away. I pull off at this point, because it wasn't worth an altercation. Was the money my issue.... not really although that's a ridiculous policy if it's true. However, the main issue was the lack of communication and attitude received without cause.

If I could give zero stars, I would ..We’ve given this location a try 3 times ..That’s right 3...Each time the food was worst than before ..From chicken that’s been sitting, room temperature & dried out..To sour rice ..One of the worst locations I’ve ever been to..
