Staff was very friendly, going above and beyond when we asked for additional service. Everything was fresh, and the restaurant was clean.

Really nice/respectful employees! The quality is great! I have never experienced any problems at this location.

Blake is top G, my sister, mom and I all came to eat here and as three girls we are indecisive but he made it really chill and fun. Definitely the best pizza maker

I just went there today returning from a college tour, and I've gotta say Mod Pizza's workers are extremely positive and nice; The food was on point with my wacky combination, even got the worker to add his own ingredient. I got me a small soft drink and tried the lemonade, very good balance of tart yet not too sweet. I got Olive oil for sauce, just about all beef and chicken meat options, jalapenos, garlic, roasted garlic, red pepper sprinkled on and some more I can't currently remember. I just wish we had this type of stuff closer to Cleveland, pizza hut needs some competition lol.

We ordered through Door Dash. The pizza was great! Love all the toppings and sauces you can choose from. Found the crust to be a bit too thin, but I'll take that over too thick, so I wasn't that unhappy about it. Could have used a bit more cheese. Husband and I chose very different toppings and both loved what we got. Love the pesto finishing sauce!! Service was fast and delivered quickly. Would definitely order again.

If I could give 10 stars I would!! They accidentally forgot my tomato sauce on my pizza, when my husband went back in the manager Eric was so kind about it and remade our whole order. It’s not often you mind managers like that!

Food is always good and I always leave full. Eric and team are very friendly and provide great service. Eric especially takes the effort to remember repeat customers; it's gratifying to be welcomed by name and he already knows what I'm going to order.

First time there. Liked the experience very much. Choosing my own separate ingredients was amazing. The pizza took about 15-20 minutes, and tasted superb. The interior was clean. I definitely recommend this pizza 🍕 house to everyone.

I'm not sure we could say any more good things about MOD Pizza. Thankfully there's not one super close to us because we would probably eat there every day

I had a fantastic experience at Mod Pizza, and I must mention Mike, who truly went above and beyond to make it special. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. Mike's attention to detail and friendly demeanor made the visit memorable. The pizza itself was delicious, with a wide range of fresh toppings to choose from. Erik, who I just found out is the gm at this location is enough reason to come visit. There has been many days I’m not at my best to be greeted by Erik and his staff and get the warmest, friendliness service you can’t pay for these days! Good is fantastic as well. Def has to be one of the best MOD pizza experiences in the world!!!

Hello! Elizebeth Smith here. This pizza is delicious!!!! I come here at least once a week these buddies sure know how to make a great pizza. The employees are kind and amazing they always love to have conversations with me. Blue, cece, and ney are great ladies. This place will always see me there.

Cece made my pizza, she was friendly, attentive and listened completely to what I wanted and made the best pizza ever. Her co worker Chris was really awesome too!! MOD should consider giving both of them a raise!!

Monique made me the best MOD Pizza I've ever had! Perfectly cooked and a perfect blend of the ingredients I asked for. 🤌🏻 I didn't have much interaction with Chris because I had a mobile order but he handled the 9 pm rush perfectly. 10/10 recommend this location!

This is by far my favorite pizza place. Everyone can customize their own pizza and all of the ingredients are so fresh. Add that to the fact that it is cooked to order, it makes for some delicious and amazing food. Also the staff is always so kind and will offer a free drink if you have to wait very long, that is much appreciated. Also the establishment is always clean as well as fun. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 to you guys, keep up the great work!

Blake was great today, Went out to lunch with my mom and sister. Blake greeted us and had to deal with my indecisive with pineapple on my pizza. Blake had a great attitude and very positive. Made our time at mod pizza wonderful. Will be coming back soon

This location has THE BEAT CREW! We were there on a super busy Tuesday evening and received excellent service and super friendly staff with great attitudes. It really made our evening perfect! Great job!

Pretty decent pizza pie. Today is my pizza Friday. And decided to try MOD Pizza again. This experience was way better than the first time i had it. Toppings are good, dough cooked perfect and service was good. Ill try it again very soon. I got a mad dog with onions and mushrooms as well as a cheese garlic bread.

MOD on a Sunday afternoon during Christmas Holiday season. Pizza was delicious. The service was a bit slow but still good and friendly. The place was clean.

Pretty good place pizza was awesome. So close to blaze pizza as far as taste.

People working are usually not clean, or show any sign of personal hygiene. One guy had his crack showing the entire time. They are friendly, though. Service is super slow since all pizzas are custom made. Crust was uneven. One side was thick, the other side was thin, which caused the pizza to be burned on one side. HOWEVER, the ingredients are fresh and the pizza tastes good. That's the only reason why this franchise keeps getting my money.

There was a blonde hair imbedded in the cheese. I’m not a blonde…. Couldn’t eat my pizza after that.

I kept getting passed from worker to worker, which is fine, but nobody seems to know the specials? One person sure... but 3? I have really bad eyesight so it was a bit of an issue for me to read the sign for them. You'd think associates would know their menu, or at least have some sort of cheat sheet nearby to help them out when they forget.

Afraid he get felony charge if he put extra mushroom. Watching the poor guy measure out even the sauce. Crust is nice until bit cooled, its like cardboard. Because grown granddaughters were hungry and they like the basic . Sorry I lived in Italy so even the "oven" isn't turning me on.

Updated review. 5 stars two years ago then about 6 months ago it went down hill. The place is dirty, cross contamination, and slow service. It is amazing how fast it declined.

I can't speak to the service or atmosphere but the pizza itself leaves a lot to be desired. I've been to other mod pizzas and they are always good. So it more an issue with this location..this mod pizza is no good. I'm right now, at home, cooking the pizza I just picked up. It seems like they just set it near the pizza oven and called it a day. Literally the dough is still white and floppy. Pretty crazy.

I ordered mega dough and instead got thin dough that was raw in the middle still. Roasted garlic was so black I almost thought they were olives. My girlfriends pizza was put together sloppily and didn’t have the ingredients she ordered on it. The cinnaslices were also raw and inedible. All in all very disappointed for $40 and am hoping I don’t get sick from undercooked dough 🥴

This MOD location used to be great, but not anymore. The short caucasian lady making the pizza is always rude and gives attitude. We experienced poor service today, and our pizzas were burnt.

My husband ordered me a mini pizza that was supposed to have extra cheese, light red sauce, extra mushroom regular red onions and regular beef. Cooked regular. Very sad to say the pizza was overcooked (almost burnt), no extra cheese, no extra mushrooms and spicy sausage on it. The onions were fine but everything else was terrible! I could only eat a quarter of it!

Worst experience I have ever had at mods. The person making our pizza was very rude. Threw our pizza together very sloppy ,was not putting the correct toppings on it and also was under cooked.He got so mad making our pizza that he threw it in the trash. My 2 year old is allergic to dairy so we order him the dairy free because loves pizza. We were concerned to let him eat it because he was slinging cheeses all over the other topping and into the sauces. We eat at the Baytown location all the time and have never had that type of experience.

This was the dirtiest MOD Pizza I've ever been to. Sloppy and dirty, from the food prep area, to the grimey drink machines and tables. Everything looked like it hadnt been wiped down in a while. If you have gluten sensitivities or allergy, this is NOT a safe place to eat. I ordered a gluten sensitive crust, and the worker never changed gloves from prepping the pizza before mine. The sauce was smeared on with the same ladle as everything else, and the toppings were messy and mixed with others.

Worst M.O.D. Pizza I have ever been to. For starters the pizza was under cooked and the toppings were still cold and you may think it was a simple accident because they were busy but no, we were the only customers at the time just 3 people. Second my mother is gluten sensitive so we figured this would be the best place for her due to the restaurant chain being able to accommodate allergies but no what happened was after our 2 flour based crusts were handled they didn't swap gloves so they grabbed the gluten free option with gluten on their hands and cross contaminated everything, then there were the toppings they had been trown around and everything was mixed with things they shouldn't. Once the pizzas were in the oven they handed us our cups to get drinks and let me tell you everything on that soda machine screamed disease everything was sticky and extremely unclean and not just the soda machine but all the tables as well. There was still peices of food on the tables so once our pizzas were done we left and went to eat in the car once we got on and drove away we started to eat and thats when we realized the pizzas were under cooked and it wasn't like we drove a long distance we just parked at freddys so we could use the restroom. Speaking of restrooms ive seen abandoned porta pottys cleaner than that, its not hard to clean a bathroom don not eat here

Went recently, both bathrooms were filthy and smelt horrible, the rings on the toilet seat you could tell hadn’t been cleaned in a long while. Only the hot water was working for the sink and it was hot enough that it burnt, my kid couldn’t wash his hands. Overall cleanliness was just not there, I’m normally a fan of MOD and this location but it’s going down.

Waited 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me and my family waiting to order pizza. The four workers did everything in their power to not acknowledge us. Never greeted us, or ask us to hold they would be right with us. So disappointed in the interaction with them, this evening.

I love MOD pizza but I can’t come back here. Ate here last night and the more I saw, the more I expected to be sick. Every table in the store was visibly dirty. We wiped off the cleanest one with a napkin. Two white rags in the floor in the middle of the dining room. As the only employee actually making pizzas was making our food, another girl started dumping buckets of toppings from the other station into the buckets he was working from. That’s cross contamination. And she wasn’t wearing gloves. Probably the most unsanitary restaurant I’ve ever seen.

The management at the Valley Ranch store is terrible. We went in around 1:00 pm on Sunday, 3/17 and the line was out the door. They had plenty of people there but the manager kept pulling people off the pizza line to do stupid stuff like take the trash out that wasn't even full. As the line went out the door, the service slowed and people started leaving. It took 45 min from the first step in the door to the time we ordered our pizzas. The service is usually better but the crew is only as good as their leadership and on this day, it sucked. 0 stars

So with no one behind me and a simple request if just a mini with cheese and pep I've been told to wait because he was busy but yet I'm the only one in the line and at the register. Quite confused on what this location considers to be busy. I guess you need a degree or some sort of training to make these pizzas or to be able to help the only person in line. If it wouldnt take more time to go somewhere else I would have left so save yourself the time and go elsewhere I highly suggest it. Plenty of places out there that actually see a customer waiting and helps them. But not this place

Those little girls working in there completely ignored me when I picked up my order. No hello or have a nice day. They need to be fired so someone who actually needs a job in this messed up economy and deserves it will take it. Basic customer service thrown out the window.
