This is one of my wife & I’s favorite places to go here in Roswell. They have a great selection Burgers, chicken sandwich, salads, & can’t forget the potatoes! They’re always fast here as well which is always a plus when you are in a hurry & just need a bite to get & go. Staff has always been friendly, always been great.
Came thru the drive thru and person on speaker box was wonder great customer when I came to window to pay she said they she was sorry they are short staff and it be a min I told take her time she friendly and warm and kind again great customer service I have experience I didn’t get her but her host number 3241 she was wonderful under pressure and grace

Always good food at Wendys. Being from Columbus Ohio where Wendys was founded means i grew up enjoying it on a regular basis and on through adulthood. So moving almost 2,000 miles and it being available is awesome. Gives me a little taste of back home. And all the locations ive been too were clean and the workers always professional. No negatives from me.
Had my lunch here today and oh my god. I love it. Food was great and fresh and I think it was the manager who took care of us and she is just so lovely. Great service I've ever had.
Every time I visit Wendy's, the food is great (especially their fries) and the service is awesome! Everyone is always friendly and playful! Plus, they have DIET ROOT BEER!!!

Every time I go there I get a good meal and they consistently do the order correctly even though it's usually complicated. It's definitely one of the good Wendy's!
Manager was very friendly as we had 15 orders or burgers for my work crew, manager helped me take all bags and drinks to my car. Good service!

This is the only Wendy's I go to and the workers here are great. I usually come through the drive thru crying lol and they've always treated me with respect.

Very good food. I have never ate inside the restaurant but the outside is always kept up and looks good. I am just so busy at work and always quickest going up to drive through for me.

Great service even late night. Very friendly and polite. Fresh food. Great sweet tea. Will definitely be going back. I live by the one on 4th and Frankford but it's worth it to me driving across town. I won't be going back to the one I live closer to. The Manager was awesome and the employee that ran my food out was very sweet.
This is one of the best Wendy's food wise. This location is absolutely the best Wendy's I have been to Atmosphere and cleanliness wise. It's big inside and they have a large screen TV and a Fireplace.
The servers and cashier are always smiling and very kind. They are quick, but do not let on like they are tiring out. What can I say? The food rocks, and so does the service.
Just had this for the first time and it was awesome! The food was great at a great price and we ate inside and the atmosphere the GM and dm and the crew we're too bubbly sweet and support one another! Will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely the most amazing service I have had in a really long time!! Way to go! The orange hi-ci was delicious and I'm not a fan of orange hi-ci my burger was fresh, fries were salted and cooked to perfection. I will definitely make this my forever visit. Thank you all so much for making my day
This is the best Wendy's I've ever been to. That includes the ones in my hometown back in SC. The food comes out quick and it's hot and fresh and their Coke freestyle machine dispenses drinks that actually taste like Coke products. It's also a very nice looking place. Loving the updated look. Keep doing what you're doing, folks.

It was clean and the staff were very friendly. Food was great! It wasn't busy when we went so it was very peaceful inside.
I don’t normally eat out, and when I do it, I usually go on door dash or I just order a pizza. I decided to try out Wendy’s again and I was expecting someone to be monotone, potentially rude, and unenthusiastic at the drive-thru speaker. But I received the opposite. As soon as I drove up to the speaker, I was welcomed with a happy and energetic voice and she took care of my order without any issues. I believe her name was Vicky (give her a raise!). Not to mention the food was good too! I missed the service with a smile attitude over at fast food places and I am so happy to have experienced that here! Keep up the good work!
We were in a super hurry and really wanted breakfast, but we're too late. The lady at the register was so kind in her manner. We went ahead and ate an early lunch. There was a fire place type wall that changed colors and was so relaxing. Thank you for always having good food, great service, and a relaxing atmosphere!
Always check your order before you drive away. They are usually good about getting orders correct but every now and then things are missing. Just be vigilant.
The food was good. It definitely would have been nice if we didn't have to clean up our own tables and move some trash that was under our tables off to the side with our shoes. I understand that they were very busy as it recently opened up. Overall it was still pretty good. -Thank you!
Nice staff. Pretty clean. 4 for 4 is a great deal, especially for kids who eat more than the kiddie meal. Good fries, good meat, no gristle. Has ketchup dispenser and doesn't make you use tiny squeeze ketchup. Not as good as Whataburger, but definitely cheaper, and better than McDonald's or BK.

Can't really go wrong with Wendy's. Only issue we had was being given no napkins. That's not such a big deal.
Food was not as good as I've had before from Wendy's. Chilli was runny and not very meaty. The Asiago cheese was old that came on the chicken. Service was fast and courteous tho.
They were fast, but our order wasn't right to begin with. They left off a salad initially and we didn't get the sauces for our chicken that we requested.
Unfortunately the customer service was lacking on this visit. We felt rushed while ordering food and unwelcomed.
We enjoy their salads. I would give them 5 stars but they are ridiculously stingy with the salad dressing. They act like the company will go bankrupt if they give you more than 2 (it's a large salad), it's ridiculous. We get them almost every day but have to beg and plead for enough dressing to make it enjoyable every damn time and half the time they flat out refuse. Get over yourselves Wendy's or you're going to lose the daily business we send your way.
This Wendy's is ALWAYS packed. Service is terribly slow and 1 soda machine NEVER has ice. However, the employees are great. Always a smile and they have brought my order to my table when I have my kids with me.
Newer location, comfortable dining area. Has TVs in the dining area but the tv is usually glitching and can't be watched. FRESH food coming out of the kitchen. Fancy self-serve drink machines that let you make your own concoction to drink. Very clean.
50/50 % chance on food being sub par to very good. WAY Overpriced. Plastic drink cups are good , yet ice melts extremely rapidly. If you go during rush lunch hour, at least your fries will probably be fresh , & I have to admit , the fries are excellent , When Fresh . On par with " Fresh " McDonald's fries.
They always do well about getting your food out quickly and having your orders correct but they are definitely not even a little friendly at this location. I 100% understand being busy and no one expects some big conversation but "please, thank you's and hello's" should at least be reciprocated at the minimum. And maybe they shouldn't roll their eyes at you when you don't see a charge for an extra and are trying to make sure you're paying for any extras you order (someone actually NOT trying to get something for free for a change!)
Food was great, order was correct, I got it quickly. However I was called a lier by an employee that skimped on my fries. I don't appreciate that but another employee fixed me up right.
Three stars because the food is delicious, but the girls there didn't have any customer service I did not feel welcome at all. I even asked how the drive thru girl was and she answered "Just fine what do you want?". No manners or customer service now and days.
The food was good but the wait was terrible. There was a line of cars 15 deep at the drive through so we decided to go in and eat. In line were about 10 people in front of me. They had one poor girl working the register and stuffing bags. She was very friendly and working very hard but they were way understaffed for a lunch crowd. I won't be back to this location for lunch.
Did the drive through a bit before noon on a Tuesday. The rudest person ever was running the window.
Used the app for the first time. I found it weird there was no time selection. Figured out they may start fixing your food when you get there and let them know you are there. That's fine, it's fresh. App is supposed to recognize when you arrive, it did not. I was almost home when I got the notification that it looked like I was there. Cashier is super nice but not organized. When I got to the window she had to ask me who I was. She said the orders were mixed up. Took at least 3 minutes to get my food once she figured it out. Now the food. Got the bacon English muffins combo large and then a single sausage English muffin because I wanted to try both. My potatoes were good as always but my large was the size of a small portion size. The box was maybe half full. The bacon English muffin wasn't very good. It tasted bland and the muffin was warm but not toasted. There was no bacon flavor for some reason. The sausage one was much better in taste due to the overwhelming sausage taste. Again, the muffin was just warm. At least at this location the English muffins fall somewhat behind McDonald's still. That's a shame as I really like Wendy's breakfast. I'll stick with the Breakfast Baconator though.
This was going to be a one star but the service was fast. I havent been to a Wendy's in a few years and seeing as this wendys does the same as the others with my regular order, I may never return to one. How hard is it to just put ketchup only on a son of a baconator?
I ordered a strawberry frosty was excited to finally try it. The manager that served me gave it to with a lid that should have been a clue. When I pulled off from the drive through I took off the lid to get at best a running strawberry shake. I called Wendy’s and the manager that answered I told her why would you serve a customer a frosty that wasn’t frozen she said I’m not the manager working the drive thru.so she gave the phone to the other manager I asked her the same question she proceeded to tell me how the machine worked when they poor a new bag of mix in. I again told her the question why would you serve it if it’s not frozen she handed the phone back to the first manager my question was never answered The first manager said the second manager was going through a lot and she was trying not to have a nervous breakdown I guess I didn’t need a strawberry frosty LOL
Waited over an hour ,for a JBC 5$ meal with no tomatoes. Once I got to the window the employee ask what meal I had because she forgot. Not a problem ,then ask me what drink I had cuz again she forgot . About 10 minutes go by and I haven't received my food and again I get asked what I ordered. I finally get my bag of food only to look at the burger and it wasn't a burger but a very cold chicken sandwich. I tell the employee and she takes the sandwich back I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my burger and finally get my drink. Oh and I didn't even get ketchup or BBQ sauce 🙃
Orders took way too long to be made and received. The food however was very well made. This particular location seems to have an issue with lack of staff needed to properly operate. Everyone was busy doing something so it wasnt for lack of effort it just seemed there were not enough employees there.
I can't seem to find anything to eat in this place that hasn't made me eject it out of one end or the other violently. Wendy's is just gross. The employees don't care, and the effort shows in the cold food I always receive. Just to to slim chickens.
The service was extremely slow I waited 15 minutes for my order along with other customers who probably waited longer. The food was not even hot and fresh for waiting so long. The last few visits to Wendy's were unsatisfying including one at 98th and Slide that location ran out of meat and the 2 female employees one being the night manager were very rude!
Slow, I understand lunch rush, but when the cheese slice is as cold as the fries. It's time to get a quality control person to help ensure QUALITY.
We typically don’t have bad service here except for today. We got home after ordering and noticed our double was missing it’s meat. So drove all the way back to the location to get treated rudely by the “manager” (some guy with glasses). Who basically tried to say we were lying because he’s been making burgers for the last 30 minutes. So I had to tell him everything we ordered and told him we had it on us. When we pulled up to the window he didn’t even come to the window and had the girl working the window handle it. Rudest manager I’ve dealt with if he’s really one. The girls were nice but that guy is obviously the problem there. I mean I don’t know anyone who wants to drive all the way home to figure out their meats missing on their burger and loves driving back to be questioned like we’re patty thieves 😂.
The burgers must have sitting a minute or20. The fries were old, hard and cold. The service was good. The computers went down and they were calm about it. Didn’t take long to come back up. They sure have a lot of complaints and I don’t see any corporate trying to apologize. Shame
Order not even close, no napkins or condiments. Haven’t ate there in years and prolly for the same reasons. Do better Wendy’s for the regulars.
Ridiculously slow. 22 minutes because they were "waiting on fresh seasoned potatoes" Waiting for them to be harvested, sliced and shipped here?
Drive thru wasn't working, ice machine was broken, 3 staff members, 2 customers total and still couldn't get orders right. My pull apart cinnamon roll was brick hard and tasted old. The employees seemed put out! Won't be returning!
I'd rate this a zero but there's no option. I've been to this location a few times and they have NEVER gotten our order right. Every time it's wrong. And they didn't even give us straws either. How does that even happen
Service is so bad and prices are too high. Their chili is like gross now before was good to eat and fresh. We found no marketable offers to draw in New patrons
You need to lose the night manger with the nasty attitude. He is absolutely rude, hateful, and downright disrespectful. If you're wonder why you business is dead at night, ask him!!
I ordered a garden salad and a caesar salad... although they were just the small side salads I expected a little more pieces of lettuce. I could literally count the pieces before opening up the container. Between the two salads I had one tomatoe, onions (not sure why I had those) and a hint of cheese. Won't do that again.
Please don't waste your time and money on this place. Came home just to find out my burger is missing meat.... I called and all the guy said is "ok". Who wants to drive across town because they made a mistake that should not be made. And to add our food was cold and old...
It’s upsetting to pay $23 for 2 meals and only get a meat and a bun when I was asked if I wanted everything on them. Likely won’t be spending my money here again
Extremely rude, and all three employees we saw were eating while preparing our order. The lady working the window wiped her mouth with her fingers and continued fixing drinks.
Worst experience ever!! The cashier Bell (is what her name tag said but the receipt said Betty) was the worst, as soon as we walked in she rolled her eyes and pulled her hat down, had the worst attitude! Here’s a tip if you hate your job you should quit, there’s to much craziness going on in the world and your attitude doesn’t help, a simple smile and thank you could make the biggest difference. I really hope something is done about her because not only was she rude to me and my boyfriend but also the small family in front of us. If I could give zero stars I would.
No bacon or American cheese when we got there. They messed up 2 of our 3 orders. All of the staff was very rude. I wanted to give them 0 stars but it wasn't an option
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Waited over 30 mins for our food. It was not a complicated order but they managed to screw it up. Slow service and I didn't see one person wearing gloves while handling food. My salad (that's way overpriced) had about 3 bites of chicken, one bite of bacon, no walnuts, and wilted lettuce. Spent over $30, waisted my time, and food wasn't that great. I'll never be back.
I ordered 4 bacon cheeseburger Jr's and the store forgot to add both the bacon and the beef patties to the buns! Who does that? I texted Grubhub and got a partial refund but now I have to scramble to feed my family.
The only reason this is even getting a single star is because there’s no option for 0 star. We went through the drive through and immediately was told hold on. We waited and then was told to order after about 8 minutes. Then went I placed my order nobody ever answered. So I waited a little longer thinking they were maybe busy. I went on with my order and then again complete silence. Nobody answers. So I said hello? No answer. Hello?! Then finally after another long silence someone whispers what sauce? And then interrupts me when I answer. They didn’t give me a price so I drive forward. I wait at the window and never get greeted until after 10 minutes who I’m guessing is the manager comes to the window with my total. I hand her my cash. No thank you. No can I get you anything else. Just hands me my bags and my drinks and shuts the window. The fries were cold. The burger was good but the service was garbage.
Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. We waited over 20 min for two burger meals, which wasn't really an issue because I figured we were waiting on fresh fries. Once I got home and opened the bag what I found was old nasty fries, the burger seemed like it had been sitting out for a while, soggy buns. I took a couple bites and had to throw it away. I will never go back to this Wendy's! I didn't even want to give them one star but 0 stars was not an option.
Employee at the register looked like she was in a bad mood,no smiles not even a greeting walking into the building. Good was terrible, they added cheese to my kids burgers, when I told them no cheese. Did not complain because I didn't want them to do something to my kids food
Always love Wendy's food but the management is very unprofessional and rude. Had a manager tonight at the drive thru be unnecessarily rude because I didn't move up my car while waiting on my order. No one was even in line behind us. Didn't do it intentionally I was talking with my Daughter in the car. He opens the window when our food is ready and tells me it is protocol there to move my car away from the window and next time I better pull up! Being rude to customers over something that stupid will hurt a business. Food was good but customer service is definitely lacking.
Waited over 7 minutes before any of the 5 employees working the inside or the other 2 employees standing outside talking would come over to at least acknowledge us. I was 1 of 3 customers just standing around waiting. SMH
Food was standard Wendy's fare but customer service was extremely poor. I waited at counter for cashier. Cashier walked up and stared at me. No "Hello". No "Welcome to Wendy’s". No "May I take your order?". No smile...just a blank stare. The only thing she uttered during the entire transaction was the the amount due for my order. I swiped my card and she simply walked away and didn't even give me my receipt. No "Thank you". No "Your order will be right out". Nothing. She simply walked away.
My entire order was cold I refuse to go back considering the manager‘s customer service sucked as well! When I called just to let them know that even though they were extremely dead that my entire order came out cold I swear I could hear the sarcasm smack me through the phone. THIS IS A HECK NO FOR ME! Won’t go here again! Waste of money & time! What happened to customer service these days smh!
This Wendy’s has gone down hill in the past year. The paper towel dispenser was broke in the bathroom. Our burgers were old instead of fresh, ketchup dispenser was broke one of the drink dispensers was also broke. We won’t be back.
The experience at the location on Milwaukee was HORRIBLE!!! I was charged incorrectly for my order, the food was cold, & the customer service was atrocious! I stood at the counter for a while before I was even acknowledged to take my order. The location on the loop by the old Target is SO much better, the employees have been well trained, & EXCELLENT customer service!!!
We went at 10:20 pm and were told they stop serving frosty’s at 10. Oddly this isn’t shown or advertised anywhere. Also forgot our sauces. The drive through worker was rude and short with us. This place deserves a much lower rating.
I get it's within the hour to close, but you didn't send the correct food combo, drink, or the frosty I ordered on UberEats. C'mon now.
I ordered the six dollar biggie bag. Everything is cold. I think my food is colder than my drink. Then I asked if I needed any ketchup or anything or upsize my drink not good service at all I guess I should’ve went to McDonald’s.
Can someone please make it make sense how someone orders thru the mobile app to pick up in drive thru and they make you go inside to get it? Their reasoning “food isn’t getting made in enough time”, how is that possible when people are ordering in the drive thru speaker and picking it up at the window. Awful management and service. Will try my luck at a different location in Lubbock.
Simply awful. This is not directed to any employees, but rather the ‘quality’ of the food. I get tired of spending $30 each time I go there just to ‘hope’ the quality will be good. Yes you are nice when I call you back after you serve me 2 burned meat patties that look and feel like hockey pucks when I order a double burger, and offer to take down my name to replace my order free of charge the next time I go there. The problem is….I want my order to be ‘good’ when I’m actually there picking up food at your drive-thru. I DON’T WANT TO DRIVE BACK TO YOU 30 MINUTES LATER or have you take down my name on your clip board for the next time I visit a week or a month later.
Went through the drive thru after a long trip into the city. Person in the drive thru was rude about our situation as we thought we had placed an order on the app but it didn't go through. Once we figured out what was wrong, husband asked for order. They requested we drive up and they would bring it out. Same lady who was rude brought out the food and did not bring our drink. Husband had to go inside and get it. Luckily, the manager helped him and was kind about it. Just need to be a little more courteous when a customer asks a question.
My burger was not hot, nor were my fries. My husband likes their chili. Diet drinks did not work in the soda machine. Every time I eat here it is bad. I will not be back.
My mother was told to call this location and talk to the manager today to get a bulk order from their suppliers. She called and was greeted by the manager that was VERY rude to her. My mother had to call three times just to see if they were able to do something for Mother’s Day and the manager kept hanging up on her and being very short and said she did not have time to deal with her. I could not believe what I heard and I’m very disappointed in Wendy’s for having someone like this represent them. I enjoy the food here but will not be a paying customer any longer for how my mother was treated.

Absolutely disgusting meat was over cooked, bathrooms were dirty. One coke machine was down the other was empty only had root beer no ice in it, and all the drinks behind the counter was out also. I will not be back
Food was good, but having to pay .50 each for sauce packets when I just spent $21 for two breakfast meals? That's ridiculous. I wouldn't come back to this location. I've never been charged for a sauce packet on 4th/Frankford.
The burgers we received in a formal overcooked my wife and I will never go there again
I waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes before they aksed what the person wanted. Then the next car was 15 minutes to order. When I pulled across the street to order food, when I came out, the car in front of me was still sitting there waiting on food. I get bad nights, but you're a fast food restaurant and I know they dont like customers waiting that long.
The worker did not give me my card back after I paid and charged it three separate times on food, and then charged it a couple of times online. I called the store and they denied that he even worked there. I had to cancel my card and get a new one since he still has it.
Got kicked out as soon as I walked in it was 10:15pm guy i guess manager said lobby was closed and walked me from the counter to the door saying I couldn't be in there and there was literally people sitting there eating, I guess he just didn't want my kind in there due to my appearance. Wendy's please do better and remove your trash...
Took 10 minutes to get to the window just to tell us they don't have French fries but they could offer us baked potatoes. 30 mins later they didn't even start our order BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T KNOW IF THEY HAD THE INGREDIENTS TO MAKE OUR ORDER!
What a mistake. Sounded like Napoleon Dynamite was taking my order. Spicy chicken sandwich. 5 ingredients, fries and a drink was $10+ in 2024. Horrid. A frozen, breaded "chicken" (rib meat?) breast that was smashed into oblivion. 1 literal piece of sad romaine. And a slice of tomato no bigger than a half dollar... Miserable assembly. Looks nothing like the web menu pictures. Had to add my own mayo and a slice of cheese at home. Cannot recommend Wendy's at all with this level of corporate disregard.
Do not go to this place at night! The guy who took our order, didn’t seem to comprehend what we were ordering and had to repeat each item several times. It was not a hearing issue. We also had to ask for our drinks as well and when we got them the outside was covered in a sticky substance. Once we were on our way, I was passing out our food and only the happy meal that we ordered was correct. This Wendy’s was not busy at the time we had ordered.
