I’m new to Louisville and decided to try this place, and I’m really glad I did. The biryani was excellent, full of flavor and cooked perfectly. I also ordered two egg rolls, which were fresh and very tasty. The owner and chef, along with his daughter, were extremely welcoming, polite, and attentive, which made the experience even better. You can genuinely feel the effort and care they put into both the food and customer service. It’s unfortunate that small businesses sometimes face unnecessary negativity, but I believe good food and genuine hospitality speak for themselves. I encourage others to give this restaurant a try and support a hardworking local business. I’ll definitely be coming back.
I order takeout from them pretty often—about two or three times a week. I usually get the chicken biryani or the chicken tikka masala, and both are amazing, especially with the garlic naan. They also have lamb and chicken skewers, which are really good too. I was hesitant to order at first because of some bad reviews, but honestly, don’t go by those—they’re actually really good. It’s a family-run restaurant, and they’re always so kind and welcoming. I’ve recommended it to a lot of my co-workers, and they like it too.
Ordered through Uber Eats..food was amazing. I ordered the tiki massala and it was delicious. Very nice portion will definitely come back.
Thomas, the owner, is so nice and attentive! The food was excellent, as good of Indian food that I’ve had. The price is so inexpensive for the quality and quantity of food that you get.
I doordashed butter chicken and naan from thos restaurant. Completely amazing taste & excellent quantity. I can't wait to visit in person. 10/10
This is one of the best restaurants for Indian food; I’ve seen a few negative comments but as far as recent they have been great quality food. I tried it both a year or so back and again found it after the name change recently. They definitely deserve the 5 stars it’s a lot tastier and better quality imo than similar Indian restaurants.

We were going home from errands and happened to see their sign. We like Indian and so we gave it a try. Glad we did. Gentleman could not have been nicer and promoter with the service. The inside wasn’t fancy but it was very clean and had a nice vibe. Food was perfect. We asked for kind of spicy and they delivered. Hot but not crazy. Rice was perfectly done and the yogurt mango condiment was best I’ve had at an Indian Restaurant. Will go back for sure.
Gave the atmosphere 4 stars just because I got take out. The staff was very friendly, the food was done quickly, and it was still hot when we got home. My husband said it was the best Indian food he’s ever had and I have to agree that it was one of the best.
First time ! So delicious I will be a long time customer Thomas was very nice the chick pea soup was to die for I’ll be back FOR LIFE !
Went here for dinner with the family, 2 adults and 1 kid. We got the sampler platter- the cauliflower was amazing- crab Rangoon which was practically bursting at the seams and super fresh, and the Tikka Marsala. Portions were great, I took home at least 2 full meals of Tikka. Everything was delicious, and it's definitely going to be my new go to since Dakshin closed and it's super close. My only... concern? was I ordered onion naan and it was just naan with diced red onions. Not caramelized or anything, just slightly warm red onions. 😂 Not bad, just not what I was expecting. Try to go during off hours, avoid the people doing the buffet rush
I can’t give any comment on the atmosphere as I’ve not personally been to the location (I do plan to however), but their food is amazing!! My mom and I always order the Sabji Saag Malai with naan. Their food definitely tastes better the earlier you get it, so we tend to get it for lunch whenever we get the chance. The few times we’ve talked to any employees they’ve been very sweet and helpful! Forever my favorite restaurant around here :)
Great food, great service. Medium spicy level was my ideal level of flavor and heat. This is the closest Indian restaurant to me so I will definitely be back!
The food I ordered today was amazing!!! I got butter chicken, garlic naan, and for the drink it was a mango lassi. Everything was delicious in my opinion. I feel they definitely deserve recognition!!!

Best butter chicken in the city, I literally crave it! I’ve tried naan from other local Indian restaurants. But their garlic and cheese naan are amazing and so fresh! Giving 4 stars only because out of the 5 times I’ve ordered I have found one long hair in my food.
The food was amazing but when I drunk the mango and sweet lassi it tasted spoiled the mango lassi was tolerable but the sweet lassi was just nasty. It tasted like spoiled milk and I honestly hated it. I went home and threw it down the drain but with the mango I was able to put it in a blender and fix it. It still taste a little spoiled tho So side note if you’re going to drink the mango or sweet lassi drink it there so that you can return it if doesn’t taste correct.
The Indian food at this establishment is quite satisfactory. The Naan bread served with the Thali is particularly delicious, although the rice could be improved. I would not recommend the sweet dish. The Thali lacks the authentic feel of being served on a traditional tray.
Ordered chicken 65 and biryani today. For the first time, chicken 65 tasted sweet even after selected spicy level. Never ever I had 65 tasted like it General Tso chicken. The biryani is dry and lacks flavor and tastes like colored rice with chicken. Hard to come back here and give them another chance. Skip it !!
Two stars for the chicken tiki masala. The naan and roti were the worst I’ve ever had. This place was a Asian restaurant before I believe they are trying some new and it’s not working.
Don't be fooled. If you were searching for one of your favorite Indian restaurants and this place pops up under a different name don't even waste your time trying the food. Less meat, smaller naans, and watered down sauce. You can see the pool of water in the photo. I absolutely loved what this place used to be and am so disappointed in the downgraded quality. Even the reviews and description of the former restaurant still show up.
Very very bad. No Indian Taste. All food bring from grocery store Not fresh. Don’t come here if you like Indian food.
