We had dinner at this restaurant. The quality of the food was excellent, everything was delicious and the fish was fresh. The location was beautiful. The only downside was the service, which was very slow and unprofessional, especially the maître d', who was not at all courteous.

I visited this restaurant in August with two friends, and we had a wonderful meal: three excellent appetizers, two first courses, and one second course. The tuna tartare and grilled fish were excellent. The other courses were also really good.

I'm giving one star because I can't review it otherwise, but if I could, I would have given it zero. I booked with The Fork about a week ago because I was going to be near Santa Margherita Ligure and wanted to celebrate a friend's birthday. Well, today at 4:30 pm the reservation was cancelled, so the evening was ruined and we don't have a reservation for this evening. I wrote to the owner and he told me that something unexpected happened, a technical problem, and they won't be opening, and I almost felt guilty for getting angry. But I had a doubt, so I called to make a reservation and they told me they were closed tonight because they open based on reservations. What a joke! They could have said that right away, so at least one person wouldn't be left stranded, and above all, if they wanted to, they could risk it. BE CAREFUL, BECAUSE THIS RESTAURANT OPENS BASED ON RESERVATIONS, AND YOU COULD BE stranded IF YOU ORGANIZE AN EVENING!!!

I went with a friend who is celiac. Before booking, we called to make sure and asked if there was anything gluten-free (they replied that they had practically everything, including pasta and flour for mixed fried food). We arrived and they had nothing except a marinara risotto, so you'd expect it to taste like fresh fish, but instead it all seemed frozen. We sat down at 8:30 PM, and by 9 PM we were out, having already paid the bill... How can fresh fish be cooked in such a short time?

Terrible.....two first courses, one of which arrived frozen.....we sat down at 8.30pm and got up at 11pm....an hour just waiting for the bill.

It seems strange to me, given that we spoke at length with both the only maître d' and your exquisite and kind receptionist. After all, that Sunday evening dinner, we had the room all to ourselves. The fact that you question my presence in your restaurant also qualifies the whole thing. Thank you.
