I was hungry on hot late afternoon and I needed to pee like it was no one's business. CVS does not have a public restrooms Jersey Mike's Sub's does. Being a good customer I bought a mini sub and it was delicious. It hit the spot. The bread was fresh and the meat sliced thin in front of you. Bathroom was clean and there was toilet paper and you didn't need a key. Enjoy!

My sandwich was so good, stuffed full of fresh cut Turkey. Was a real good sandwich was soooo good just the bag was left. Updated w/ pictures this time

A woman fell into that latrine attempting to retrieve her cell phone. It took hours before someone even showed up to find her.

We almost always do a mobile order ahead of time, picking up is easy once the sandwiches are ready. Much better than other “fast” sub shops, the meats and bread are always fresh.
The majority of the time its friendly customer service. The food is fresh but the subs are a hit and miss if they have been filled by employees in a hurry or by someone who took their time to do it right. If they were consistent on the filings I would give them a 5 star rather than a 4. Everything else is usually good.

Amazing place my go to. Staff is friendly and polite and always gets our order right. Being gluten it’s hard to find places and this place always get its right. Only reason for the 4 stars is the gluten free bread this time seemed extra drier then normal but other then that amazing experience again
The last 2 times I've visited, I've asked for a "few jalapeños" and mustard on my #16 (Philly chicken). Both times, there were more jalapeños than bell peppers and onions and way too much mustard. It was so overpowering, it wasn't enjoyable.
Would of been 5 stars, but my Philly cheese could of used more melted cheese and the meat was a bit on the dry side. I think it was more a reflextion on the person making the sandwich vs. The establishment.

We like their sandwiches, however 9 times out of 10 they get our online order wrong. They do fix it, but it requires me checking the order before I leave the store. Also, the size difference between the mini and regular is barely noticeable. The photo shows 2 minis on top and a regular on the bottom.

Grouchy, Grouchy, Grouchy, Grouchy That describes all 4 of the young gentlemen working Saturday Feb 28 around 3pm. Pretty sure their demeanor is NOT the Jersey Mike's Way.
The franchise is on a downtrend but this location is still decent but not up to the pre pandemic quality. Razor thin cheese slices for example. Staff has always been professional at this location.
The staff are friendly. There was no one else in the place when we got there. 1 of the sandwiches we ordered....a club.... didn't have bacon on it and it was supposed to. The other was correct. The tables inside had not been wiped down at all. Crumbs and sandwich mess on a lot of them.. including ours. We wiped it down. The garbage cans were overflowing with trash. I really don't understand the messy tables and trash as there was no one in there other than us!

I threw about 1/3 from the sandwich away, especially the last and lower part which was soaked in some white sauce! This is a pity as it was my first time ever at Jersey Mike’s - I even mentioned that to the staff when ordering; shouldnt these be your most important customers to cater to? First impression sticks … now, you will never, ever see me inside a Jersey Mike’s again … Review is for the Buffalo Chicken. Unfortunately, I took a take out, otherwise I would have complaint right there. In detail 1. Inside the bread, the sauce was on 1 side, the veggies were in the middle and the meat, you wont believe it, even hang out of the sandwich and got stuck to the side of the wrapping paper when I unpacked it - 1/4 of the meat was gone before i even started my sandwich 2. Point 1 meant, every time I took a bite on the ‘sauce side’, it spilled all over my mouth, shirt and wherever else … plus i only got sauce and bread, with no veggies or even meat in sight (cause it was located on the outside of the sandwich, stuck to the wrapping paper!) 3. Taste: not sure if it even was buffalo chicken; but if it was, hmmm … not sure if ‘Jersey Mike’ ever had some buffalo chicken but it surely didnt taste like, not the spicy side nor the sour side; there was no taste at all - well, how could it if all three parts of the sandwich were separated inside the sandwich! and the meat almost looked like beef - possible my order got mixed up and i actually received a philly cheese or so?!?! I dont know … no idea what that taste should represent Anyway, here some suggestions: 1. deliver outstanding sandwiches to your first time customers - they may come back! 2. take some pride in preparing sandwiches - make a sandwich that you yourself would love to eat! 3. Maybe get that bread a bit warmed up for the sandwiches! it was very weird to have warm food inside and a cold bread outside.

When asked why my sandwich was taking longer than the people after me the employee was very rude saying mine had to be grilled. Then I asked to talk to the manager and believe it or not he was more rude. They have given me 2 wrong sandwiches before but this takes the cake. I said I’m not coming back here and the manager said good
Can't speak to the food (don't eat that garbage by choice) but I was quietly waiting there for a flaky friend on my phone in the cold winter/january and was rudely told to leave unless I bought something, which sucks. I get it that there's a problem with homeless people I was just waiting for a friend wearing 200$ shoes and a hiking backpack that was 80$. We ended up getting tacos instead.
I just tried to visit them, but they were closed. That, by itself, is not bad. What is bad is that both Google Maps—and their own web site—say that the store should be open, with more than two hours to go before closing. (I visited at 6:50; closing was supposed to be at 9.) I understand wanting to close early on the day before Thanksgiving, but please at least put a sign on the door saying what you are doing.

Horrible customer service here! This is one of the worst service, bad cold days baked bread, over salted meat, they totally fake it! The bread is never fresh as other Bakery/Sandwich stores. And two to three people touch your bread then its made,! So unacceptable and unhygienic. The guy up at the counter is extremely rude, dirty, he smokes, comes in takes out trash and then started touching bread!! Wow that's totally unsafe. Never ordering here again
