Bill's Restaurant & Bar - Covent Garden

A nice restaurant with seating both inside and outside. The food is good; I had the pork ribs and a chicken burger. The highlight was the bread with Camembert. Their Prosecco and wine were also great, and the service is excellent.

We came for the Early Birds Christmas dinner and everything was delicious! Beata and Sean made sure we had a good time and the elf game won us a free bottle of Prosecco! Very impressed, we want to come back

This was the best breakfast/brunch I’ve ever had!!!! We had the Garden Plate and Avocado on Sourdough which I can’t sah enough great things about. Marianna and Beata were amazing hosts. Very patient with us and quick with everything. Will definitely visit again when I am in England.

I go to bills all the time however my experience today has been exceptional, defiantly my favourite visit to any Bill’s so far! Our server was Edward and he was absolutely lovely! Handled my allergens amazingly and was able to make adjustments based off them! We had a lovely time and Edward was very polite and accommodating will for sure be coming back to this bills! The pancakes as usual were amazing and their new pomegranate and raspberry lemonade is a must try for any sober person!

Nice food, Cody liked his pancakes although they were sweet, Casey her toast, my eggs Florentine were very rich. I would pick better next time! Service fast and efficient. I loved my immunity boost smoothie. Kids liked their milkshakes. We were in and out in half an hour!

I had never been to a Bill’s before but I am so happy I stumbled across this place. There are so many delicious options on the menu that I had trouble deciding but I ended up picking the Big Breakfast plate on their weekend brunch menu. We were served by Beata who was so kind and informative-we would come back just for her service again! To top it all off the atmosphere here is to die for. It’s very homey and cute-fairy lights and umbrella type vibe. This was definitely one of the better restaurants I’ve been to in recent months.

Despite the place being packed, the service was impressively fast; no long waits, no stress, just smooth, professional flow. Great Bill's in Central London. We booked in advance and came for the breakfast. The All Mighty Breakfast was nice and was enough to split between two people. Loved the Bill's Golden drink! Our server Dana was really charismatic and friendly. I loved her dancing skills!

I was on my way to another breakfast destination and decided on Bills just by passing by for its vibe. Great choice and change of plans. It was a Friday so I took advantage of their 5£ All You Can Eat Pancake Stack. Went with their berries with vanilla cream and a side of poached eggs and it did not disappoint (one stack was enough!). They were fantastic! Beata was an awesome server and shared with me the story of of a kid who actually at 5 stacks! Overall great vibe. Good choice. Loved the atmosphere!

A fantastic breakfast today at Bills. As good a breakfast as I’ve ever had. We always go to Bills when possible but the one in Covent Garden is maybe the best one of all. Great food, and an exceptionally good service from our waitress Bianca, who was very welcoming, friendly and attentive.,. We had ordered breakfast cocktails at 9.30 and she informed us that she wouldn’t be able to serve them to us until 10 due to licensing laws but that she wouldn’t bring them over then. We ate our delicious breakfast and right on cue at 10 o clock our cocktails arrived. Highly recommended and we look forward to returning

Food was good! I loved the califlour soup! I also had a salad but the lettuce in it was yellow and it seemed like it was all the thick strange center pieces. Otherwise the rest of the vegetables were fresh and delicious. Husband and friends all said their food was good. He got the burger, I don't remember what the friends got. Vegetarian dish but everyone was happy 😁 tea was also good.

As a coeliac travelling, finding good gluten free options can sometimes be frustrating. Bill's was so good with a dedicated GF menu and good understanding of cross contamination and preparation that our family came for breakfast 3 times during our visit to London. Food was delicious every time with good service and a really good atmosphere. Highly recommend for everyone!

I highly recommend everyone to come here. I’m traveling alone from Korea and trying different restaurants, and honestly, I’ve never written a review in my life even when the food was good. But this place is so delicious that I really think everyone should try it at least once. The flavors are perfect, especially for Korean tastes. Overall, it’s not too salty or too sweet — just well balanced. The pancakes are a bit sweet, but they’re absolutely amazing. Unlike other popular places where there’s usually a long wait, it’s nice and quiet here, so you can enjoy your meal comfortably without waiting. One of the staff members, Dana, recommended the pancakes and was very kind and friendly. The service was excellent. If you’re visiting Covent Garden in London, you should definitely come here. Beata was a wonderful waitress! Accommodated very well to gluten free allergy with a large selection, clearly labelled. Eggs florentine were delicious too!

The customer service was excellent — super helpful and friendly, we felt welcomed from the start. Our server Marianna was especially sweet and attentive. The English breakfast was generous, tasty, and reasonably priced. The place itself is absolutely beautiful inside and out. If I had to nitpick, the only downside would be the cleanliness of the toilet.

Bill's was the perfect start to our day in London! The food was delicious, the gluten free menu was huge, and so peaceful. Really cute interior too. Bianca was a fantastic server. Very friendly and helpful!

My family had a great dinner here. We enjoyed halloumi fries, a burger, curry, mediterranean chicken, and sticky toffee pudding for dessert. Would go again.

We had a wonderful Sunday morning breakfast. We had the full breakfast plate which also comes in a "plant" version. Even the black pudding was tasty even though I am not used to eating it. Our waitress Dana was very attentive. Be sure to arrive on time because the place fills up quickly.

True gem of Covent Garden. Fancying rustic English style ambience, seamless service and delicious food - that's your place. We received a warm and welcoming greeting on a busy Saturday night, which is unusual in central London.

Sean and Ruby where and are exceptional with the way they took care of all our needs with a lot of love care and attention, eat at a lot of restaurants and I think this is the best I have been treated in a long time, definitely would not hesitate to eat here again Sean and Ruy have made me and my family’s Bills experience absolutely magical thank you.

Came here to try the £5 pancake deal and got the triple choccy one- definitely lived up to the hype! Toppings were delicious and surprisingly not too sweet. Couldn’t finish it all tho so might recommend getting one and sharing it alongside a savoury breakfast dish. The service was great but the restaurant is super busy so patience is definitely key!

Would reccomend to anyone in the area, wonderful food, wonderful service, and great overall atmosphere. We had a few different servers but the man who took our payment (Fazzy) was very kind and respectful. You can also get 20% off with student discount!

Extremely kind, accommodating and welcoming restaurant!! I have brought a group of 10-15 international students here twice and Daniela and Christine couldn’t have been more patient with us! Great food and pretty affordable! Almost everything on the menu has a gluten-free version, and the food is actually really good. Big thanks to Beata, she was so lovely and helpful. She asked about allergies immediately and was super attentive to the gluten-free prep. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this restaurant. The dessert Biscoff pancakes was simply delicious, perfectly balanced and extremely flavourful, one of the best we’ve ever had. A special mention goes to our waitress, Dana, who was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us with a warm smile and made us feel appreciated and at home, as if we were in our own country. She was incredibly helpful in guiding us with the food choices, taking into account that I am pregnant and that we were dining with a 2 year old child, offering thoughtful recommendations and great care. Her professionalism, warmth and attention to detail made the entire experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food and impeccable service. 😊

We came for breakfast as a family, and we're seated quickly despite being early for our booking. The staff were really friendly, making conversation and saying hello, real and genuine warmth. Our order was taken quickly and our drinks appeared within a few minutes. My coffee was tasty, my wife's tea pot did 4.5 cups of tea! Our food arrived very quickly after, and was perfect. My son's order was customised exactly as asked, all the food was hot and tasty and everyone enjoyed it. When it came time to pay, my wife's discount code was handled efficiently and with no hassle. Overall we really enjoyed our visit, and this would be a place on our list to eat at again should we be in the Covent Gardens area!

Made a last minute booking for valentine's day so although packed, the restaurant and staff were very accommodating and attentive. The food served was of great value and well cooked along with the cocktails with surprising creativity in the ingredients. Would recommend and go again.

I came to Bill's in Covent Garden to try their pancakes. They were delicious, but what I liked most of all was the ambience and the service. Beata served us. She explained the £5 pancake offer to us so well, and was so attentive during our whole time there! Thank you, guys!

We came here twice during our stay in London, because the menu is super inclusive and there's really something for everyone. I enjoyed the vegan full English breakfast - a real treat to start the day with. It's a busy place, but the service is fast and friendly. I'd love top come back here the next time I'm in London.

I had the banana pancakes, they are more of a dessert type of pancake rather than breakfast. Too sweet with lotus sauce and lotus crumbs. The coffee was good and I will be back to try a savory breakfast next time. Thank you Marriana for your lovely service.

A Nice Lunch Find We found this restaurant because ChatGPT recommended it, and we saw it had good reviews on Google. We didn't have a reservation, but we were able to get a table for lunch. The inside of the restaurant was very cozy and comfortable. The food was okay. The amount of food was a normal size. I ordered the berry pancakes because I saw many people posting pictures of them. The portion was huge! I think there were five layers of pancakes. The two of us could not finish it. The beef steak was a little hard. Maybe it would be softer if the staff asked customers how they want it cooked, like medium rare. The best part was the service. It was excellent! From the staff who welcomed us at the door to the one who took our order, everyone was very friendly. They came back to check on us quite often. Thumbs up for the service! A funny bonus: In London, they don't charge you if you ask for ketchup. This is different from Germany, the city we travelled from! 😂

Quick lunch, busy as it was half term and Valentine's Day, but we were sat and served quickly (we were walk-ins too). Beata was friendly and speedy -quick to take out orders and made sure to check we had no allergies or issues with our food! Thank you! Music was a touch loud so made talking to each other tricky (reason for mark down on atmosphere).

Having recently enjoyed a wonderful experience at Bill's, I arrived at Bill's with high expectations. The food certainly lived up to the brand’s reputation — beautifully presented, full of flavour, and thoroughly satisfying. However, the service didn’t quite match the quality of the dishes. While our waitress was efficient, the overall pace of the service felt hurried, leaving us with the impression that the table was needed quickly. It may well have been a particularly busy time, but the experience lacked the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere I had previously enjoyed. A little more attentiveness to the dining experience, rather than the turnaround time, would have made all the difference. Ps booking helps as there maybe a long wait for a table.

We ordered the Dubai chocolate pancakes, berry pancakes, and triple chocolate pancakes. Everything was delicious, and the atmosphere is nice, however I thought it would've been nicer if the Dubai chocolate pancakes had a kunefe element (maybe as a filling?) to add some crunch. The service was a bit slow to be honest, the waiter didn't come back to take our order for quite a long time, and then he never brought tap water after we asked so I had to find someone else to ask for it. The tea pot was also steaming hot so it was difficult to pour.

Its was really busy, and did not have a reservation so we had to que, however we got in pretty quickly. Service was speedy and still good didn't feel rushed to leave. Always questioned if we wanted more drinks or anything else. We both had the Bills Big breakfast, everything was very tasty. Only complaint was that it was piping hot, it was warm but certainly not fresh out the pan (sausage, bacon, black pudding). Out waitress Beats was lovely and very attentive!

Dana was my server, she was kind and warm, the food was great I got the “bottomless pancakes” in biscoff but I couldn’t even finish 1 stack it was that heavy. Highly recommend! They also have student discount but not on the special offers

We went to Bills as they had a #Gluten Free menu which was nice. The options in mains are fairly limited. I had the Beef Burger which was well cooked but taste wise nothing exceptional it was lacking in seasoning and condiments. The Prawn cocktail too was pretty average and lacked any tang. The Korean Fries were a hit and quite tasty and were Gluten Free. I'm told the steak and Ribs were tasty and well cooked. I couldn't try it as it wasn't Gluten Free. When we asker to be seated outside we were told there's no service outside due to Mice! When we wanted to sit upstairs we were told there wasn't enough staff so they were closing upstairs. This was a Friday bank holiday weekend and the place was empty by 9pm so I would have expected more staffing considering it was a bank holiday weekend.

Really disappointed with the service. When we been seated after two min the waiter lady came ask are you ready to order? On what I said we need 2 min we haven’t decided- the waiter just rolled her eyes in front of us and left ; after she came to take order as we were ready; after receiving food - check back was the same lady that was in charge of our table sounded ‘YOU GOOD?’ Sounded as roadman talking on the streets and not a proper check on the food. In addition my friend didn’t finished her food Andi did but the waiter didn’t even checked with her and just grabbed the plates and took it away. Really disappointed with the service.

Dont waste your time or money here. The sticky toffee pudding had no sticky toffee. Dont get pistachio hot chocolate its just a glass of warm milk. Staff are rude and ignore you.
