Ruby Tuesday in Imperial Beach receives high praise for its service, especially from staff like Mary, Amanda, Cliff, Donna and Michelle. Customers consistently highlight the friendly and attentive service. The salad bar is also a popular item, though some find the restaurant dated.

Our waitress was Kali and was very attentive and personal. We had a party of 5 and where a handful, to say the least. We all had the Monday burger & salad bar dinner. The burger was hot & properly cooked and the salad bar was fresh, clean and well stocked with lots of choices. This is our 2nd visit here within 2 weeks! Recommend eating here. Lots of reasonable priced items to choose from.
The food and service were excellent. Mary was my server and she helped get me seated and took my order quickly. My steak came out hot and cooked just at the right temperature. Overall a very good experience.
Had a great lunch! Nice window booth. Mary our server/manager was fantastic!
Kim was so wonderful and kind! Excellent service! Will return for sure and will request Kim if she is available 😀
amazing staff that are both friendly and attentive. They’re always welcoming
Collin and Mary are the best. They run a great ship and if your not close it worth the drive. Thanks to them! Also the food was great!
My sister and I had dinner here last night and we would both be happy to return again when we are in the area. Upon walking in we were greeted nicely and had no wait for a table, our server was friendly and took our drink orders quickly. My sister and I both choose the salad bar and it definitely was well stocked with assorted items and had a neat and clean appearance. My sister ordered the Tomato Soup and she was very happy with the flavor. The dessert items looked tempting but we were both full so we decided against choosing a "dessert to go"
Last one in Syracuse!! One of five still open in NY! Hard working devoted staff! Always greeted with a smile and a fantastic meal!
Amanda, the bartender who also was having to be the server also the wait staff also cleaning up she had such a good positive attitude, friendly caring she needs a raise!
Randi is a great bartender. She’s friendly and efficient. Excellent service!
Kim goes above and beyond she is amazing. Michelle and Mary are great as well.
Cajun chicken with penne pasta was awesome. The chicken parm was great also but a little less salt wouldve made it perfect. Excellent servers and service. 8/30/25 5:00pm
Mary was awesome and beyond helpful with menu options for a restricted dieter!
Came into Ruby Tuesday’s just looking for some food and ended up having one of the best nights I’ve had in a while. Cliff and Armando are absolute legends—super personable, cracking jokes, making you feel like you’ve been friends for years. Honestly, the food was great, but the service? That’s what made it. I’m not even from around here, but if I knew these two were still working when I came back, Ruby Tuesday’s would be my very first stop —this place has better vibes than anywhere I’ve been in a long time Thanks boys
We've been going for years now. I am thankful they are still open unlike many other Ruby Tuesdays that have closed in the past. They offer really decent lunch and dinner specials. Randy is an excellent waitress/bartender who's been there as long as I can remember and we are always happy to see her when we visit.
Salad bar is wonderful and there are many very nice employees, especially Randi! Besides providing great service she also looks like Scarlet Johansson!
our server was amazingly professional, even during a crazy fight in the kitchen. She remained cool, calm and very professional. We enjoyed her company and we come once a month and we will continue to come knowing this was probably a strange evening. She deserves a lot of credit for her happy demeanor and her professionalism.
Absolutely fabulous food and the best server, Mary was wonderful and we will be back because of her.
we had the greatest service Kim our server was very attentive and Mary the manager was so friendly. We came from Canada and were treated like family
We've eaten at Ruby Tuesdays on multiple occasions. There's never been a time that we have been disappointed with the food quality, price or service. We regularly take advantage of the daily specials which are especially tempting when it comes with the over top salad bar. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and very attentive.
We had a small issue with takeout food. I came back to the restaurant and spoke with Mary the manager. Not only did Mary understand my issue but she went above and beyond to fix the error. I work in the restaurant field and I will say this about Mary, she is the type of manager who gets things done and accepts responsibility for her team. Ruby Tuesdays should definitely evaluate its managers and be able to recognize those managers who set a great example and set the bar high for providing a positive experience. Mary did exactly this. Errors happen but it's how you handle them that differentiates managers of one style or another. Thank you Mary for for your attention to detail with our experience and we truly hope Ruby Tuesdays recognizes how lucky they are having you lead their team. In my 35 years of hospitality experience I would immediately be moving you up into a district managers role to teach others how to get the job done properly and professionally.
Randi was fabulous. Despite me thinking she forgot my zucchini order, it turns out I was mistaken, and in fact, my misguided assumption was the product of her seamless service and delivering it in a way that didn’t disrupt me from my very serious work that I was trying to accomplish.
My son and I had such a great time here! Mary was a great server. Definitely a great time on the carrier circle
The salad bar was fresh and delicious on a busy Friday night. Food was hot and served by Mary who was wonderful!
I was worn out from a day out road tripping and I ordered food to go. I got the New Orleans Seafood with zucchini and a baked potato. It was great, everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. I was starving and forgot to take a pic until I was nearly done, so y'all get a close-up. I'm now stuffed and happy.
I've always set my expectations for chain restaurants and I must say tonight's experience exceeded my expectations. Upon being seated, Cliff greeted me with a grin and was armed with food recommendations upon request. He then personally ensured the service, food quality and overall experience were top notch throughout my visit. I very rarely give reviews and I must say this review is well-deserved. I hope management realizes the valuable asset they have on their team. Thanks again, Cliff!
Stopped here at random for lunch and it was phenomenal. Randi was our waitress and she absolutely killed it! We watched as the crowd came in at once and we didn’t wait for a thing. The food was brought out piping hot and every table was serviced so quickly even being by herself. Absolutely recommend.
Our server, Mary, was very pleasant and kind. This made our long trip even more enjoyable. Wish there were more people like her in the world.
Mary was wonderful. We had a very nice, relaxing Linder at the Carrier Circle location
Mary was great! It was busy but she was as attentive as she could be, and she was very kind. The food didn’t take long to come out, and she even came to work on her day off. She’s appreciated!
Our server Mary was great. Checked back often. Food was hot when served. Salad bar was full and great choices.
Wonderful bartender. Amanda was spot on. Great experience. I was in the mood for pasta and she suggested the Cajun chicken. It was very good. I'll be back.
Mary at Carrier Circle was very friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs and requests. We love this place.
Great food and service. Our waitress Mary was so attentive and helpful. Plus the food was spot on. Delish!
My mother, myself and my daughter were staying at a hotel nearby and decided to eat here. Best decision ever! The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great, but the service was perfection. Our waiter, Joseph, was so friendly. He made sure that we had what we wanted, came back to make sure everything was good and made our visit extremely pleasant. I hope his boss reads this and knows what a great employee they have.
Randi delivers exceptional service every single time. Today I ordered the deconstructed kebab, and she made sure everything was exactly right from start to finish. She was knowledgeable about the dish, checked in to be sure it was prepared the way I wanted, and made thoughtful suggestions without ever being pushy. Her timing is flawless—attentive but never hovering—and her friendly, professional demeanor makes the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable. Randi has a way of making guests feel genuinely taken care of, and that kind of service stands out. The meal was excellent, and Randi’s attention to detail and positive attitude made it even better. She is a true asset to Ruby Tuesday’s and a big reason I keep coming back.
The staff are all helpful. In particular, Haley is such a wonderful part of the Ruby Tuesday team! She’s always welcoming and kind, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to friends and family
Mary was a wonderful bart3nder amd server. The catfish and fries were very good. Warm friendly environment.
This is the first time I have ever been to a Ruby Tuesday, but I think I will be back soon. The food was incredible and there are pictures on the wall that make the whole place feel like home. I would also like to thank our waiter Mary for being extremely kind. 5/5 would come here again.
Such a delightful experience, I walked in and was instantly greeted!! I had a to go order and Randi brought my food out in a timely manner and was very polite. Highly recommend
Had the bbq salmon, zucchini and loaded baked potato. All was really good. Server was great! Only reason not 5 stars is. Because they added the tip and didn't tell me. UPDATE: Visited again in Feb 2023 and the New Orleans seafood was fantastic. They really need more help, the bartender Elizabeth waited on 10 people at the bar, 3 other tables and managed pickup orders. She ran her tail off and did an excellent job!!! And they no longer automatically add the tip, so bumped up to 5 stars! Feb 2026: New Orleans late is so really good!
Michelle was the best server I've had at any restaurant in a long time. She was very attentive and helpful, also very patient with my kids. Will request her next time I visit.
It’s Me Again , Was greeted by everyone in the restaurant great vibes on this warm day . Dana was my waiter she was outstanding. I love coming here I feel like I’m a member of there family. The bartender Randi love her she knows her stuff. I enjoy this restaurant this environment keep up the great work . Can someone tell the restaurant manager to pat himself on the back he’s doing a great job
Kim our server was GREAT! Nice person. Food was good. But being winter was very chilly in here. But we were satisfied
Our bartender was Kim and she was the best! She was very friendly and she gave us the best service, and we'll definitely come back again to see her. She made a positive difference in everything she served us. Jim and Karen
Drove hours and was so worried not to find anywhere open late on a sunday.. at 9pm was welcomed with open arms and an amazing crew. JP, Collin, and Michelle were so hospitable amd welcoming to a traveler and very friendly. Thank you for saving me from taco bell. 5 stars will 100% come back again!
I think Ruby's has the best salad bar in the business(!) & plenty of very tasty menu options. One of my favorites is Hickory Bourbon salmon - a dish that is fa tastic, & one I KEEP ordering! The question really to ask about a place or food - is not if it was good, but would you go there (ororder the same item) again? I have gone to RT's many, many times! Also, they have also a great discount program if you simply sign up for the mailing list. You will steadily, recv discount coupons, making dining out at RT's very affordable. It's a great place to go!!!
Kim at Ruby Tuesday is fantastic. She’s one of those bartender-servers who just gets it — friendly, attentive, and totally on top of everything without hovering. Drinks were made perfectly, food came out exactly right, and she kept the vibe relaxed and welcoming the whole time. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. If Kim’s behind the bar, you’re in great hands. Ask for her!
First day in the USA, and Ruby Tuesdays was on the agenda. They certainly did not disappoint. Great food , atmosphere and service. Thank you Mary( manager), and Kim ( waitress) for taking the time to chat.
I was nervous showing up late on a Saturday with a party of ten but all the staff treated us exceptionally well. Michelle was a wonderful server, friendly and efficient, and the food came out quickly and tasted great. Restaurant is a little dated and could use a refresh but overall an enjoyable experience for our group.
Longtime regular customer, always excellent service from Randi K., Amanda, Mary, and Dana - without them this restaurant would crumble - personable, professional, efficient and perfectly polite. If management will focus on the food and the facility, they will handle the rest.
We love Ruby Tuesdays in East Syracuse! We often use the app for little deals and it has brought us in often. What we found was not Only delicious food but an awesome Atmosphere of familiar faces like Mary and Amanda!
Went with daughter Saturday. Great time and atmosphere. Our Server MARY was very attentive and went from table to table with a smile. No problems or issues, just happy to be of service. Mary shared menu ideas and house favorites. She is very knowledgeable. The salad bar was cold, fresh and crisp. The ribs were tasty and fish crispy and aplenty. Loaded fries were beyond good. We will definitely go back.
First time here. I travel a lot for work and this was by far one of my best experiences eating out. Michelle, despite being very busy, took the time to walk me through the menu and make recommendations. I went with her recommendation of the holiday trio and it was amazing. My steak was cooked to perfection and the ribs were so tender and delicious. The manager Collin stopped by to check on the meal and spoke with me a few minutes. Overall a fantastic experience, I can’t wait to come back.
Our family suffered the loss of our mother. With other family mmembers on from out of town we chose Ruby Tuesdays on Carrier Circle as a place to meet for dinner. They did not disappoint. The service was excellent. The food was equally excellent. The manager even stopped by the table to see how we were doing and was so polite. This Ruby Tuesday’s is top notch.
Our large party came to the Carrier Circle location and we cannot say enough great things. Our server Donna worked hard and extremely attentive. The food was delicious. Worth the trip and searching them out. Highly recommend!!!
The hostess was very friendly and our server, Cliff was exceptional. He was friendly, attentive and checked on us every time he walked by. Armando also stopped by our table to take our salad dishes and asked how the salad bar was and if the cold salads tasted good. You could tell that he takes lots of pride in his work. We had a very pleasant dinner and the few people working when we were there (it seemed like the staff was short) were working their butts off and hustling to get the food to customers and clearing dirty tables. **********
We generally come here for the salad bar, but the burgers and other items are good as well. Last night I tried their new triple smash burger and it was good, not life changing, lol, but good. My wife had pasta with chicken (I don't recall the actual name), and she said that it was good. The only real negative unfortunately was the service. We were seated immediately, but after 5-6 minutes, no one had stopped by our booth, so we just helped ourselves to the salad bar. I waited another 5-6 minutes after we sat back down and started eating our salads before I finally went up to the bar and asked for a water and a diet coke. The bartender was very nice and said that he would bring them right over to us. It took a couple of minutes, but he did get us our drinks. He also told us that he would be taking care of us for the evening. The rest of the meal went fairly well, and he was great. He even took the salad bars off of our bill for the wait. We will definitely be back, it just seemed like there was a lack of communication between the hosts and the servers. ***UPDATE*** Came back for lunch and have to up my rating!!!! Mary was great!!! Drinks were kept full, food was out quickly and hot, and with the lunch specials, the bill was very reasonable!!! We'll be back!!!
I haven’t been to Ruby Tuesday’s in a couple years decided why not give it a shot. Ordered the bar-b-q burger, was so soaked in bar-b-q sauce I had to ask for a new bun. Other then the sandwich being soggy, we ordered the Asian shrimp and it was awful, they did however remove it from the check. Other then that it was an overall good experience. Great salad bar! Wish I would have just gotten that as a meal.
Food was really good, service ok, got really busy and the waitress did the best she could! I got the steak kabobs and salad bar and my wife got the chicken kabobs, def better than I thought they would be. The veggies on them were delicious!
Great day! Our server Mary was delightful. We come here pretty often, food is always good. Can't beat the Ruby Rewards deals, love coming here
I think I've reviewed this place before but I'm not sure. If you know me you know that I generally stick to the items I know I like. That has resulted in Lisa almost always being able to tell what I'm going to order, and that drives me nuts. So this time I mixed it up and got a pasta bowl thing. I think they called it meaty pasta. I just looked at their menu to get the exact name and I can't find it, so maybe they took it away already. At any rate, it was pretty good, but there was one strange thing about it. It was basically ziti with meatballs and sausage, but the sausage wasn't Italian! It was more like kielbasa. It really didn't belong in there. I took a pic that you can see. Lisa tried the beef 'tacodillas' and was not impressed. The beef was sinewy, so that kind of ruined it for her. We'll go back though, cause if you sign up for their club they'll send you buy one get one for $3 coupons. We did enjoy the other meals we had from there.
Mary is a wonderful server! With the NYS fair running this week, the restaurant is understandably busy, but despite this, Mary and the hostess did their best to ensure a good experience. Our food was delicious as usual. Every time we’re here, we always seeing Mary going above and beyond for the customers and tonight we were seated in her section, and even though, she was stressed, Mary did not let this effect her service.
The bartender Mary was great, remaining calm cool and collected while delivering fast and efficient service. The hostess told me when I walked in it was going to be a wait because they only had one server. You could see the stress that caused the workers but Mary and the kitchen delivered great service and food.
Was seated relatively quickly, and a server came to take our order pretty soon as well. Salad bar was nice but I’m kinda sad they didn’t have the eggs. I ordered the deconstructed kabobs, and while the beef was slightly chewy, the rice and butter sauce were quite nice. Could use a bit more lighting around the restaurant though
Wait staff wonderful!!! Steak made perfect to order. It was lightly seasoned and tasted like delicious steak instead of salt. The broccoli was steamed just right. Salad bar and soups were on point. One thing, the temperature of the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. It's telling when the Hostess approaches in a jacket
We stopped here Friday night on our way back to Indiana from vacation. The staff was very friendly, helpful and well trained. The adult beverages were great as was the service. I did have a problem with my chicken parmigiana sandwich but our server immediately took it back and got me a complete new meal it was delicious. She apologized several times we told her stuff happens and that she handled it perfectly. The loaded potato skins were delicious as was my wife’s tacos. Place was clean and well maintained. I was surprised and pleased with everything.
When my friend and I came around here it wasn't busy, hardly anyone was there, but the food took a while to come out. The loaded fries were good; the onion rings were okay. Friend ordered a burger (received medium rare when asked for medium well) with a soup side, but we didn't touch the soup because there was an odd smell and it tasted as if it was old and wasn't a fresh batch. It looked good, but it was a shame it didn't pass the smell and taste factors... My shrimp rib steak combo was good; the meat fell off the bone for the ribs and the steak was juicy medium rare with a few fried shrimp and onion rings. The waitress was sweet and kind. Though she had made a mistake with my order, she apologized and gave it to us for no extra charge while giving my right order when we told her not to worry about it. Atmosphere was clean and roomy, no complaints.
The new salad bar was good. It felt that our server wanted us to leave quickly even though it wasn't that busy. She asked us if we wanted dessert when we were in the middle of eating our entrees. Then a little later she gave us the bill when we were still eating. We could not enjoy our meal because our server kept pushing us to finish up and leave.
Well this place is alright. Amanda C was great but I'm not sure how she puts up with her coworkers. Most all of the other staff members were upset about being at work and cussing and you could tell they didn't want to be there.
The food was acceptable. My mashed potatoes seemed to have sat in the window too long and had a dry skin on top. My chicken was overcooked and dried out. My wife’s shrimp pasta was good, though. Unfortunately our server only did the bare minimum. They brought our drinks, food, and bill but we never got refills or really checked on. They weren’t busy at all so I’m not sure what was going on. The floor by the door was sticky as well as the edge of the table. Our booth benches had seen better days but they managed not to break when we sat on them. The salad bar looked like it had been sitting around and not fresh so we didn’t even try it. Overall, I probably wouldn’t go back to this location.
They're trying to get back on track. Lots of new staff. The grill guy is trying to get the thick cut steaks medium and not still mooing. He's likely gotten in down by now. He came to the table to apologize for his learning curve. Another steak cooked medium was provided.
My father and I were in town for an app at the VA hospital and we're TOO excited to hit up the famous salad bar at Ruby Tuesdays. The food was amazing, service was very good. The reason I had to deduct stars was that the bathrooms smelled of raw sewage. At our booth, which was probably four or five from the bathroom, smelled terrible.
Overall decent. Facebook ads suggested I try ruby Tuesday and and showed me some great deals they were offering. Check their website for daily deals bc it's not on the menu. I went in a group of 6 for a birthday celebration. I ordered the 6oz ribeye meal and garden bar. The entree food was fine, kind flavorless (broccoli and steak). Salad bar was great. The server, I dunno her name was super sweet and soft spoken. She did great. But the building was cold. We spent 2 hrs there. And I never took my jacket off, my feet were freezing. The bathroom was worse. Nothing but freezing cold water. Just some tips and feedback not a complaint.
I was greeted and seated immediately on Friday, July 26th, which I appreciated. However, there seemed to only be one waitress! I got my food in a timely manner, but it was bland. There was barely any chicken or cheese too. My frozen margarita was supposed to be a swirl of flavors, at least I thought, but what I got was one large flavorless melting green drink. It did have liquor, but it was not good. Because there was one waitress, I had to wait forever, flag her down, to pay my bill. Then, I wanted a to-go cup for my water and that too was another wait! I do greatly appreciate their being open till midnight because most places were closed. The place was clean and the bathroom was clean.
One would expect a tbone steak to be grilled...sadly it was not. It look like it was cooked on a flat top and although medium rare...had zero flavor. The mashed potatoes were bland and the coleslaw portion was tiny. The only good things about this restaurant were the server who never asked us for another drink and the dessert which was the only thing with flavor. Avoid this place and visit one of the other many steak houses in Syracuse.
Honestly I read a TON of great reviews here all 5 star. Honestly I think it’s just the restaurant making reviews to make them look good. This restaurant is in the gutters. Stood for 5 minutes waited to get sat, the waitress said she was the manager, we waited 15 minutes for drinks. During that 15 minutes she had taken a appetizer order, came back with the appetizer and asked for entrees, I asked politely where the drinks were and she said oh I’m gonna say your orders first then I’ll be out with the drinks. Took the order 10 minutes went by and no drinks still. This place was NOT BUSY. We were the only table out of 3. Food comes out 3 minutes apart from each others entrees. Salad bar was old, and it didn’t even seem cold, there were flies everywhere! Best thing they forgot my sisters finances salmon, they just rushed it and it came out RAW. The waitress just stood there blinded. Now if YOU WERE THE MANAGER you’d know what to do. But all that came out was the other manager cooked it. Well I’m sorry but if you run a restaurant as a manager you should know how to cook fish. No fish is done EVER in 5 minutes (coming a chef/bartender/server) this was by FAR the worst restaurant experience I’ve had. Oh $20 taken off the bill. We WILL NOT be back.
Charged me for my food and did not send 2 out of 3 meals. Did not notify me that they were oit of items or allow me to choose something different prior to charging or delivery. I called and they said they may be able to reimburse me and would take down my name and number. Would night let me choose something different at that time for meals and said they could not do another delivery as they would be closing in an hour. Disappointed.
I wasnt given part of my order, waited 20 minutes to get my food (pickup, that told me to show up at a certain time), food was cold despite being bagged up and handed to me then. Only plus side is it tasted alright. Wouldn't go here again though.
Party of two, went there on a Saturday afternoon. The restaurant was not busy, and we were seated right away. A bit of a longish wait, and the waiter came over and took our drink order and appetizer order. It did take a few minutes to get the drinks, even though the restaurant was slow. The appetizers did come out and was not bad. Sampler platter, chicken was nice and hot, artichoke dip was warm, along with the mozzarella cheese sticks, and the tortilla chips were cold. Order dinner. Cheeseburger and fries, and Cajun chicken pasta. The chicken pasta tasted okay, although it was rather watery, sauce wise. The cheeseburger tasted funny, and the fries weren't hot. Our waiter dropped off our food, and never came back to check on how our meal was. When he did come over to ask if we needed take out boxes, we explained that the burger didn't taste well. He did not say a word to us, just took the plate. Came back to us with the bill about 10 minutes later, and told us it had been taken off the bill. No manager, no follow-up, no nothing. The bill was kind of confusing, and took a few minutes to figure out that we had gotten billed properly for the weekend special. The capper was when we went to pay the bill. It was done via a remote machine that he brought right to the table. The tip options started at 20% and went up from there. I'm not sure where he thought we were going to tip him 35% for the meal? I spent the better part of 20 years in the restaurant business, both working in family style restaurants, and chain organizations. I get that COVID punched a huge hole in the industry. That being said, the restaurant was not busy and we should have gotten at least a modicum of service. I felt bad, in that the restaurant manager was also the host, the bartender, and the food expeditor. So, perhaps he was too busy to come over and deal with our situation? This was just...sad Somehow or other, one weekend special, one appetizer, and two drinks came to over 30$ before tip. Live and learn.
I ordered a 6oz sirloin cooked medium. I got a paper thin, well done piece of meat that was hard to cut. My friend said it looked like shoe leather. She said her pasta was too salty. I do not recommend this place at all.
We had a really disappointing experience at Ruby Tuesday. When we arrived, we waited about 8 minutes to be seated even though the restaurant was nearly empty. After sitting down, it took another 13 minutes before anyone even greeted us—and we still didn’t get our drink order right away. There was only one server working, which isn’t her fault, but the service suffered terribly. We placed a very simple order: 2 soups, a kids’ chicken tender meal, and a steak. It took almost 40 minutes to get the food. Overall, we were there for over an hour, and the majority of that time was just spent waiting. Sadly, we won’t be returning.
Overall the staff was way over worked, not their fault. We had to wait over an hour for our food, which made us late for our event later on. The waitresses were understaffed and very stressed. For chain restaurant they could do much better. Food was only okay tasting. The portion size is much smaller now and the price has increased. This location is not run well. The staff was nice until we needed to get going. Overall I would skip this location until they get their act together. Subpar overall.
Me and several friends all ordered the 12 Oz NY strip steak and it came out severally undercooked, almost raw even. They re-fired them although once they came back they were still rubbery and disgusting; They were definitely not worth 30$ a piece!!!
DO NOT EAT HERE! Absolutely the worst experience, the food was disgusting and unsatisfying and the portions for the price were beyond disappointing, the drinks were extremely overpriced and watered down as if they never even added liquor.
This restaurant had horrible service. My group was there for two and a half hours and we only got half of our appetizers and none of our entree’s. We eventually had to get back home so we were forced to take the food in take home containers. Not fresh at all. And I asked for potato skins and I NEVER GOT THEM. This had horrible service, I’m not full, and the management and kitchen staff was horrible. The only good thing was the waitress not to mention, it took thirty minutes to just receive our drinks. Unbelievable.
Ordered the Swiss Smash and, the American Smash burgers. The burgers look like a single patty sliced in half then smashed together vs two individual patties as seen online: how does a smashed burger have straight edge where the middle can be seen? Taste was really bland. I ordered a baked potato with sour cream, system generated only the potato- who wants a dry baked potato? The order was ready on time and I gave a tip on this pick up order (walked over from hotel) bu had a dissatisfied dining experience.
we dined here 3 night because there's realy not much to eat near bye except Macdonald or taco bell, maybe that would have been better. first night we had ribs and scallops, stay away from the scallops stay away from the scalops and it took 75 minutes to receive our meal,in a restaurant with maybe 10 customers. 2nd night we had some kind of beef noodle dish.when the waitress ask how the food was i mentioned the beef being tough, she told me she didn't make the cow.that was good to know we weren't shure it was meat. on our tird night it wasnt much better under Cook steak and realy tough, i received a non caring would you like me to cook it longer.at this point whats the point this would only make the steak even tougher. this location has seen their better days 30 years ago to bother unless they give you a coupon and the stick with the burgers hard to screw that up hopefully the old tired unhappy staff and retire.food is tired and overprice .
Kids menu had more portion of chicken tenders then the "adult" tenders which was 10 dollarsmore. the medium steak you could use as a hockey puck...pick up time was only 40 minutes off....very disappointed to where I won't be back. I know my absence will not make a difference to them but hoping people reading this will have second thoughts on this location atleast
Definitely not what it used to be. Food was barely edible. The wait staff was friendly but clearly kept going out for smoke breaks. Every time they came to the table or brought us our food that is all you could smell. Yuck! Our bill after tip was $200, and not worth it at all! One of staff decided to start yelling at someone in the dining room while we were there. Not sure why...Luckily we were from out of town but if we were local I wouldn't go again.
Absolute disaster for service. Took about 2 hours to get food. The waitress disappeared for a long period and what seemed to be the manager followed up saying it would be a few minutes. It took another 45 minutes to get served. The final straw was being told they would comp some food but not following through. If you value your time do not go here. The entire resturant was served before us. The entree was tasty but the experience was wholly unacceptable due to the worst service ive ever seen.
