Super quick service and the new avocado toast was good. I will have to start visiting dunkin donuts more often now.

I love Dunkin donuts. I Go between them and Starbucks. I Also take my daughter and the child I watch there once a week. Where they are able to get either food or a refresher drink. My daughter likes a plane vehicle or or Glazed donut. The other child likes the the bagel bites it's and breakfast wraps. They both like the dragon fruit Refresher. Right Now I love the peanut butter cup machiato. I wish it was all Season long.

This Dunkin never disappoints. I frequent the drive through at all hours and the staff is very accommodating and professional!

I get my coffee here every morning during the workweek and the staff is super friendly always gets my order accurate and they even know me by my first name who would've thought I a chain coffee shop would be so knowledgeable and friendly to their customers!? Very efficient and delicious coffee and donuts

Just got 3 wraps , 2 hash browns and some snacking Bacon from this location , my 13 old son is sharing with me and he says I should go here everytime. It is delicious.

Staff was very efficient even though their drive through was slammed; my in-person order was handled quickly and they were friendly.

The employees are kind, and I love whenever there's a dog in front of me in the drivethru, because they give the dogs a donut hole! Favorite Dunkin.

My brownie batter donut could wake me from a coma and I didn't just stop at a coffee but I also made a couple 5 loops around the drive through so I could snag some more delectables. Clean. Great selection. It is part of a gas station, so there is a convenience store to go with your yummy coffee.

Not my favorite Dunkin donuts. Service is slow. No place to sit. Bathrooms inadequate. It's a gas station with DD as an afterthought.

There are better local donuts in your area. Dunkin' works in a pinch, but I'd rather find a good, local bakery.

The people aren't very happy. The drive thru speaker and the people talking through it aren't very loud.

The baked goods/donuts are not as good as Tim Hortons, but their coffee is better.

I stop here pretty regularly on my way to work, usually just for a ham egg and cheese on an english muffin. It is usually great, well.. as great as Dunkin' can be. Not always enough ham, in my opinion, and sometimes the way it's distributed in the sandwich leaves you with only one bite with ham, but again, getting a sandwich during rush hours at a place like this, it's as expected. The only issue I have is that sometimes I'm really in the mood for some more meat, as one tends to be from time to time, so I order the same sandwich, but with extra ham. This is where the problem lays. At least 60% of the time, they don't put extra ham on it, and the person handing out the sandwiches is too busy for me to have the chance to ask them "extra ham, right?". The few times I've asked, every time, they say something like "oops, no. Hold on". Although this seems like an absolutely scathing review, I don't think it has much to do with the staff being incompetent, I think it has entirely to do with the way the tickets are printed. The only thing that distinguishes that the sandwich has extra ham is the word "ham" underneath the original order, which also says "ham". Seems confusing to me, and I can completely understand how it happens so often, but it is irritating to take a hamless bite when I'm in the midst of such a craving.

Dunkin is not a bad place. It's a "to each thier own" type of thing. I don't particularly come here unless a starbucks drive thru is unavailable. I will say though, DD is a nice middle ground between starbucks and the dreadful Tim Hortons.

Service has been great and orders are made up quickly. This place is very busy and has a very short drive-through which causes drive-through traffic to back up out into the street and affect traffic flow

This location screws up my coffee order on a regular basis.

They almost never get my order right and the breakfast sandwiches I've ordered have always been burnt.

Seems they cater more to drive thru than people standing in line. They Literally walk by you as if your not there. Not asking for superior service but an acknowledgement and service would be nice. And since when does asking for coffee require state hot or cold... coffee comes one way "Hot". If I wanted cold would say ice coffee .....

I don't know how the constantly mess things up? I ordered a bagel with cream cheese on the side... I got a bagel the had cream cheese on it.. . But was SCRAPED off! Drove all the way back to find out they have no more! How can you run out of bagels at 11 am? This is the 3rd time they have run out. Then the manager barely cared and didn't even offer a refund on the coffee for my trouble.. So I gave her the coffee back and got a refund in it. I'm so done with them

Worst dunkin in Fairport, always an issue every time I go. Cold food. Can’t follow special instructions. Toast dark apparently means don’t toast it at all. Coffee inconsistent. Rude employees as well. Manager is super nice but that’s the only thing this location has going for it.

I never do reviews but, the HEIGHT of the Rudeness of the Female manager on Sunday was beyond belief!! I attend a church across the street. Although it would make sense for that location to encourage the 70 to100 people in our church to come get a Coffee and a donut after service. My wife had experiennced the POOR/non customer service at that location. We decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and went in for a donut. As my wife and I tried to see the selection of donuts a young man was being trained at the cash register by an older lady I would assume was the manager. While he was giving change we I mentioned we were trying to see the donuts and make a selection, could he move a little bit to the side. I fully expected any of the following: "No problem sir , john can you move a little bit to the side." or "Sorry sir, he'll be done in a minute can I interested you in one of our...", or "what kind of donut were you looking for?" What I got was a VERY RUDE TONE of "He is making change!!" Now I wasn't in any hurry and wouldn't have cared if nothing was said BUT, IT WAS OBVIOUS THAT I WAS BOTHERING THIS OLDER WOMAN AND SHE WOULD RATHER I LEFT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY WIFE HAS BEEN THROUGH THIS PROBLEM WITH THIS LOCATION BEFORE And as we drove to Wegmans down the road she told me that she doesn't god there any more when she picks up Bagels & Donuts for her weekly meetings! I know retail is a hard job and I work on weekends and know how that is tough! But as I said she didn't have to say a thing! Instead she came off like a DMV employee who would FAR Rather you didn't bother her!!! There is old saying that good customer service keeps a customer for life but, if you are rude to one customer they will tell 2 people about you store whom will tell 2 people about your store and ...you get the picture!!

EVERYTHING ON THIS ORDER WAS WRONG. We ordered 3 pancake wraps, RECEIVED TWO NORMAL TORTILLA ONES, ordered two hashbrowns, and got ONE. Don't go here.

Says closes at 10. 930pm and no one is here. The person said "well it's says 10 because we have to be out of here by 10“ seriously it's 930 and I drove 15 mins out of my way. FAIL!

I've sadly been let down many times by this location. The speaker system is horrible so the employees cannot hear a word you're saying in return it sounds like they're yelling and they're not but my ear is still pounding. My favorite butter pecan iced latte today was milk and coffee....

Uncovered donuts had flies buzzing all over them. Went up to the cash register and the woman was filling a bag of coffee and talking to her co-worker about how much she wanted to go home. Made eye contact but then ignored me and my son until we walked away. Will not be back.

Is any Dunkin good anymore second bad experience food wise in a row from a different location I got several things but my croissant is burnt they just had someone complain and had to remake a sandwich from being burnt. My bad for not opening it up and checking didn't think I had to. Then my bacon is just warm not even crispy at all just flimsy and warm. I think I'm done with Dunkin all together at this point. This review really don't mean anything as nothing ever comes of them but same cookie cutter response. But this is to let fellow paying customers know to check their food because what you pay for isn't what you get and clearly people serving it don't care but I bet they wouldn't eat it. Whatever happened that made them disappear and a new crew of younger girls working here now...terrible. Food is usually either wrong, or sloppy made but guaranteed to take 5+ minutes for something simple to make after you stand at the counter for a minute or two without being helped. This morning, avocado toast with bacon, 11 minute wait with no bacon. Last time I was there it was a 10 minute wait for an order of hash browns that you're supposed to get six in, but I ended up getting two little potatoes balls that were crunchier than kettle cooked potato chips. Go to the Tim Hortons up the street.

This used to be a great location the ladies were fast and personable. The girls running it now are lazy, slow and look barely awake themselves. I got a wake up wrap and ut had black faux fur inside it. When I said something to them they just apologized half heartedly and told me the manager would be in later. The food there is either cold or burnt. I've started going to Tim Hortons when I do my weekly treat now even the coffee is better there now.

One of the worst Dunkin locations in Rochester. I came here about 5 or 6 times and each time they messed up my order. Whether it was giving me the wrong drink, not putting sugar/cream in my coffee when I asked, or even arguing with me about what I did and did not order even after I showed them my receipt which reflected what I ordered. Almost all the employees are high school kids who could care less about their jobs. I work in retail so I understand both sides here, but this dunkin location is just very sad. It doesn’t even have a bathroom, which violates NY state law. Should be shut down.

Ordered a bagel with butter and cream cheese. Asked for one side butter one side cream cheese bc they always try to put butter on both sides and then spread cream cheese on it which does not end up working out. Is the cream cheese in the room with us bc where?! I even reexplained at the window and the girl even went back and told the person making it what I meant. This is not an issue with just this location but multiple locations do this as I travel for work.

Why are there so many people if 4 decide not to focus on orders? Especially if the orders are backed up. I shouldn’t have to wait so long for a damn coffee. Whoever is managing these people and this store NEED TO GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!!! I come in very often and I’ve never seen anything like this before. Whoever is managing today is going to run this business into the ground.

Anytime I've gone in the evening I can almost promise my order is wrong, food is burnt, or doesn't taste good. I've gone through customer service a few times for my money back on missing items. I think there's 2 people that actually do their job. Otherwise you're going to wait a while so the girls can chit chat and completely ignore you. Save yourself the time and go to another location.

Some coffees have been a third less then others and the newer scramble product we've gotten ones that are half the size they're supposed to be. My last one literally had no egg in it, which is the main ingredient. They burn food all the time. Complete waste of money and unprofessional staff with no self respect. Should be shut down or completely overhauled.

They do not know how to take simple directions. Really need a surplus of new employees and management here that can take their job seriously!!

I don’t normally like to rate businesses poorly but I ordered a vanilla bean coolata (clearly said no whipped cream), a croissant with sausage and cheese (clearly said no egg), two orders of hash browns, a frosted jelly donut and an angel cream donut. What they gave me: a vanilla bean coolata WITH whipped cream, a croissant with sausage, cheese and EGG, two orders of hash browns (they actually had that right! Although they were way overdone), a BOSTON CREAM donut and a POWDERED JELLY donut. Seriously, how can someone screw up an order that badly?!?

Dunkin is normally great. I like the food and coffee. But this location needs new management. It is consistently getting orders wrong lately and today was the worst. Forgotten items or running out of items have been commonplace, but today they forgot half the order. When I got home I found almost half the croissant was burned making the sandwich inedible. The girls inside were even talking about a fire as we waited at the window. We did not think it would have been our food. Who would serve a severely burned item to a customer? Where is the management here? It always seems chaotic while a couple ladies just chat away in a corner. I'm assuming that is the manager since it doesn't seem like any work of that sort happens here. I'll be driving out of my way to go to a different location from now on. It's not worth the convenience to go to this location anymore. Good luck to the crew members here. I feel bad for them.

Last time I was there it was a 10 minute wait for an order of hash browns that you're supposed to get six in, but I ended up getting two little potatoes balls that were crunchier than kettle cooked potato chips.
