Started our visit with a new server that left us waiting for 20 mins for just our drinks but Hannah, another server not assigned to our table, stepped up and was amazing! I wish the new server all the best and know she'll get better with time but Hannah, you saved the meal for us! Thanks so much

Special day for my daughter. It’s her 10th birthday. She loves Chili’s. Service was surprisingly fast this time and food was good as always.

My friend and I came two days in a row and we just love Danya! She is an amazing server and we definitely plan to ask for her next time we come. The food here is always exactly what we expect it to be and the service is always amazing!

Best experience I've ever had at any Chili's restaurant. Chris was our server and he was so friendly and really seemed like he loves his job. He was knowledgeable about the menu and when I mentioned a food allergy directed me to all of the items that would be safe and even told me that some of the items I thought would be okay might have cross contamination, and suggested substitutions. It's not everyday you find someone that diligent about someone else's health, even in the restaurant business. Overall, I was really pleased with our experience and it definitely exceeded our expectations.

Our waiter sings! Great vibe in there. Right on the river. Inside and outside seating. Bar and plenty of seating. TVs. Staff is happy and welcoming. I got the wings. Hot and big. A little dry and good flavor. The huz loves this double patty burger. Dude, it was dripping with juice! Definitely, drool worthy!

Boy oh boy where do I begin... First of all, the triple dipper was probably the greatest thing i've ever put in my mouth. Second only to my friend Jesse. The crunch was delightful and the MEAT was incredibly moist. The server was really hot too. She wouldn't give me her number which made me sad. I was so excited I hit a little boogie on top of my table. Unfortunately I contracted stomach cancer from the food. Totally worth it! 5 big booms!

Went here for a group night dinner with our Student Activities Board for Schreiner University, and had an absolute blast. We sat in the back room of the restaurant, and it was spacious enough to play White Elephant, a game where we gave each other randomized gifts similar to Secret Santa. The staff was super friendly when letting us have our fun along with taking pictures of the memorable night. They were also on it when it came to the food despite how crowded it was. Speaking of which, the dishes were immaculate, being a wide variety of BBQ meals. It honestly makes a ton of sense why this location is so popular amongst Schreiner students, as it has a very lively and welcoming atmosphere.

The strawberry margaritas were wonderful. The fried chicken sandwich was also great. Our server Erica was very attentive too!

Danya was AMAZING. Such a sweetheart and made our night wonderful. She was so quick and helpful. The dishes she recommended were phenomenal. She deserves all the praise!

Not much to say; it's a chili's. We all know their food by now. Our server is on their 3rd day and he was excellent.

Went to lunch and with only 2 servers on that day we were always attended to whenever anything was needed or drink needed filling. We enjoyed our whole experience there that day. Mandy went above and beyond for us for our experience during lunch especially being attentive to our 2 Littles. Thank you again Mandy (hope I am spelling it correctly). Service is always great. Atmosphere is always nice. Food is good. They've had some menu changes. I loved getting the Cajun chicken from the 3 for ten deals but they only have the Cajun shrimp on there now. They have taken a couple things off the menu which was my favorite spot to order from.

While the food itself is nothing to write home about it is more than adequate for a small town Chill's! Keep up the great work!

We are from out of town and stopped by this restaurant on a Saturday afternoon after nearly a 2 year hiatus. The restaurant was not busy. We ordered our previous favorites, the California Club sandwich for $9.49 and the Santa Fe grilled chicken salad for $10.59. The salad was good but if you were a hungry eater it might not be enough. The club sandwich was big and excellent as were the crispy fries that came with it. Our waiter was Chris who was very knowledgeable, exuberant and aimed to please. They're also provided a 10% discount for seniors 55 and over after we asked him about it. Good overall experience.

The food was very good. Service was great. The employees were friendly and helpful. We got the 2 for $25 Meal and had to bring some home. I ordered a half order of ribs which came with frues and corn-in-the-cob, and my fries were not fresh. Otherwise, everything was good.

Only thing is that their dish washer doesn’t work good enough. Bread plates looked used and you had to check utensils really good. The food was great.

Chili's has good quick service and a full bar. This particular Chili's is located on the banks of the Guadalupe River and has a good view of the river. There is lots of free parking on location. They have outdoor seating. There was plenty of seating when we went. We got seated quickly, and the service was decent. We like the chips and salsa, and my son likes the kids' menu pepperoni pizza.

Typical Chili's Grill and Bar. They have a comprehensive food menu and a good selection of soft drinks, beer, wine, and mixed drinks. I had the standard nachos and a draft beer. Both were excellent. The server was prompt and courteous. Wait time for our food was quick. The only thing I don't like is the little tableside payment kiosk. It's confusing to use. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars for the service.

Dine in Experience: Typically we do take out and the experience is not good. Today we ate inside and had a really good experience. Music was catchy, and the server Erica was very attentive. Truthfully, the only complaints I have are the chicken enchilada soup was too salty, the presto pay machine was acting up and I ate too much haha. Will be coming back again

We arrived and were greeted and seated quickly. The waitress was nice and quick to bring us anything we asked for. We ordered a fried pickles appetizer and it was great. My wife ordered a 6oz steak with loaded mashed potatoes and these new onion pedal things which were delicious. She said the steak was small but she liked it. I ordered the full rack of ribs with corn on the cob and the same onion pedals and I loved them. My wife tried the ribs on my plate and said they tasted delicious as well. The corn was cooked perfectly. What I didn''t like about the place is those little computer things they have on the table. We went with our 4 year old son and all he wanted to do was play with it. We ended up taking his food to go. I feel it's distracting. However I look around at most restaurants nowadays and everyone at the table has a phone or tablet in their hands anyways, so that's not really chili's fault but it doesn't help.

Bridgette gave us great service. The food wasn't bad, although it didn't really stand out as great. I would have expected a bit better for the price. The atmosphere was so stereotypical for an eatery. I guess if that's what you like, then it's okay.

Food was good and the manager who sat us was wonderful. We were not aware of the new rule that if you got the 2 for $25 you have to tske.the horrible choice for dessert or risk getting charged full price for the whole meal because you wanted a desert other than the two choices you have which are the same price as the one you chose. The manager was kind and fixed it for us but Chili's needs to let the customer decide what they want instead of choosing a running cookie or a horrible cheesecake. Give us more choices. The waitress was great. My beef is with Chili's directly.

The service was good but the food was severely lacking. I had the two meat plate with ribs and sausage. The ribs were fair, but the sausage arrived at the table cold. My wife got fajitas and they were flavorless, obviously cooked earlier and way under seasoned.

It wasn't as good as last time we were there. Although the drinks were so good I had the captains castaway & my husband had the Texas strawberry lemonade. I ordered the classic sirloin with shrimp & my husband ordered the smokehouse combo 3 meats, We waited for 30 minutes for our food & when we got the food it wasn't hot the shrimp & mashed potatoes that I had weren't as good, my husbands plate didn't even look good. Our server Megan was so sweet & she came back when she had the time to ask us if we were OK or if we needed anything. All in all we won't b returning. Sorry

I haven't been to Chili's in a while and it was ok. Service wasn't great and I don't like the pay on the i-pad thing. I'm used to someone giving me my ticket (especially when it's multiple in the party and we're paying separately). I wasn't impressed with the food either. I've gotten the same thing before and it's been better. Maybe it's time to try something different! I did enjoy my company though 😌 Need less to say, I shall give it another try.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The food was alright, not the best it's been there but I enjoyed it. The reason I'm giving this a three star rating is because one of the very specific reasons I have gone to Chilli's in the past is for the atmosphere. The atmosphere in the past used to be very casual, fun, and if I recall correctly the restaurant had some murals on the wall of the hill country. It's been a while since I've been but with this last visit, the whole place looked like it had been scrubbed of any kind of individuality within the restaurant. My first thought was that the corporate office came in and just sterilized the whole place of anything that didn't meet some kind of pre-approved plan made back in an office 500 miles from here. I may be wrong about all of that but that is the impression I got from the atmosphere.

Food was ok, nothing special. I work in a restaurant so I understand certain things, but the silverware was not clean. My mom found a large piece of greenery stuck to the handle of her fork, and the knives still had some sort of sauce on them, as if they hadn't been washed thoroughly. Our server was alright, although she couldn't even remember that my mom had coca cola instead of Dr. Pepper when she came to refill it. Chilli's is generally hit or miss to me, but today it seemed more like a miss.

Well don't know why but the kitchen was really backed up. It was 25 minute wait, bit we could see tables that were open so we sat at bar. The bartender was working hard. She greeted us and said to give her minute. It took 20 minutes. We ordered and it took 45 minutes to get food. There were some people that had been there 1.5 hours until they got their food. The bartender was nice and was working really hard. Anyway food was good, just took a long time. This happned on Saturday night July 1.

My wife and I enjoy eating here but on our last visit we had a newer waiter. She messed up my order big bacon BBQ burger and brought out a bacon burger. I told her it wasn't correct that it was missing bacon, half pound patty, BBQ sauce. The burger was returned I ate it went home. Got home gut started hurting/bloating and had food poisoning and everything that comes with it. I will never accept the same burger I will have it remade for now on. Not sure if I will return kinda scared after what I went through.

Always have great service but the policy of no happy hour on the weekends had us leaving after our first beer. Bar was empty, no one watching football, like usual.

I have certain foods I can not eat anymore, I selected no cheese on both the salad and the bean burger. The salad had cheese on it and they cooked cheese slices and put them in with the burger but not on it. I could only eat the bean burger patty and had to throw away the salad.

On my Togo order Got green beans with my order instead of steamed broccoli and on my fajita trio order it was basically just thrown into the box not very appealing or appetizing and since I live nearly an hour away it wasn’t worth going back to get it fixed or anything I have to say that this is the only Chili’s that I’ve had an issue with they didn’t seam very busy so I know that could have been the issue so I don’t know but I can say I was very disappointed with the level of quality for $61 I could have ordered from anywhere I hope this reaches someone whom might do some retraining

We had the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla and the crispy chicken with fries and loaded Mac and cheese. The kitchen didn’t serve the Mac and cheese with our entrees and said it would be ten more minutes. We also ordered side salads that had some not so fresh greens that we sent back. Well they aren't the worst but they really need to work on greeting people at the door. They say in the restaurant business you should be acknowledged within 10 seconds of arrival, something like that. I'm a delivery driver, also worked for years in food service and I don't how busy you are or short handed they may be, if customers are ignored they leave... Almost every time I've been there somebody's upset or leaves because nobody is acknowledging them in the entry to the restaurant

Two stars is generous. My twin and I went there for our birthday lunch. Our waiter was a jerk and the food was very much overcooked. My sister had a sandwich with chicken that was dripping grease and bacon that was burned black. Her side of fries were dark brown and unseasoned. My son had the cheese pizza. It was brown all across the top. I ordered the Cajun Shrimp. It would have been easier to chew a rubber band. The accompanying pasta was mush. The restaurant was clean and the hostess was nice.

Not only was my meal incorrectly ordered and cooked but I was charged for the meal I didn’t receive. Not our server’s fault, more management.

So here is one for the books!! We arrived ced about 3:15 for a pre lunch and the day was georgous-80 degrees in February so we asked to sit outside. After we were seated and gave our drink order the waitress informed us that her manager called a meeting and we would have to wait 15 minutes to place our order. Blew my mind. What happened to the days when a manager would hold a manager meeting in the morning for the morning staff and then hold a manager meeting in the afternoon for the evening staff while the morning staff still covered tables for the afternoon staff to be in meetings. Never would I have ever expected to be told we had to sit there for 15 minutes for the Waitress to go to a meeting- not her fault but just saying poor management planning on the managers part. I blame the manger for being lazy and causing customers to have to wait. At least take out order and assign someone to get the food out to us-no such thing as a smooth sailing ship anymore.

I uber eats food after a long day of work and it wasn’t even a fully cooked burger :(

I’ve had to learn the hard way to ALWAYS check out to go orders. The sliders were lukewarm, overcooked, and dry. The mozzarella was lukewarm. I asked for ketchup, but it was not included. There was no bbq sauce for the bbq ribs. Of course, I didn’t figure this out until I drove home. Very disappointing!!

Tonight was graduation night and we had an 8:15 reservation. We were a large party but having a reservation they had time to have staff enough to accommodate us. We put in drink orders and after 45 min I still didn't even have water. It took 2 hrs to get some food out, so a few of us had food while most of us didn't. Those of us who did have food picked at it with our fingers and it was cold by the time we got silverware. The poor waitress was doing all she could having to wait on her regular area and take care of a large party like ours. We tried to talk to the manager, Judy, but she refused to ever come out of hiding. She did however yell at the waitress who was actually doing her job. I have been in the restaurant business for many years and even owned my own restaurant at one time, and I would have fired that worthless manager on the spot.

Fries were terrible tasted like oil and the tenders were not crispy … there was this terrible sounding noise coming from vents!! Very uncomfortable!! Told manager about the fries and no discount was offered?? And the chips and salsa tasted oily!!! Never going there again . Hope they fix there problems. People were nice but food was NOT good.

I would not recommend ordering an Italian Margarita & talking about your guests with staff in front of them is rude.

When we arrived there were no people sitting along the windowed wall overlooking the river. We requested a table there. The hostess said she would have to ask the server if that was ok. She indicated it would be 5 minutes wait at most. All the seating in the waiting area had been marked with signage to not sit there. The hostess left her station. We waited for almost 15 minutes and were asked by two other employees if we had been helped. We told them the hostess was helping us. Finally we just left. Five minutes later we received a text message that our table was ready. We decided to spend our money elsewhere.

I ordered a pick up order. Rib eye, which is my favorite, and when I walked in there was water seeping from under the bar out into the restaurant. I mentioned to the management this was unacceptable. When I got home and ate the steak it was HORRIBLE. I called and complained about the quality of my meal. They credited my meal and I said " is that it?" He ended up giving me a $20 gift card. I went to pick it up 2 or 3 days later and there was water still seeping out from under the bar area. Again I told the manager this was a health hazard. I will go to Chili's again, just not the one in Kerrville!

Been there every Christmas Eve for at least ten years. Today they closed at 4:00. I walked in with my family at 3:15. An employee, maybe the manager, said very loudly from across the restaurant in a very negative tone, "see! I told you someone would come in at the last minute!" We left and started a new tradition somewhere else.

I ordered the quesadilla salad. I was disappointed in the plate of a big pile of lettuce, no tomatoes, a spoonful of corn, 4 quesadillas the size of a tortilla chip, 6 small bite size pieces of grilled chicken for $14. It did not look anything like the menu picture.

Went in today and experienced very poor service unfortunately. Had a waitress who was a blonde made today around 2:20pm. I was sat near by the bar and the waitress asked me what I would like. I told her I would like a margarita and was still looking at menu for something to eat. She told me I’ll come come back with you water and let me know when your ready. She came back with my margarita and I told her I was ready, she then said I’m sorry you’re going to have to wait can’t you see I have four tables ahead of you. I then went and told the cashier I’m leaving and I’m not paying for margarita since I did not even drink it, cashier said I believe you have to pay but let me ask my manager. Manager was very polite and professional and said no sir you don’t need to pay, well not be coming again, word for the waitress I’m not mad about the wait I know you guys are busy but it’s how you say things. Won’t be coming back.

Having just moved to Kerrville, we came here for the first time on a weekday for lunch, as it was familiar to us. Chili’s is one of our favorite places to eat during our travels across the country. We know to expect good service, good options, and good food. The only positive here was that we were seated right away. However as we were taken to our seats I realized the reason we didn’t have to wait was that there were so many empty tables. Once seated we felt invisible. We saw many staff members working and walking right by us, but no one even took our drink order. As we scanned the menu, we noticed that our favorite option that we get at every Chili’s was not on the menu. After a long wait, we saw a worker bring drinks to the folks at a nearby table. They had been there before us We heard them tell that individual that they had been waiting a long time and no one had taken their food order. The reply was that she didn’t know why, that she was working on the other side at the bar and was told to bring these drinks to them but didn’t know why their order had not been taken. Then she walked away. It was at that point that we decided to go somewhere else. We stayed long enough to be disappointed in the service and the limited menu options, but not the food. I doubt we will go back to this location.

I ordered Beef Fajitas to go, and the Fajitas were under cooked and the texture of the meat was rubbery. The tomatoes in included with the toppings were runny and disgusting. I instantly lost my appetite and brought the food back. The manager Eli stated that I would be getting a full refund for the disgusting food. I never got my refund for the $20 promised, only offered some gift cards to come back. I lost trust in the quality of Chili's food and do not want to come back.

I got food poisoning from the chicken, and the crazy part is like 30 first responders went in before me so I hope they are doing okay at least

Everytime I order here they mess up the order. All the food this time around was just not it. Tasted off burnt or too sweet.they added things that were off and forgot a whole item

This dinner was horrible. I mean, horrible. The steak was overcooked without flavor and had to be drowning in A1, the mashed potatoes were dull and lifeless, the salad went uneaten. I barely finished my meal (by force because it’s steak) and the entree salad went uneaten. It cost $70 to learn that we’ll never return. That’s an expensive lesson.

Spent at least 20 minutes waiting for a server that never came. Told a passing server, who also never returned so we just walked out. Honestly really sad I wanted those quesadillas :(

We entered as a group of four, walked in and sat down at a table and asked if we could be moved to a booth before we even got the menus. They weren't very polite about us asking for such and the waiter had gotten weird. We ordered drinks and appetizers, then literally a few moments after placing our order and getting our appetizers the server had made the chef come out to tell our table they cannot make our food because they're and I quote "stuff" broke down and isn't working in the kitchen. So we got up and left. Will never be returning to this location again unless major changes are made.

Food is great. But. Today I ordered the Casadilla explosion salad to my work truck in the field via door dash. I called in to explain in detail how allergic I am to avocado and please prepare salad far away from any avocado. The salad does not come with avocado. And I upgraded to salmon for protein. I received a Salman salad with guacamole (which it doesn't even come with) and no Casadilla. I called in and the manager told me to bring it in for proof as alot of people complain to get free food. Also im working in the field for the floods and cannot come in hence the door dash.... so I get no lunch today. And I paid 36 dollars for this special lunch. I was put on hold for 23 minutes and no one came back on the line. I am asking chili's to refund the order I was unable to eat.
