Well, I just ordered from this location and now I know that one of the workers is biting their nails around the food. I was eating the loaded chicken and had this disgusting experience. Needless to say, I’m never ordering from here again and I recommend you check your food before eating.

The employee that it was there today did a very good job of explaining everything and good service good pizza too it was memorial holiday when I went😎👍

Amazing service!! I ordered a pizza and wings but I never expected to have such a great experience. Humberto the delivery guy was such a nice guy. George, the guy that took my order, was diligently efficient. I had worked a long day as a nurse at and all I wanted was some food , but these guys were amazing. I have had horrible experiences with this food chain. The last pizza I ordered was on Ceaser Chavez and the pizza was raw and disgusting. ALL this changed when I went to this Dominoes pizza on Atlantic! I ordered the stuffed crust and it was AMAZING!!! Absolutely delicious! Will be coming back for sure!!!! 😋

This has been my always been my favorite go to for Domino's Pizza for year's. The food is always hot and fresh... The staff and cook's have always been courteous to make sure that my orders are to my satisfaction. Thank you for many year's of great tasting Pizza and chicken.

I like coming here for a quick pizza. Domino's usually has deals and that makes my meal very affordable. My only complaint is that they don't have a lot of parking spaces so I may need to park in the street occasionally.

Pizza was good. Only issue was that I specifically put in the instructions for 1 uncut pizza but they failed to check. Maybe a quick call after you place order online for special instructions.

They promoted a 7 items pizza. When I received my pizza. The box was wet around the edges and the bread was soft under cook. Their reason because the box is wet because of the garlic oil. Did the oil drifted out from the pizza? I don't even taste the garlic? Dei hired no customer service. Won't order from this branch again. I have a driver $5 TIP. I Should of open the box. I realize why the box ŵas not sturdy.

Last time we ordered from dominos the pizza was amazing. This time was good too except are order was wrong when i called to say our pizxa was wrong the girl on the phone started arguing with me about our pizza! When i said no this is not what we ordered then she offered a new one like she was doing me a favor?? We were home in our pj's ready to watch tv when this happened and my husband said I'm not going out again it's not worth it. Becareful where u order ur pizza from!

I love the pizza, however the staff is always in a rush. I went to order a pizza and no one wanted to help me. One guy asked if i was here for a pick up? I said no i need to order. So that guy said he will help you. Next guy same question and i responded the same. He passed me to the next guy.. so disappointing. I ordered my pizzas. And paid, and when it was time to pick up the guy just put my pizza on counter and said bye! Didnt check them didnt ask if i needed anything. I checked them because last time i was given the wrong pizza. Over all pizza was good but service needs improvement.

I’m not sure if it’s due to the new recipes Domino’s is using, but one of the pizzas was extremely greasy. On top of that, it wasn’t hot enough when it arrived. Good customer service but the pizza took forever even though I had placed it through their website and when I finally get it it's missing a part of a piece. Like 1/5 of a slice is not there AND it was poorly made. Never going back there again

Not very good. I live maybe 4 min from there but it comes cold and the crust has gotten soft since it actuslly steams in those bags meant to keep it warm. Amount of toppings almost nothing. I only order when i cant go out or cook.

If I could rate a zero I would! Horrible customer service with incompetent employees and a horrid manager to lead. Every time I come manager is on his rear in his alleged office. Employees take up all parking leaving no space for customers. When ordering make sure that your order is repeated. Unfortunately when they forward you over to another employee they don't have the common knowledge to forward your order. Complete incompetence here. Dominos quality and food selection is getting better unfortunately they're staff intellect is degrading. Not coming here anymore... Better of driving to Fast 5 in Montebello.

I ordered a pizza at night waited 40 minutes for the delivery, but it wasn't delivered. In the meantime, I didn't get any phone calls from them. Then I called them, and I was told that I can get my refund and a free pizza the next day by a waitress, whose name is Jill. Another waitress answered my call the day after, and told there is no free pizza for me. My point is that send a msg or make a phone call to your customer if you cannot deliver your pizza. Don't let your customers waiting for 40 minutes. And if you can't give people free pizzas, don't tell them you will, please!

first of all, I love dominos and always order from you guys. But today I had a really bad experience with customer service at the monterey park branch when i wanted to surprise my mother in law with pizza. I ordered online and payed with my card, but the delivery man would not give the pizza to her at her house since she needed to show the ID matching the card, which she obviously couldn't. The delivery man took the pizza back and I called the manager Crystal, where she was very rude about it and making us look stupid for not knowing about the policy. She continued to be very unfriendly and gave my wife and me attitude. I understand that's a policy she can't affect, but the way she handled it was very poor and unprofessional. Will not order from this dominos ever again.

Absolutely terrible!!! Waited around for an hour periodically checking my app to meet the driver outside, only to find out the driver they put as our driver was not the one that had our order, so the guy that had our order just left even though we were outside trying to figure it out with the other driver. So mad right now, absolutely terrible service. Thanks for making me wait an hour for nothing!! You guys should really update your staff to people who actually know what they are doing

Bad experience with crystal gomez! We love dominos usually from our location... my mother who is legally blind wanted pizza but lives in Monterey park, so we decided to send her one as a surprise! The delivery driver gets there and refuses to leave the pizza because my husband wasn't there to present his credit card( I understand the policy), but it was Crystal's attitude about it when I called in. She was very rude and had a "matter of fact" tone and told me actually this policy makes sense. Yeah, I know it makes sense, but understand the context of why we're upset and provide good customer service. I was not upset at the policy I am upset at the way she handled the situation. Horrible experience and my poor mom doesn't have lunch!

No napkin, condiment. Pizza crust tastes burnt. My gift card has only 38 cents left, but they refused my request to cash it out. Customer can cash out any gift card if the value is under $10, it’s the LAW! I will file a complaint with the regulator.

So I ordered the app for my food and no contact delivery. I SPECIFICALLY asked to not ring the door bell. If I can give this place zero stars I would. Not only did the delivery person, Ismael, rang the door bell, he rang it a few times. After ringing the doorbell, he started pounding the door non stop for a few minutes. It woke my neighbor's newborn up and it woke our 1 year old from a nap.

Ordered at 12:45 for my lunch at work. I only have 1 hour to eat my lunch, so I figured with the given time of 20-30 minutes to get my food, I'd start eating at 1:15. The Dominos "tracker" showed that it was out for delivery at roughly 1:10. 20 minutes later.. nothing. I call the Dominos number and a lady picks up. She asks me what address I'm at and tells me that her driver left 5 minutes ago and he should be there shortly. Is this Dominos branch afraid of corporate noticing how slow they are at making and delivering a medium pizza that they had to put in the system that it's out for delivery when it's not?! Never ordering here again. Not to mention the person that picked up hung up on me after I sounded displeased with the speed of delivery. Customer service at its worst.

Came in order 10 minutes out and they tell me theres 14 minutes left. So I wait and same wait until the status is ready. When it becomes ready they tell me. The status meter isn’t accurate it’s going to be another 5 minutes now I’m writing this review because it’s 10 minutes and counting. Orginally from Seattle and never had this problem ruined dominos as a whole for me now. Don’t waste your money here!! No customer service!

They took forever to deliver food(almost an hour) when its less then 5 mins away ... it was cold when it got here.. and they didn't give us any napkins.. and then the garlic stuff they put on the crust they didn't even brush it in it was made sloppy.. And my husband ordered a Philly cheese steak sandwich and the bread was too hard..

I love dominos pizza but at this location in Monterey Park, their customer service is not good. They make you feel like your just another customer and demeanor is bad. I literraly have to go to a different dominos pizza due to a couple of these experiences , even though this one is 3 minutes away from me. I ask about carry out large special on separation occasions and they say they ONLY have large 5 topping for like 10.99. Was trying to get large carry out special or 2 carry out large specials as promoted for dominos for $7.99 each and they say they don’t have that. I called multiple different locations and they all have these specials. Their answer is just” well that’s what the manager said and we have” . Rediculous.

This place doesn't seem to take orders correctly. Be detailed and they still get it wrong 9 out of 10 times literally. And they under cooked pizza numerous time causing my child to have very bad stomach issues . This place is not good. Always something .

This girl was doing my pizza she was licking her fingers and eating her own pizza it was gross . And her co-worker , he was doing the same thing. Where in the world is the manager. Worst experience at this location. In Alhambra is beautiful

Hope they can do better. This is my favorite store. But it was second or third time they said just had to remake a new one for some reason even their app notified me pizza was ready.

I use to work at a corporate store back in the days. Before all domino's in so cal became franchises. I ordered pizza carry out a few days ago....you know that 2 mediums for 5.99 each deal...and its rare when I order pizza from a place I used to work for. But I can tell they are using small dough balls and stretching them to make medium pizzas. Its quiet sad that money rules franchises. Cut them corners y'all.

Had place an order online for pick up half banana peppers but ended up getting like 80% banana peppers and little to no cheese on the other half. Only two of the slices had no banana peppers, 15minutes has passed and still have not received the remade pizza I’ve asked for

I give one star to the domino's pizza because they are very selfish not give you enough for one portion I ordered large Philly stake pizza and hope I coud eat for my lunch and dinner but I can not find any stake on my salty pizza and the restrooms are not open to public, for the food you need to eat by hand you do not have anything to clean your hand or for delivery guy they need a restrooms after long hours drive there is no place to go to restrooms, or they have to make another stops somewhere else, What is wrong with this company are they humans and think about the community? Do you understand we are not dogs or cats? Even if I like your pizza and little more than other place but I not going to order any more because of that. How the food administration let any place operate like this no place to wash your hand?

I ordered 5 pizzas, 3 of them were supposed to be thin crust, but they were all the same. All of them were 2 toppings, but still one of the pizza was just cheese. If they didn't have ingredients, they should have told. I was expecting as per order and when I checked, so disappointed. 2 of pizzas were correct. 3 were made incorrectly.

Even though we received a notification saying it was ready for pickup. The associate said they would bring out our order to the curbside when it was ready. But as they made us wait for our order, we noticed that the associate just left our order on the counter. But didn’t bother to let us know it was ready or bring it out. And when we came in to receive our order we had asked how long it was left there? The associates on duty didn’t respond, but acted if they were was “busy”.. Note, there were no pending orders and such, and all the associates were doing were talking and laughing. And when we asked for the customer service number, none of the associates would give us the number. One of them acting as the “manager on duty”; was even asking what could they do? But again, note, this associate wasn’t even a manager at all. He went from saying he was one, to the manager wasn’t there? Overall, really bad experience there at the store. Management or corporate need to better train their employees.
