Pretty fun, had pretty good food and the service was ok. However, the place itself was really nice and not that busy, and although we had a big group staff was kind. As for the food, garlic bread was great, would recommend. The build your own was also really good, and they let us split and everything. 8/10!

We ordered Veggie Pizza and garlic twists and it was ready in 15 mins. Both were good in taste. My kids loved the garlic twists. Looks like they don't have air-conditioning. We were sweating badly since the outside temperature is very high.

Their sauce is truly all American in that it’s sweeter than many but might be a bit sweeter than people prefer. But their quality overall is solid. I feel it’s important to give credit where it’s due especially for these chains that are actually making an observable effort to be better. So the 5 starts are in context of this genre / category of pizza. Obviously I won’t compare this to elite tier pizza places like Cheeseboard in Berkeley but as a night time accompaniment for some honest to goodness grub it’s solid.

I have been ordering here for years. Unfortunately, this is the closest to our place, so we are stuck with the bad service. I'm not sure if there are any major upsides to this place other than the convenient location. Here are the issues: 1. The pizz is always inconsistent. You never seem to get the same pizza, although the order is exactly the same every week. 2. When they mess up the pizza and you infor them of the missing ingredients or the wrong pizza, they have zero ownership and the worst customer service. Hope you never have to deal with this because the manager and the person making the pizza will try their best to call you a liar and try every gimmic in the book to not take responsibility. Best of luck when you order here. You will need all the luck you can get.

Good pizza but not very good manager. Well I understand that these are tough times but the manager has to keep it together. Being rude to your customer ain’t gonna cut it. I was ordering over $50 orders every other day until we started experiencing a drop in quality. My food usually comes piping hot due to fast delivery driver ( will add his name later) but the last few times under a certain manager, my orders were like warm, under-cooked, doughy, missing extra paid toppings and also lacking toppings in general. After calling in to make some requests, I realized the problems occur when assistant manager "Binesh" or "Dinesh" is on shift He is clearly a disgruntled worker who is lacking in customer service skills often arguing with the customer and purposely making pizzas poor quality with little toppings and very under cooked. His English skills are poor and create a barrier when trying to ask questions and order. He is also a liar who may need more training because he just outright lied saying this location does not deliver to my address which clearly they do if he checked my number in the system like they are supposed to do.. he also lied saying the restaurant was supposed was not allowed to remake the same pizza I paid for extra toppings and it was not included...he wanted to give me a basic 1 toppings when I paid for a premium pie with additional toppings. Replacement items were also incorrect. It is sad that the other manager Sonny who is a skilled prep cook and a professional manager who listens and resolves issues when necessary has to have a negligent teammate to sabotage his stellar service. I will no longer be ordering from this location if that other manager continues with sub par customer service skills, poor food preparation, and keeps being aggressive in his communication skills. I strongly urge the owners to find a replacement in order to improve operations for all people interested in making this their go to pizza spot. I just decided after a phone call with the manager that I will be ordering from elsewhere tonight. $70 loss due to poor service and just not wanting to do the job right....

I paid for an XL New York Style Pizza, they sold me a Large Hand tossed style pizza & just put it in a XL box. I went back to the store for them to remake or refund it, they argued with me, instead of owning up to their failed deceit & did nothing. Also when you pay for extra toppings & they put even less than normal, it's like they're spiting the customer for even asking for what they paid for.

It's soo so service and overall everything. Customer service is not great. Doesn't carry plates, cheese packets & Crush pappers. Almost all customers needed especially when they are having big get together at home or at the company lunch or home party dinner. Bad management customer service rude answers when asked. Mostly customers ask for Red Crush peppers, Cheese Packets & plates. But they don't serve these. Pretty weird to customers. Every Pizza place carry these small necessary items. Which are very important to almost all customers. Pretty Weird.

We ordered a pineapple pizza with cheese, and there was barely any cheese at all. Felt like pineapple with tomato paste bread.

Pizza is consistently over cooked with far fewer veggies than standard for Domino’s, especially for that high of a price. However, the sides (especially the cinnamon ones) are delicious, and it’s worth ordering from here just for those. The location is also decently clean.

So I don’t live in the area I’m visiting; so we got back late to our hotel with the kiddos and they were hungry so I placed an order online for delivery. The manager called to say “yeah, we’re not doing this order. It depends on the restaurant and we’re not going to do this” I asked if the online hours were correct thinking maybe it was my error but he said “no they’re correct it just depends on the restaurant”. Basically, because they’re franchised they think it’s appropriate to provide terrible customer service. I feel bad for the bad name they’re giving domino’s, they should really be careful who they sell rights too. Don’t order from here! Incorrect order received (ordered toppings and sauce missing, incorrect toppings and sauce added). Manager did not take responsibility and defiantly asked to take it up with customer care. This has happened more than once and hence spending time on submitting a review. Not cool!

Ordering for the first time in this new home location. Ordering online a bit clunky but I managed. Went to pick up and front personnel more enamored with visitor rather than paying customer (me). After waiting for about 5 minutes, front personnel realizes I'm here to pick up my order. I give him my name but doesn't know what to do next. Locates my order and hands them to me. I ask about red pepper flake and he can't find them. Asks crew and they are out. I ask if they are out permanently or will they be getting more. He has no clue what I'm asking about. Re-phrase question and still confused. At least they got my order correct. Added: seeing other reviews about this location, I'm just wondering why corporate or at least the district office doesn't do something. Oh, shortage of workers in all segments of this economy.

Horrible staff/manager. Increased prices, less toppings, and terrible overall attitude. We’ve been ordering from here for years but are going to switch to the San Jose one now. Agree with everyone else saying this place has gone completely downhill since the pandemic started. No napkins, plates, or red pepper flakes ever even for large catering orders where they’re specifically requested in advance. Owner just cheaping out everyone on every metric even though the store’s desolate at all times. Place is also dirty with no chairs on the inside.

AVOID this place. The service is poor, and the male staff member taking orders was rude and disrespectful to me and my younger boy. This is my first-ever review. I’m writing to warn others about the terrible customer service I experienced. I canceled my order after witnessing his behavior. I can only imagine the food quality matches the service attitude.

Have been getting take out orders at this location for years but service and food quality has gone down the drain. Recently ordered pasta bowls for the kids and what used to be a delicious bowl filled with vegis is now plain Mac n cheese. To top it, the quantity is reduced to half of what they used to give previously and the price increased by 30%. There are better pizza places around, with better quality ingredients that I will be giving my business to going forward.

Subject: Unacceptable Customer Experience – Request for Apology and Resolution I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your Domino's store located at 100 Dixon Road, Milpitas, CA 95035. I placed an order on Monday, October 14, 2024, at 7:32 PM, and received a notification by 8:00 PM that my order was complete and ready for pickup. However, my experience at the store was far from satisfactory. When I arrived to collect my order, I was met with unprofessional and dismissive behavior from a female employee. Not only was she visibly irritated, but when she couldn’t locate my order, she rudely suggested I take someone else’s order instead. This was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. The situation worsened when another employee acknowledged that my order had been mishandled, and they began preparing it only after I had already been waiting for a significant amount of time. Throughout this ordeal, the first employee made light of the situation, giggling while I waited. It was not until 8:30 PM that I finally received the two medium pizzas I had originally ordered. At no point did I receive an apology for the inconvenience or the unacceptable delay. I spent over 30 minutes beyond the expected pickup time waiting for my order, with my child waiting in the car. The lack of professionalism and the dismissive treatment I experienced is simply unacceptable. I am requesting a formal apology from the employee for the poor customer service and a resolution for the time I lost and the disrespect shown. I order pizza for the second time in one day. The first time was a success. The second time not so much. I ordered at 10:11. And I received a notification at 1032 that the pizzas were leaving. Which was great. The vehicle did not appear to leave the store for 15 minutes. After that, a notification came through saying it would be dropping off other deliveries before mine. Keep in mind, I am located only 3.2 miles away. The driver went to another location. 6 miles away from my delivery spot first. Food for thought, the red light the driver had to turn at to go the opposite direction of me is .5 miles from my delivery spot. Nonetheless, pizza finally arrived at 11:04. Not totally bad, but a little cold. Problem is delivery fee is $5.50 here. So I called the store and tried to say, next time if there is a back up on deliveries, let me know and I can save the delivery charge and have someone pick it. (I wasn’t physically at the delivery spot the pizza was for my employees) the manager got a serious attitude and cut me off multiple times. Not overly concerned about the delivery time. But when you send me a text saying the pizza is 8 minutes away, and it takes 35, let me know and I save the money and the time to send one to get it. Pizza is decent enough to order again from there. Manager is terrible.

I ordered large pizza with 5 veg toppings. When I got back home with the pizza and opened, It has completely different topping and had chicken. Called back to report and they asked me to pay $5 for delivery. After so much discussion the manager said they will deliver after 30 min and when I requested to expedite since kids were waiting for dinner, she asks “do you want it or not ?” She was rude and cut the call. If possible avoid this shop. I will never go back to this store.

Rude Customer Service. Never pay attention, we order something and they get something and says they can’t cancel because it was billed.. what’s the order again… just soft drinks… are you kidding? Can’t they change order? We ordered veg pizza and got chicken pieces in the pizza.. this is for the third time… and when we called them to ask about it, they said it is not Domino’s .. we called 4 times.. every time same answer except for first time. The most filthiest branch of dominos! No quality and this crust pizza was like a thin layer of hard roti/tortilla with so little cheese and tasteless sauce. Bunch of non experienced employees make the pizza with no clue of what they are doing with poor ingredients!! Customers service is zero in this outlet!!! Horrible taste and smell!!!! Yuckkkkkkk

Order never arrived after an hour, but the tracking web page says order completed. Call them but no one picked up for another hour on speaker. The phone system also says order completed. Website does not give refund. Instead it offers reward points but you have to give up your personal information by creating an account on their broken website that has no security. There is no call center service for trouble shooting. It's a scam. No, it's worse than scam. Never returning.

You go in to pick up something you ordered on the app, and no one bothers to help you for ages. By the way, their app sells your personal data. If you want to stop them from doing that, good luck—it's nearly impossible.

Never come here. I had a 30 pizza order, made the day before and confirmed by phone, and when I went to pick up (15 minutes before the pick up time), they hadn’t even started to make it. Their excuse was even more deplorable. They thought it would be ok to accuse me of calling earlier and changing the pick up date which I did not do. Then asked me if I had wings in that order... if they said I called and confirmed my order, don’t you think they would know I didn’t order wings? So instead of just saying we made a mistake, they thought it would be good to blame the customer for a mistake they made. I complained to corporate and I got a call from the store a few days later. Again they changed up the story about what happened. This time they misplaced the tags for the pizza. They offered me a couple of pizzas but never followed through with their offer. Don’t order from here. They will screw you over and blame you for their mistake, then completely flake when they promise to try to make it right. I love Dominos and order from the store near my house all the time. I will NEVER go back to this location.

It took 90 minutes to receive my order, I understand it was a busy night as I had to call after my pizza had not been delivered after 1 hour. My. Pizza box was smashed it was not closed properly because the damage box and it was not even sliced it was a whole pizza not cut on top of that the delivery guy dropped it off was a mess. I spoke with Nikki who apologized and said I would get a full refund which I appreciate it however, I will never order from this Domino’s ever again

He arrogantly tried to justify by saying handmade pizzas are thick and likely to be under cooked. Which is wrong for the fact that i eat only handmade pizza at dominoes for years. First he said give me the proof for a refund and when i sent him the pictures through email he straight away refused to refund stating bring the pizza to the store. This store is a big no no for any and every pizza lovers. Worst experience ever!!!!

Pizza delivery guy decided to go home and not tell the oncoming shift that he had a delivery so I'm guessing he just took my pizza home. Second time was ok. Third time. He tossed the pizza on the ground. It Looks like crumpled up paper. My biggest question is how. How does the pizza end up in one corner of the box? How are you driving? I absolutely do not do curry at all whatsoever. I literally didn’t even eat the food. I called to ask them why they put curry in my food. They said there’s no curry in my food. Curry has a very distinctive smell for me it is not pleasant at all in anyway don’t add to something that doesn’t need adding to. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I even Ordered…. And here’s the kicker they got an attitude with me because they messed up my order. They were upset with me because I didn’t want their disgusting food. I don’t even want a refund please if you read reviews do not order from Domino’s on Dixon Landing do yourself a favor.

What is the point of being listed on any delivery app if you are not going to deliver?!?! You won’t even deliver to a place one full block from you??? I’m trying to send my nephews a pizza while my disabled brother, who is a single parent by the way, is laying in bed after being in a bad car accident. I put in the exact address on Uber Eats for it to poop up local business that will deliver to that location. Your location says it does but when I placed the order, it showed order received, the money came out of my o account and then 5 minutes before estimated delivery time, the order gets cancelled. But that payment is still pending from my account though. I barely make ends meet as it is and I had $40 left in my account, so now I can’t even order food for them anymore because that order that YOU cancelled is still pending on my account. Take yourselves off of Uber Eats if you won’t deliver to where you say you are going to deliver to!!!

Coming from a person with a strong stomach and havent thrown up in 8 years. I am disgusted. I cant imagine someone sensitive or a child or senior will probably end up in emergency room or even die!
