I appreciate this Wendy's location. Their service is quick, and in my experience, they have only made one mistake with my order. The soda fountain offers a wide variety of flavors, which is a nice bonus.

For the veterans on Veteran's Day, they were letting me order any meal in their menu that morning. I would recommend this location for that.

We couldn't hear the cashier because she was repeatedly speaking to low. They gave us the wrong order and didn't want to correct it. Finally they did but it to an long disagreement. They assumed we were taking out our food when we dinned in. The food was good 👍 and the environment was clean.

Man, I hate how this branch is right on the side of busy Hesperian. It makes getting in and out quickly a little harder. That said, food is fresh and consistent. Service is likewise reliable. No complaints there! I love Frostys. :)

Drive thru service is standard drive thru service. No frills, as expected. My order was simple, so it was easy to get correct. Lines tend to go a bit slower at this location, and it's not the best area in town. Little bit awkward to get out of the parking lot😕 and turn around to go towards San Leandro, but that is the luck of the physical location. Nothing to do about it. Prices have definitely gone up and portions are decidedly smaller. Seems like fries are soggy at this Wendy's any time I come, but some people like that *shrugs*. It's chain fast food, and realizing that it won't be gourmet and lowering your expectations will make you happier in the end.

Worst time to go is Saturday night around 9pm. Once I was given my order, I took off and realized I forgot to do a quick inspection of my bags (I do this with all fast foods to make sure my food is all there). At the stop light I did a quick check and realized my baconnator burger was missing. I drove back and since the drive through line was long, I knocked at the door. After I told one of the workers I had a burger missing, they found my other bag sitting by the the drive through window. As a compensation, they through in a small fries. I checked everything again and I went home. Once home, the salad dressing for my salads were missing. I saw the pecans earlier and figured the sauce would be with it as well but nope. And, instead of forks, I was given spoons for my salad. The ranch sauce for my nuggets was replaced by a small packet of sour cream. I did however, have A LOT of napkins so that was a plus.

Check your burgers before you eat them. I ordered a Dave's double through their drive thru tonight 12/29/21 around 10pm. When I got home to start eating it. One of the two hamburger patties wasn't cooked very well. It was still RAW on the inside. (See attached photos ) l just took it out and ended up eating a version of the Dave's Single. I could have eaten them both because of hunger. I opted not to for health reasons. You'll never know. Unfortunately, I've trashed the receipt as evidence that I bought it at this location. They do have cameras for sure. 🙂

I ordered from Wendy's on July 12, 2025 total $19.22 for delivery by DoorDash. After waiting 1 hour order was cancelled. Called Wendy's for refund & they said call DoorDash. DoorDash after 3 calls said 100% would be refunded within 7-10 days which I then thought unfair as they debited my account right away yet I have to wait? RIDICULOUS!!!!!! TODAY is August 22nd & I keep calling Wendy's delivery support & keep getting nothing but apologies YET NO REFUND TODATE!!!! WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE? WENDYS & DOORDASH SUCK!!!!!!!!

Services was okay but to slow take in mind that there was only two costumers ahead of me plus you could hear the manager screaming at the employee the food was okay it will past if you just don't eat there

Just visited wendys second time I had to wait away from drive thru for like 10 minutes. No one else that pulled up to drive thru had to wait. Ordered 3 meals order number 3094 I ordered to two baconators. Got two Dave's doubles with a bunch of produce. Given no napkins no straws for my drink. If you don't want my business. Done want be coming here again
