I just ordered a spicy Italian footlong at 2:45pm. The food and service were both great. It was raining outside and the woman who made the food was very nice when I explained to her I was waiting inside for the cab. I asked her to write down her name on a piece of paper to do this review, although the paper was ruined due to rain. Thank you and I will definitely visit again in the future.

I’ve been coming to this subway since I’ve started college and this one worker Gipa is so sweet and nice. She is so patient when taking orders and she makes it to perfection. I literally love her she makes me day and doesn’t fail to make me laugh. #Raiseneeded

Everytime i go into this location i am hoping that it will change last time i went menu was labeled for 1 price and of course again i ended up paying 12dollars for a 5 dollar meal fix advertising and rating will go up.

So since 9/22/2025 I was in the automatic chat and all that I received it the issue was solved but still haven’t received the credit. Can I please get a real answer soon by an human being. I think it’s time for subway address this issue and even that I didn’t pick up or the employee didn’t complete my first purchase I left with one sandwich I paid in the store and I still received an email said I picked up the sandwich after an hour I left the restaurant so please don’t make me paid two time for one sandwich. Terrible service

I placed an order through the Subway app and had an issue with the delivery. When I called the store about my order, it took four phone calls before anyone answered. The employee told me the order was delivered through DoorDash but said they somehow didn’t have any information about the dasher. In the past, I’ve been given the driver’s number, and I’ve seen drivers call customers directly through the system. However, in this case there was no attempt to contact me and the order was marked as delivered without being properly dropped off.

Pay no attention to customers and is rude. Do not recommend coming to this subway!

GO ELSEWHERE---Worst Food Ever!!! Stale Bread, definitely not fresh even when I asked if it was. Dry going down, did not feel like complaining but have the opportunity to express here that this place sucks, no personality in the server, asked to wash my hands, he said you could use the soap dispenser but not the sink? How the f#$& am I going to wash the soap off? He said it is sanitizer and soap together so you don't have to wash it off... really? Didn't give a napkin until I asked him for one and there was no other employee in the place

The worst! Not only did they not understand when I gave them only 3 numbers that were the order numbers of my Postmates pick up of which they only had one pick up order BUT I DID NOT CHECK OR TOASTED FOR AN ITALIAN FOOTLONG! Ewwww! Warm cold cuts in my mind taste rancid! I had to throw away most of it! All the details are right there to re-read! I never order from Subway for the very reason that cold cuts can be questionable! Horrible! Don’t use this one! They obviously have no understanding of sandwhich making, cold cuts or even understand what they are reading!

Never went to subway before because I knew that it's not a good place or deli to get food at but it was the only place near my new job, so I want it to give a try cause i was freaking hungry, it was the worst choice I ever made everything in there its expired and their ham, turkey and chicken smells really bad, nothing is fresh in there. I wasn't going to eat their sandwiches of course but in top of everything I wanted to take a look, so I opened and it had hair all over the sandwiches!!! Not going back there ever not even another subway deli.

Ordered from this location using grub hub, they delivered part of the order wrong (completely wrong sub). When I called to get it fixed they told me I could come pick it up. I stated I ordered delivery because I have two newborns at home, they said they would deliver it and never did. When I called after waiting 50 minutes the fax machine kept picking up even though they were open.

Horrible place . 7 dollars for half a hero 2 slice of meat inside stale lettuce 1 tomato. Go to Anthony's Deli In Mamaroneck NY . Then you will see the difference. This place is Horrible

Arrive at the subway by 8:40 and waited the staff waited until 9 then approached the door by saying they were closed even though the door say they close at 9:30pm. They should change the door if they close at 8:30pm.

You know Subway pays alot of money to have Celebrities do their commercials but they need to put money into their products. The bread is terrible always hard and stale. The cold cuts are of lowest quality and the quantity they put on a sandwich is so little yet they charge enough money. Also no Subways around my area in Westchester accept the promotions. I won't be going back to this Subway or any other Subway I'm done
