I had such a great experience with Amber at Raider Bar! From the moment I walked in, she made the whole place feel welcoming and fun. Raider Bar already has a lively vibe, but Amber really elevates it with her energy.

Alright lil spot, came after Texas tech graduation. Was packed! Hope men don't have to pee. .. No light in men's bathroom and possibly water and urine flooded floor.. yes I did say that!

DO NOT COME HERE. TERRIBLE service with TERRIBLE employees. Definitely not Texas Tech fans and are the worst people i have ever met. Never been so disappointed in a bar.

Played some Shania Twain on the jukebox and they changed it. That ish cost money!! Any establishment that changes the greatest woman to ever live will never have my business!!!

Trash. They let the trash in and the people who actually spend money out. If you want to run a successful business you need to learn how to separate personal relationships from work.

Absolutely the WORST!! Got there for the first time ever after having two drinks at chimys. Went to the restroom where a worker who was off the clock started banging on the door. Her name was amber and she was plastered. I opened the door to be kind after hearing “I work here”. Thinking she needed to use the restroom fast to continue working. She was mad my friend was still using the restroom so I closed the door to finish. When we opened the door again she was furious cussing us out. Her friend got in my face looking for a fight. We ignored it walked over to our friends and were talking about the situation when she overheard us and yelled at us acids the bar. I walked back over to her and told her to mind her business like she had told me earlier. She then walked over to the bartenders and instructed them to cut us off which she did. Very imature young lady who was very feisty. I asked to speak with the manager who didn’t help much but was kind and offered me a free drink which I denied. Do not go!!!

This place is an embarrassment. The washroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the last century — filthy floors, broken fixtures, and a smell that could knock you out. The bar wasn’t any better: sticky counters, unwashed glasses, and a general sense that hygiene is a foreign concept here.

I literally am still in shock about what happened last night. I was here with my boyfriend and his friends and their parents when a massive fight broke out near the bar. 2 of the guys we were with got dragged down and jumped basically. We were simply just trying to leave when several of raider bars employees wete trying to throw and push us out the door. My boyfriend ended up in a headlock from somebody and the mexican/white security guard bouncer whatever he was then starts throwing punches at my boyfriend’s head, i mistakenly stood in front of him when this was happening and ended up getting hit and pushed down by this guy( Yes i was in the way, But he knew he was hitting a female when he threw punch to the back of my head). I am a bartender myself and i am telling you right now, when i saw this guys shirt said staff on it i was APPALED! The bouncers here are looking for a fight i will tell you that right now. Whoever is training these people or hiring them needs to take a big look at the staff . Instead of protecting other people from the first altercation the staff was just fighting random people at the end of it. Simply just trying to leave. I am disgusted at this place and will be telling everybody i know to never go into this establishment 😂

There lines don’t work and when I came to speak to the “manager” he was laughing as I explained the issue and said there was “nothing they could do.” Seems like this happens pretty often so pay cash or don’t go. What they are doing is very illegal and wrong.

An employee spent five minutes attempting to kick down the women’s restroom door, despite being repeatedly told it was occupied and that we were almost finished. When we opened the door, he was actively speaking negatively for no apparent reason. I responded by pointing out how inappropriate his behavior was, which he didn’t take well. He then claimed he could do whatever he wanted because he worked there and proceeded to kick me and my friends out. There is absolutely no justification for any employee to act so aggressively and abhorrently toward customers.

Every time I come in here there is a significant amount added to my bill for a tip I never give the bartenders, also bathroom will have about an inch deep layer of piss on the floor every time without failure.

Brittney made me a double whiskey coke with all coke and I asked her to remake it politely and she did then asked “open or close” and I said no I wanted a double and it taste like coke. And she ignored me and walked to the dj and gave him it and went to the next customer. Was super rude and didn’t appreciate the service. Sad cause I used to love this bar

i don’t do a lot of reviews. but if you are ok with your business smellling like throw up and not caring because “you still get customers” then i have a problem with that….

Bartenders added extra tips to my bill and I know this because I keep my receipts or take a picture of my receipts/tip amount. Their phone line doesn't work as I was trying to complain this is a serious issue - they probably do this to a lot of people, so pay in cash or be careful or just don't go :)

the first time I went to this place was this Friday. My boyfriend was push, forced out of this place by the workers (5 of them) they broke his mouth, stole his glasses and broke his phone even when he didn't do anything other than spending money on this trashy place. A girl throw two bottles out of the window and a guy that was outside saw my boyfriend standing there and told him "I saw it It was you"? and the second time a guy came inside and started fighting my boyfriend I was in the middle and they even throw me on the floor like a trash bag, then 5 of the workers came and hit my boyfriend and dragged him out of there and the other guy was there chilling all good, then the MANAGER didn't even let me in to look for the glasses that they took, but the guy that started the fight walk right in like nothing. THIS PEOPLE ARE TRASH and it seems that all they want is fight the people that are spending money there. I hope they get out of business soon, because you honestly don't deserve anything good in life, oh you should have a look in the cameras so you can see by yourselves that type of bad humans you all are.

A few days later I approached the staff at Raiders and they all told me their manager wasn't there but would be back after awhile. I ended up going back 3 times that day and finally the servers/bartenders couldn't even give me a good response as to when their manager would be there, I felt lied to. So the moral of the story is, don't go to Raiders unless you want to have them overcharge you $20 and then have them lie to your face about when the manager will be back. I will never go back to Raiders and I will make sure to let everyone know about this instance. If you go to Raiders they will steal your money.
