Best whataburger ever, and it is not because of the food (food is awesome in every single location) it is because of the people who work there. Maribel is such a great person. She is super nice and friendly. She made me and my family had a great time. Also, Bernard is super nice too. I really like this location, and I will be going there again just because of them. Went here on July 5th and ordered a sweet fire burger. The window lady, named Elise, was kind, respectful, and courteous. She even paid for the rest of my burger because I was a bit short on cash! Love this place! Will be back again soon! Tell your friends to go here!

They were packed in the drive through and inside. We still got our food fast, hot and actually presentable unlike most places that just throw stuff together. I will definitely return to this location! They make Whataburger an amazing place to go!

Edit: I think they're under new management, it seems like people are actually getting stuff done back there. I haven't had a problem with an order for a while. Good work, y'all! Original review: Every time we go to this particular Whataburger, at least one thing is missing or very wrong after waiting a minimum of half an hour. Tonight there was one guy on the grill, one on drive through window, and then only like one or two other people *doing* anything. We had an online order, no special changes. Everyone else was just staring off into space and aimlessly wandering around the kitchen. I know working in food service is really hard, but I don't understand how dysfunctional you have to be to have that many people in the back of a kitchen and still have it be a Burger-muda Triangle where very few orders make it out intact.

Fast amazing service. Friendly staff. Was there around shift change, was good to watch these folks, they had great teamwork. The manager was thanking the team for their hard work. Just felt good here.food was fresh.

They failed to honor a gift card, even after talking to corporate gift card office. Cleaner was sprayed at neighboring table, within 8"-10" from my 79y/o mother's head. Also the cleaner used is not approved by FDA for dining area. Additionally, and incidentally, as is with all Whataburger locations, the dining area is set at a very low temperature. This creates a poor eating experience due to the temperature of the food get cold very fast. I personally do not finish meals at any location due to this. I just cannot eat a cold burger. Also I am not a slow eater. This should be addressed company wide. And correct the misuse of certain chemicals not made for dining areas. And another item. Signed up for the app. A free bonus is given for this. And living in a rural area, getting to town isnt as frequent as the 7 day expiration demands. A tually came in on 8th day,.... Denied. Poor experiment for a long time favorite. Disappointed as very least.

We called in an order for 22 people on a Saturday, on A&M's Freshmen move in day. The staff had our big order prepared promptly and correctly, they were Aggie friendly 👍🏼 and despite having a full lobby they kept everything fully stock and clean. We had a great experience & will certification recommend Whataburger on Dominck Dr.

Reyna (so sorry if I misspelled that) saved my day!!! I had spent my whole day on a long flight and then a long drive back from Austin. I had been gone for a week and had no food at my house. I ordered whataburger online for delivery. Apparently when you do that through the whataburger website it uses favor to deliver. My favor driver was terrible and left the food in the wrong place and was going to do nothing about it so I didn’t get the food I paid for. I called and talked to Reyna and I’m sure he could tell how sad I was. He was sooo nice, he asked me to come in and he got my order remade fresh for me. I very much appreciated his kindness after my long day and how rude the favor driver does. I will be visiting this location all the time!! Thanks so much for the great service! Give this man a raise!!

Fast, fresh and friendly service. I had a hamburger and fries and loved it. They made my burger just the way I asked for it and the meat patty was great quality. I don't know if they freeze their patties but if they do, it tastes like they're fresh. Probably the best chain fast food restaurant burgers in BCS.

The food is good and the fact that they're 24hrs comes in super clutch. Nothing like finishing a lab assignment at 2am and being able to go grab a couple of honey butter chicken biscuits. When it's crowded, you'll wait forever, but usually there's only a rush hour in the late afternoons or evenings.

Even you are in the mood for a good burger, this is always a sure stop. It's good to change up the condiments. For example, going with grilled onions tones down the sharp onion taste and gives it a good flavor.

Elaine had the best customer service I've experienced in a very long time. She was very cheerful and polite. Greeted me,took my order correctly and the food was honestly the best I've had from whataburger both visually and taste. It's rare these days to have outstanding customer service like I just experienced.

This place is super clean and the staff are really great. I had a large order and they offered to take it to my car. I also had to make sure certain orders were separate because I was delivering to two different locations and they were more than happy to assist with that. Also they gave us plenty of ketchup and spicy ketchup to make everyone happy. Most places are stingy with their ketchup, which ticks me off, and this place was more than happy to accommodate. I would come here any time!

This place was crazy packed!! It was after the George strait concert, orders were taking 45min to come out. But the staff was calm, friendly, attentive, and apologetic about the long wait. We attacked the order desk like a crazy crowd but we were spoken to with respect and assured our food would be soon. The employees were great at reading out whose orders were in the finishing stages and whose orders were next to prep, and even whose orders were next up on the printing line. I let the manager know how well his staff was doing in the chaos. The employees never lost their cool and never gave up. They were great! The food was hot and exactly as ordered! Great job, guys!

Got a hamburger and fries and a drink. The place is very clean, easy to access, and the staff is extremely friendly. The food was delicious and hot, and the fries very closely reminded me of what McDonald's fries "used to" taste like... Very hot and flavorful with a perfect amount of crunch to them. The hamburger was perfect; relatively thin and in the "smashed" patty style. The bun was very ample, fluffy and fresh. The fountain Coke was perfect and the roving ketchup tray person was a nice touch! Overall a spectacular experience for a chain hamburger restaurant!

This location used to be slow but I decided to give it another shot and I’m glad I did. When I went in to pick up my takeout order the place was busy. I was promptly asked if I was here to pick up an order and they immediately went to check on the status. I had just placed the order a few minutes earlier so I arrived prior to my scheduled time. While I waited I was asked by two other passing staff members if I had been assisted which was very nice. Everyone in the kitchen looked like they were working incredibly efficiently and as a team to get the numerous orders out at lunch hour. They assembled my order quickly and correctly and everyone was very friendly. We will definitely be coming back more frequently.

Love the gig'em atmosphere 👌 the crew here is super friendly and go out of their way to ensure you have a great experience! They held the door open for me when I first arrived, then ensured every last item on my order was made correctly and that I had anything I could possibly need to go with it from a fork to extra ketchup 😋 will be back to this location soon!

Any time I visit Texas my first stop is Whatburger, and WOW. This was one of the best overall fast food experience I have had. The food was great as always as with the Atmosphere but the customer service is what caught me by surprise. When I tell you every one working the front had great genuine customer service!! Ive been to five star restaurant and haven't even seen this kind of service. Great job!

This is my absolute favorite Whataburger, we live close by so we eat here frequently… like 2 times a week for our family of 6. Our family orders are kind of tedious since they are 6 meals and sometimes we are missing items but Keisha and Warren are always so amazing when we run into those hiccups. This is was a very college oriented spot to go to. I dig the Texas A&M theme that's all over the place! The food was good, service excellent, place was clean. Highly recommend. I like how they incorporated the Aggies colors into the design.

I have no major complaints about Whataburger. However I do have just a SINGLE complaint...They have the worst fries EVER! Even though I get them hot and fresh, I have to start eating them as soon as I drive away from the restaurant. I'm sure it's not Whataburger's fault or even the workers fault. It could just be a bad product in general. Nonetheless, I still love a good ol' double bacon cheeseburger from Whataburger. 😍UPDATE😍 SAUSAGE EGG BISCUIT WITH EXTRA SAUSAGE! Whataburger on Dominic in College Station! Soooooo good, hot, and fresh!!!

Stopped in around 9:30 on the Sunday morning before the 4th of July for a mid morning breakfast. We were greeted by a young man wearing a smile and sporting a great attitude. It was not crowded and we received our order in no time. The coffee was fresh and our taquitas were delicious. The store was clean.

It took 15 minutes to get our breakfasts but it was REALLY worth the wait! The biscuits were absolutely perfect and the bacon was tasty and crispy. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained and the staff remarkably competent and professional. The College Station version of Whataburger is noticeably better than those in the Dallas area.

Good food. Wish A-1 burger was on menu. Gave you a number tent for your table, but then called out your number rather than bringing a tray like normal. Did not ask about ketchup either.

This place on a weekend night is packed, expect to wait like 20-30 minutes for your food. I got the honey butter chicken biscuit with extra honey butter, definitely a must try. Without the extra honey butter the food would be dry.

Good and service are excellent, as usual. The only suggestion I can give these guys is to clean the tables. Not one of the tables were clean. No trash or left over food on them, mind you. They just have not been wiped down. If you don't mind cleaning your own table, go on in. Food is excellent. Otherwise use their quick drive through or take it to go. Thank you!

...even though there was a problem wit the order; you simply have to admire this Texas company's commitment to customer satisfaction... ...during my half-hour visit, one of the staff was checking with all diners to see if they could do anything else they could get them or if there was a problem they could resolve... ...as a former senior customer service manager, this business ethic is as rare and refreshing as it is commendable... ...you have a loyal return customer in me Whataburger...because you have earned it...

Do remember when this Whataburger had no orange stripes on the roof, because they were all maroon instead? I do - and it was cool! Back then, this location was everything a Whataburger should be. On my latest visit, I couldn't help noticing that the "maroon" stripe is so faded that it's not really maroon anymore. And sometimes you find that the floor is dangerously slick from grease. But a Whataburger With Bacon And Cheese is still the best burger on the planet, and that's why I'll probably always come back.

It was okay. It took 20 mins for my salad to be brought to me at the drive-thru. I was charged 35 cents for extra dressing that I didn't get. My salad was tasty and the people were friendly. Just wish my order was a little faster and complete.

I love whataburger but this location fails me every time. On my most recent visit I had to repeat my order three times to two different people are they still got it wrong. My food wasn’t even hot and they gave me what tasted like week old sweet tea with extra ice when I said light. To top it off, they were extremely slow although I was the only one in line (dinner time on a week day) and only five cars in the parking lot.

I love Whataburger and will continue to come even after this, even to this location, but something was wrong today. There weren’t many people in drive-thru (I was third of five) and I ordered one combo with nothing special. It took 15 minutes before I got to the window, even though the people ahead were just getting drinks or one combo handed to them. Then it was another 5-10 minutes waiting at the window after I paid. The employees looked really stressed, like maybe they’re very understaffed and can’t keep up. They handed me my order and I drove away, but when I opened the bag they had given given me someone else’s order. I wasn’t going to drive all the way back so I just ate what I had. I know it’s a three day weekend so maybe a lot of staff are gone, but the manager needs to help his staff out, I saw the same two employees trying to do everything.

This store had several things going against it…. They lacked some basic resources, or some of the components were extra cheap. I believe this is a chain decision, but they don’t have mustard. So I can’t really hold that against the individual store but the chain as a whole… Come on Whataburger you know I love you why are you Gotta do me like that. But I can also say that the materials they used were rather cheap and threaten me with a lap of hot coffee at any second. I would call the surface to be average what she would expect at 5 o’clock in the morning that look of dear God why am I here and why the hell are you so peppy food taste pretty standard to Whataburger regular food tastiness… I give it utterly average.

I love whataburger, but this one is always crazy slow even when it's not busy. The kiosks are terrible. The kiosks take forever, ask too many questions, take too long, the number thing is confusing, there wasn't a tent. The app is also not working at the moment so didn't get my rewards.

The reason i'm writing this review is due to an interaction i had today. Im a broke college student, so usually when my order gets put in wrong, I'll say something, because 60 cents may be nothing to you, but it could decide whether i eat or not. I got charged for 2 slices of cheese when the order was "#2 meal add ketchup add cheese with a sweet tea" so ofc i say something and theyre like "can we just make it with 1 slice and give you a cookie or something?" Ok, whatever, fine. But when i got my order, there was no cookie, no receipt, and only 1 slice of cheese. 60 cents charged for air, apparently. If you go here, ask them to read out your order before you pay. Including all addons. Because they just can't be bothered to make things right if they get it wrong. Stolen money by people who just dont care to make things right.

My daughter went to get us some dinner, she order our fries and drinks wanna sized, we ended up with one order wanna sized and the other two medium fries and drinks. This is not the first time this has happened in the drive thru. They have forgotten our fries and have given us one drink wanna sized and the other one medium. The fries are always cold and hard. I know they are busy, but please try to listen and get the order right. That's why I stopped going for a while. It use to be a good restaurant to eat at, I'm not sure what happened. That's why I gave it two stars.

The staff was not friendly. An older lady working the drive thru gave me an incorrect drink. She huffed when I asked them to replace it. A younger lady working with her tried to be nice and correct it. I ordered 2 drinks and only have 2 cup holders and the older lady hollered at the girl trying to help "no she can keep it we can't take it back." I was explaining I don't have room and they messed up and the older lady rolled her eyes and walked off. Also my milkshake was just icecream in a cup. It has to melt to drink but only has ice cream in the cup. They did not give me any napkins, and the bottom of my bun eas hard as in cracked and flaked off when I squeezed it. I am thankful there are other locations close by because this one will not get my business again. I was shocked when I pulled up at 12:05 pm that they didn't have a line at all and now I know why.

The women behind the counter, the manager, and a lady mopping the floor we all very nice and friendly. My food was good. What upset me was a larger man in uniform was sitting in the lobby watching the lady mop. No big deal. Then he was laying/leaning all over the front counters telling the women (who were handling a rush) how to do their jobs. When I was most mad was when two numbers were called out for 2 orders and the same man repeated them LOUDLY, motioning the customers over saying, "Come on, come on. You need to get these!" The customers had already stood up but I guess they were not moving fast enough for him. It was all very rude. These were young college kids so they kinda said yes sir and took the order. I would not have been that gracious. I usually go through the drive. This was my first time in that early. If he is present, I will not make that mistake again!

Might as well not offer curbside service. Rarely delivers to curbside, slow if they do, and always have to check the order for accuracy. Food was pretty good, but the business is not what it should be. Manager, are you hearing us?

Ordered online for curbside and arrived on time, just to wait near 30 minutes while other patrons who got there after us got their curbside first. When we finally got our order, it was incomplete. And when we asked for condiments, our requests were ignored. Hopefully next time will be better 🤷🏼‍♀️

FOR YEARS BURGERS AND FRIES WERE PERFECT—WARM. NOW at dinner time, the drive through passes out Cold food. It is disappointing. Please, for the sake of keeping business popular, tell evening shift workers to please serve food that is warm and tasty like it used to be.

Food was dry and Onion rings were old. The staff working the curbside were great. What I ordered was not what I received. I have had Monterrey Melt plenty of times - this had no onions and the patties were dry. Very unappetizing. Not what I am used to in San Antonio.

Stopped by the try the new hot coffee. Cant add creamer or sweetners via the app which is silly. Coffee was poor compared to McDs which is saying something . Water doesn't taste filtered. Order was slow. The manager who served me was excellent and super hospitable but coffee and SOS were poor

Really sad, orders around town keep having mistakes consistently when I've gone the last couple months Example, ask for large fries, getting charged for large fries, but get a medium fry, so left with being overcharged for medium fries or wasting food/company money to get corrected and I definitely don't need that many fries (both a medium and a large fry) or burger is missing ingredients/has ingredients not asked for, missing ketchup though specifically asked during order, etc Just a lot of details being overlooked like I've not seen before, both order taking on receipt and kitchen QC have been in error so I don't know how to help or what to suggest, just not normal locally to have so many errors, I hope the workers are okay

Sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes, there was only me and a person who pulled in five minutes after, he got his food first, before they came out and brought me my one order of onion rings and said they forgot about it. It was also only half full, which was ridiculous.

I’ve never gone here and gotten exactly what I’ve asked for in a timely manner. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not jealous of these guys after a football game, but I’ve always gone when it’s next to dead, and those issues persist, Just go to Rock Prairie or Wellborn, they do a much better job consistently.

We went to the drive through to get a couple shakes around 11pm, the line was moving extremely slow. Around 11:30 I decided to just go inside to order, but when I walked up they said they closed the lobby (even though it was supposed to be open). While at the door I could see at least 6 workers standing around doing nothing. I got back in line, and when I got to the order box they said they had already broken down their shake machine (even though they were busy). I decided to use a reward on my app to get a honey butter chicken biscuit. At this point it was 11:50. With only 4 cars in front of me I figured the wait wouldn’t be too much longer, but it took another 35 minutes for 4 cars to move up so I could get to the window. In the end the biscuit was already cold. While at the window the manager also cussed at me when I made a comment about it taking an hour and a half in the line.

I have never received a cold burger from Whataburger. The one I recieved was straight up cold, even the meat was undercooked. I went back to my hotel and had cereal for dinner.

I ordered a grilled chicken melt that had a hard bun and super dry chicken that was hard to swallow. I complained and got a complimentary order for the bad service on my next occasion. On the second occasion, the manager asked me to park for my food and I waited 55 minutes EXACTLY to get my food. It would have taken longer if I did not get off to see what was the hold up! Turned out they forgot about my order.... I then got drinks with no lid... Sometimes I wish restaurants gave the quality of service and food like when inspectors come to check on them. Please do not come here it a waste of time and money.

I don't often write a bad review, but in this case I must because I feel the actions of this store are dangerous to customers and employees. I went to this location for the first time and ordered for curbside pickup, not seeing signage for the curbside I fallowed the instructions and waited. After 15min I went in to ask about my food and found out they use the seemingly abandoned parking lot on the other side of the building for curbside. This lot is not lit and the employees must cross both lanes of the drive through to get to it. If you go here do not order curbside for your safety and the safety of the employees.

Save your money and just eat at blue bakery next door. Horrid service, they cant even answer the drive through. Staff is plan rude and make comments about your order or jokingly refuse to get items. Overall this place was on par with a McDonalds.

Place sucks!!! Rude group of folks. Food is gross!! Why do fast food restaurants use brown, wilted lettuce that's been frozen? That is not what people want on a good burger. This isn't the first time. Do better Whataburger!

Gee, don't know where to start. My first ever really bad experience with whataburger. Ordered curbside about 10 minutes before arriving. Get to the store and there are two lines at the drive through full. We wait, and wait, and wait. All the cars leave at the drive through. More cars come, they leave. Another curbside comes and leaves. Finally about 20 minutes plus after arriving we get our food. Part of the order is wrong,(discovered after leaving. Asked to speak to the manager on duty and his explanation did not agree with the facts. My son says he's gone there before and they're consistently slow. I think this time they were overachievers.

It's always dirty in the inside the drive thru has been slow for the past 5 years and today they forgot my fries from my meal. HORRIBLE MANAGMENT i waited 10 minutes for them to still manage to mess up my what a chickin meal

We keep having issues here. Go to the one on Villa Maria or Rock Prairie if you want your food in a timely manner, and hot. One time my boyfriend was skipped in line by the MANAGER. Terrible service. Another time we waited at the drive through window, the only car there, for FIFTEEN MINUTES, for two sandwiches. If we hadn't already paid, we would have left because fast food is supposed to be FAST. Five minutes would have been acceptable, not three times that.

Over the past few months I went from having my order accurate every time to always saying this was supposed to be no ice and you for got my extra fries. Also recently I've just been getting refried stale salt less fries and the fries are usually only half way full.

--- **Disappointing Experience at This Location** I’ve always loved Whataburger for its quality and consistency, but the Dominik Dr. location in College Station has been a major letdown. The most glaring issue? Their unsweet tea is absolutely terrible. It’s clear they don’t bother to clean out the filter, because it has a weird, stale aftertaste that no amount of ice can fix. I’ve been to several other Whataburger locations, and they’re always top-notch, but this place seriously needs to step up its game. The tea issue alone makes me question the overall cleanliness and attention to detail at this location. Hopefully, management will address this soon, but until then, I’ll be going elsewhere.

Food was great it's the woman that works there if you want to call her that her name is Brandy she made my experience horrible, I ordered a large order and the whole thing was absolutely wrong she couldn't get it right I pulled up she looked like she was high spitting all over the place she has a lysp and it just I don't know I don't think she likes her job very much cuz she was just so rude I was there not too long ago and when she shut the window after asking me what I ordered for the third time cuz like I said she was high you can clearly tell I was a medical professional for 30 years I know a high person when I see them lol shaggy shut the window and was saying rude things about me and I could hear her behind the glass very unprofessional she definitely needs to be replaced somebody needs to get rid of her and I'm saying this with all sincerity I'm not the only one that has a problem with her there's several people that have made complaints that our neighbors that have gone to this particular location and she is just rude rude. I thought it was a form of theft if you were taking home boxes of hamburger patties and pretending to take it out to the trash but put it in the back of your white big huge suburban I believe that is theft she's been seeing several times taking supplies and food from the establishment home with her and was going to report her but I told the lady that I would do it for the both of us and put it out there so everybody can know that this particular location needs to get rid of this individual and the stores reputation can come back. Cuz I promise you I won't be going back there anymore as long as she's working there I just don't feel like when somebody looks at your order three times and they look in the bag and they're spitting everywhere and they're high and they still can't get it right I'm not going especially when my order is almost $50 worth of stuff and they give me a problem when I try to come back in and correct it.

Literally always slow. You have to wait forever just to get anything, it's ridiculous. I've worked at a Whataburger before and we were never this bad. This store in particular sucks. Whataburger? More like What A Disappointment.

Trying to place an order on a self-serve kiosk was not efficient. Wanted Dr. Pepper instead of coffee w breakfast. That wasn't an option & no one offered help, so i walked out & went to Chick fila.

The worst Whataburger in town. They employees are really slow. It's fast food but takes more than 20min to get a single meal also you never get what you order. If it's your first time eating a Whataburger don't visit this location you will get upset.

Waited 25 mins in the drive thru for 4 sausage biscuits and 2 sausage sandwiches. I finally gave up on waiting and went inside for a refund. This was on Sunday, February 18th. It's now Wednesday the 21st, and I still haven't seen a refund. Something tells me that seeing how the manager refused to come out of the office that a refund was never issued.

We live near this whataburger so we come here fairly often. Every. Single. Time...it's a terrible experience. This is the last time we will ever come to this store. I'm not exaggerating when I say, THEY HAVE NEVER, NOT ONCE, NEVER EVER GOTTEN THE ORDER RIGHT. EVER. I would think that would be impossible but apparently for this place it isn't. I'm honestly almost impressed with how bad they are at completing orders. It's like they try to see how bad they can mess up your food or how many items they can forget. I feel.like they have a betting pool in the back for how many things they can get away with not putting in the bag. Tonight was infuriating. We are still actively sitting here waiting for our order to be fixed. The whole experience has lasted an hour now. I am amazed in a bad way. Absolutely done with this location. Never again.

If you want your order wrong come here. It’s actually incredible how simple an order can be and how consistently they can mess it up. They just throw whatever they want in the bag. There was one car in line, us. And they still messed up my order. Incredible! From now on I am unwrapping my order in front of them and then having them fix it before driving off.

The food came out fairly quick. When I opened it to eat though I found tiny bugs in my gravy and in the bread. This was the first time that had happened. I tried to call and say what happened and was hung up on.

Went through the drive thru, wait was ridiculous. after having to pull up, my order was literally thrown at me through my window by the woman working the who then scoffed when i said something. my fries were cold, ended up with the wrong drink, and the blt was gross. didn’t even get the ketchup they asked if i wanted. went back in to get the correct drink and they were out of ice (shocker). as i was leaving, i watched two employees on the clock walk out into the lobby to play on their phones. don’t come to this one, employees are rude and less than helpful.

My wife and I have been coming here for year's. Last week was my final trip. We regularly order two whataburgers, mine is double meat and one large order of fries. The price jumped by an unreasonable amount. Inside the lobby they now have many self pay terminals. We were expected to self order. The terminal offered no option for double vegetables and no one would wait on us, so we went to the window and picked up our regular order. The meat tasted bad and made my wife sick. I think businesses assume people will pay any price for the luxury of eating out and self serving. We will not.

I had ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger meal with no bun online for curbside. I checked in as I arrived then proceeded to wait 15 minutes for no one to bring out my order. I walked in upset and told them I had been waiting for 15 minutes for my food. My food was ALREADY DONE and was sitting underneath the heat lamp for some time. They gave me a large fry and a cookie due to me waiting. As I got home and started cutting the burger I noticed a piece of steel wool inside of the burger. I’ve never had problems with this Whataburger before but to say I’m very upset with this recent experience is an understatement.

If I could give less than one star I would. Every time I’ve visited this location I’ve received poor service. Being given the wrong sandwich, forgetting items out of my order, taking nearly 30 minutes to make a large fry, or giving me a sandwich that is so poorly constructed that I’m better off eating it with a fork. These people do not care about their jobs or customers. I used to work for Whataburger and the job is simply not that hard. There is absolutely no excuse for this location to be as bad as it is. DO NOT GO HERE.

Surprisingly, they've mostly found a way to mess up my order almost every other time I've gone. This last time was absolutely enough. Although I hold some fault for not checking my order after getting it during the drive though, it's just unexplainable how it happens too commonly. Seems like a restaurant filled with good employees, all in all.

When we pulled up to the speaker we weren’t greeted. After about a minute and a half we were asked “are y’all ready”. Got to the window and I was shocked to see the guy had a blue “trainer” shirt on. He didn’t greet us at the window either, instead just opened the window and grabbed the money. He never spoke a word through the whole time at the window, not even a thank you goodbye or anything. Not to mention, our fries were cold and disgusting. How can this employee be a trainer? He doesn’t even have basic customer service skills. How will he train the others? Terrible service. Terrible food. Do better. We spent $30 on two meals and a milkshake.

They always rip you off and can’t follow instructions, they short change you whole items and always get special orders wrong. Staff should all be replaced. Phone number doesn’t ‘connect’ because they don’t want to hear the numerous complaints. Will be contacting corporate for my refund.

Customer service by Manager sucked her Her last name was Williams store manager very rude. I came in with my order because they made a mistake. I did not have my ticket on my bag and she told me that she could not take it back and remake my order. Very rude lady I will be reporting her to Corporate

I visited your location today and was given food that was inedible. It was burnt and looked as if it were pieced together. I live in Somerville and noticed the condition of the burger when i got home. I immediately called the restaurant regarding and was told by a very rude manager (Kim) that the burger was picked up an hour after ordering so they could not replace it. I ordered curbside from you alls parking lot and immediately checked in. I called back and spoke with Abel who apologized and told me the only way i could receive a refund would be to call the 1800 number. Your managers are very rude. They need to be checking the orders your team members are sending out! I will definitely be leaving a review. There was absolutely no reason for my burger to be burnt! Do better!

Read the yelp reviews about this being “the worst whataburger ever” and decided to give it a chance. While the wait time was good, they only gave me half of my order. The lady in the window told us that was the whole order … it was not! Only come here if you have $12.63 burning a hole in your pocket. Will not return!

Horrible experience every time. I went through the drive through this afternoon and explained to them the subs for my patty melt being no onions sub American cheese. I get my food and it’s the original way. Its even on the receipt the way that I said it, so how come they can’t get the food right? Cooks have the substitutions in front of them. This isn’t the only time this has happened.
