Ok, so I’ve been going to Mr. smoothie for years. I have been going almost daily because I just love a healthy meal replacement or healthier alternative that keeps me full. The staff is always friendly and has the order ready when ordered through the app. I do miss $5 fridays though hope they bring it back!

I got a Pineapple Surf and it was AMAZING!!! 100% Recommend coming here, I’m definitely coming back!

They Make very good Smoothies kinda expensive but it Worth it I recommend the Mango Smoothie it very tasty

Smoothie King is on Route 9W going towards Saugerties. It is in a small mall across from Adam's Farms market and it's in a building next to Starbucks. You can either drive through or walk in. I prefer drive-thru. I found the drinks being of natural products not artificial and delicious. For the cost works out fine by me. You get excellent service and not too long of a wait. I recommend this place if you're looking for great smoothies add other healthy products.

I went today and had the pumpkin pie smoothie! It tasted JUST like the real thing - didn’t have to wait for Thanksgiving this year! I love the healthy ingredients they use too - much healthier than an actual pumpkin pie haha. The staff was very pleasant and answered my questions. I will certainly be going here again! I want to try more flavors!

Great product. Especially when you get a medium for the price of a small on Fridays.

Nice enough staff but more engaging with each other than with the customer but the smoothies are good and service is quick enough.

Go here fairly regularly. Mango Kale is my favorite. Tried some others, but keep going back. Sometimes it tastes better than others depending on who makes it. Tonight was a great one!!! Sometimes it can taste more watered down. Friendly service. Never had issues. Can be a slow line at times. Also a bit on the pricey side, but understandable considering it has more expensive ingredients and is still a better value, healthier, and more filling than Starbucks which is next door.

I purchase several smoothie’s, but I forgot to have them scan my rewards. Yes, it’s my error, but I also feel they should give you a receipt or at least ask. I was distracted handing out drinks and I overlooked it. Now, I can’t redeem the points, especially after purchasing 3 smoothies. Many stores will ask if you have rewards. So, don’t forget your rewards.

Changing my review as i promised. The service is back to normal and no more issues with the orders.

My smoothie was great! I was trying to get as close as possible to a pina colada, which was not on their extensive menu full of options and substitutes. It was a little confusing! Luckily the girl taking my order had a nice recommendation for adding coconut water to a different blend. Thank you! Overall, I bought a ninja and was inspired to make my own smoothies at home for much less money.

Generally is ok most of the staff is nice but you can tell that staff from 6-9 just flat out doesn’t want to be there. Also why were you guys closed at 6 Friday December 23rd (today.) I love the smoothies but needs more consistency in the staff and schedule. Thanks

Come here very often so i dont have to stop home to get a protein shake. Usually very tasty and protein packed smoothies. However, id say 1 out of every 5 smoothies come out all chunky and taste like water. Today this happened to me and i was looking forward to the smoothie after my workout. Very friendly staff, but today the smoothie just wasnt it. It actually tasted like ice/water.

Smoothies are always great and the employees working are very nice but the speed at which they or the blenders work is always disappointing. If you order ahead give them a 35 minute buffer. We order 1 to 2 smoothies max in an order and it consistently takes about 30+ minutes each time with one or two other people waiting. I want to from there more but if ordering ahead still takes that long then it’s really not worth the time

Genuinely some of the most rude and disrespectful service I’ve ever received. Working in the restaurant industry I fully understand the hardships of working in customer service. However, on Tuesday, January 2nd, myself and two others went to this location at 8:45. This was 15 minutes before the supposed closing time, 9 p.m. we had purposely cut our workout short so we would be able to get there not at the very last moment. However when we approached the automated message played and no one answered after. We had saw an employee behind the counter as we were pulling up, and then when we realized no one was going to help us and left, they came back out from wherever they were hiding to continue closing I would assume. Tonight, we went and were greeted very solemnly by the employee. When we asked for the specifics of our drink they would respond with audible sighs before speaking and sounded very short and irritated with our presence being there. I am not one to go out of my way to write bad reviews about a place as I said before, but the blatant disrespect towards my peers and myself is absolutely unacceptable.

The girl who took my order at the drive thru was incredibly rude. I ordered an açaí bowl and asked to switch out an ingredient. I have done this multiple times at different locations and she responded that they do not do that here.

We were to only people in the place . The 2 staff seemed like they were in there owen world. When the first walked in the one employee said do you know what you want or do you need a minute. Said we need a minute. Then we kept trying to make eye contact and even stepped up to the counter. Now we're trying to figure out why they won't even look at us. Then we finally placed our order. One smoothie came out. By this time there were other customers but now I'm noticing they're getting stuff before our second smoothie came out. The website and the door says closes at 9. There were other people trying to get in and it was about eight 0 clock the doors were locked. There were several sets of customers trying to get in kept circling the place looking in the windows waving at the employees. My date wasn't even done with her smoothie while we're sitting in there talking. The girl looks over at us and in a rude way says excuse me but you're gonna have to leave because we're having issues with all these people seeing you sit here trying to come in. A mythology was why are they not coming in. Are you open till 9 I said. That's for our drive through our lobby closes At eight. So I was relieving my date looks at the door and it clearly just states you're open till 9. So you're still making stuff for the drive through but you're turning away multiple customers trying to get in. Had I known when your lobby closed at 8 I would never wasted my time going in. Ironically there was like 50 people at the ice cream stand across the street and I thought it'd be quicker to go into the empty Smoothie King but now I know why it's empty. I would have got ice cream quicker in the line of 50 people than I got my smoothie At the empty smoothie place. Her approach sucked it was rude that unlocked just as far as I'm concerned and if I wasn't with a date I would a letter have it verbally. I'm sorry I walked into Smoothie King and cause you such issues by trying to finish my smoothie in your lobby after I gave you my business because you had issues where all the people circling your place looking in the windows. Evidently they must also although it closed at 9 2 or they wouldn't have bothered trying to come in. If your lobby closes it ain't you want to put a bigger sign somewhere so people can actually see it and know it before they waste their time. I will never ever go back into that place ever again. The only time that girl took a break from her phone conversation was to rudely tell us that we had to leave those were causing issues by dining in your establishment. And you can check the camera footage if you're the owner or a manager. It happened June 19th around 8 o'clock ish. You can see how long we stood there watching your employees ignore us and then finally getting one smoothie and asking where the other 1 was that she had to make. Then you can see the people waving in the windows that upset her evidently and you can listen to her tell us that we had to leave. I don't need some Jack a** whatever the hell she was telling me who's an adult that I'm causing issues sitting there peacefully drinking to smoothie piece of s***

I just got the worst smoothie ever. I ordered a very simple mango smoothie with plain yogurt. It came with No mango flavor, and artificially sweetened yogurt that was more like cream than yogurt. It was undrinkable and cost $9! Such an absolute disappointment that they couldn’t follow my simple order.

Waited on line forever and saw like 4 or 5 people working in there, it was myself and another customer in front of me. So ofc after the 15 minute wait they hand the other customer my drink. I'm watching them hand it back. What a joke, have some pride in your job.

Do yourselves a favor there is a smoothie king ten times better in Wappingers falls. I ordered a smoothie here and it wasn’t at all blended, the peanut butter I had ordered in it was in the middle not even blended. I chewed on so much ice for two smoothies worth $22? Yeah ok… again the one in wappingers falls is way better so I’ll stick to what I know

Today just 5 min ago the girl who took my order was so rude and nasty to me. she' told me my drink was going to be gross with my substitutes I was shocked I thought she was joking but she was telling me what I should order like she was paying for it . I like what I ordered .I ordered it before and I have allergies. She definitely didn't want to make my drink. Nobody asked for her opinion the whole experience was ignorant all together. I usually oder on grub hub so I don't have to deal with people and their attitudes.i suggest you order on grub hub or come during the day the people at night are trying to get out of there

When I worked in Kingston I used to go there sometimes & it was fine. Tonight however, I was in town, grabbed a medium Angel Food on my way home. Drank about half before I started to get sick to my stomach. Within 5 mins of being home I puked up the smoothie. Idk if the milk was bad or something else in the drink but now my whole night is my stomach feeling like bubbles

The cashier woman was rude and would not explain the difference between hydration and extreme drink and has an attitude problem that needs to be addressed and retrained on how to provide customer service. Also said they do cash only. And when we drove by the drive through window she flipped us off.

So I come to this location and usually run into no issues, and everyone is friendly but today at 5:25, I was picking up two Uber Eats orders, they were put together fairly fast. I asked if they had cup holders the young man with the light brown curls rolled his eyes put together the cupholders without a care and walked off shaking his head as I was right there.
