I was there today and they gave me a large coolatta when I asked for a small and they didn’t up charge me. I drove away before I even noticed it wasn’t the size I ordered lol, thank u guys so much! Also every other time I’ve been to this Dunkin, my order is never made wrong and the staff is super friendly! Love u guys!!

This really is one of the better dunkin's I've been to, and fortunately it's right around the corner. They seem to always be busy but never have too long of a wait so I can say that these workers are on top of their game and I have no complaints!

If it wasn't for Abby this afternoon at the window, I would have rated my visit a 2. The person who was filling my order didn't make the correct size coffees and when she went to correct it after Abby caught the error before giving the drinks to me, I watched the woman fill one with regular, and the second was to be decaf. I yelled from the window it was decaf. Abby went to her rescue to tell her and the woman got all annoyed and said "I don't want to be here ever." Quite frankly she should be gone. Bad customer service when someone gets mouthy regardless if directed to the customer or not. It also creates a very negative work environment for everyone around her. Abby was great - one could see her good work ethic and she was pleasant, smiling, looked me in the eye. Five stars are for her!!!

I went to dunkin today to just get a quick drink and wrap, when I came to the speaker, I had a quick conversation with a polite man and at the end he said that I was the only person to ask him how he was doing today! Even though no one has stopped to take a minute to ask him how he was doing, he still greets all of his customers with a smile! So thank you for your kindness Evan!! You made my day!

This place has very good food and drinks,but they sometimes mess up my drinks and food. I ordered tea and it tasted like coffee with no sugar,or creamer. I ordered a butter bagel they gave me a cream cheese bagel.

Not overcrowded. right off the main drag of mechanicsville. Is the lobby hours are 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. otherwise you need to go through the drive through. Good people fresh donuts.

Most of the staff are really sweet and they get your order right, unlike a lot of other locations!

As friendly as the staff is and knowing us and our order often before we even have to say anything, the quality is usually inconsistent. The coffee is not made the same way by each of the staff members. The food is on par with what you would expect from a Dunkin Donuts. A little disappointed at the company's decision to reduce the menu options. They should bring back the breakfast burritos.

Typically good service, however if your getting anything that needs to warmed up, like a sandwich, you must remind them to make it's cooked all the way through. I've received a warm sandwich with a frozen middle from several dunkin donut locations.

I keep trying to give this location chances but they never get my order right. Last time i went there they messed up my drink order my breakfast wrap and my muchkin order i didnt say anything about the munchkins because they were going to my daughter and she is just happy to have doughnuts. I will take the extra few minutes and drive to the mualta location.

This Dunkin just changed their world famous coffee into some undrinkable dredged hot water.

Ask for whipped cream twice and still didn't get it. Other coffees was good.

When we got to the front the lady took our card and then handed us two drinks and our card back. We waited for a second for our frozen drinks. When we asked about them she told us we did not order anything else and was very short with us. We asked to have them made and we would pay. She told us we had to drive back around order. The second time she hardly said a word. I understand people are short staffed, but there is no reason to be rude when there is a misunderstanding.

3 cream...3 sugar.. did we forget how to count? I am trying to think of how when someone orders 3 cream 3 sugar in their coffee, the individual ends up with 1 cream and 1 sugar.. 🤯

My friend ordered a strawberry donut and they gave her a chocolate donut. She got the dough and the bag got all the toppings. I’m really not sure how that even happened or why the donut was so warm in the store for that to happen.

The will get annoyed when you sit there because she forgot the rest of your order. This has happened multiple times. Don’t just throw whatever in the bag. Ask people and offer an alternative. Second, watery iced coffee in a row I've received from Dunkin' Donuts, and it was two different locations. Their new slogan should be "Dunkin' Disappoints." Other than donut runs for my son, time to switch to Stewart's and Cumberland Farms for good. Those two are cheaper anyway...

I arrived and I was waiting 15 minutes to order and absolutely no one saw me or even they said something I don’t know if the staff is racist since I’m Muslim I hope you do something with the attitude of these guys.

Happened today 5/5/19 Went in for 2 coffees one large hot with cream and 1 med icedwith cream Guy comes over with two medium hot coffees. I explain one is a large hot and one is a medium iced. He fixes the hot coffee by pouring the medium into a large cup and filling the rest up with cream. Coffee was not drinkable-threw it out and went to Stewart’s down the road. Brought iced coffee out with all creamer and slammed it on the table as if I was in the wrong.

My boyfriend went this morning and ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and they couldn’t even get that right. $12 for 1 sandwich that was NOT OURS and the other was a bagel that you could not bite in to.like that wasn’t bad enough when he called to complain, the manager could only apologize said he was new and they wouldn’t even offer a replacement

The other was cold...like see the grease cold! 2 orders of hashbrown...one cooked to the point of being unedible the other order also cold! Then they didn't put my omelet bites in the bag...when told her at the window we still needed the omelet bites...she looked at me like I was lying and told me to "look in the bag". Ummm....I did you cocky little snot. You forgot to put them in the f'n bag!! Let me remind you there were no other customers inside or out!!! Wow...
