This place is awesome! The food is fresh, full of flavor, and the menu has so many great options. I had one of the best burgers I’ve ever tasted—juicy, well-seasoned, and cooked just right. The fries and shakes were just as good! Also it has some great Brazilian dishes. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. If you’re looking for a great burger and a place with an excellent menu, I highly recommend it. I’ll definitely be back!

Really good and different. The portions were HUGE, seriously the apps are full sized meal. Service was great and food was delicious but it may not be what you expect it to be. --cheese bread was great but it wasn't an Italian American cheese bread it was Brazilian. Same with the burgers wonderful but maybe not what you thought it would be...The place does need some authentic Brazilian beer brands. But wonderful very glad we tried.

I was craving a Brasilian style burger and I was not disappointed. The Chicago burger was tasty and they were not stingy with the catupiry. A huge plus was the Sergios own hot sauce. It was so good I had to buy a bottle of it. It had a lot of heat but even more flavor.

The burgers here are great! I went with my brother and we had a great time! Our server was Calvin and he made our experience all the better! He’s super attentive, friendly, and was quick!

I am really happy with the EXPERIENCE I had today at Sergio’s restaurant! It was not about eating, it was about an experience that can’t be compared to anything else. The pizza was delicious and I will really come back to try the other flavors! Really recommend to anyone looking for a very thin and delicious pizza! 💕

The food was really good! Great service, Patrick walked us through each and every page of the menu explaining any questions we had (which was a lot since none of us were familiar with Brazilian food). Patrick provided us with a sample of the farofa because none of us were really understanding what it was as he explained it. My brother (not very adventurous) got one of their signature burgers and enjoyed it. My mother and I ordered off the nightly specials so I don’t believe these items were in the printed menu. I got the ribs which came with a fried egg over the whole platter and the ribs were amazing (def the highlight of our experience). My mother got the chicken medallions which had good flavor but were a little bit dry.

Calvin was our server and was very prompt with service, and was quite helpful with explaining the menu. Food was outstanding, and we will for sure be going back. Restaurant IS VERY CLEAN…great atmosphere

Tried this spot today and loved it! I had a burger with fries and an açaí bowl. It was delicious! The açaí is the real deal, the fries were perfectly crunchy, and they have some amazing sauces (the garlic mayo is a must). Prices are fair, and while the place is a bit hidden inside a mall with no road signs, it’s a true hidden gem. The setup is open, welcoming, and super clean. Definitely worth a visit!

Service and foor are outstanding! Chicharrones are out of this world!!! Picanha is VERY good!!! Everything is made from scratch and you can taste the freshness of such. Meat for burgers is grinded at the restaurant. Will definitely come back!!!! Don’t think about it!!!! Just gooooo there!!!!!! Family owned and everyone is VERY nice and accommodating to your taste!!!!!

I have been here like four times now. They consistently deliver fire food every time. The staff at the Jacksonville location is so friendly, and the atmosphere is spectacular. It is very relaxed, food comes out hot and quick, and so so tasty. Will definitely continue to come here again and again. If you like burgers and beef, come check this place out. The Desert combo is great to share, or if you are super hungry, or if you want a burger the next day... I could go on and on. What a wonderful little gem!

We both got burger combos and both were fantastic!! I got the X-tudo and he got the Big Rocky. They were HUGE and absolutely delicious! The fries were crunchy and wonderful (especially with the garlic mayo yum!) The staff were so friendly, the service was perfect! Can't wait to come back and try the picanha!

First time visitor! The food was fresh, fantastic, and worth every bite. Super friendly staff, and chill atmosphere. My super picky chicken-nuggets-and-fries kiddo loved the chicken parmesan.

Everything we had was amazing and super fresh. They have good sized portions. Staff was friendly and helpful explaining the different menu options. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend for a casual lunch or dinner.

Food is great. I got the catupiry picanha and loved it. Their burgers are big so you will have to just dig in and get messy. They have wash stations so clean up is not a problem. The fries were good, crispy on the outside. I love their special mayonnaise. Service is mid.

We certainly appreciate the food, it reminds us of how delicious it was back in Brazil. The only reason I didn't award them a perfect score, is because I would greatly appreciate seeing more gluten-free options on their menu.

They were unwilling to make any substitutions for items I’m allergic to. To top it off, the server was rude and unpleasant. I would never recommend this place, unless there’s a change in or better training for the employees.

The Pasta came after my and my kids plate, well presented. However the salmon was dark and it had the skin on it (we usually order salmon at restaurants, and I’ve never seen something like it). My wife ended up ditching the Salmon and eating the pasta. The owner did come out and was extremely nice and explained that’s how the salmon is ordered. I really appreciate that. 2 Guaranás, 1 Sandwich, and One Pasta plate ended up being 70 dollars (with tip). A little taste from Brazil, overpriced, and a little bittersweet. Above all that, good luck on the business.

Overall, the food felt cheap. The acai tasted like it was blended with ice. There was no music, only loud rainforest sounds, and we waited around 45 minutes for the bill. Wouldn't return nor recommend.

Complete rip-off! I just paid $174.48 for lunch for hamburgers!!!! That's for four adults and two very young children. We ordered three special hamburgers with fries, two plain hamburgers and an order of fries for one of the children. A can of soda is $5.50!!! We also ordered chicharrónes for $22.00 that were awful and not worth it. The servers were very nice but inattentive as they forgot to bring a soda out and then one of the orders. I cannot recommend the hamburgers as they were cooked to death. I know I should have paid more attention to the pricing, and this is my reward for not. To top it off, they leave the doors open and cigarette smoke wafts in from the smokers hanging out front of the bar next door.

Just wanted a good burger… both were loaded with the thickest mayo I’ve ever seen… the meat on one of the burgers was so tough there’s no way to hold and eat as you would a burger… required a fork knife and was an absolute disaster… bun was grease soaked fell apart difficult to cut with knife provided… server left for a delivery drinks were never refilled.. fine dining prices w substandard food and service… if looking for a good burger this isn’t the place…
