Small place but amazing food and really great service. Food is fast and fresh. My favorite this time was the guacamole and chips but the shrimp burrito I had ranked right up there.

1ST time here, the service was great the cashier was very friendly, I had the best Al pastor taco ever and the Carne Asada was excellent. I really loved the hand made tortillas. Salsa bar had 3 choices, mild, medium & hot, usually I never find "hot" enough salsa for me, their's was. My wife had shrimp and steak tacos w/hand made tortillas, and said they were the best tacos she ever had, their beans and rice were also excellent. can't wait to go back and sample other items, the only negative was it was hot inside with limited seating,

Excellent Mexican food keeping with traditional cuisine. Salsa bar stocks mild to hot varieties as well as other condiments. Soda machine offers multitude options to mix your final drink. Update: it is still on the expensive side relative to similar Mexican restaurant. It is a small place with eoom for barely 20 people.

Azatlan is out go to when you need a fair priced breakfast burrito, call ins are ready within 10 minutes and the food is great!

Unbelievable food. They even have handmade taco tortillas. This is VERY authentic Mexican food at very reasonable prices.

This place is great I drive all the way from canyon hills just to eat here their burritos are jammed packed with flavor the fresh tortillas for their tacos are goat’d ion got anything to complain about this place wish their was one closer to me

The menudo was always my go to whenever I come here. I always put it on the side; The sauces, toppings and goes always best with the drink horchata with ice 🧊 😋 😏

If you are looking for an authentic Mexican taste served with great customer service. Stop in and fill up. My family came in and we went crazy with Taco Tuesday. Homemade tortillas surrounded flavorful meats. We were told the potato tacos are worth trying. Salsas are ALL good and freshly made. It may look like a little hole in the wall but man its super clean and worth the taste. You know its good when lunchtime hits and the lines can go to the door. The food did not disappoint!!! Thought we'd try this place because of all the good reviews. We're so happy we did. I had the chicken plate and my boyfriend got the breakfast burrito. Both were amazing. Definitely coming back

DELICIOUS HOMEMADE TORTILLAS! I’ve been following Aztlan Tacos on Instagram for a few months now and I finally made it in! The girl at the counter greeted me with a smile and was INCREDIBLY professional! I asked about their namesake taco the “Aztlan Taco” and she broke it down for me. I didn’t get her name but she was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I ordered two of the “Aztlan” tacos with carne asada as she recommended, they were really tasty! I think the carne asada could’ve been a bit more savory but it’s only a minor suggestion. The authentic flavors and in-house tortillas wrapping the tacos were phenomenal. My highlight were the sopes! I cannot recommend them enough, you MUST try the sopes! I ordered one chicken sope and it was hands down one of the best sopes I’ve ever had! The cream, cheese, meat and sope itself tasted like ingredients I would get in Mexico! Trust me, I know authentic. PRO-TIP: Squeeze a little lime on your Aztlan tacos, I did! Everything about this taco shop was quite convenient and accessible. There’s a salsa bar which is covered at all times, a small fountain with classic soft drinks and a side fountain with jamaica and horchata. The restaurant was very clean and modern. I appreciated the quality AC too! Note: Dine-in customers receive a free pack of small tortilla chips or a small bag of Fritos. I recommend the corn tortilla chips.

First time here. Tried the al pastor breakfast burrito and it was bussin! Great red salsa. We asked for half sour cream in the burrito, and they were friendly enough to accommodate this request in a friendly manner. Recommend trying them!

I live close by and took one of my friends to lunch. He said he wanted tacos, so we went to Aztlan tacos and grill. This was a great choice. He both got 4 tacos and a beer for lunch. The tacos were very good, they were like good street tacos but better. They were cooked great to our order and the salsa was just the right amount of heat. Hit had a solid kick and was perfect for the tacos. Fantastic lunch, I will be back here often. Highly recommend

I came across Tacos Aztlan when my cousin who lives in Lake Elsinore and 2 exits away (Lake St) took me there because I was craving authentic Mexican food. They sponsored her sons basketball team from Temescal canyon all through his HS years. I live in Rancho Cucamonga and love their food that I don't mind the drive. It is the only place I'll eat the al pastor, nothing comes close to theirs. Their salsa (hot) is delicious. Their shrimp burritos, delicious. You have a choice of street tacos (small tortillas) or homemade yellow cor n. I absolutely hands down love the homemade, full size tortilla. Generous portions and their refried beans are amazing. Consistently is key and for the last 5 years they have maintained their quality ❤️🌮🌯🥤😋

Great little place to stop and have a good bite of food. Friendly staff and really good tacos and burritos (that’s all we have tried so far but I’m sure the rest doesn’t disappoint). Definitely recommend.

Nachos, sopes and tortas all good. Good flavor well seasoned meat and a good selection of salsa at the salsa bar all offered with friendly service.

Love their tacos. Full of flavor. Good quality of meats and great handmade tortillas. I have had most of their tacos and all are delicious. Great Micheladas in frosted ice cold mugs. Goes great with the food.

My co-workers and I enjoy coming here for lunch. The lady at the register is cute and always friendly. The service is prompt and accurate. The ambiance of Aztlan is very "industrial." It's not a place I'd take a date, or feel cozy on a cold/windy day. The floor is treated concrete and the walls are someone sparse in the way of decorations. However, this location is VERY clean, both in the dining area and restrooms. I normally get a burrito with a side of chips and take it to go. My friends will frequently enjoy more "authentic food" and always have good things to say. It's definitely a "hole in the wall" that is worth checking out.

Menudo, asada tacos and salsa bar were good. The Pepsi wasn't watered down.

Food is good. Salsa bar is good. Only suggestion I have is to add cilantro & onions. Service is great. Everyone really nice. Worth a visit & a repeat visit.

The Birria broth is pretty bland. -10/10 for the Al Pastor Burrito, it was dry and it just tasted weird. The Asada fries were good though.

Came here on a Saturday evening, out of rábanos, tacos were ok and menudo was good. Service is terrible not sure if it’s the owner or what but she doesn’t look like she wants to be here she’s mad and grumpy. It was 7:50 and she starts asking if we need anything else because they’re closing in 10mins. Better the customer service

They should focus on perfecting their flavor.

Food is mid. Bottom rounds for "asada". The sauce taste like they come from acan. I mean it's good food, but the price is outrageous for the quality. 4$ for a basic taco. Probably won't be going back. Over-priced for the quality

So disappointed when I saw my 3 rolled taquitos. Then I opened my churro, took 2 bites and threw it away.

My guacamole was a little brown. Seemed a day old. Pastor meat was dry and burnt with no flavor also Seemed 1-2 days old. They barely put any meat. I spent about $40 and was not satisfied. Carne asada is ok. Carnitas is not bad good flavor. Just very small portion. I personally wouldn't recommend this spot if your into fresh good meat. The service is very friendly and nice and helpful.

This is not a true taco spot. they need to take a trip to Los Angeles. Prices are too high and the meat is dry. I would of though that if they raise their prices then at least serve better quality (FRESH). I will tell my friends not to go here and that's almost Everyone in Lake Elsinore area.

Came in hoping for a juicy street taco. I ordered the special with 2 Carne asada tacos rice and beans with chips. The tacos were really dry, the chips came in a bag (no salsa) that was my bad assuming I would get chips and salsa like any other Mexican restaurant and when I asked for lime, they give 2 small slices. I barely got any lime out of them. My husband beer was warm, The best part was the iced tea lol the plate was small I still left hungry, we went to another taco place, we won't be back again.
