So beautiful!!! We were looking for a Mexican place in Mar Vista to eat at, and Casa Sanchez caught my eye. I did not expect such a wonderful dining experience. I will definitely be returning! To start, the restaurant is beautiful. It’s dimly lit, beautifully decorated, and they have wonderful live music. We ate grilled lemon chicken and carne asada, and it was soooo bomb. The chicken was light and buttery, and the grilled veggies were sweet and had a great char on them. The carne was amazing too, and I liked that they offered it with red rice, which was delicious. We had a flan for dessert, which was incredibly cold and dense and tasty. I would definitely get one if you have room for dessert! The service was the best part. The employees are so kind and attentive, and the owner is always there to poke around and make sure everyone is doing okay. You can tell they truly care about everyone having the best experience, and it shows. I would 100% recommend this place for a higher end night out. Our check came out to about 140 for 2 people (tip included), but it was worth every penny. Thanks 😼

The atmosphere was gorgeous and cozy. I loved the Mariachi band. It was very loud but their voices were beautiful! The whole restaurant sings along! The piña colada was delicious I highly recommend it. The margaritas were Also good.

One of the best places to visit in Southern California. The food is mouth watering delicious, the service is A1, the drinks are amazing, and the live music is Euphoric. It's a must visit if you are ever in Culver City. Bring family and friends and have a memorable experience.

What an awesome place! Absolutely great Mexican food in a stunning atmosphere. They did offer live music which was amazing. So much fun and entertainment. Pricing is a little high but considering what you get still great. We did leave a good tip. My wife had a vegan dish and she said it was the best food within the last several days she has been eating! I did have chicken fajitas which were great.

If you love good music, good vibes, good people and good times this is the place for you! The band usually comes on at 730 and you don't have to be a mariachi fan to enjoy the show, the staff is extremely friendly and don't be surprised if the owner comes by to thank you for coming. Service is good and the food is tasty and of course there's chips and salsa (warning the habanero salsa is HOT). Some of the reviews complain about the price... they're a bunch of whiners, keep in mind you're getting live entertainment and if the most expensive plate is $31 that's a damn good price!

Authentic upscale family restaurant with live mariachis. I came here to have our wedding night dinner after doing a last minute search. Reservations are strongly recommended and they were socially distanced type of packed but they managed to get us a table right away. We were greeted warmly by the host and seated promptly. The maitre’d came to welcome us like family. When he complimented our attire we told him we just got married. He offered to send the mariachis over after they finished playing on stage in about half an hour. Our food was absolutely amazing in portion, taste, quality, timing and presentation. The staff was efficient, professional, polite and welcoming. The story the man shared about why he picked this song that was played for him and his wife forty years ago and how he had wished us more than forty years of love like he has had it was so special. I wish I had continued to record what he had spoken to us. It was a moment we will both cherish for the rest of our lives. The mariachi turned a special amazing day into a romantic magical evening. We thank you all again for the amazing memory. Now someone please tell me the name of the song they played, our wedding waltz? I would post a video but don’t know how.

Fun Mexican restaurant with a mariachi show Thursday through Sunday evenings. Came here for a friend’s birthday on Saturday evening and the reservation was set for 5:30pm. There’s $3 valet parking available or you can try your luck with street parking. The restaurant seemed primarily geared towards big groups and there were plenty of long tables celebrating special events. Indoor and an outdoor smoking patio were available. Credit cards accepted. Gendered restrooms available at the front by the hostess stand. They give you complimentary chips and salsa. We ordered some guacamoles for the table as well. I got the shrimp Azteca salad, which came with 8 pieces of grilled shrimp. The salad was well-dressed and I had some leftover for lunch the next day. They do offer cake cutting. The mariachi show was really fun and lasted for about an hour and a half.

Very nice restaurant and good service. We had a Buffet style dinner for our work Christmas party. We were seated at the would be patio section with many heaters above us, which frankly was too much, way too warm. When the mariachi went on stage, they closed the doors that lead to the "patio" so we couldn't really hear anything. I wish the food was better. Chicken was dry, the asada was well flavored but was tough. None of the food items were good, I'd say below average.
