My phone was dying & although I stopped in to charge my phone, the manager & sweet staff (Shelly-manager) Chelsea & Alyssa) greeted me & instantlyyy made me feel welcomed!! I stated how I never had Starbucks before really so I wouldn’t know what to get if I tried- they made me a lemonade- managers treat! How special & how sweet.. such simple gestures made me want to pass on the love & pay for the next person. What I pleasant interaction that sets the tone for the new year. I WILL BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION. The way they treat their customers speaks volumes. Thank you Shelly, Chelsea & Alyssa!
This Starbucks has extremely good service and I received my drink very fast. Workers were very nice and it’s a very good environment.
nat was the best barista of all time. makes the best drinks. serves very fast. she is one of the greater people that i have ever met. i strive to be like her someday. the way she presents herself is the way the it shows this location of starbucks and it is pretty damn good
Imagine being a grown adult and being so upset over a bear cup they would post baseless lies lmaooooooo. Anyway I always have a great experience here, Drinks are top notch and everyone is friendly and welcoming.
Recently stopped in this location to buy a cute Bear cup and unfortunately I wasn’t lucky enough to snag one.. I called corporate myself to ask if the location even was sent some to be sold.. upon speaking to staff and corporate I was told they were sent VERY limited quantities… now scrolling thru the reviews I see others were also unlucky as well… but to BLAME the store manager or staff as if they have ANY control over merchandise is crazy lol it’s a freaking CUP ppl im sure it’ll be others down the line.. I’ve seen ppl on here accusing staff of selling the cups on the side or hoarding them 😩🙄😂 yall must not know how businesses build up a WANT to increase foot traffic in stores and I feel this was another one of corporates ways of creating a “buzz” because it’s the holiday season and us consumers fall for it every time!! lol but some of yall need to touch grass more often 😂😂😂 yall crashing out over cups and giving this poor store such a bad reputation for no reason…
I love this Starbucks. The employees are awesome and never give me a problem when I ask for extra ice or an extra water for my daughter. The fact that Starbucks only sent them 3 bear cups is ridiculous and it’s corporate people should have an issue with, not with the employees or the owners of this store. Employees should have priority access, they deserve it because working with the public is very difficult, ESPECIALLY in massapequa.
New renovation looks beautiful, so much space to sit and enjoy a drink with friends. Manager is very kind. I know some of the reviews are bad about new baristas, but they’re learning. Be clear and communicate exactly what you want, and if you don’t get it, ask for help. Check your drink before you leave, and be respectful. You were new once too!!! Beautiful location and lovely staff
I love going to this starbucks! All of the employees are the sweetest, friendliest people and they always make the most amazing drinks!! Especially Chelsea, she sets a new standard for starbucks employees across the board. Give that girl a raise!!!!

Carlos is the best barista, always the first one to say good morning and quick to greet me with good vibes. My drink is never wrong and always perfect. His friendly, positive attitude in the morning definitely starts my day right. Honestly, I can’t go to another Starbucks because Carlos makes it different.
This was the first time I was in this Starbucks. Staff was quick and efficient. I was meeting a friend so I sat inside. Not a great environment. Seemed sticking, dark and overall not an inviting atmosphere. Maybe better to take your stuff to go. 👎
Granted they make good drinks. But the girl making the drinks looks miserable and walks around like she hates what she does. The girl taking orders doesn’t even seem like she wants to be there doesn’t greet customers nicely. It’s not a pleasant thing to walk too in the morning. You order a drink ahead of time expecting it to be ready when you get there and it never is.
Caramel Frappuccino without caramel I don’t care about her piercing in the nose and non-friendly attitude There’s always a homeless person there sleeping On the corner table Nasty people Who don’t want to work. They shouldn’t be in the Public service Business. Ask him where is the caramel he said oh do you want caramel on it? It’s a caramel Frappuccino. What do you think? I just left wasn’t worth arguing Go somewhere else if you can
The wait is always very long and 9/10 times my order is made incorrectly and doesn't taste good, which I cannot understand because I only ever get one drink.
Those reviews were not lies. I called as well at around 9pm before closing and they told me to come at 4am ish and we would be allowed to purchase first come first serve. When the 2 workers arrived, they told us waiting in line that they don't have any to sell because the store manager, which was an African American women, "had to fulfill her own orders" meaning she resold it herself for profits. It's not about the cup, its about lying and making us wait for hours giving us false hope. It's wrong and store manager scalping.
Store manager never gave the store the bear cups to display for customers to purchase. Lied to everyone who called in saying there were 2 in stock that will be available for purchase during opening. Time comes at opening and it was never there. She took them for order fulfillment. Probably resold it herself to make a buck.
Went there 15mins before closing, store manager told me the Bear cup were restocking and not available for purchase and to come back at 4:30am and we'll be able to buy. We went at 3:50am and when the employees came to open the door, they said the manager took the stock to "fulfill orders". They backdoored it and sold for profits themselves! No chance for us real customers. Manager needs to be investigated and fired!
Service extremely slow, 24 minute wait for a PSL. They were not busy by any means. Two customers ahead of me totaling 4 drinks. Even worse they didn’t even give a full cup, after looking, it was only 3/4 full. Very disappointing and would not go back.
I came here post-renovations, and wow they really made the place feel more sterile and less inviting. I placed an order on the app for two drinks and one was ready when I got there, but I had to wait 5+ minutes for the other (after placing it 10 minutes before I arrived). One of the drinks was fine, but the other (iced tea lemonade) was completely watered down and borderline tasteless. Not worth spending over 5 bucks for. All of this plus the location itself being lackluster with the parking lot being annoying to traverse makes me want to avoid this location. I would recommend going to the location on Sunrise Hwy in Seaford instead
