Pollo Campero

Fried chicken was a delicious, unique flavor. Crispy on the outside, and moist and hot on the inside. Staff was very friendly and polite. We were given a free piece of chicken because it was our first time here. It was also wonderful to be served on a real plate and silverware instead of a paper plate and plastic utensils. We will definitely be back!

This place is soooo good. The chicken is well seasoned you literally don’t need any sauce. The food is always fresh and hot . The customer service is amazing. Bathroom is the cleanest bathroom I ever seen at a restaurant. 5 stars all across the board I was eating here everyday for my trip to Orlando . I will be back .

This was our first time visiting Pollo Campero, and everything was absolutely delicious. The chicken was flavorful, crispy, and cooked perfectly, and the sides were just as good. What really made the experience even better was the excellent service. Shanay took great care of us, she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. We truly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

First time eating at pollo campero and this location did not dissapoint. Thank you for your hard work and attention. The quality of the food was amazing and location was squeaky clean. They have self ordering screens as well but lots of staff to help. As soon as we started ordering, someone approached to see if we needed help. I didnt catch the employees name that was very attentive but she was in the lobby sunday feb 8th at 5:25pm

The food was absolutely delicious and Miss Maria Pico deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service. She was very kind and helpful, made us feel like we were family. The establishment is very clean.

Absolutely delicious! The staff is so friendly. Judith was so helpful for our first time there. She was so nice and walked us through the menu. We got a 3 piece fried chicken meal and a Campero bowl. Food came out pretty quick and everything was very tasty. Will definitely come back!

5/5 stars, a bit taken aback honestly. I went through the drive-thru for lunch and got a 3 piece meal with Campero Beans. First off the service at the drive through was perfect. The employee was great and even gave me a free piece of chicken since I was a first-time customer. The chicken was hot, crispy and juicy, the beans were tasty, and the price was reasonable. I’ve had lesser experiences while spending 4-5 times the amount. Will definitely be back!

The food came out hot and fresh , and the seasoning had a lot of flavor without being too salty. And the service was served very quick !

I came here recently and after eating some of the food, i can safely say I quite enjoyed it, especially the flan. I have eaten chicken in other places as well but the chicken over here was nice and soft to eat, especially the crispness of the outer layer. What made it much better was the flan since I always liked flan so I was happy enough to get myself the flan.

Overall wasn't bad ,the food came out quickly, there fried chicken was really good, aswell as there signature Campero Sauce with the Yucca fries. There chicken nuggets though I wish were smokey as in just cooked but seemed when they arrived we're just warm. The atmosphere wasn't bad by any means somewhat kids but hey if you gotta feed your family for the price and amount of food your gonna get it's not bad by any means. The staff were nice and the service was pretty quick and friendly. I wish the nuggets were made fresh and hot as their fried chicken 🍗. There bread wasn't bad either I always enjoy a piece of bread that doesn't need butter or anything .

Well seasoned, yes, but very dry and cold and slimy??? Fries were good. The store also doesn’t have anywhere to dump trash, which I am guessing they want you to leave it on the table. Overall a great environment and great drinks, but as far as the Roasted chicken goes I cannot recommend it at all. Maybe try fried.

Well seasoned, yes, but very dry and cold and slimy??? Fries were good. The store also doesn’t have anywhere to dump trash, which I am guessing they want you to leave it on the table. Overall a great environment and great drinks, but as far as the Roasted chicken goes I cannot recommend it at all. Maybe try fried.

This was a very uncomfortable and upsetting experience. I came in with my partner and their service dog, and from the very beginning the staff was hostile. We were asked to provide a “certificate” for the service dog. I calmly explained that under federal law (ADA), there is no official certificate required. At that point, a staff member (who appeared to be the one working the drive-thru area) responded in a very rude and dismissive way. She claimed that she has a service animal and that she does have a certificate. When I told her that no such certificate exists, she aggressively said “¿Quieres que te muestre?” and almost shoved her phone in my face. Her tone was confrontational and completely unprofessional. I remained calm and even said I had no issue calling the police or explaining things properly, but instead of resolving the situation, she walked away rudely and went back to the service area. This was not just poor customer service — it was humiliating and shows a serious lack of training and understanding of basic federal law. No customer should be treated this way. I do not recommend this location.
