Excelente lugar en isla mujeres. Personalmente comí pizza y la verdad es que riquísima. La pizza la hacen en el momento así que tarda alrededor de 20-25 min que están avisados en el menú. De entrada traen pan casero con una mayonesa de ajo muy rica. El servicio muy bueno. Súper recomendable.

Riquísimo, de los pocos lugares en Isla mujeres en los que te tratan con amabilidad, ya que la mayoría de los establecimientos tienen muy malos modos y dan preferencia a los extranjeros, es una pena que un mexicano discrimine a otro mexicano.

Súper recomendable, volveremos sin dudas! El ambiente hermoso, la comida riquisimaa, abundante, sus dueños super amables y Santi el mozo que nos atendió se lleva la estrella de oro. Vayan, no se van a arrepentir!

Comimos un salmón a la parrilla (el más económico de la isla) y una pizza mediana, ambos platos exquisitos. Económico en comparación con el resto de los locales que le rodean y sin lugar a dudas de muy buena calidad. Volvimos al día siguiente y comimos un pulpo a la parrilla y filete de pescado a la italiana con una entrada de calamares, que decir, delicioso ambos platos. La atención super atentos y tuvimos el placer de charlar con los dueños para felicitarlos por todo.

El lugar es pequeño pero realmente deliciosa la comida y las bebidas. Al ser una zona turística se me hacen accesibles los precios, la atención impecable y acogedora.

Muy ricas las pizzas! Pedimos una pizza y una papa al horno, dos limonadas y todo estaba riquísimo. Las pizzas grandes son como para 4 o más personas. Éramos 3 adultos y 1 menor y nos sobraron 3 rebanadas. A pesar de que te informan en el menú que las pizzas pueden llegar a tardar 30min, nos la entregaron rápido aprox en 10-15min.

Came by Pizza Rock for dinner craving something hearty and meaty after an entire day of traveling to Isla. The food took some time but we started with the queso fundido, and if you order that be ready to make a cheese-pull video! Served with a few homemade flour tortillas and pico. We ordered the New York steak and the Grilled Tuna. The steak was good but not amazing, potato was delicious. However, the STAR of the show was the grilled tuna… and one of us doesn’t even like tuna! It was grilled to perfection and encrusted with herbs. Wow! We’ll be back for that dish alone. Gracias!

Amazing Pizza with great service and Atmosphere. Great menu variety and the Chips w/ Gucamole were amazing. I got a Pepperoni, Sausage and Salami Pizza and it was amazing. The pizza lacked pizza sauce a little bit but it wasnt very noticeable and was still very good. If your looking for some pizza in Isla Mujeres i highly recommend this place.

Our family was in Isla for over a week so thought we would try some Italian food one night. Everything was delicious. Calamari to start and 4 of us each had our own entrees including Seafood Panzerotti (husband LOVED it), Chicken with spaghetti is what I got and wow, yum! My mom got a mushroom/ham pasta and dad got a burger. Everyone really enjoyed their meals and the service was great. Reasonable prices. We sat outside and there were a few peddlers but nothing out of the ordinary. If you want to avoid that, sit inside. They also had live music! It was a Sunday night so that might be a nightly thing.

Came to the island and needed something more closer to home cooking. Was not disappointed when we found this place. Got the blue cheese pizza and it was delicious. The margaritas were great also. Staff were accommodating and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Came to this pizza joint unsure what we were getting ourselves into due to the unpleasant reviews. Upon our arrival at approximately 10:00 p.m. the server was very nice and accommodating. We choose the Pizza Rock which it was very delicious and boneless wings. The food was very delicious and the service and staff was very nice. Iba por la pizza de langosta y no les alcanzaba para una pizza mediana☹ no podemos ir a reservar y avisar cuando vamos a comer lo que está en su carta[un dia anterior ví su carta y la tenían en su carta]. Al spagetti a la carbonara le faltaba sazón. No hay sanitario en el restaurante, tienes que ir a la plaza más cercana.

Exelente lugar, la comida muy buena , buen balance entre calidad y precio, pero lo único que no me gustó es que pusieron obligatoria la propina sin consultarme, no objete y pague pero es una práctica inadecuada , la propina es anuncio del cliente y no es obligatoria (por eso es propina ). De toda SMS era no niego la exelente experiencia en el restaurante.

Fue una buena cena, pedimos una pizza llamada Isla Mujeres, que traía calamares, langostinos y demás frutos Del Mar. Pagamos $285 la pizza mediana que era la normal de 8 porciones, 2 comen bien. Cerveza Victoria creo que pagamos como $40 aprox. La pizza estaba buena, de masa finita con rica salsa. No es la mejor que probé en la vida pero estaba buena!

La comida es rica y aceptable, el ambiente es muy bueno, así como la decoración y cuenta con área exterior y área interior con aire acondicionado, el servicio es muy bueno y son muy amables, lo único malo es, que si vas a pagar con tarjeta, los dueños te cargan a ti (cliente) la comisión que el banco les cobra a ellos como establecimiento que cuenta con terminal de punto de venta bancaria, te cargan el 3% de manera arbitraria e ilegal, porque no tienen que hacerlo, al pagar con tarjeta. Muy mal.

La salsa de tomate de las pizzas no era rica. Para ser un lugar especializado en pizzas, dejó mucho que desear. No lo recomiendo di bien la atención fue buena y está abierto hasta muy tarde

For Isla it's decent, why you would eat pizza on Isla is a whole other question. A few family members wanted to eat here so I reluctantly went along. Server was very nice, table is nice and clean, location is great. We got the octopus ceviche which was really good, a fish dish which was also good and a seafood pizza. The pizza was not good. The crust tasted like it was a boxed mixed even though I saw the guy in the back making it. They need a new recipe for pizza dough. We were the only people in the restaurant as it was 4:15, the food took 45 min and the pizza was cold. Reason being, they waited until the fish was done to serve it so it sat out for who knows how long. If we weren't on Isla I would have sent it back but you need to have low expectations these types of things on the island. Then came the bill, were told they take cards, then were told as they were charging it that there is a fee. Lovely.

Great place for pizza. After scouring up and down Hidalgo searching for a place that had reasonably priced nachos and drinks my wife and I opted to try here. Our server was kind and courteous and did note our seats were in a low air flow zone so it might get hot and asked if that was okay, we were fine with that no big deal. After going over the menu I decided I wanted some pizza to go with the nachos, I mean 130 pesos for a small pizza seemed inviting. While we waited for our drinks we noticed this one larger set lady getting snippy with our server cause she didn't like her seat, he asked us kindly if we were willing to trade due to seat numbers to which we agreed. After we noticed she still seemed to have an attitude and nobody else came to sit with her aside from the one other person and was a bit rude to him while he was running around to all the tables. Commendable work my man the nachos were awesome and that pizza was one of the best I've ever had! The only downside was my blended drink wasn't blended enough but for all his work and courteousness I can't not give 5 stars. Edit: returned a few days later for more pizza, spent half the time being ignored by our waiter who was more interested in talking to people at the restaurant across the street than actually serving us, had to physically flag the guy down to get my bill, hell I could've left and nobody would have noticed. Since the food is still good I would still recommend but not as highly now. Up

They told me it would be a thirty minute wait for a pickup order. I arrived 40 minutes afterwards and still had to wait 20 more minutes. The pizza looked undercooked. I don’t have a weak stomach hardly ever get sick but this pizza gave me the runs for the next day. I’d try another place ymmv

It's sad, because the food was very good, but the service horrible... We've waited for more than 50 minutes for our plates (and the restaurant was practically empty), but the waiter only brang someone's pizza to calm our appetites down, and the other plates took another 10-15 minutes to arrive. Nothing synchronised to enjoy the four of us together! Once others plates arrived, there was a bunch of mistakes in them... We tried to speak to the manager, but he didn't even really take the time to listen to the problems and our honnest feedbacks... He just came back in a rush telling us he would put us 20% off the bill... There could be a hundred other ways to managed the problems we faced, but the manager didn't listen to his customers and as a result; a discount doesn't save an evening. *Just to add an extra funny detail to see how really they have a lack in management: we asked to replace some sides because they didn't listen to our orders, and they brang back the sides dishes once we we're done eating. We finally left and paid cash (because they charge an extra 3$ for CCs) and no one came to explain the situation, to at least understand what happened or give apologies. Once again, food was great, decent prices and portions, but service and professionnalism killed it all.

We knew going in that we would probably not have a good experience at Pizza Rock, as per recent reviews, so we did not set our expectations very high. To start, the young man who served us was on the ball, getting us seated as soon as he saw us looking at the menu, so props to him for that. We ordered a large "Pizza Rock", as it had a variety of toppings, and we only had to wait about 20 minutes for our Pizza to arrive, which was not bad at all. The issue, however, appeared after our Pizza arrived, with the toppings being relatively flavorless and the crust being very thin. One other reviewer likened the quality of the Pizza here to that of Chuck 'E Cheese, and I would have to agree. There was practically no sauce on the pizza, and the "sausage" listed on the menu (which anyone familiar with pizzas would assume to mean either crumbled or sliced Italian sausage of some form) turned out to be something akin to sliced Vienna Sausages. The ham appeared to be slices of cheap ham sandwich meat, and the chorizo was almost as flavorless. When we were about halfway through the Pizza, I asked the server for a box, and he took our leftovers back into the kitchen. About 5 minutes later, the server returned with our leftovers on two foil-covered styrofoam trays in a plastic bag. Upon reaching our hotel room, I realized that our leftovers had been placed on the trays upside down, spilling all of the toppings off. This was the final straw for me, and I cannot recommend going to this restaurant unless you absolutely must have pizza after midnight.

Pésimo servicio, pedimos una pizza de Pastor y después de 45 min llegó la pizza pero de arrachera ( nunca se nos informo que no había pastor , y decidieron llevarnos de arrachera sin preguntar).

Este lugar es un engaño! Cuando te llega la cuenta te agregan la propina del 15% y te la ponen en el total para que después dejes aparte propina. Esto es ilegal ! #profeco

Ya casi se cumple un año de mi ultima visita a este lugar: De la pizza los ingredientes se veían y sabían congelados,no estaba rica. El agua no tenía sabor y no era natural de fruta. Y por desgracia me lleve una infección del estomago ;(

Unos estafadores! Al momento de pagar la cuenta (nota echo a mano)nos encontramos con un agregado de $122 sin ningún tipo de de descripción, al consultarle al mesero nos dice que son impuestos. En ninguna parte del menú aclaran que no estaban incluidos impuestos y en todos lados aquí en mexico los impuestos ya están incluidos en los impuestos en el menú! Falta mucho la calidad en el servicio (todo se tiene que solicitar o ir por ellos, hasta los cubiertos tos y servilletas); el tiempo de preparación es muy prolongado para el tipo de comida. Los alimentos no son lo mejor em sabor. En cuanto las porciones de pizza bien y de pasta regular. Agua de sabor natural incluso ya agria...

Pedimos una pizza de cuatro quesos, y nos dieron una de muzzarela, y nos insistian que eran cuatro quesos cuando claramente no lo era. No nos quisieron dar la contraseña del Wifi y tampoco tenian baños disponibles para usar. No recomendable.

En este restaurante te muestran su menú, te reciben pero luego al cobrar te agregan un impuesto, que legalmente tiene que estar reflejado en el menú, y que el cliente pueda saber cuánto pagará al final de su cena. Ellos te lo agregan sin tipo de detalle, ni explicación ni previo aviso. Según entiendo tienen que estar incluidos en los alimentos y que uno cuando vea el precio, sabe que es lo que va a pagar! CHEQUEN SUS CUENTAS ANTES DE PAGAR!

Ve sin hambre para que ahí te dé. Nos tardaron más de 1 hora y media para darnos unos tacos de arrachera y un fetuccini. El hombre que nos tomó la orden seguramente ni la metió porque después le tuvimos que decir a otro mesero que si ya nos traerían nuestra comida y fue a checarlo y nos dijo que en 5 minutos ya estaba. Cuando llego estaba rico pero JAMÁS HABÍAMOS TENIDO QUE ESPERAR TANTO EN UN RESTAURANTE. La que parecía la dueña andaba ahí pero nos veía y no le importaba preguntarnos nada, estaban atendiendo una mesa medio grande y como nosotros éramos 2, no les importaba mucho nuestro consumo. No lo recomiendo por el pésimo servicio de verdad. Muy desagradable el servicio y de verdad no vayan con hambre.

Pésimo servicio, además del tiempo de espera, nada amables, prepotentes y déspotas! Cero recomendable! Lo tuve que pedir para llevar y horrible la presentación!

We ordered a cheese pizza w/ mushrooms and onion and cheese garlic bread. I could not eat it. the bread was terrible in the way sometimes Mexican bread can be... the night before we had great pizza... but not from here. The service was good and the waiter was nice. The lasagna was also terrible. We gave it all to the stray cats.....there was no flavor. We were honest with the waiter and kind.

First and foremost I would like to say thank you to host (male) who was very attentive to my husband as he walked in to the establishment. Once I walked inside, I was approached in a very condescending manner by the lady (seen standing at entrance podium), who said we can not sit inside because we where wet. When we tried to explain that we weren’t wet, she just pointed to the outside chairs, telling us to sit there. This occurred at 9pm, and furthermore, she has a restaurant on an island.

Avoid - I read the reviews and I was cautious but the place looked nice. I asked the guy (maybe the owner) how long for a pizza. He said 15 min and I said ok and ordered. 30 minutes later - the pizza was just now getting sauced. Why lie to people? I got my money back and left.

So, we got hungry and happened upon Pizza Rock. Isla Mujeres Quintanaroo - the menu looked great - open late at 12:30am - then we got served some of strangest food. We each took a bite and were disappointed and disgusted. We are in Mexico you call those Nachos? The pizza (pepperoni, sausage and mushroom) was under cooked and what the hell kind of sausage is that? I swear it was a hotdog. The table next to us had eight people get up leave for lack of service - they were seated before we arrived. Meanwhile, two couples were waiting to sit at the table that emptied... they were told they were closed. Then two more couples came in and just sat down at the table and were served?!

I came inside and ordered a pizza to go. Was told 30 minutes. I waited 45 or more minutes and watched 4 people seated 20 minutes into my wait. My pizza NEVER came but they got their's. Watched young man bring an ice cream drink to young lady at a shop across from Pizzeria but still no pizza. I finally left. First and last experience there. Sorry for bad rating but 100% truth. No dinner for me tonight. Way too late now
