I’ve been going to this Red Mango ever since they opened up. I have tried froyo from many different places but this place has the best froyo hands down. Long with with their açaí bowls and refreshing smoothies. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. They always go above and beyond to please their customers. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I love the New Rochelle location! I went last week the Hispanic lady was so kind to my autistic nephew who was misbehaving and she is understanding.

Literally the best Red Mango I’ve been to (huge deal since I’m a red mango enthusiast)! The staff was extremely welcoming and knowledgeable about all the items on their menu. I would recommend trying their açaí bowls and juice- they’re delicious and will give you that healthy kickstart to the new year! On a side note, this establishment is taking all covid-19 precautions by enforcing masks and cleaning/sanitizing all areas frequently. I felt very comfortable ordering here. Will be back soon! 5/5

I come here every other week or at least I try to and every single time I come the customer service is great it is clean and all the toppings and fro yo are there. I have been to other fro-yo stores and then only have half the flavors. I always like to get the coconut flavor when I get my froyo and no other froyo store has better froyo and better customer service.

I love coming to this Red Mango. I go there nearly every day. The customer service is amazing. What's great is how they can customize your order. The employees are courteous and smile every time I walk through the door. There's an older lady who works there around 5 or 6 PM with an accent. She is always so friendly. It was good fro yo, it just had some interesting flavors, and none of the classics. Only about 10 flavors overall. Still delicious. Mango and pomegranate were very good. Don't get plain tart, it is good, it's just fruity.

Initially I had one bad experience at Med Mango. Since then, my opinion has changed and I have had nothing but excellent experiences and great service and healthy food their.

The products are good and reasonably priced unfortunately every time I go there they are never opened the time they’re say they’re opened. They’re sign even says open but when I try to enter the door is locked staff saying they seem ready to open yet.

Walked in with four other people. By the time we ordered the second smoothie, the attitude behind the counter was so bad we decided not to order anymore. What we did order wasn't made properly, or mixed thoroughly enough. Separated into powder and liquid layers. If you don't want to make smoothies why do you work at red mango.

Service has gone down recently. Saw some teens putting their mouths on the dispensaries. Place overall is not sanitary anymore.

I don't recommend this place! I believe they have their customers they cater to and everyone else will be a victim to bad customer service. It goes by weight which took all of 5 minutes to get a response!

This place is disgusting. There is yogurt on the floor under the machines because the overflow trays designed to catch spillage are filled to the brim. No one cleans in this place apparently. Staff is beyond rude, witnessed an argument between a customer and cashier.

Been coming here for years but not anymore. I was asked after I ordered what's in that by the employee. I mean why don't you know what goes in certain smoothies. It's not the first time I've been asked that question here but this will be theast time.

I wish I could leave a true rating but they decided to close the doors BEFORE the actual posted closing time. Factor in your time to clean machines AFTER your closing time. Waste of time/gas traveling here. smh.

The website says they close at 12am. We arrived at 11:30pm and the lady working was already closing and had locked the doors. I wished they would stay true to the hours they post.

This place isn't open until midnight. I'm here at 9:46 p.m., they are emptying out the machines and when I asked if they are open I was greeted with a "what do you want?"

Terrible customer service walked in and they didn’t even acknowledge me and or the people I walked in with then all machine was down and non of them was on for use and the workers was walking around acting like they didn’t even have customers, I would not recommend this place to no one, they definitely lost a customer out of me for life.

This place is horrible. Half the machines never work and they have no air conditioning at 100 degree weather. Do not waste your time driving to this place, save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.

I was so disappointed when I walked into this location. The toppings area was filthy, what little of it there was left, no one at the counter even though there were three people in the stockroom audibly arguing about something. No one came out to attend us until my husband rung the bell. We took our frozen yogurt and decided to eat it in the car. I have never experienced this at the Larchmont location, no matter what time of the day it is. I truly love Red Mango however thus location leaves much to be desired.

Older Spanish lady that works there in the night is the worst customer care employee I’ve ever had to deal with. She saw my boyfriend and I struggling to get the machine to work and just ignored us until I asked her for help. She kept looking on me like I was crazy for asking her to help me… lady isn’t this your job? She was so miserable. SMH. The frozen yogurt that I tasted was really good, it’s unfortunate I ended up having to leave without anything because the machine wasn’t working.

The Customer service is not warm and welcoming especially for a place that sells food it seems as though the server Susan has a major attitude and that is bad for business especially serving food . This is not my first time but will be my last I will travel to New Jersey where I’m greeted when I come in the door and the customer service is exceptional. Not friendly staff! Ordered two acai bowls and they looked like soup honestly plus the presentation of the fruit was horrible. Charged me extra for no reason and when I asked for a refund the employee didn't want to give me my money back. Honestly never going back. They just lost a client that's been coming for years, even before the pandemic.

Someone NEEDS to address this situation immediately! Not only is this an upscale area so the type of way you run your business matters! The Hispanic lady (manager) is very rude, dismissive and has a very bad attitude! She looks at people very nasty. She treats her workers very poorly! This has to be put to bed. I am so upset, I wish I can give 0 stars. Yesterday I took my 3 year old daughter here to get some frozen yogurt and as we were eating I found a hair in her cup and she was half way done. So disgusting and unsanitary. Then later on that night me and her became really sick. Stomach was in knots. Red mango was the last thing we ate and we both got sick. Somethings wrong. Idk if it’s cross contamination or their not cleaning the machines properly but I’m going to the doctor today to see what’s really wrong. I will never come here again and I bet they’re others that have gotten sick. Very unsanitary!

I hadn't been there since last summer so I decided to drop by today. I used to come here often after baseball games with my son and his friends and the first stop was always a bathroom to wash our hands. Today the bathroom was closed oh, and there was no hand sanitizer. The bathroom door was dirty, the floor in the store was dirty, the counter where the fruit was was full of fruit and the floor in front of it was extra dirty, the door of the ice machine behind the counter look dirty, and the guy tells me that the owner is the same so I said it must be management and I told him if you're losing business it's because the state of this place I've never seen it like this and it doesn't make me want to come back

Would rate this a Five star but female who works the afternoon shift, always has a stank face on with no mask and refuses to service customer. She told us “ Red mango is closed for smoothing 2 hours before closing “.

I just went to Red Mango for the first time and got their original frozen yogurt. When I tasted it was sour and did not taste anything like what it’s supposed to taste like. I asked the woman working and she instantly got defensive saying it’s how it’s supposed to taste and it was just made that day. Horrible customer service and very limited options.

I just left your site in New Rochelle, ny. The worker that you have working there is rude and she rushes everyone. I was the only one in the store with my young daughter. My daughter was picking out her froyo and toppings and I asked for a brochure for the week juicing menu. And she said look on the menu on the wall. I said that the wall menu doesn't tell you what is in the juicing detox menu. So I then ask her can she tell me. She said no. She couldn't help me. . She seemed very rushed and preoccupied by the empty store.. as I stated there wasn't anyone in the store. very upsetting as I was willing to place an order for a weeks worth of juicing.

Used to be that favorite yogurt shop in all of Westchester. Staffs used to welcome customers with smile and grace. It was a pleasure to order from here 3-4 times every week after work. Recent staffing just made it so worse, a lady, in particular. We have stopped coming here at all. She is not interested generally and have a very bad attitude to all the customers. She make poor tasting juices and smoothies. We often stop by outside just to check to see who is serving, if it's the new staff we drive away. Very sad to see this happening to our favorite yogurt shop. Please do something!

Honestly disgust is what I felt when arriving to this location, and no froyo place has ever let me down this bad before. I gave one star because I couldn’t give zero or negative. The one employee working had a really bad attitude and no regard for cleanliness especially when dealing with food. I had to turn down the discolored fruit that must have been sitting there for more than 10 hours if not days. The utensils for serving toppings were not properly cleaned and were just sitting in dirty water that also must’ve been there all day. The worker put the spoon right back there after using it and would continuously use it again. When we walked in it looked closed because the employee was hiding in a corner on her phone where we couldn’t see her. When we walked in she was clearly annoyed she had to get off the phone. Tldr; everything was kinda gross and I really didn’t want to eat my froyo upon this service and visit. I will never be returning to this Red Mango. It would be good to maybe hire better workers and train them properly. Food needs to be clean and handled properly, and this experience was not clean or tasteful at all. Believe the bad reviews, idk how they have 4.1 stars :(

We went in at 10:30pm and the girl working told us that the store was basically closed (no toppings, fro yo machines off, seating closed). She told us that if we want fro yo, we have to come before 10pm, AN HOUR BEFORE THE STORE CLOSES. The service was inhospitable, rude, and simply unacceptable. She said she only gets paid until 11 so she starts cleaning up at 10 HUH?!?!?! NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN UNTIL SHE’S FIRED. We called this location to ask what time they close. The worker told us they close at 11 pm, and it says they close at 11 online as well. We arrived here at 10:15 pm, the doors were locked and the worker waved us off saying they were closed. It is unacceptable to close the store early just because you want to clean and leave work earlier. There were other costumers trying to go in, but the workers also told them they were closed. I went to this location last night at 705pm the woman that works there was so nasty rude and had no respect at all. This is horrible service . I asked for a bag she ignored us and away I asked again she sucked her teeth and just flung a bag on the counter . Clearly She was annoyed that I asked for a bag . I've visited this location a few times and I feel it's time to write a review because it happens too frequently and never gets addressed. They give bowls half empty. The toppings bar is always a mess and doesn't appear to be sanitary at all. There is always a foul, humid, musty smell- especially on warm/hot days. The wait time is absurd. They mismanage cash/transactions by wearing gloves and continue using the gloves to prepare food.

This place is very clean and I cone get the account bowl almost every day but the one guy who works there his name is Kumar is very nasty to customers and he overcharges you and argue with the customers. I will not be going there if he is working. He tried to charge me twice on my debit card when I showed him that the amount came out my account he kept saying that it was declined I showed him online banking that the amount came off. This huy chased and harassed me outside to my vehicle my husband had to something to him. Please get rid of him before you loose money. He's bad business.

Horrible experience I’m an ice cream lover so I love trying new spots but this place was the worst idea. This was first time at red mango and honestly the last one. when I got there all the machines were down. very limited selection of ice cream. only three flavors at the time which none of them were classic or regular basic flavors. Since none of those flavors I liked. I tried the original thinking that is basic vanilla or something like that. Just for me to find out that that is not. It’s a horrible sour flavor. Horrible, horrible. the toppings selection was very limited too. the cashier was lovely but nope.

I really hate to write negative reviews. But someone from this establishment needs to know that the woman that works in this location is very rude. The last time that I came here, she was just generally unpleasant to deal with and wasn't really interested in helping us out. I chalked it up to maybe her having a bad day. Tonight, I arrived at 11:20 pm and the door was locked. First, she just stared at me from the kitchen area like I was crazy. Then she started yelling "closed, closed" at me. However, your Google listing says you're open until 12:00am. And the store is brightly lit with the neon "open" sign on out front. Judging by other Google reviews, this employee is problematic and perhaps needs some training in the customer service department.

I always loved coming here up until a few weeks ago. Recently i’ve been coming with a friend and we’ve both been denied a service every single time we go, not to mention the HORRIBLE customer service. We both work late so we come about 30-40 minutes before they close and we still get denied a juice or bowl, because she claims the machines have already been cleaned. So i’m assuming she cleans the machines an hour or even MORE before the store closes. The one time i was actually able to get a juice, she made it incorrectly and i wasn’t able to drink it, not to mention she never asked me how much i wanted. all it tasted like was cayenne pepper and didn’t taste anything like the actual drink, so that was a waste of money. i always look forward to getting a good drink that i can never get. there was one really really nice lady who had already cleaned the machine and continued to make the drink to keep the customer happy and actually asked me how much cayenne i want. that’s customer service and that’s how you keep customers. but this other lady? she needs to go. she has attitude with me, but as soon as other customers come in she was so nice and sweet with them, telling them to “have a good a great night sweetheart” but i got treated in the most opposite way
