While visiting my client in Morgan Hill, I stopped by to grab lunch at this location. First impression - Vey clean Dinning area with friendly staffs. Ordered grill chicken with black bean and veggie. All staffs greeted walk in customers. Very friendly and efficient. I decided to dine in. Every table and floor is as clean as you expect, even the fountain area. I would recommend this place and definitely will come back again!

I like this place a lot. The staffs are super friendly, food is good, and they have an outdoor area as well. I wasn’t sure if the place would be packed but it was not when we arrived on a weekday noon. Would recommend this Chipotle.

Chipotle is always good in my book, save for a few times. This one in Morgan Hill was just restocking the line, so the food was really fresh. It took several minutes, however, to be greeted and our order taken. The service was not friendly at all. Granted it was late, but it was still open for another hour and a half. The atmosphere was classic chipotle, but itnwas slightly uncomfortable bc one of the employees chose the table next to us to sit down and eat his food. No big deal, but he was on the phone the whole time and being quite loud. All in all the food was why we were there, and that was good!

Normally this place is like any other Chipotle which would be a good thing. Today the staff seemed like maybe they were new. The chips I received were saturated with oil and soggy. Not my best experience at a Chipotle. Luckily the rest of the food was good as usual!

Clean atmosphere. Food was good except veggies tasted like not cooked or seasoned well and we're flat tasting, took away from the rice and meat. Good chicken.

Chipotle is always good in my book, save for a few times. This one in Morgan Hill was just restocking the line, so the food was really fresh. The atmosphere was classic chipotle, but itnwas slightly uncomfortable bc one of the employees chose the table next to us to sit down and eat his food. No big deal, but he was on the phone the whole time and being quite loud. All in all the food was why we were there, and that was good!

3 ⭐ are going for the cleanliness of the place. 1 ⭐ for the service, it is very slow compared to other Chipotle. 1⭐ for the serving portions, 1/2 of what other Chipotle gives. We have to request to add little more to meet the usual portions. And they gave only 1/2 of scoop of guac for the full price. 😡

Who's to blame? Should I have not ordered Chipotle 30 minutes before close or should Chipotle serve Chipotle standard food right up until close? I believe both parties are at fault. I got complacent with time. I thought I was going to have more of it. I guess that's how I always feel, that's why I'm usually late to everything. My internal clock needs to start matching up with actual clocks or I'm constantly going to be late to the party. That's clearly where I need to improve, but Chipotle can make some adjustments too. Their burrito bowl didn't taste like their typical burrito bowl. I may have ordered 30 minutes before close, but that's no excuse. If I go to the last showing of a movie, I expect that last showing to be the same as the previous showings. I don't want it to be in black and white or have subtitles if that wasn't the standard for the previous showings. Same goes for burrito bowls at Chipotle. There should be no difference in the quality of the first and last burrito bowl served that day. If there is a difference in quality, there should also be a difference in price. I'm willing to sacrifice the quality of a burrito bowl if it means I don't have to pay as much. It would be awesome if my therapist did that too. If she told me I could schedule an appointment at the beginning of the day and have her undivided attention at full price or I could have the last appointment of the day at half the price with her divided attention...I may choose the second option. That means I could use the money I saved in therapy to buy more burrito bowls. I'd just need to make sure to buy them at the beginning of the day. My therapist doesn't do that though, she offers high quality service 100% of the time. Chipotle may be able to learn a thing or two from her.

Cleanliness not kept up. The condiments area was atrocious. This restaurant is always needing a good sweep. Floors and seating areas dirty.

This was my first visit to this location as I have just recently moved to the area. I ordered a Veggie Bowl and a bag of chips. They were out of white rice and out of grilled veggies. The man cooking chicken climbed onto a ladder and took a drip tray from above the stove and dumped the brown contents onto the sink. Without gloves. And then went back to cooking. The prep surface was filthy. There was so much liquid in the bottom of my bowl, it leaked through the container and through the bag on to my car seat. All together a bad experience which is not like any other I’ve had at any other Chipotle.

Online order, even asking for extra food, the bowl only had a little food in it. This happened 3 times in a row.

This particular Chipotle used to be one of go to places. But as of recently (the last 4 months or so) EVERY time we go there they are out of either chicken or steak. And the restaurant is dirty especially things on the floor.

This is without a doubt the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. And it’s consistently the worse. Chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat but this one continually disappoints. Don’t EVER place an online order unless you’re prepared to have your order wrong. Don’t be surprised to go in for your order and have the most obvious items missing (we’ve had tortillas out on some occasions. How does that happen?) on top of that when I’ve requested support or refunds Chipotle corporate makes it so difficult and almost impossible to do. That being said, if you’re in Morgan hill and looking for a great burrito that never disappojnts, Tacos Ameca off Tennant is amazing.

Staff is very unprofessional. Not honoring online offers. Staff should be re-trained on customer service. Avoid this Chipotle location, other good food chains nearby.

Could not get help from employees. Was standing in the pick up area. Cashier saw me but did engage to offer help. Employees coming in and out of kitchen but no one offered help. They just look down to avoid eye contact. Apparently if the customer doesn't ask for help, I could literally just stand their all day and nobody will offer help. What kind of customer service is this?

Chipotle needs to properly train there employees to roll a freaking burrito 🌯 . Never had a properly rolled burrito. That's the only reason I don't go back.

Im a fan for chipotle and I love supporting locals as I live in Morgan hills and I go 2-3 times a month for dinner after work . Yesterday was horrible experience at this location .went as always @ 8:12 pm and ordered my usual Togo bowl they barley have rice and the guy put less than a full spoon of meat and I asked for mild salsa he said they are out I asked the guy to go check if they have at the online station he ignored my question and he said hot or medium and I repeat my question he ignore it and he said u want different topping I asked for sour cream and they was out I asked also to check he ignored my question again I just give up and ask for guacamole and paid and left . They need really a good manager to run this place , if u are out of stuff u need to have back up and u need to inform ur customer before they order thier food .i wont be going again they dosent derive 19$ for this plate as u see in the pic it’s empty

What happened to this Chipotle?!? The counter is always a mess. Can't even take a photo of the counter because the glass is so dirty. The bathroom is less clean than the local gas station. Chipotle stock price is great. That must be all they care about now. Shame.

Not sure who the manager is but theyre doing a terrible job. 2 people on their lunch with one guy in the kitchen and another serving. Huge line...What are they thinking taking breaks at the busiest hour of the day. Chipotle get your things in order. Won't be coming back. 15 min to get take out.

I came in and immediately mentioned my mobile order. I was assured it would be placed on the shelf when it was finished. 20 minutes after the pickup time I was given on the app, the employee asked for the name again, and then went back to fetch my order. The food had clearly been sitting for most of the time I had been waiting. All of it was lukewarm at best. My queso was not a large like I paid for either. Don’t waste your time with this location. You will be disappointed.

If I could do 0 stars I would. The worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. The staff are rude to their own employees, smirking when one of their own is struggling to make a burrito while the rest just stood around. And then another time they charged me twice with different amounts claiming the first time it only took 9 cents only for me to look at my charges and see that I was charged for bowls each time. And then when I went back an hour later to get my refund they gave so much attitude and kept smirking away and took absolutely no accountability. Untrained and unprofessional. If you really want chipotle I would suggest driving to another location

This place is very stingy with their bowls. I ordered a veggie bowl and I got very little portions of toppings especially the cheese. The guy barely put any and when I asked for more, he still didn’t give much. Your employees should fill up the bowls like they do with their own. If you want a decent bowl, don’t go to this location.
