The nice black lady with glasses that runs it during the day probably is the finest retail food manager I've ever seen in my life. She runs a tight crew with quality food and very high standards. I traveled all over the US and this is the best run Burger King when she's there in the country. Always hand you your bag of food with a smile and most of her staff to as well and she's not there.
The employees were very pleasant. The bathrooms were very clean. Or food was extra hot. I don’t see great fast food service like this much anymore! Passing thru from Georgia.
Stop and get breakfast here 3-4 times a week and despite the turnover the staff is friendly and efficient well beyond most fast food I have ever experienced. They have never messed up a single order of mine. Highly recommended location.
Place was exceptionally clean. I had a whopper and it actually had tomato slices, lettuce and onions...unlike the one in Opelika on 2nd Avenue, which barely has those items.
I was there with a client who loves Burger King. The staff was friendly and efficient: one even allowed us to enter first as we arrived at the entrance. The food was hot, fresh and tasty. Additionally, the atmosphere was pleasant and clean which go along way. I would visit this Burger King again on my own and would recommend it to others 😋.
Sometimes they say Broiler is down, can't fix a whopper or frys, I'm Thankful Burger king started doing Burgers in the early hours of the day, we clock in at 4am and go to the route, early morning, around 8 or 9am, I take my brunch break, and I'm going to order #9 whopper meal large size,and Hate being turned down. I eat at Burgerking 2days a week,if yall would put a Burger king in Tallassee al, I'd eat there 6 days a week

This is a great place to take your kids to grab some food and play on the playground! Jamie was especially great. Of course doing your job is just that but she went above and beyond! She was ringing up orders, cleaning the playground (which I don’t see much), and helping answer questions all while having a GREAT attitude! Thanks Jamie! You need a raise!
Clean place and the service and food are good BUT THE MUSIC IS TOOOOOOO LOUD! and there is nothing they can do about it. Edited to add they adjusted music and it was so much better!!!

This place has a playground! I recommend toddlers (3-year-olds) and older kids to come and play! It looks a little dangerous for children under the age of three to come and play. But for babies over the age of three, this is probably the best place to eat and play! For the children who play loudly, playground spaces and non-playground spaces are divided for those who want a quiet place! For the food, I ordered a whopper burger meal and a spicy crispy wrap meal! It was really tasty 😄

Burger King is the king of cheap fast food these days. 10 nuggets for $1.49 is an incredible deal. You get what you pay for but if you go in understanding that you'll have a pleasant time.
Had a coupon good value. Fries were hot the burger not as good as they use to be I didn't eat it all. But for the money was a good value I didn't eat all the burger.
We had my grandson's birthday party there. It was a clean place. There food was really good. It was nice.

I am happy they are so kid friendly here. We go here often for the playground. The McDonald’s yo the road doesn’t have one unfortunately. However I think they could do a little bit better at keeping the play area cleaner. Also every time I order the original chicken sandwich meal I always get it no mayo add cheese and ketchup for some reason they think they need to remove the lettuce along with the mayo and it’s annoying how many times they’ve done this.
Stopped in on a road trip. I ordered the wrong meal and they were more then gracious when I brought it to thier attention. Just the quality of the food was just a bit off.
The service has taken a hit but still prefer them over McDonald any day I swear I don’t see how McDonald’s is still in business with the staff they have but BK my daughter loves you guys
I think Burger King is the only place that absolutely will not give you refills. Everywhere else I go will just give you another cup and refill it. A new cup that is. But not Burger King. You pay 2 dollars and change for a drink and you have got to pay the same for a refill. Burger King like I said y'all are the only ones. Thanks service was great!!
The main thing that makes burger King special are the different mix and matches and the 2 fors. It has been time where my order be wrong, but I'm not able to take it back due to being at work besides when you do show that your order is wrong certain people will get an attitude even when you simply say you got the wrong burger or etc. Burger King should work on the freshness of the fries, hash browns, and French toast. It had been times that it will taste like old great or had been sitting in the great to long. If it wasn't for the inaccuracy of my order most times and the fries and etc then BK would be top 5.
The chicken nuggets are always premade I've noticed. Around 5-10 bags of the 10 piece already made and sitting under the light. Tho, that might be how they serve the $1.49 10 piece. The burger was pretty bad. Chicken sandwich was good, and the nuggets were old.
I've gone to this location a few times. For the most part I've been satisfied, nothing to rave about. On this occasion my husband orders my double cheese burger with extra pickles meal with bottle water. Straight forward, nothing major. 🤔 He repeated the order several times over the speaker. We pulled up to the window, the money was taken by someone who needs to work on her customer service skills. Seconds later the water bottle was given with no comments. We could see workers standing around through the window (we were the only customers there at the drive thru, don't know about the inside.) Between 5-6 minutes took place with no contact with any employees about what was going on. Finally the bag of food was just handed out of the window to my husband and employee walked off. Wow! I touched the bottom of the bag one side felt "warm" not "hot" the other side felt "even cooler". I opened the bag up the fries were warm.... I opened the burger wrapper and the bread was not even room temperature. When I opened up the sandwich I had only 2 pickles! I didn't even get extra and they charged me .30 cents for nothing!! I bit into the sandwich and the meat was dry and medium warm. Is this what we were waiting on? Make it make sense... Needless to say, I won't be going back for a long time if ever....
Mobile ordered a couple cheeseburgers and 2 whoppers and the lady at the window said "I could beat you for this big order." Initially, I took it as a joke, but she made it very clear that she was not joking. The order wasn't that big.
Going to this BK is like flipping a double sided coin. You know you are going to wait in the drive thru line forever but if you are lucky the coin will land on its side and you will get your food fast.
Food was okay, the associate's attitude was not where it should be. They don't do military/first responder discount. However, the main concern I had was the cleanliness, flieys, and dirty feeling of the chairs and tables. If I was the manager here, I would have it scrubbed top to bottom and get rid of the flies. It would be a great direction change in the right direction.
My Impossible Whopper was burnt and tasted like charcoal on the bottom layer. Also the drive thru call box was not working so I had to bang on the window to get someone's attention. But I love the Impossible Whoppers I've had before!
I visited this Burger King for breakfast this morning and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. I pulled into the right lane while another car was ordering in the left lane. After they finished and drove forward, I waited a couple of minutes before saying “Hello” at the speaker box. When an employee finally responded, her tone sounded irritated right away. I began placing my order (three-piece French toast sticks, small fry, and a Whopper Jr. with cheese), but before I could finish she cut me off and said, “You know all that’s got to cook, right? You’re gonna have to wait.” I told her that was fine. Then I asked, just to confirm, if she got the cheese on the Whopper Jr., and she replied, “No, I’ll go back and add it.” Immediately after that she said, “Last window.” When I drove around, she opened the window without greeting me. I handed her my phone to tap pay, and she again spoke abruptly, telling me to “pull up to the black fence; we’ll bring it out.” I waited nearly 10 minutes for my food while several cars behind me eventually left the line. I used to work at Burger King years ago, and I rarely remember anything taking that long unless it was chicken. To give credit where it’s due: the food itself was fresh and tasted good. I normally don’t leave bad reviews over minor issues or wait times. However, rude behavior is never acceptable, and the overall tone of the interaction made the experience unpleasant. The name on my receipt was Doris, so I assume that was the employee. I hope management can take this as constructive feedback, because I’ve always enjoyed Burger King and would like to continue being a customer, just with better service in the future.
Extra rude at the drive thru this morning... Not the lady taking payments at the first window... She was super friendly and professional.... But the young lady taking orders at the speaker and working the 2nd window I can't say the same for.... Cutting me off to say "anything else?" 7 times before you finish a sentence is ridiculous.... And then complete silence at the window ....and just ignored my request for lite ice in my sweet tea that I asked for very politely... Didn't ring it up that way or make it that way... I guess she was too busy asking the next customer "anything else?"... Do better
3rd visit thru the drive thru in recent months and my order was incorrect again. Took it back inside and they gave me my "correct" order which was still wrong. But they were friendly and fast 😁
Tried to use the app and it would not let me order. Called customer service only to be hung up on without resolution. Emailed customer service and am waiting on a reply. I do not expect much from them because they just sent me an email stating they were experiencing a high volume of customer issues. I guess I am not alone.

I pulled into the drive thru, looked at the menu and placed my order. Someone inside asked a question. I looked at the speaker(where the sound came from), where a sign read: no cards, cash only. I mentioned it to the voice, which responded "Sorry". Nope, BK.
I called to ask about their Postmates delivery and the manager screamed at me and then hang up the phone. I can’t believe fast food place would have such trashy people as managers. Never eating there again.

Actually it was 0 Stars. The manager was a complete ass. I got some soda and a lot of black stuff came out in my soda and I told her about it she gets mad with me and get loud with an attitude so I called the corporate office and file a complaint. The fries never have salt and taste re-dropped and they never give me pico de gallo With Egg normous burrito (witch it’s supposed to come with) and for that, F y’all because I should’ve have to ask for something that comes with the meal. That’s like ordering a drink and not getting a straw

Me and my friend went to Burger King Tuesday night 8/31 to get dinner @8:45. We made sure to check what time they closed and it said they closed at 11:30. We waited in line for about 20 minutes before pulling up to the window (keep in mind all the lights were on including drive thru) because no one will take our order. Once I pulled up to the window the man at the window said they were closed. Get your hours right on the website and let your customers know before they sit in line for a long time.
I was not satisfied with the service I received. I visited this location based on being prompted to make a purchase after watching a commercial. When I placed my order via drive thru instead of explaining that the grilled chicken is offered on the 2 for $6 at select locations, the individual taking orders was rude, dismissive and un-professional. I see you guys have a high Google review rating, I suggest an audit is done to ensure this does not occur in the future. Time: approx 9:15 PM Date: 5/14/19
The drive thru is supposed to be open until 12, although the lobby closes earlier. Five cars in the parking lot and people looking out the windows as I pulled up at 9:45. They refused to acknowledge me at the microphone. Then watched me drive away.
Lunch here was a total disappointment. The "crispy wrap" was soggy, probably due to having been covered with sauce. The young lady taking the order acted as though she was elsewhere. She constantly interrupted to ask questions and caused confusion. In the end the order was wrong. Not eating here again.
Worse way of speaking to costumer. Disrespectful in way of talking. Lady who took order could be polite instead of talking like illiterate. Sorry to say that but it’s the truth. I went to this Burger King yesterday and the cashier was very rude and even lied about my order price. I had used coupons and knew about how much the actual price should be. But the price that came up was about 4 dollars more than what I had expected. So I checked and I told her. However, the cashier, not even saying sorry, recalculated the price. I would've thought it was an accident but the way she reacted made it obvious that it was on purpose. If I had the choice I would give this no stars at all. So if you're going to this place, please be sure to check your price before you pay.
Went to this Burger King in the morning got some hash browns and a croissant sandwich. The person who was taking my order was kinda rude but I’ll let it slide it was early, I got the food and the bag was odorous, hash browns was straight, but the sandwich was the problem. This sandwich look like it was assembled together by somebody with no thumbs. Had black specks on it, and when I tried to eat it I threw up from a disgusting and putrid burnt taste. Never again 👎🏾 I was hungry before this sandwich, but why am I surprised? this is a SOUTH COLLEGE restaurant
The young lady was surprisingly rude when I asked if she needed a coupon code for my order using their app. Her reply, "Did I ask you for a coupon!" Oh, my! Not sure what happened in her day, but she definitely forgot what customer service sounds like. Bad days happen to the best of us, but I was still shocked by her rudeness.
I showed up 5 minutes before they opened in the drive through with every intention of waiting until they opened. I even let them know I didn't mind waiting as the employee began complaining through the speaker on why I was waiting. When I pulled to the window they began complaining about why I was there early. My twins caught hand foot and mouth from the playground here. I've ordered out since the two times they hot sick from the playground and every time looks dirtier than last. I will not let my kids go back in there.

Drive through is hopelessly slow. You sit for ages when there are no other cars, and when there is a line there is still a long delay and since they now have two order stations, it's WAY worse. Fried food is often cold. Go to Wendy's next door.
I will not be ordering from this location again. Not only was this the second time that an online order wasn’t apparently processed in a row (the first time of which my girlfriend was told to get a refund rather than make the food)but this time my order was taken by someone at the location after it didn’t come up in the system and it was not only wrong, but cold with unsalted fries. If I had known it would still come out the way it did, I would have gone somewhere else.
This location is absolutely filthy. The back of the chairs are literally caked in filth.The pop area, the ketchup dispenser, there are grease finger prints everywhere. Absolutely disgusting environment to eat in. Will not be back.
The lady who took my order was rude, didn't take my order correctly cut me off and yelled my total at me. Then the lady who served me didn't put my sandwich in the bag . I asked for my money back and she was rude said the total and shoved the money in my hand with not another word. I was coming here twice a week...never again.
I looked up online when breakfast ended and it said 10:30. I placed an online order before then and went to go pick it up around 10:35. When I got there, I was told they didn't have an order for me. I showed my payment and order confirmation, they didn't make they order even after providing I placed it before breakfast was over. They just told me to go online for a refund then closed the drive-thru window on me. So I probably won't be going back to this location.
He sent a photo of the delivery, it's not my house. nor the condominium in which I live. The amount I paid was expensive, I can't lose it. I don't know where this apartment is. It's not my condo. I can't accept a loss. I need you to resolve this.
My boyfriend was there today ordering us food. The lady taking his order in the drive thru around 4 decided that it was ok for her to fat shame him. When I called to complain, the manager denied it instead of righting their wrong. We will never be eating here again. Absolutely terrible people working at this location. Nobody knows when they really close. I guess they just close every night when whoever is working decides to close it. The website says 12:30 a.m., but I've pulled up around 8 and 9 pm some nights and nobody answered at the drive thru even though the lights were on inside and employees were inside. The food is usually between 4-5 stars and service is usually between 3.5-5 stars, but they really need to make their hours clear. Enough people have complained.
Do not spend your hard-earned money here! What an awful excuse for a BUSINESS. Making comments about someone (good or bad) is extremely unprofessional and does not make people feel welcome at any establishment. Your drive thru employees and on-duty manager should have some friendly HR reminders and learn how to work the headset before making derogatory comments about someone. I would 100% give 0 stars if it were possible. Do better, be better.
The way that employees talk to and treat customers at this location is despicable. At no point should someone's weight, race, economic status, etc; be reflected in their treatment at a subpar food establishment. Do better Burger King.
Ridiculous. A bunch if employees AND a manager standing around could not put two cheeseburgers in a bag for mobile pick up. Then they sat and had to figure out how to prioritize ONE drive through order and 2 mobile orders after at least 15 minutes. They refuse to hire a decent manager and have kids in there who can't get simple tasks done like fries. Ridiculous. PUT THE FRIES IN THE BAG AND GO!
Went in the drive thru and they got most of my order right they forgot two sandwiches but the main reason I’m rating so low is the attitude of the employees telling me to call ahead for 7 orders many places don’t take call orders or don’t answer at all I don’t have the time to sit there and call ahead
Writing as Ive been sitting in the drive thru for 25 minutes in the middle of the day waiting for my mobile order of ONE plain cheeseburger. If you really want BK it’s probably faster to drive to another location in Opelika than eat here.
Employee was making sandwiches with one glove on. I wouldn’t mind if she wasn’t using her hand without the glove however that wasn’t the case. Inform the manager on front counter that I will not be placing an order unless the employee put gloves on both hands. The other employee made my sandwich. I usually don’t have a problem with this Burger King. Please be aware customers can see you making their food. Keep gloves on at all times!

I had a very unprofessional and frustrating experience at this Burger King location tonight. I accepted an Uber Eats order at 11:00 PM and arrived at the restaurant at approximately 11:11 PM. Online, this location is listed as being open until 12:00 AM, so I expected to be able to complete the pickup. Especially because it’s the weekend and fast food restaurants are typically open a bit later. When I arrived, sitting in the drive thru, employees, including the manager were loudly yelling to everyone in the drive-thru, myself included, that the store was closed. I asked the manager specifically if they had made an Uber Eats order, and she said rudely no. I found this strange because the order had already been placed through the app more than 10 minutes earlier, and it should have been prepared. Since Uber Eats requires proof that a restaurant is closed in order to cancel an order, I pulled up to the window to take a picture for documentation. The manager, I assume (African American, wearing glasses) came to the window waving her hand dismissively, telling me to go. I politely explained that I needed to take a picture to show Uber Eats the store was closed. Instead of cooperating, she told me it didn’t matter because the time is not on the drive thru window, and I let her know Uber Eats still needs to see the store is closed someway so I still need to take a picture of the window, she laughed, and then closed the window. This type of behavior is extremely unprofessional. As a delivery driver, I rely on accurate hours and respectful communication in order to do my job and serve customers. Closing early and being rude about it, refusing to acknowledge confirmed orders, and treating drivers in a dismissive way is unacceptable. We ordered online, but when we went to pick it up the woman at the counter was extremely rude to us. It was 8:45pm. My partner stood in line and I went to take a seat to wait. Before I could even sit down I was being told the dining room was closed and they were drive thru only. I said okay, I didn't know. She told us that we could still order, but I told her we already did. We'd go through the drive thru, thank you. I don't know what she thought I meant by that, but her response was a scoffed "Yea, whatever!" We turned back to her in surprise. I repeated that we had already ordered. She immediately changed her tone. I have been the manager of a restaurant. Even if we hadn't already ordered, you don't treat customers like that no matter how stressed out you are. Please rethink your career!
I ordered the new bbq brisket burger and it was super disappointing. No brisket, no tomato, no cheese, barely any crispy onions.
Came through the drive through approximately 6:25pm on 7/25 and one of the employees was vaping inside. Absolutely foul!

Never do mobile order!!!!!! All Services were terrible, and I can tell it was the worst BurgerKing service experience ever! Even the manager, Angela, told me if someone took my food I had ordered, that was my fault. She said the mobile stuffs are not their business, so they can’t take care of my issue. She also picked at everything I said and blamed me why I did online order and sat and waited at play-ground. The worst explanation was they can’t check the name of the order. If the food for Angela is on pick-up station and they call the name, they give it any one of Angelas. If wrong, another Angela picked the food, it is not their problem or mistake. The manager said that was my problem or mistake! What a ridiculous situation. It was not the first time I complained that I did not receive the food. It also happened when I had ordered the food in person, too. Is it the online order? I don’t think so. I strongly want to say their service is not professional. Bad. Worst. I am not easily upset, but I should share this bad experience with other customers for their service correction and improvement.
