Where a good place for a nice Spanish food. I really liked the Tapas!
My mate Pete said it's the bollocks, and I agree. Mustard.
Fabulous tapas!
Great food
Lovely everything
The best Tapas in London and onlyrics 5 mins from home. I wish I'd found this sooner as the outside does not do the restaurant justice. Wine was the details for. Will be back soon.
Absolutely amazing food, brilliant atmosphere and very attentive staff. Will definitely be going back to visit when my parents come to visit
Love this place. Food is fantastic n well priced. Managers dry sence of humour is priceless . 100% recommend
Excellent tapas. Reasonably priced. Lovely house rioja by the glass. Friendly efficient service. Will definitely return.
Another great meal at this tapas bar Saturday evening. Three birthday parties had the restaurant swinging.
Amazing meal, lovely surroundings and service to match. Will be going back very soon.
Best tapas in London and better than most I've had in Spain.
Good food, great service, lovely atmosphere
Great food and good value. Olives are excellent.

Lovely owner and great food
Was there on Saturday evening 5/8/18 with family for the first time. The Host was brilliant and most helpful. The food we found was really good and tasty, compliments to the chef. I defo will be going again.
Been here many times, with my partner, with work colleagues and for a birthday. Every time I've been the food and service have been fantastic. The lamb stew is amazing as is the great selection of red wine. Love this place reminds me of tapas on holiday.
Excellent all the way around. The food was authentic and the 10 tapas we tried plus paella were all incredible and uniquely flavored in their own way. Really impressed by the tastes we had and looking forward to our next visit.
We were quite delighted with the very tasty and nicely presented high-protein tapas dishes that we chose - five in all - and two bottles of beer (Mahou) at just under £30 including service. Admittedly this was on a not-too-busy weeknight, when we were given a discount that we hadn't even known about when ordering! The first two dishes were served together and then the others were brought out, freshly prepared, individually with a break in between. Service was friendly but not intrusive. I'm looking forward to going back with a larger party.
Picked up some take-away as a surprise birthday lunch. Staff were really helpful and when I asked if I could have a fork, as the lunch was going to be eaten in a garden, a staff member went and bought a packet of plastic cutlery and have me two forks. Food was delicious and good value.
One of the best tapas restaurants I've found. Authentic food, all cooked very well. Great place for all eating occasions. Staff are very friendly and happy to recommend if you need help with choosing
My wife and I eat here, we've had lovely tapas in Spain before and this as good. Food was authentic, the Spanish owner was a great host and it was good value, we will definitely return!
Lovely food great service
Good food .Friendly local. Easy to park
Good Spanish food at reasonable prices in nice surroundings
lovely and romantic Spanish tapas restaurant in the heart of Ruislip.
Familiar friendly service and great tapas
Good tapas, quiet restaurant
Lovely resturant. Nicely presented, staff very attentive, good selection of tapas which is very tasty and an excellent red wine from the owners home region. Well worth a visit.
Lovely little local restaurant, with a friendly atmosphere and service. The decor is a little dated, and it would be nice to have some gentle Spanish guitar music playing, just to add to the overall experience. The food is good and reliable, while not aiming to be anything more gastronomic, which is why I can't give 5*. A real gem to have just within walking distance, and if your not so lucky, still worth the taxi fare.
Spanish Tapas restaurant. Choice from about 20 small plates at about £5-6 each, plus some main dishes. 2-3 small plates should do most people. I thought food was very good, fresh & tasty. Best to choose grills, and fries for fresh food, as stews etc many be from the slow pot. With modest drinks this place is about £20-30 a head. Recommended
The food lacked flavour and you could tell they were warming up leftovers. I have been here once before but decided to give it another go but I definitely won't be returning.
Food not better than a chicken and chips shop, staff doesn't speak any English, we felt ripped off when the bill came, we could get the same service from a takeaway shop for less than £10 when it cost us almost £100.00
Thought we'd go back here for dinner as food was ok last time, so it was 8:30 and the manager (or owner?) can't cope! There were a few tables already, he took one look at 3 of us and literally shoo us away like flies and said they are closed, and that the kitchen was on fire... given the attitude we won't bother from now since food was only ok anyway.
The staff couldn't cope with a birthday party for 22 even though the food was preordered.
It was disappointing because as soon as I showed my groupon voucher we were ignored.
The cheese tartlets were 1inch fried brie triangles.
First experience here tonight and it will be my last! Food was mediocre to say the least, and I come from the south of Spain so I have eaten and cooked Spanish food all my life and I know good authentic Spanish food when I eat it. Portions were tiny. There were 4 tiny squids in the portion. Just 4! and that dish was almost £6. The exact thing happened with the Aubergines in Honey, just 4 tiny pieces constituted that portion. Absolutely disgraceful. They were soggy and tasteless as were the Chanquetes that were not even fried properly as they should always be crispy and these were not. Even the Diet Coke was charged at £4 for a small tumbler which mostly had ice in it. Service was not good at all. We asked 3 times to see the menu after we had finished the Tapas we had ordered, as we were still starving. The man that served us (the owner I presume) ignored our request every single time and we were sat waiting for a menu that never arrived while he walked around looking busy. By then I had had enough and I was actually getting quite angry so we didn't even make it to desserts. I asked for the bill and we walked out with not even a good night said to us by any of the staff. Don't waste your money. The food is not authentic Spanish, it is grossly overpriced with portion size that wouldn't even feed a small child. I wish I could give it no stars at all as that is what it deserves!
I was checking reviews to see if my previous experience was out of the ordinary and found Stuart Coleman's review this week. The manager must have a bad memory because we spoke to him about his rather fishy mussels about a year ago. We sent them back and questioned how fresh they were. Apparently fresh 5 days ago, yum. Rest of the food was ok or good; restaurant is currently veto'd by my partner because they charged us for the mussels anyway.
I have absolutely no idea why the food here gets such good reviews. For those who claim it is like eating authentic tapas - you've either not actually been to Spain, or you've just eaten in some bad Spanish restaurants. We ordered several tapas dishes we've had a few times before in Spain - patatas bravas, deep fried aubergines with honey, broad bean and chorizo stew, deep fried breaded whitebait, deep fried calamari, meatballs, and peppers stuffed with crab. Now, I know tapas is usually quick to make, but when five dishes turned up within about 3 and a half minutes of me ordering, I suspected something was wrong. Actually, they just have a very quick chef - his name is Mr Panasonic and he sits on the worktop. If that food wasn't microwaved, then I'm Celine Dion. The calamari was anaemic, the whitebait was barely battered, and both the meatballs and the stew were the most flavourless things I've eaten In a long time. How can a dish with chorizo in it be so tasteless? The chef truly has worked a marvel in achieving such a feat. I spoke to the manager about how terrible the food was and he claimed that in nearly 6 years of ownership, I was the first person to complain. News flash - you're in England, buddy. No one complains about anything. Except the weather. He asked if I wanted to ask the other customers present whether they were enjoying their food. I politely declined this offer. I wasn't after a full refund - I just wanted some partial recompense for the fact the food was bad. Yes, we'd eaten a lot of it, but this was because we'd been starving ourselves all day in anticipation of our delicious, authentic tapas, so I was hungry, therefore I ate it. There's a difference between eating something and enjoying eating something. Suffice to say, I told the manager we'd have to agree to disagree regarding the quality of his food. Also suffice to say, we won't be going back. Utterly disappointing for a fan of decent, flavoursome tapas. This place is a travesty to Spanish cooking.
Me,my husband and parents thought we would try this restaurant after friends had said how nice it was.I had sea bass which was very bland, not much flavour at,my husband had the lamb which was fatty and very greasy. it said on the menu these were served with veg and potatoes and they all came out with chips, when we asked the manager about this he was completely rude about this, and the whole menu is completely over priced.won't be returning any time soon.
I went here earlier. The manager is so rude! We ordered a coke which didn't arrive. We manage to tell the waitress. The manager came over and left it on the table making a face. The food was ok. It's the manager that made the whole dining experience very memorable but in a BAD way. ZERO STAR FROM ME. ××××BE WARNED++++ HE DISLIKES ANYONE WHO BRINGS A GROUPON VOUCHER.
