I recently dined at Wayback Burgers in Milpitas and was thoroughly impressed by the food taste and quality! And the impeccable service of their employees! Also, I recognize the owner was very careful about their customers! It's a very clean and organized environment, and my toddler boy enjoyed the burger for the first time! Well done for great work, and keep it up! I highly recommend, especially to those who are looking for halal food! I will be coming back! Thank you so much.

Quaint little restaurant off the beaten path. I would pass by this place all the time when getting my Starbucks fix. Finally decided to try it out while staying at a nearby Springhill suites and immediately got hooked! The portions are good size & always freshly cooked. This is my 2nd time here & got the chicken BLT. YUMMMM! Staff is friendly and both times I stopped in it was quiet. Definitely worth your time & money!

Went in early today to try them out for the first time. They had some technical difficulties which made the whole experience pretty long but they did try and it happens so it is what it is. Food wise I'll say the sides are good, especially the chili cheese curds but the burgers did lack seasoning. Not bad though so might be worth a visit if near by.

Ordered the A1 burger and chili cheese tots. Food was made to order, fresh and hot. Oreo Milkshake was freshly made too. Much better burger than "other" places nearby. Stop in and give them a try.

Everything was absolutely amazing from the customer service to the food. The place was clean, the staff was kind, and there was even lemon water to serve yourself with! When I tell you even the water was good lol I mean it. Also, it was a huge bonus for me that they had beef bacon for the burgers, no pork! If I could give 100 stars, I would.

First of all, the ambience is great. The customer service from Raza and Shanna was topnotch, they both made sure that we were doing okay while dining in and made us feel comfortable while we’re eating the yummy burgers that we ordered. The food was awesome, it’s fresh and it taste sooooo good!! the burgers are juicy and tender, the veggies are fresh and made to order. It is also our first time here and it did not dissapoint. we will definitely come back. I ordered the double bacon and my husband ordered the bourbon bacon and the fried pickles.

Forget about Mc Donald’s visit here. Their food is totally amazing when I ate for the first time I fell in love with it completely that I have been coming here for more than a year. We tried the Cajun and Ghost Pepper Burgers, along with Buffalo Tenders and 2 Milkshakes. Everything was good, including the fries. The sauces, bun and meat ratio was perfect. Staff is friendly and place is nice and clean. Nothing else can be asked for. Also, its Halal.

Wayback Burgers is hands-down one of the best burger spots around! The burgers are always fresh, juicy, and perfectly cooked, with real old-school flavor you can taste in every bite. The fries are hot and crispy, the shakes are amazing, and the quality is consistently excellent. On top of that, the staff is friendly, fast, and professional, making the whole experience even better. This place truly delivers classic American burgers done right. Highly recommended—Wayback never disappoints!

Food was really yummy! I got the philly cheesesteak and the cajun burger and it tasted great! The milkshakes look really good too, will definitely try it next time. I recommend this place!

This restaurant seems to be quite empty when I walked in and rarely any cars from outside, but shouldn't judge the place with what's described. This restaurant is so underrated, which I don't know why, but it seemed to be a good place to eat. It quite looks nice inside despite no customers dining in there. Anyways, the guy who took my order and prepped it seems to be new since the employees and possibly the manager were guiding him. The food didn't look bad for someone who seems to be new here. The fries were not too salty, but are kind of soggy. The burger tasted delicious though. There's only two Bay Area locations: Milpitas and Concord. More in the Sacramento region. Many at the eastern side of the US.

I’m a regular at this location since they first opened almost a decade ago food was always good and I love their menu my favorite was always the cheese curds but today I ordered and the cheese curds been so over fried all the cheese was over fried and outside of the shells Very disappointing to get cheese curds without any cheese in them and not just one more than half the order

Most bland burger I have ever had. I asked for extra mushrooms and there was literally 2 slices of mushrooms. My shake had to have been made when I placed my order but long before my burgers were done. My shake was room temperature at best and the whipped cream was just slime across the top. Staff were rude, unhelpful and all seem like they hate it there. Fried pickles were ok, but they were so unbelievably greasy. They could at least line the paper box with a liner to keep the greasy from soaking through. We won’t go back. Very unfortunate since it’s walking distance. Also Kids meal came with exactly 10 French fries. French fries were stone cold and tasted like they had been either double cooked or just cooked in old grease. Very disappointing.

Luckily we were first in line, because the 3 orders after us took 15 minutes EACH to make. Cook was grilling one order of burger patties at a time instead of knocking all orders out at once and there was no urgency in his demeanor. We watched as we ate and it was quite entertaining.

I’m genuinely disappointed. The food quality was terrible. The burger was completely overcooked and dry, the bun wasn’t toasted at all, and the vegetables were so wet they made the bun soggy. Nothing about it was enjoyable. The fries were a complete disgrace — either limp and undercooked or so overcooked they crunched like potato chips. There was no consistency and no care. We had been coming to this place for years but stopped because the previous ownership let the food quality go downhill. When the new owners took over, we decided to give it another chance. At first, it was great — but unfortunately, it didn’t last. The quality has steadily declined, and it’s clear the person behind the grill doesn’t know how to cook a proper burger. This visit was the final straw for me. Sadly, I will not be returning to this establishment again.

Took almost 25 minutes for 2 simple burgers a fry and tater tots, and food was only warm when we received it like it had been sitting for a while. Since it took almost 25 minutes my lunch time was wasted had to rush back to work and couldn't even eat, should have gone to McDonald's instead, terribleeee terribleee
