Was here on 11/21/21 I ordered the wrong meal I was a little confused lol. The manager on duty gave me what I was missing at no extra charge. What a nice act of kindness . I was willing to pay extra , she took care of me and my family. Very impressive customer service skills. I love my home town !

Really enjoyed my meal. Ordered the supreme meal. It was packed with lettuce and sour cream. Very good and well made. Alot of people, but service went fast.

Just to update you, I love my late-night crew! They are so nice, either ready to go or willing to walk your stuff out to you. When you get extras, it's always EXTRA, and the way they make their food is how it appears on the menu! NOOOO OTHER FAST FOOD DOES, I don't even consider this "fast food", it's too good and the store does not skimp, they are so friendly, and they never have excuses for delivery drivers, unlike almost every other late-night food stop.

I just went thru Drive-Thru Window and my drink (Paradise Dragon) tasted very much like water. Drove back around drive-thru and they were very nice and understood. (Johnson City, NY). Of course, I ordered another flavored drink, worker was very polite at the drive-thru window. I dumped the watered down one out, as it must have been a 'fresh batch' starting up. Thank you for your kind courtesy.

Always a great Taco Bell experience at this location. Unlike other nearby locations I've never had their "freeze" machine broken. Staff is friendly, service is good, location is good. The only downside is that this place can get pretty busy at certain times, but I view that as a good sign. I've been here on and off for years and can't remember a screwed up order or any issues.

The older woman working the drive thru on April 23rd at 6pm was Awesome! She was very kind and calm under pressure . The line started all the way around the building and the kitchen had us in and out in less than a few minutes! They did great!

Midnight:25 am— the line is long but the drive through is running smooth and calm. The man who took our order (sounded like his name was frank maybe) was fantastic. My boyfriend called him “boss” three too many times but frank didn’t mind, he handled the situation well. We asked for a little bit of each sauce and frank exceeded our expectations. Fantastic service. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Ever since my dad brought some chicken soft shell supreme tacos back for dinner, I've been addicted to them but they never taste as good as that time. Chasing the dragon I guess 🫩.... but tonight the one I had was like a 9.9/10! And! I screwed up on my order bc I forgot to say I wanted a soft shell and they remade it for me without making me feel bad about my mistake. Excellent service right as soon as I walked in, clean restaurant at 1045 at night which is impressive considering it's a Taco Bell. And the drive thru lane is god awful here bc it's too compact and if you go in, you can't exit if you change your mind or something. Only reason I gave it a 4 outta 5 on atmosphere is bc there is only one driving entrance and the 1 lane drive thru. Actually idk if this is for Taco Bell in general or the one I went to, but this is for the Johnson City, NY Taco Bell across from mall.

Kids love this place. It was better when you could order directly to employee. Kiosks are ok. But personal touch is better.

As far as Taco Bell goes, this one is a really great one. Always a line in the drive through but it moves quickly. Employees inside are always very friendly and often joke with you and they seem to actually like working there. Employees always moving fast inside and I've yet to have my order wrong.

The staff are nice and the food is very good but this particular Taco Bell seems to have a quite a bit of difficulty with special orders. I have an aversion to cheese and sour cream and more often than not one of my items will be improperly made. Thus I have to check before I leave with takeout and add a few extra minutes to the schedule to get the food.

It's taco bell, friendly staff, got cinnamon bites and a Cinnabon iced coffee. The iced coffee tasted like straight flavor syrup with no coffee. Bites were good tho.

Taco Bell is always great. Food is fantastic, never had a disappointing food experience. Sometimes they'll leave something out, but that's very uncommon. Employees are always really friendly. Wait times are usually tough though. 10+ minutes easily, if you're not going at weird hours.

The employees there we're awesome! I tried one of the new burritos they have advertised and I didn't like the sauce on it. I was talking to my boyfriend about how hot it was, the gentleman working the front desk said he'd have them make me a new one without sauce.. They totally took it back and made a new one without the sauce, so much better. Thanks Taco bell!!!

This Drive Thru flooding was a great experience, only 1 problem encountered… no sauces found… it’s a reoccurring problem but it’s a small one. I just don’t know why they ask if they don’t place them in the bag. I would have given them a 5 star Review, but for the sauce every encounter… do better! Please! The rest of the service here is way better than all of the other Fast Food, even food came at a fast pace. I loved the food, tasted fresh n not greasy.

Delicious food, but if driving through they don’t start making your food until the person ahead of you in line has left. Not fast at all, and they often leave out items you order. Also, there is a rat trap between where you order and the window where you pay.

Decent food for a reasonable price. The quality really depends on the day. Sometimes my order is correct and the food is made well. Other times, it is wrong and it looks like a toddler made it. Girl working the drive through window wouldn't say a word, no hello or no total, no thank you or goodbye. And the food was cold. It's sad that companies are allowing ignorant workers to get away with treating the customers this way, what an unpleasant experience.

Service has gone down! Ordered off the app. Sent my teenager in where she got attitude from the guy behind the counter. Order was wrong. Like my orders been wrong the past 3 times I've been there in the past 6 months. Looks like I won't be eating here much is at all anymore.

Order was quite messed up. Our chalupa meals were supposed to be ground- beef, ( we had ordered 3- #6 meals with ground beef). No one in my family likes, or will eat, the chicken chalupa's. Then, I had asked for " fire sauce and regular sauce ". All we got was " mild " sauce. SO.. after driving for 13 hrs. , we got to our hotel and ate our crunchy tacos- only. Not sure if is just this "Taco Bell" but twice now I have gone here both times I had complaints. First time was litarly a teaspoon of meat on a Crunch Wrap. Called & complained to Corp. Never returned my call. Went back complained to the frumpy Mgr. Whom would not even give me a fresh one! I tried it again w/ Burrito Supreme & 2 tacos more sour cream on the taco than meat (agian) & my supreme with NO sour cream & lettuce was cooked. Two thumbs down 👎👎. I ordered through the Taco Bell app, and the first time through they forgot my nachos and I pulled away checked my order and they made my crunchwrap supreme with two small soft tortillas instead of one big one was not happy with the service. They seem clueless and very unorganized.

Went to pull in for not even a minute to pick up my to go order and my godmother gets yelled at by an employee for pulling in the handicap spot and gets asked not to because he saw me getting out of the car and not her. My godmother is old and couldn’t walk to get it so I went in for her and she even had her handicap sign up in the window. Terrible service and worst experience ! We ordered at kiosk. 20 min went by and we asked where our order was. Lady at the counter was not much help. Guy came out and said let me get that, but the whole order was wrong. 🤦‍♀️35 mins later the right food came out. Skimped on the nacho cheese. The new street chalupas are about as good as your least favorite hockey team. Bland. Do better taco bell. Those chalupas tasted like rubber boot.

Only drive thru. No proper information why store closed. After 2 hours drive came here for rest stop and food on a Tuesday 10 pm and they said can't open doors

I ordered the grilled cheese burrito with jalapeño, and got a COLD, sopping wet burrito that had cold cheese thrown about in the wrapper with the jalapeño slices. Didn't get a receipt for my payment either... Definitely would not recommend this place...

I went there again today, and I had ordered extra sauces with my food. Taco Bell on Court Street is a very poorly run business. They take quite a long time to prepare and get your order to you. They treat Grubhub, Door dash and other delivery drivers as if you are inhuman. If you are a delivery driver and you get an order for that Taco Bell then BEWARE!!!!!. YOU WILL BE MADE TO WAIT AND WAIT!!!! After a 30 minute wait I asked about the order. I was told by a manager that "Customers that come in and drive thru customers are given priority and will be waited on first before any delivery drivers." I informed that manager that the customer that I'm picking up for is a customer too! The manager just walked away and ignored me. Please do yourself a favor and go to the Johnson City or Vestal Taco Bell and avoid a long wait or being ignored.

I've probably been to well over 300 different Taco Bell restaurants during my lifetime, and this one in particular by far has the worst service I've ever known. I don't say this lightly because I generally enjoy Taco Bell's food. But this store in particular puts is a shame on the franchise. The employees at this location are very rude, and every time I have gone, they short change or completely ignore even the most basic requests on orders. When politely called out on it, they become increasingly rude and hostile--every time. Caveat Emptor.

Ordered two meals. They forgot a slushie, both orders of cinnamon sticks, and gave us the wrong combo for one order. Do not use the kiosk to order here. It causes too much frustration. It also didn't send me my receipt, so I couldn't prove what I ordered and paid for.

I don't even know where to begin . Doing door dash one night i received a order that had two deliveries. Waited in line for a hour via drive thru , only to get to the speaker and be told I could only pick up one order at a time due to their policy. Had to call both customers and have them cancel their orders and missed out on a 30 dollar delivery . Even when I personally go for myself its always about a hour to get my food so if you can save yourself some time don't go .. its not worth it to wait for hours on end just to get wet barley warm food 🤷🏾‍♂️

Terrible, will not be eating at this location again. They had a great employee at that location younger girl. She made the best tacos east of the Mississippi. I go there today and i don’t see her slinging the beef on them tacos instead they cut her off the schedule and let her go. She could make a double decker taco blindfolded. Terrible experience! The attendant was impatient and did not take the time to help us sort through our online order and then blamed us for the difficulty! They treated us poorly as an inconvenience in order to keep the speed of their order time low. Then, they directed us to come inside to the lobby after telling us to leave the lobby because they were closed!

I think atp they’re hiring just anyone, it’s not that big a difference but still odd that my total on the kiosk i ordered on was 14.36 but they said I owed $15, i was just like, no..but ok i’ll let that one slide, then i stand there and wait for my change which takes about 5 minutes not until after my order because the person running the cashier can’t do simple math and gave me the wrong amount of change, if you can’t do it get someone else to do it. This location constantly gets orders wrong. I have had to return multiple times to get my order corrected, and sometimes the second time through it gets made wrong again. The only reason I ever use this location is when the Court Street location is closed. Usually my drive through wait time here is about 30-45 minutes.

The day shift is on point. Friendly and clean. The night workers.....they are another story. A bit rude and if u have more then 1 order they make u drive all the way around the drive thru again. A friend was having a pregnancy craving for a quesadilla at 11:30 pm. I check the website and it states that they close at 2 am. It does not list what time the lobby closes. it's a 40 minute walk round trip. We get there and the lobby is closed. I decide to explain the situation at the drive thru window. Before I could say a single word a young lady opens the window and yells "YOU CANT WALK THROUGH HERE!!!!" I apologized then stated that the website doesn't state when they lobby closes and we walked all the way here believing it was opened. I asked her if we could please order a quesadilla since my friend was having a pregnancy craving for one. She said it was impossible without a car. Anyone whose worked in drive thru at any fast food chain knows that that is not true. She could've ordered it for my friend, we'd pay and her craving for a quesadilla would've been satisfied. Instead we got turned away by a rude, inconsiderate service worker who simply didn't care or want to do anything to help. I've worked in the food service industry over 15yrs. I would have never treated a customer the way we were treated. Some people should simply not work in this field. Personally if I was a supervisor I'd write her up. I won't be going back to Taco Bell anytime soon.

I really enjoy this location and the people are usually very nice. Today I had an experience that I’m not ok with. Me and my boyfriend pull up to the window and this girl was being rude. We were nothing but pleasant and my boyfriend just wanted to make sure she didn’t forget our water after we have received our food and didn’t hear that she said hold on a second, she got rude with him after he said something and he apologized too for the misunderstanding and still was being rude. I really like this location I just don’t want someone being rude because of someone mishearing them. Thank you.

I was disappointed with my recent visit to this Taco Bell. I had ordered rice and beans with my meal, but unfortunately, they were not included in my order. When I mentioned it to the employee at the counter, the issue was never corrected and I left without receiving what I had paid for. I completely understand that mistakes happen, especially during busy times, but what was most frustrating was that there was no effort to fix the situation. Good customer service goes a long way, and something as simple as acknowledging the mistake and providing the missing items would have made the experience much better. It left me with the impression that attention to detail and customer care are not being prioritized at this location. I hope management takes steps to ensure that orders are double-checked and that employees are trained to handle these situations more effectively in the future.

99% sure I got food poisoning from this location after eating there 2 days ago. Ordered the strawberry/lime freeze, along with a steak burrito and the cheesy bean & rice burrito. The next day I woke up with stomach pain and diarrhea. Still had stomach pain today but I'm getting better. Something was definitely bad at this location on 7/16. Won't be back anytime soon.

Ordered the promo for next guest and fries. They didn’t give us the nuggets or any of the sauce we ordered. There have also been many other times where I’ve asked to substitute the beef for beans because of my vegetarian daughter, and it’s always beef.
