This was my first time to this Jersey Mike’s. I walked in and was greeted. They took my order and by time I filled my drink and sat down, my food (Philly steak) was delivered to my seat quickly. I was surprised how fast they were at getting my food ready since I don’t usually get this type of service from any Jersey Mikes. My sandwich was delicious. I complimented the gentleman who made the sandwich and he redirected the results to his team. Then to find out the gentleman who primarily made my sandwich was the owner lol. Well the owner and his team, Diana and Aiden, did a great job with even a better attitude and service. Thank you guys for quality service and setting the standard!

Jersey Mike's wasn't really my first option to go eat but this place and thw sandwiches that come out of here are of high standard. I walk in this place and hear all the employees communicating very well with people's orders. Ben was working the meat slicer running the crew, Diana and Aiden seemed to be all over the place controlling all the chaos. This is definitely a place that stands out from all the sandwiches shops. Definitely a forever customer! Thank you guys!

The Manvel Jersey Mike's is the best that I've ever been to with the best customer service, best atmosphere, and the best owner. The food is always great. Today, they fed our veterans on staff at SCHS and once again proved why they are the best. May God bless this location a hundred fold!!

Emily, Skylar and Shawn were so amazing!!! I thought I ordered my sandwich wrong on the app and they remade it without hesitation. They were super sweet about it, when they didn’t have to be. Will definitely be back!

Excellent sandwiches, service and flexibility for our band's meal needs while performing at nearby Freedom Field this past weekend. Ben, the store manager, and PJ were up at 5am to prepare over 200 fresh sandwiches for our hungry band! Food was delivered on time and greatly appreciated by all. We look forward to working with this team at Jersey Mikes when we return next year from San Antonio!

This Jersey Mike’s is a great place to eat! Food is great and the customer service is excellent. I was there one time and the employee, Skyler, was having a difficult time keeping up with the hot sandwich orders. They were slammed! The owner, Ben, was so supportive and patient with her. He offered her comfort and encouragement. His actions helped her so much and she is thriving! Keep up the great work. People always notice kindness

Literally the BEST Jersey Mikes location! All the kids that work here are super kind, efficient and they make amazing subs! This location is always super clean, fast and delicious. Even when we didn’t live near here, we would stop by on the way home from Houston and pick up a sub, but now that we live down the road we visit even more often. This was one of the first places we wanted to eat after coming home from living abroad in Thailand😋 Also, the owner Ben’s attention to detail and customer service is top notch. We love the turkey and provolone, the Italian sub is the bomb, all the cheesesteaks are delicious. You can’t go wrong when choosing anything here ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I have never been to a Jersey Mike’s before until i came to this one , and i must say this is the best sandwich i have ever had . I’m hooked and have been back several times since . I had a chance to meet the owner great guy definitely knows how to treat customers . The staff is awesome as well , i can promise you if you come to this jersey mikes off hwy 6 you will be greeted and treated right . Very customer friendly and welcoming , highly recommended in the area .

We have a gluten allergy in our family, and PJ, Jacob and the rest of your staff did everything they could to make sure that our sandwich was made without any issues - they wiped down the slicer, the counter, washed their hands, changed gloves, used one specific knife. I was very impressed with their thoroughness, and overall awesomeness. We will be coming back!

Great experience! Everyone was very helpful and friendly, but especially Aidan! He greeted me as soon as I came in, made sure I didn’t need anything, and was very personable. He made the atmosphere so friendly and welcoming and I will definitely come back again in the future.

I stopped in Jersey Mike's on the way to Houston on Wednesday, July 23rd around 4:45pm. Not ever eating there before, one of the young men (I had his name written down but I lost it) ....was so sweet! He came out around the counter and looked at the menu board with me and explained the top sellers. What young employees do this anymore. I was impressed with his kindness and professionalism! Oh, and the sandwiches were amazing! Thank you!

I went to this location for the first time with my family and we were thoroughly pleased! Our sandwiches were very fresh and prepared quickly. The young man who helped us was named Hayden and his energy is just contagious! He was so kind and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. Seeing someone with energy like that is so refreshing nowadays. The whole crew was very kind and worked efficiently together through a major rush. We will definitely be back soon.

I’m only reviewing this place when it comes to DoorDash orders. I’ve had several instances when the order I received was not what I had exactly ordered. The first time I ordered (mikes way) all I got was the meat with condiments but no lettuce, tomatoes, or bacon, just a plain sub. I was very disappointed. This is now the second time where I’ve received my order without the entire condiments I’ve ordered. I didn’t receive my bacon or mayo which actually makes a huge difference how the sub tastes. It’s unfortunate because as costumer we can’t be there to see them prepping the sub. Either way, they still need to have the same attention to detail with online orders and delivery. I’m literally adding my own mayo in this sub when I shouldn’t have to.

This location consistently messes up my order but it's the closest one to where I live. I would suggest going in to order rather than ordering online to ensure that your food order is accurate.

As the cook took out the Philly patties from the cooler next to the flat top grill, a stack of meat fell on the ground. I knew that was my food she was cooking so as I stared at what she was gonna do thinking it would be the right thing! She looked around checking if anyone saw her, and proceeded to put the all the patties on the grill!.I lost it at that point, and yelled, “I saw that!”. Not only did she start lying to me saying “it was the white paper that fell”, she had no worries about anyone’s health she was in charge of. Also the grill was not cleaned properly after. Anyone who has worked a grill knows how to properly clean a grill once it’s been contaminated. They only scrapped the meat off the grill and carried on the next order. The owner/manager said he would check the cameras to see if it indeed happened that way, and assured he would do the right thing for his customers. RETRAINING the crew on food etiquette is what needs to happen in my opinion.
