I had such a great experience at Bill’s for their Bottomless Pancakes! The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. The pancakes were light, fluffy, and absolutely delicious — and they just kept coming! I loved the variety of toppings, especially the fresh berries and maple syrup. It’s such good value for the price, and perfect for a fun brunch with friends or a treat-yourself moment. I’ll definitely be back again!

I visited the restaurant for the second time and once again left completely satisfied with the experience. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming — perfect for family gatherings or spending time with friends. The menu offers a great variety of choices, and this time I had the pancakes, which were absolutely delicious. The service remains top-notch, and a special mention goes to Chef Fabio, who kindly came to our table to make sure everything was to our liking. That personal touch truly stands out. I highly recommend the place and look forward to coming back again!

Since we moved to Wimbledon, Bill’s has been our favorite place to dine out. The food is delicious and a cozy atmosphere. The staff are always welcoming and friendly too!

Bill’s is our go-to brunch spot, and the Eggs Benedict never disappoints! I had the salmon and my friend had the ham—both were absolutely delicious. So filling, perfectly cooked, and such a cosy, comforting meal. Always hits the spot!

Lida was amazing today! She went above and beyond with work dedication. I asked for a sweetener for my coconuy matcha latte, they had no sweetener. So she went out and bought in the nearby grocery. She was friendly, smiling and polite. She just made the £5 pancake Friday more Beautiful today. Bacon was like American bacon, sweet and crispy. Pancake was moist in the inside! Always a fan for Friday pancakes!

I went for New Year’s Eve dinner. I had the duck starter and the Bill’s burger as my main, both were delicious. Huge thanks to our waiter, Artur, he was incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend Bills Wimbledon. (I’ll definitely be going again)

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Bill’s Restaurant! From start to finish, everything was perfect — the food was delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. What really made the evening special, though, was our waiter Norbert. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome. His recommendations were spot-on, and his service was seamless without ever feeling rushed. You can really tell he takes pride in what he does. Had breakfast at Bill’s this morning and it was absolutely lovely. The food was fresh, hot, and full of flavour — great portion sizes too. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed start to the day. I’ve been here in Bill’s Wimbledon a couple of times for food, and the service was very high standard and friendly. great quality of food and the warm atmosphere was also lovely. Restaurant cleanliness was also very good. Would definitely go back there very soon. Thank you Owen and Lida for your great service.

I went for the bottomless pancakes and they were so tasty! There were 4 options (3 sweet and one bacon) and I only tried the sweet ones (which were so good) but apparently the bacon ones were amazing too. My server, Niki, was so attentive and always ready to take our dirty plates away and bring out the next round of pancakes. In the 90 minutes, we ate 3 rounds of pancakes but that was because we took a few breaks- there would've been time for 4 or more rounds if you're hungrier. Value for money was amazing (we went on Friday for the £5 pancakes) and I was still full up hours later.

Amazing Service from Norbert! I had an incredible experience thanks to Norbert, who was genuinely one of the best waiters I’ve ever had. He was attentive without being intrusive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. His knowledge of the menu, professionalism, and warm attitude really stood out. Emma was exceptional today at Bill’s. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly without ever being intrusive. Our pancakes came out perfect, and she checked in at exactly the right times to make sure everything was spot-on. The peach iced tea was great, and she made the whole experience feel relaxed and easy. Service like hers is rare — professional, kind, and effortless. Absolutely brilliant.

We've been going there for brunches while we lived in the area! The food is good and the menu has a nice range of choice. The staff is super caring and they make sure that both children and doggies feel very welcome too. Big thanks to Niki for the great service!

Dinner on the run up to Christmas - no reservation. We were delighted to be fitted in on a busy night and really grateful when we got moved to a better table later on. The food was very tasty and good quality - although the portions for some menu items like the Thai green curry and mac n cheese are very small. The fish pie is excellent and the corn rubs were cooked to perfection. There’s loads of choice on the menu with excellent sides. The experience was enhanced by excellent service. You can see the staff are busy and the male staff in particular let you know this!!! But they were very accommodating when I mixed up the bull and they had to do a refund - I really appreciated that. A bonus for me is serving decaf tea! Thank you for this. We left feeling well fed and looked after - it’s not often you can say this!!

A necessary rearrangement of our table booking was required which was handled seamlessly. There were 8 of us - 3 children - and the food and service was excellent. Special thanks must go to Emma and Artur for all the special attention given to us. It was extremely busy but everything was super. A great experience. Thank you.

Artur made our visit an absolute joy. He was attentive and gave both great food and drink ideas. I was with my 3 year old daughter and two friends and had a wonderful afternoon from beginning to end. The vegetarian plant burger is pure perfection!

Went for lunch today with daughter Friendly welcome-all the staff were great. Daughters chicken burger seemed slightly undercooked-dealt with by waiter very well. Absolutely no fuss and entire meal replaced which was perfect. I had Bill's beef burger with cheese. Really tasty and liked the cucumber vinaigrette served separately. Massive portions. Beautifully presented. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I was hesitant to visit Bills again after visiting the branch in Victoria but totally glad I did. The food, service and overall experience here was 10 stars above Victoria. The food and the service were amazing and our sever Scarlet was so attentive. Thanks for a lovely evening.

I would go there for 🍸 and snacks maybe, but not food

1st time visiting Bill’s with friends, Food was tasty, presentation was really nice with pretty plates and arrived within a timely manner. Very kid-friendly as they provided little paper activities and crayons to keep the little ones entertained. Nice service from Josh, will visit again.

My first time visiting Bills in Wimbledon, food was delicious 😋 nice atmosphere considering it was an early lunch. Music was a bit loud as it was hard to hear in there. After we had paid, we used the bathroom….. wasn’t keen on the kitchen being so close to the toilets!! The waitresses have to walk past the area with the food, which isn’t very hygienic in my opinion. 2nd visit to Wimbledon, service was very slow, wasn’t even sure who was serving us. The food was still amazing/tasty Toilet floors could do with and update or steam cleaned….. Another visit to Bills, for a birthday treat Was such a lovely evening, food was delicious as always- lovely that you receive a birthday bottle of Prosecco free. Tonight the service was fantastic - well done to the amazing staff who made us feel very special, they sang “Happy birthday to us both “

We visited Bill's in Wimbledon for a family meal. While the food was genuinely good—we particularly enjoyed the burgers and the vibrant Mediterranean-style plates—the lack of cleanliness in the dining area was a major disappointment. When you look up, the industrial-style ceiling, light fixtures, and cable trays are covered in thick, heavy layers of dust. It looks like these areas haven't seen a cloth or a deep clean in months. It’s very off-putting to be eating a meal while sitting directly under visible grime and dust buildup. The staff was friendly, and the atmosphere at the table level was nice, but the management needs to address the hygiene of the overhead fixtures immediately. Great food shouldn't have to be paired with such a dusty environment. We’d love to return, but only if the restaurant receives the deep clean it clearly needs.

We’ve always loved Bill’s brunch, but unfortunately the quality seems to have declined recently. On our latest visit, the food portions were noticeably smaller and far less appealing. The sausages served today were ridiculously small, and what used to be tasty oven-baked potatoes have been replaced by just three thin potato roasties. There was less bacon, fewer roasted vegetables, and overall the plate lacked flavour and value compared to previous visits. The kids’ burger was very dry, with a very small portion of fries. Service also has room for improvement. Overall, a very disappointing experience compared to the Bill’s we used to enjoy.

Unfortunately need to give a 3 rating due to the dirty cutlery and cups we had. Also, we had a table next to us with 2 huge dogs that kept walking around. Our table was inside by the way. The food was nice. The service was very good but what spoiled it was the dirty cutlery/cups and having dogs near us. When I booked I mentioned it was my daughter’s birthday but this was not acknowledged.

Staff were really nice but wait time on a Sunday for food was about 30 min and the food was pretty underwhelming. Orange juice tasted like a cheap/supermarket brand and plates had a bit of a smell. Not a lot of other brunch places in this area though so understandable very long queues on a weekend.

This was our first visit to Bill's. Reservations are certainly recommended as people were being turned away due to the lack of available tables. The atmosphere is okay, but not great. Tables are really close together and the music is too loud to make a comfortable conversation possible. The service is quite quick and the food tasty. The average cost of a main course is around £17. We ordered water for the table, were brought a bottle and got charged £4.50 for it. Utterly ridiculous!! The toilets are absolutely disgusting. There is a single ladies cubicle and at the time of our visit (midday) it was filthy. To pay you simply scan the qr code on your table. I was disappointed to see that a 12.5 percent service charge was automatically added to the bill. The remove or reduce the charge would have needed to talk to a member of staff. Additionally they had the cheek to recommend a further 5% optional service charge (which can be removed yourself before paying). Overall an okay, but certainly not great experience.

We entered the store and were not asked if we had any allergies at the door. I have coeliac disease so i asked for a gluten free menu. We used the toilet facilities as there was no hot water coming out of the taps in the bathroom. It was cold in the restaurant and my mum was sitting there in her coat. When the food came out the roll from the normal burger was stale, so she had to call over a member of staff and they were asked if they could have another roll which we never received and she ate just the meat and the salad. When our plates were taken away from the table that she mentioned that she was still waiting on the roll for her burger. The staff were not attentive and never asked during the meal whether everything was good (it wasnt anyway). The gentleman said she could have one free dessert because of the burger issue.
