Came here for a nice meal and wasn’t disappointed at all, food was amazing and well presented, drinks were very tasty too and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Lovely building and very chill vibes would recommend.

Amazing experience! The fried noodles was flavorful, with perfectly cooked noodles and veggies. You can tell everything is made with care and attention to detail. Worth the try!

I had wok fried noodles with tofu and mushroom, and extra beef, and then a chocolate pandan waffle with coconut ice cream. Food was delicious, and would happily recommend this branch of Pho.

Today was my third time here and I wasn't disappointed. The food was absolutely delicious; I recommended the baby squid and the very interactive sauce. The atmosphere is intimate which makes it a great place to catch up with friends and family.

Fantastic, fresh food. The waiters/waitresses know the menu and made great suggestions when helping us make our order. A lovely chilled environment, great drink selection and service with a smile. Highly recommend.

Tanvir was amazing, very friendly and hospitable as usual he's helped out multiple times. Portions are great and food tastes amazing. Highly reccomend the pho and curry been on multiple occasions and have been consistently impressed. My friend has a sesame allergy and they were very attentive to take care of him also had vegan options for another friend.

Amazing food as always, restaurant was quiet (after lunch rush 3pm) but experience was fantastic. The fresh juices are unreal. I went for apple, mint, lime and ginger. They’re made to order and it was bursting with flavour. My friend got the Pride punch which was also delicious. Staff were super helpful and friendly (thank you Rowena) and the food came out very quickly. Highly recommend!

I went to dinner with my humans and was prepared to just watch them eat… but then a lovely waiter brought me chicken. Actual chicken. Best service ever. 10/10. Would wag again. 🐾

I've always walked past this lovely Vietnamese restaurant! Last night we decided to have dinner for two here! We started off with some unique cocktails. My favourite was the Lychee Margarita! The starters were amazing, and for the main course, I had Spicy Pho Beef Brisket, and my partner had Pho Beef Brisket! The food was very tasty, well prepared, and presented! Our hostes Aleena was so friendly, prompt and very knowledgeable of the best dishes!! Thank you for a lovely, hearty meal, Pho. we definitely return and pass recommendations to everyone!

Excellent selection of gluten free options and staff were knowledgeable and aware of gluten allergy. The pho was tasty and portions were good sized and filling.

Wanted a bowl of Pho and ended up here, honestly no complaints, isn’t as great as proper authentic Pho but does fill you up would have wanted the broth to be a bit hotter though, I got the brisket and mushroom, would definitely recommend it worth the money. Service was quick and very nice, shout out to Jodie and I didn’t catch the other lady’s name but very nice and friendly, helpful and asked all the necessary things. The interior of this place is amazing too, love the warm lighting. Perfect place for a first date too.

Another fantastic experience! The foods always top quality and authentic, we had the summer rolls, spring rolls and 2 pho’s! The standout is the staff however our waitress Charlie C was so kind, professional and really made our visit with thoughtful touches. The man Charlie was also great and greeted us nicely! Also although not here this visit I want to mention the manager Ro who is brilliant always caring, funny and such a hard worker! We even took another Big thank you to the team! We even ordered another portion of spring rolls to go!

Charlie gave us an excellent friendly a polite service. He even gave us tips on how to eat our crispy spring roll using the lettuce and mint leaf to get the best taste experience. Thanks Charlie!

Food was definitely good we had pork spring rolls to share and it was really crispy and yummy with the sauce. Then I had my usual beef brisket which is comfort food you need after long working day. Absolutely great. The only thing I can comment on is that there was nobody to seat us until someone shouted that we could choose wherever to seat. No one gave us the menu so we took the liberty get the menu by the door. It’s nice that they do take NHS discounts too. The restaurant is small and compact but is clean.

This is a really nice branch of the Pho chain in a lovely and bustling area. The food is delicious and filling. So much so, that you might ask for seconds! The manager is a bit gruff and rarely smiles, but the staff are helpful and kind overall. I can definitely recommend this place.

Cool and vibrant Vietnamese restaurant in the heart of Kingston. It's got nice decor and ample seating options. We went for a late lunch and the food and drinks came very quickly.

Pho noodled taste good, but portion is rather small. The worst part is my daughter said the toilet upstair is stink, wet and dirty. She don't prefer to visit again.

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. For starters, we ordered the veggie crispy spring rolls, which were delicious, but it took an unreasonably long time for them to arrive. For the main course, we ordered the beef brisket pho, which was served ice cold. I asked for it to be replaced, and after waiting six minutes, they brought back the exact same soup—still ice cold. In cold weather, we were hoping for a comforting hot soup, but instead, we were served something completely unappetizing. The quality was far below what I’ve experienced here before. I felt embarrassed in front of my friend, who was visiting this place for the first time based on my recommendation. I won't be dining here again. This was truly a terrible experience.

Very slow service. The waiter forgot one of our drinks. When paying the waitress walked off leaving us with the card machine and never came back - only to watch her doing nothing at the bar. Shrinkflation at its best... The steak pho literally had three small pieces of steak, as shown in the picture... Taken out of the broth to show you the quantity.

Over the years, we have many many Pho in the US. Some are definitely better than others but none is as bad as this one. It may be the UK way. I would be sceptical in going for another Pho in the UK. First, the atmosphere of the restaurant is good. There is plenty of room for large and small parties. We have a decent group ordered different Pho and some appetizers. By far, the appetizers are pretty good especially the chicken wings. The fried squid is freshly fried and tasted very good. Now the Pho, they are out of this world meaning they don't use the normal rice noodles, the briskets were shredded not splices, the beef balls were made from ground beef. When we saw and tasted them, we all were extremely surprised. Was it that hard to get real beef balls in the UK? They suppose to be chewy and bouncy. There were like western meatballs but worst. Second, we had never seen anyone served shredded brisket. We could only reason that they couldn't do the brisket. They simply cooked them to somewhat tender then shredded it. That's awful. Lastly, the most important ingredient of the Pho is the soup, that also tasted awful. I doubt they actually uses beef bone to make the soup. If that's how the Pho in the UK are served, we would never have another one again.

Usually the brisket pho soup or the fried rice from pho are full of flavour and are absolutely delicious, however, I tried eating these at this Kingston branch and I have been horribly disappointed every time. Not worth your time and money - the food lacks any flavour. If you check out Chiswick, Fulham, anywhere else - you won't be disappointed unlike here. Not sure if the chef has lost their taste buds! Very disappointed for a second and last time. Hopefully maybe this branch improves one day 🙏 because I love Pho restaurants
