Its not bad not great for those with celiac but they can give you the meat in a salad bowl. You need to get your own bread though. The wraps and bread there are not gluten free.
Staff were friendly, restaurant was clean and the sandwich I ordered was very fresh - meats were great, crisp veggies and thick, hearty bread.

Newly remodeled and I think this is the only drive through Subway in the area. Inside is very clean, relaxed and comfy. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

The Subway shop on Mollision way in Lewiston is the best of the best! They have a drive up window and their entire staff were wearing masks . So appreciated during the current Covid virus crisis! And the sandwiches were absolutely well made and delicious...
We placed an order for 3 sandwich platters for a baby shower and 3 dozen cookies. Everything was perfect and ready for pickup at the exact time specified. They included napkins, condiments, and everything we needed in a single bag that was easy to carry. The sandwiches were a hit at the event. Thank you Subway Mollison team!
For my job I had to buy over 25 subs at the same time. I called a day ahead but the manager said to just come in with this long list of orders. Throughout the whole process, (paid for from over 25 envelopes of cash needing 25 diffferent receipts) the employees sere polite, efficient, and calm. No one was frazzled or irritated. They took other orders from other customers just coming in and moved them through and served them while keeping track of what we had ordered, numbering each one so we could match up the receipts to the sandwiches. There were no mistakes whatsoever. The whole thing happened like they did stuff like this every day. These people are definitely pros.
Absolutely love the subs, but never get the coupons on like I use to so I don't go like I used to but still when I can worth it every time.
So glad to find a drive thru Subway! So much easier with two small children in tow. The person manning the drive thru was very helpful. Everything was super quick and inexpensive. They even had a nice foil lining for the toasted sub to keep it warm. Everything tasted as expected & the kids meal boxes were cute. Nice to have a bit of a healthier drive thru option!

Standard Subway with good staff, it's a good stop to drop by for lunch or a quick dinner when you don't want to make something at home. I like to use coupons here, so the prices are a little more reasonable. There are paper coupons and coupons in their app.
My app order was ready when I arrived. I received my chicken, bacon, ranch elite. However, this is the first time I've ever had hard pieces in the rotisserie chicken.

The food was good. Made an online order waited 15 minutes in the drive thru for pick up. Finally got my food and was short a sandwich. Fortunately I checked my order before leaving the parking lot and had to go back in. They had forgotten it on the counter. Just make sure your checking your order.
Person who was making my sandwich, a number 6 decided to tell us that there was no pepperoni even though we were looking at it. As soon as I pointed that there was in fact pepperoni she decided to change her mind.
When I went in person my experience was much different than the drive through. They completely messed my order up. It was not toasted as requested, barely any lettuce, they added pickles (which I did not ask for) and they forgot to add green peppers. Needless to say not impressed they messed up a simple order. A blt with pickles, def not my jam 🤢
Usually not too bad, but tonight was horrible. 4 outta 5 sandwiches were made incorrectly. I do my orders online thru the app, because that way I can have all the different veggies per sandwich on just right. Sad when a sweet onion chicken teriyaki + avocado that tastes only like the BAJA sauce, due to it being loaded on, that was nowhere to be found on a BAJA chicken sandwich ordered.. And 2 other chicken teriyaki sandwiches that have extra veggies that the kids don't care for.
I went through the drive thru and will never do it again. I was bringing my mom home from the hospital after day surgery and needed a quick supper. It's had to say everything you want. I didn't say cheese assuming it came with. Yup. Never assume. My bad but not coming back.
This places counter is always filthy and today there was steak in the provolone cheese. There was food all over the counter where they prep sandwiches, also they were out of meatballs at 4:30 pm and had to get some out of cooler and had to heat them up. They were warm at best and not hot.

Very disappointed with this location. I got out of my truck and walked to the road to talk to a family member that was across the road and a employee opened the door and told me I can’t park in there parking lot. I replied I’ll be right in to eat at subway. Than they refused a promotional sale.

OMG ...Where was the meat in our sandwiches???It was sliced so thin you could see thru it. All we had was bread. And the young man that was sitting watching tv in the sitting area was obviously the "baby daddy" waiting for mama while she worked. REALLY!!!!

The last two times I've went here I was not that happy. The store honestly looks like it's a million kids working for minimum wage. They make your sandwich so fast it's not even made the way you want it. I waited in line for over a half hour before they even took my order. They gave my sandwich to someone else so I had to wait for them to make another one. By the time they made my sandwich I felt like I was going to pass out from not eating my meal on time. When I got the sandwich it was so messy I could barely eat it.
Went to drive through for first time. Seems like that’s what they want you to do now.Ordered5 sandwiches . Asked for cheese on all with lettuce tomato and onion and condiments on the side. Got them home , had no cheese, no tomatoes and had mayo on them. Never again! If you want your food done right ? Better go in and watch them make it.
Worst experience ever! A young man named Morgan made 2 simple sandwiches and he couldn’t even do it as asked. First he didn’t put the proper amount of meat on the turkey sub, piled all veggies in the middle and after each veggie he placed on the sun he pushes down in the middle of the sun to add more veggies lol , than he drives to fold my sandwiches with his fingers in side my sandwiches we asked him to use the knife to fold and he said “ how am I supposed to do that”? I don’t know who is training these kids but they need to be retrained … some kids are great others just really don’t care .

I called to complain about my service and was hung up on twice and told to stop calling, that there is nothing they can do for me. Angela Bergeron (manager) gave me attitude and told me I was raising my voice when explaining what had been happening with my sandwich order. I will not be returning to this store at all... that is not how you treat a customer. If I had a choice this would be a no star rating due to the unprofessional way I was treated.
There are three employees working multiple orders they are arguing very unprofessional. I will never be back here. All subway takes the same. I will go somewhere else.

It was my First time through drive-thru and I told them what bread and sandwich I would like. They asked if I wanted cheese but that was it. Nothing else was asked and they told me to move up. So I paid 6.00 for a Italian BMT with cheese. Um, if they asked me I would of gotten a lot on the sandwich. NEVER GO THROUGH DRIVE-THRU.
Since Google Asked: My lady and I placed a phone order yesterday for lunch. I entered, retrieved my subs, and started leaving. Half way into the parking lot, an employee yells at me that they gave me the wrong subs. I went back in and handed them my bag. They took one sub out, and handed it to an elderly gentleman and his wife, and then just started making another sub. I stood there wondering what was going on, no one ever told me anything after taking the sub out of the bag. They finish making it, I take it and go. I delivered my lady's to her, and went back to my office to eat mine. My lady texted to tell me they got her bread wrong. I opened mine, it was cold (was supposed to be hot), and didn't have cheese. We called and let them know. They said I can come back in and get replacements. We went in today. I entered and stood in line, the subs were called in. After the person before me finished, the clerk Ashley just stood there and wouldn't even look at me. She looked Autistic. Another employee spoke to her, and she left the register to count product. I spoke up amd asked of they had my subs ready. Ashley, still not looking at me, shook her head "no". Another girl next to her spoke up and stated, "Yeah, those are right here." She handed them to Ashley who then handed them to me. I took them and stated, "Thank you.". She just looked at me. After a good awkward silence, she said "You're welcome" in a very unpleasant monotone manner. The pathetic attitude of these teenage female space cadets turned me off of subway for a while. This place needs better management.
I should know better than to get my sandwich delivered and select this as the location from. But as I'm sick (thank you weather change and allergies), I ordered a wrap with veggies and what I get is barely anything for veggies. The lettuce alone is maybe three shredded lettuce pieces. At least I got the right sandwich this time. Last time it was all wrong. I suggest going in.
Horrific, not sure why I bother continuing to go. Food is crappy and the wait times are ridiculous just went and order via drive thru one car in front of me and 15 minutes later same car in front of me and no one has moved, wasted a lunch break for food that never came, had to leave because break was over, never going back to this location, one worker was outside talking to people in the drive thru behind me maybe on break the entire time. Still a joke when people have to wait this long, should’ve dinned in a restaurant. Never again lesson learned.
I never go to subway and probably never will again. It happened to be there on my way home and it was a rare one with a drive through. Never go through it. The sandwich i received had every topping and sauce that i didn't ask for. I didn't realize this unfortunately until i got home. I had to drive all the way back to encounter a rude manager that was insinuated that it was my fault. They remade it but i was hoping to get a coupon for my trouble of having to drive all the way back. I was rudely told no.
Usually my favorite here in Lewiston but today found a thin hair in tuna sandwich. It’s over 4 me.
Ordered food didn't have half of the items ordered and the items they did have they didn't even make the right sub. They forgot my chips, drinks and cookies forcing me to go back out and pick them out only to find out they were out of the chips. Absolutely horrible experience. It's why I typically go to Jersey Mike's.
The obnoxious server was too busy talking to serve me. He didn't listen to what I asked for. I told him to shut up and focus. He prepared the sandwich wrong (deliberately, or out of ignorance?), then stormed off in a huff. I will never come to this Subway again. If this young person represents the future for this country, then we are in a terrible mess.
Sandwich was mid, about what I expect from a Subway with a drive thru. Sandwich artist took about 10 minutes to address me and make my order. Team was very uncoordinated and the line was incredibly messy. The woman cashiering seemed very discombobulated and impolite.
Don’t waste your money going to this place they can’t even make a signature sandwich, right. I ordered a number 20 and they forgot half my vegetables and the peppercorn ranch and I’ve called and done a survey several times they have not responded complete joke of a franchise. I’d be ashamed if I owned this franchise.
Been at this location a few times and never had an issue, however, this one particular time I ordered a cold cut footling and only received one layer of bologna with no ham or salami. I called and explained to the young lady who answered and all she could say was "I'm sorry". I asked to speak to the manager and she said yes, and waited a moment then proceeded to say "can I help you?" Pretending to be the manager. I asked to speak to her boss and she told me she was not able to give out that info. Very poor service without any attempt to rectify the situation.
This is the worst service I’ve ever actually ever had, making me wait this very long. It’s not fun and making an online order before mine. It’s about 3:21 right now. As vegetarian, I had to ask him to remove his gloves after doing, couple different orders, he touched other things like screen on the Cash register, which is dirty and other things! Gloves do not make it safe! That’s serve safe 101! I’m grossed out! I’ll probably not even eat my wrap now!
Placed an online order for a meatball sub and a grilled chicken sub. The meatball sub came with no cheese, and the chicken sub — which I requested with light mayo — showed up drowning in it. By the time you get home and see the mistakes, you don’t exactly feel like driving back to have it fixed. This is why ordering online feels pointless. You can’t trust the instructions will be followed, and it’s hard to tell whether it’s carelessness or just employees who don’t take pride in what they’re doing. To make it worse, the app asks for a tip before you even receive your food. Tips should be based on service, not a gamble.
The worst experience. I ordered a chicken sandwich. They made me a ham sandwich (ham is a dietary restriction for me) and then they refused to give me my money back. Do not eat here. They will literally steal your money.
Putting 1 star because I can’t put 0. This place has the most inconsistent workers and for charging $14+ for a sandwich you’d expect to get a decent sandwich, not one that barely has anything on it and not what you ask for. The staff does not know how to make sandwiches. Do not recommend this location at all.
This place used to be great but the past month or so they have been way overcharging and providing less than the correct amount. The wraps are supposed to have a footlong portion of meat but they'll only add a 6in portion and double charge you for the extra. They also double charge for 4 slices of bacon when extra bacon is 4 slices extra charge not charged extra per two extra pieces. I'm very disappointed in how the managers are allowing this and how they're teaching the new hires to do this. I would speak to the owners if I knew them. I've worked at a few different Subways and it even states the same thing on the website and at every location. I've brought this up and they've ignored me.
