Hard Rock Cafe London Piccadilly Circus

My wife and I visited the Hard Rock Cafe Piccadilly on 11 August 2025. We had to wait about 30 minutes but used this time to walk around the shop. It’s such a great scene in there will lots of memorabilia. We have visited other Hard Rock Cafes but the service we got from Ivan at the Hard Rock cafe in Piccadilly really stood out. The service was fantastic. We were looked after by Ivan and I must say, Ivan took care of everything, and even sought advice from a senior on some first aid after my wife had got a wasp sting prior to visiting the cafe. Lots of ice made available to cool the sting. Thanks Ivan. The atmosphere and the food was great. We had the loaded smashed original burger. You can’t go wrong with that. You think you’ve had a good burger until you try Hard Rock Cafe burgers, which are something else! Such a great stop off and worth the wait if there is a queue.

Ideal atmosphere and tasty food. The price is not entirely affordable, but it’s worth it. I would like to highlight our great experience with the waiter Marcos. We went there for dinner on a Friday night, and since we are from Spain, he made a huge effort to communicate with us in his quite great Spanish. On top of that, his service was excellent and made our dinner truly wonderful.

Just wanna say we have received the best customer service at this Hard Rock Cafe! Restaurant was full,but the staff managed to find 2 seats at the bar for us. Loved the welcoming from an Italian staff named Marco.Super friendly! I was so pleased that he prepared a pot of hot water for me. It was so sweet of him! I am really not a big fan of western food.But I was so happy that I found 'Asian noodle bowl ' on the menu. It was really good and healthy! I was very impressed!

Top service Sahah has been really dedicated to know if everything was running smoothly. No long waiting times, prompt efficient and clean. This is really necessary to book in advance

We've been here before, but just met with friends for drinks and haven't had food before. This time we did and it was really good, I mean surprisingly good. The ribs were fantastic, I'm sure I haven't had better in the UK. The salad was good, but rather small. My wife's spicy shrimp were good and so was the salmon. We'll be back.

We were genuinely surprised by how fresh, tasty and beautifully presented the food was at Hard Rock Cafe London. We went for the classics — the Legendary Burger and the absolutely massive Brownie Sundae that everyone talks about. And yes… both dishes fully lived up to the hype. The burger was juicy and perfectly balanced, and the sundae was a dessert you simply must try at least once in your life — rich, generous and pure happiness in a bowl. But what truly made our visit unforgettable was our waiter, Florin. Professional, knowledgeable and incredibly attentive, he made us feel like true “musical royalty.” From sharing fun stories about the memorabilia to making sure our experience was perfect from start to finish, he added an extra sparkle to our first Hard Rock moment in London. A delicious meal, amazing service, and a bit of rock ’n’ roll magic — the perfect combo.

We were served by Parthkumar and he's one of the best waiter I have met all around the world. He's really kind, helpfull and it is a pleasure to speak with him. He help us to spend a perfect time. The meal was also really good, cocktails were tasty. First time at Hard Rock Café but not the last time.

From the moment we were seated, he was welcoming, friendly, and incredibly attentive without ever being overbearing. He knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything came out perfectly. Idris genuinely went above and beyond to make our visit special you can tell he really cares about providing great service. The food was fantastic, the atmosphere was fun, and Idris’s positive energy tied it all together. If you’re visiting Hard Rock Cafe London, ask for Idris he truly makes the experience memorable. What an amazing place. The food was spectacular. I had the legendary smash burger and it was phenominal. The atmosphere was great and but not entierly 5 stars just because The lighting is a bit dark. Finally the service was the best I've seen. I had a waiter called Florin and he was a spectacular person. He was very kinda and was joking with all the people I was with. I truly believe that if your visiting London and you need a place to eat, I would highly recommend the Hard Rock Cafe.

Went to the hard rock cafe for some drinks and nachos, as usual we had the best time ever, the atmosphere is lovely and the service is also outstanding, i never feel liking i’m waiting long for my food, overall it was a lovely experience and i had the best time!

Amazing experience tonight. Our server Mariano was so lovely and was so efficient and attentive even when it was super busy. Food was amazing, cocktails were lovely. It was so nice to see the staff interacting with each other so positively and looking like they were loving their jobs - even through the 8 happy birthday songs during out visit 🤣. Not a cheap dinner but worth it. Would love to go back.

My wife and I came here for lunch and were seated straight away at a table after being greeted by friendly staff. Every staff member we interacted with were attentive and friendly both in the restaurant and the shop. My wife and I had a burger each which came with chips and were very nice. I had a cocktail which came with a 'free' limited edition glass which I got by picking one from the shop once I had finished my lunch and show my receipt which again was served to me by a friendly staff member. Great atmosphere in both restaurant and shop. Whilst in restaurant we must have heard at least 10 times the staff members singing happy birthday to various customers and making a big deal about it in a nice way. Very good experience, definitely recommend and would definitely return.

Always an amazing service, food is delicious and love the atmosphere. It's quite expensive though but the food is great. I prefer this hard rock cafe than the other one in London.

My recent visit to the Hard Rock Cafe in Piccadilly Circus was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walked in, the service was great, making us feel welcome and well looked after. And the food? Simply delicious! We started with the nachos, which were a generous portion and a great way to kick things off. For our mains, the "One Night in Bangkok" Spicy Shrimp was a definite highlight – perfectly cooked with just the right amount of kick. We also thoroughly enjoyed the Margarita Flatbread, which was fresh and flavorful. The serving sizes were huge, so come hungry! Our waiter was very friendly and attentive, adding to the overall positive experience. If you're looking for a vibrant atmosphere, excellent service, and seriously tasty food in the heart of London, Hard Rock Cafe Piccadilly Circus definitely delivers.

100% best place I've been in years, food is amazing, service was impeccable, gift shop was fantastic. The vibes here were unmatched! Defo worth the visit and time spend looking at the decor.

Atmosphere is very cool with lots of memorabilia to view, the food was delicious 😋 and our server was very attentive. Reasonably priced considering it's located in a very busy tourist area. There is also a store where you can buy goodies while you wait for your table ( I received 10% off coupon for the store because I was dinning there). We also had a live performance in the restaurant the day we visited.

I making a booking for my boyfriends birthday and Veselin provided exceptional service throughout our visit. He was professional, attentive, and highly courteous at all times. He made a special effort to ensure my boyfriend’s birthday was memorable, which we truly appreciated. His attention to detail and genuine care greatly enhanced our overall dining experience. Also the manager made sure we enjoy our experience . We would gladly return and highly recommend Veselin for his outstanding service.

First time booking through First Table. We had an amazing experience. The welcome was friendly and we were told that they knew about our discount before ordering which was reassuring. A nice table was booked. The food was amazing, as was the service. With the offer, it was very affordable, and I recommend the restaurant without a doubt. Thanks to everyone for a nice evening.

Three-course meal was tasty 😋! Crispy onion rings for the starter, baked salmon with mashed potatoes 🥔 for the main, and a melt-in-your-mouth brownie with fresh cream for dessert. What more could I ask for?

The Hard Rock Cafe is located in Piccadilly Circus. We made an online reservation and we were seated right away. The food and service were great. There was a live band that did a great job.

London — the birthplace of Hard Rock Cafe. The atmosphere is great, and the staff are super friendly. The menu is a bit limited, but that’s pretty much the same everywhere in London, so I guess that’s just how it is.

Nice lunch dining experience as a family. Ordered the Cobb salad, generous portion, could have done with more ranch dressing and corn was not charred as stated on menu. Service was friendly and attentive. Lots of memorabilia and fab play listed.

We are regulars here but honestly the food has taken a quality dive, the wings I usually have the last 3 times have been over done, so I decided to switch it up and get the filled pork and half chicken and the chicken was over done, like I understand these things are cooked in advance but this felt as though it has been kept in the oven for several hours, it was dry, hard and some parts were inedible. Service has changed too, there definitely seems to have a change in the staffing, it's not what it once was. It is a shame as they have a gluten free menu and this is why I go here, but latest it's been a disappointment, last time we went in to town we ended up just eating at a different restaurant when this would have been out first choice. Sad times.

Came for the One Direction, stayed for atmosphere. Came around 11AM for brunch, ordered burger and nachos. Nachos were very filling and fun to share. Burger tasted good but fries felt lacking. Good place to stroll around, see iconic pictures and outfits. Good selection of merch too, had some reasonable sales, different styles for anyone

Fantastic team and decor. Almost like a museum, with so many genuine clothes and items owned by pop/rock stars. Excellent music playing whilst you eat, and not too loud either! Very friendly team, who were always on hand. Food - served a little suspiciously quickly. Tasted fantastic, but for the price, expected something with more flavour and more "unique-ness", with the burgers. Have eaten many similar burgers, and spent a lot less.

Good service from Marcos, very fast service after ordering. Good atmosphere with some moderately loud music. Very good nachos for starter then some epic burgers had some bone in it though. The deserts looked good but starters and main stuffed is. Extra guacamole is kinda expensive at £5 for a mini pot.

A great experience. From when I first heard about Hard Rockncafe have wanted to visit one. Piccadilly it was. From walking in am.met with friendly staff who immediately become invoked in serving you. We were directed to the restaurant downstairs, and there is an elevator for wheelchair access. Got downstairs to be met and directed to a seat. Atmosphere was great, with good music in the background. Not to loud, just good background. Drinks came quickly and the food order followed in perfect timing. Al was exceptional. Need to mention the service exceeded expectations. The walls are covered with memorabilia with a few screens sharing the music videos that are the background music. Toilets were clean and easily accessible. The curio shop was a little pricey for my taste, but enough options that I got myself something. Overall a good experience, and if for nothing else would return for the service, food and atmosphere. Well done.

My daughter's kids pizza was awful and refunded from the bill. The orange juice is horrible. The Asian bowl was very tasty though

Great food although £5 for a side of guacamole is quite dear to be honest. Whilst I appreciate that service is important to all eateries the waiting staff can be quite annoying as every time they walk past you they're asking if you/everything is alright. Sometimes a bit tricky to respond with a mouth full of food! Great portion sizes, lovely atmosphere 👌

We popped in to the Hard Rock Cafe during our stay in London. We were able to easily get a table. The first table we were offered was a tall table with stools. This table was not practical at all. The stools were uncomfortable and the table was too high for the seating. We are tall and even we would struggle to eat comfortably at those tables. The team quickly offered us another table, which was much better and extremely comfortable. The food was very reasonably priced and was delicious. The serving team were efficient, friendly and happy in their work. The toilet facilities were excellent too, very clean and tidy. Lift available to reach restaurant as it is downstairs. I loved the music videos playing classic hits in the background, which gave a good atmosphere. I would definitely go back.

Booked a table for 3, on a Monday evening (16:30). The place was only half full so no need. Staff were polite enough but with a strong accent, along with music playing in the background, understanding what was being said, deemed quite difficult. A relatively small menu choice, food was mediocre if being honest. I ordered the Tupelo chicken platter for £18.75, this contained about 5 overcooked and dry chicken tenders, with a handful of fries. Certainly not worth the price. Food came out quite quickly after ordering so i suspect this wasn't cooked to order. For dessert, we all ordered the hot fudge brownie at £12.50. Although this initially seemed quite expensive, this could easily feed two people, a large glass containing warm brownie with chocolate sauce, topped with ice cream and squirty cream. The dessert was worth having and recommended. Overall, overpriced average main menu food, good atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff. Would I attend again? Maybe for a quick drink or a dessert but not for a full meal.

Good food and atmosphere. Unfortunately this has been ruined in the end by request to add extra tip for the waiter on top of already high 12.5% which was already added to the bill. I felt really uncomfortable when presented with the extra tip screen followed by excuse “ the tip is going to the whole team so please add some extra if you want to tip me personally”. Will avoid this place next time.
