I felt like they judge you.If you're not bengali or indian when I ask, what does each treat taste like.They were incapable of explaining the taste. But at least they understood english. There is no order in making a line.So it gets chaotic, and people just skip you and the coworkers seem to accept it Won't be coming back here its a joke

I would say very poor management. This is what I received on the first day of Ramadan. They need to be more careful about the quality they give to their customers.

They sell rotten sweets. I have complained to them repeatedly on multiple occasions but they still don’t seem to change their ways . I urge everyone to call 311 and file an official complaint. If multiple people do it, they will send city officials to investigate. Everything has an explanation date, selling rotten spoiled sweets and cakes can not only lead to food poisoning but it can be even worse. They sold me spoiled cake, and on a different occasion spoiled laddu and some other sweets that I had bought from them .

Very slow and takes long time to order. A lot of people work here there's only one at the front. Also, people don't respect the fact that there is a line and the workers just allow people to skip Go somewhere else

Just today, I bought a chicken polau. It was the worst chicken polau I've ever eaten. The polau was cooked with too much rose water and spoiled chicken. This has been a very bad experience.

This restaurant has the worst customer service ever! There’s always one person that works by the register and rest of the workers are chatting in the back while there’s a line of 15 customers waiting. If you have a lot of time to stand in their line for 20 mins plus for even a cup of chai, then go ahead. Today I went in there, an elderly man behind me was complaining out loud of the slow service and how so no one is helping, he was completely ignored. Then some worker from the back came said other workers are making some orders.. even I was like ok please there’s always one person who works by register and is super slow, you guys need to hire more people. I said that and left the store. I will never go back there. Their food isn’t even all that and overly priced. There’s plenty of Bengali south Asian restaurants in hillside where you’ll get better customer service and food. Also employees in other restaurant, such as Ghoroa, works very quickly and always willing to assist. Premium needs to hire more workers and train them to become a fast efficient worker. Like no one deserve to stand on line for more than 20 mins for a cup of tea.

Today's experience is really disappointing. Out of all the restaurants I have been to in my life, this "premium" restaurant is the worst experience. The quality of food, the service - nothing was even close to expectations. The price is premium, but the service and quality of food are absolutely zero. I have never experienced such bad treatment and mismanagement before. Honestly, this is the worst dining experience of my life.

She is acting irrationally. I just paid one bill, collected my food, and during that time around 5:30PMI ordered another meal. However, she told me I had to wait in line. I remained patient as there were only two customers ahead of me. After those two were served, I mentioned my other order, but she chose to assist another customer instead, making me wait longer. The issue is that all the customers on line after me were served before I was, and now she is blaming me for the situation. I plan to bring this to management's attention and review the CCTV footage.

Bought this 2 sweet's items today morning. The chomchom is 3/5. But the expensive sondesh items which is 13$/lb is -5/5. It's have a stinky smell. I never ever eaten sondesh like this in my life. Anyway the name premium is not enough to feel premium to it's customer. They should to look at their product quality and test as well.

Way overrated! Overpriced with poor quality food. I bought desi sweets which were rotten and filled with fridge odor. I threw all of them in the trash after one bite. Samosas were terrible, threw those out as well. Extremely disappointed in the quality of food here. Will never return. Maharaja in Jackson Heights will remain my fav spot for desi sweets.
