My granddaughter loves taco Bell. Our experience is always great. It's bright, clean dining room and bathroom.

The food is very fresh, and kiosk orders make ordering quick, easy, and versatile.

I've never had taco bell! so I was Glad tonight I could try it! , i ordered a beef burrito and chicken burrito . chicken was a little spicy and I'm not a fan of spicy but it was still good!. cinnamon twists were yummy! I definitely will come back to this location! love the new stuff and location! cashiers/workers were helpful and nicee! I had a good dinner!

I didn't like it before because of the attention they gave to their clients. but lately I love going to taco bell because they have a great team and there is always a hispanic guy who helps us with everything

This Taco Bell is very well laid out with ordering kiosks and tables. The prices have definitely gone up. Food quality was what you would expect. I ordered via mobile. The order was ready quickly and there were no mistakes except for missing one of the sauces I asked for.

This location has been open for a short time, but sadly it seems like the the employee's have no idea what one another are doing and I'm always missing something if I go though the drive-thru.

I learned that when ordering via the kiosk and selecting to pay with cash, they will not prepare your order until you have paid. Of course, there was no one at the cashier to interact with when I was ready to pay.

Prepare to wait FOREVER for them to prepare your food. Unbelievable how long it takes them.

As with any drive through order something always goes wrong.

The quality of the food is not good, specially the beans pizza and rolls.

When she messed up the order and we asked for the items she forgot, she had the nerve to roll her eyes at us and not even offer an apology, handing us the food as if we were an inconvenience to her. I understand mistakes happen, but we were the only ones there and only ordered three items…an apology or any ounce of remorse could have been offered.

Says open at 8am. No one there. Says it closes at 2am. At 1am, place is closed. Go to the one on 202 in Yorktown. They are great there. Mohegan Lake store is trrrraash. Rude employees too. thumbs DOWN!!!

Concerning how slow they are

DON'T ORDER AHEAD!!!! They don't even ask as much as name, just put the food out for anyone to take, and take your food they will. I've literally been in their store/parking lot for 30 minutes. Next time I'm making a large order at the drive thru and holding up the line for it. I'm still in the store making this review. Reason food was 1 star is I never got it to try it.

Ordered by uber eat, order always reported, slowness never seen before, after more than 1 hour of reporting, forced to cancel the order and lose the money. Avoid if you want to eat one day

The workers dont know how to make the food properly. Cant go to this location anymore cause its just a waste a money couldnt even eat the tacos cause they put all the sour cream on one side so all the tacos got soggy and fell apart. And they didnt put the cheese on the outside of the cantina chicken quesadilla dont go to this location its just a waste of money

Employees seem to need more training to make to food properly. Food wasn't very appetizing and looked rushed. I recommend going to the one on Crompond Rd (Rt 202) if you want Taco Bell

Luckily we have 2 other Taco Bell’s within a 7 mile radius that do actually pay attention to the order and so we’ll be patronizing them!

What’re you waiting for?’ And gave me a nasty attitude. Overall, it is a well designed restaurant, but the employees need to work on their attitudes.

I love taco bell. But I'm beginning to think the people that work the drive through don't know what making an order supreme means. When I go myself, I go inside to order. And the order generally comes out correctly. When my husband goes, he usually goes to the drive through and it has come out wrong the last 4 to 5 times he's ordered. He has shown me the receipts and pictures of the screen that show he orders it correctly. Maybe they don't care to get drive through orders correct since people don't check them before leaving. I don't know, but paying extra this many times for something we aren't getting... we'll just go somewhere else next time to actually get what we pay for.

We also had a customer, who was behind our car, come out to ask us if anyone worked at the drive through. Bad service with no explanation why they were late (and they were pretty empty inside the shop, so that wasn’t it, and we had no cars in front of us when we came). Go do a different Taco Bell.

Food was as expected. The service was slow. The order was incomplete I had to ask for items that were in my order but somehow missing when I received the food. There were 3 kids in the dinning area that were completely out of control bouncing off the walls. I rather drive to the location at 202 if it means a peaceful dinning area free of kids with no manners
