I scoffed when I read the sign “best fried chicken in NYC” but after tasting the OG fried chicken sandwich, I realized it just may be! It is so delicious and it has flavor !!! Bonus the workers are extremely helpful and nice ! So glad I found bob’s!!! 😁😁

Jose was amazing! He had such a great attitude — always smiling, friendly, and interacting with everyone. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing, which is so impressive for only his second day on the job. I really appreciate him and will definitely be coming back just for him! The food at Bob White is also so good — everything was fresh, hot, and came out super fast. I got my food within 5–6 minutes, which I really appreciated. Love this place, love the vibe, and definitely love Bob White!

Chicken caesar wrap with buffalo chicken OR chicken caesar wrap with spicy sauce (I get the former typically, but I don’t know… I like to switch it up) has me in an absolute chokehold for lunch. Whether it’s going in to eat, or ordering it for lunch, the food is always amazing. I love that they fry everything in tallow. The workers are really kind.

Y’all this wrap was FIREEEEE!!! I got the buffalo chicken caesar wrap y’all that ish was so refreshing yet the chicken stayed so crunchy I was actually impressed. The buffalo and the caesar dressing flavors worked perfectly and the wrap was a pretty decent size. I also got the raspberry tea which on first sip felt a little watered down with not as much flavor as I’d hoped, but the more I ate the wrap the more the drink tasted so delicious.

I initially tried the famous Bobwhite Counter chicken Caesar wrap at a food festival and it was pretty good but I never went to the actual restaurant until now. Me and a friend decided to pull up and it did not disappoint. Atmosphere is small with a limited amount of seating. Plus they have a kiosk where you can digitally order your food. If you ask me, this is a better version of Chick-fil-A. They specialize in chicken but have a variety of flavors and options to choose from. I wasn’t too hungry so I ordered the famous chicken Caesar wrap with a lemonade. The Caesar wrap was nice and warm. With the perfect amount of dressing. That chicken was fresh, crispy, and juicy. I enjoyed this Caesar wrap. Also, it wasn’t too heavy. The lemonade was sweet and refreshing. Can’t complain. I ordered through the kiosk, but service is good here. My food didn’t take too long. Honestly they may see me again in the near future… I came back a couple days after. I got the truffle chicken sandwich, Mac & cheese, and lemonade. I love the simplicity of the menu I feel like I could come in here and order anything and be satisfied. I brought a friend from out of town here and they got the same items as me. They enjoyed it too. I forgot his name but shout out to the guy with the dreads who works here. He helped me decide to get the Mac & cheese which was really good.

Bobwhite food was amazing. Food was super fresh, yummy and satisfying. I order the jalapeño guy burger with fries. spicy was perfect! The service was superb. My pictures are not the best as I already had taken a bite but believe me the best!

Always stellar. Consistently delivers a delicious value chicken caesar wrap. Service is quick and friendly. Guy in front of us forgot his fries and the staff literally chased him down on the street to give them to him. That's just how they do it at Bobwhite

Very good fried chicken. Open late (bless)! Split a box of tenders and fries with my friend for dinner. Bob white sauce is pretty good, maybe a sweeter version of chick fil a sauce. I think these tenders would be better with a BBQ. Overall very great fried chicken. VERY GOOD fries!!!! Biscuit was nice — and not too dry. Apparently the Caesar wrap is yummy too, I believe it.

This location is great! Chicken tenders are sooo good! Well seasoned are real white meat! The Mac and Cheese is sooo cheesy! Gilbert always takes my order and I got a Chocolate Chip cookie… Love this Bobwhite location and their employees!

Stopped in to get something quick, after leaving a bar. I got a Buffalo chicken wrap. It was good, but not great. The Nashville chicken sandwich my wife had looked better, and it definitely had more flavor. Prices are great here though. Service is quick and you order at the counter then sit and wait on your order. Be prepared to take your food to go as the sitting area is very small.

No thrills made to order EPIC fried chicken. Buffalo chicken sandwich was perfectly cooked and sauced. I added avocado and skipped the ranch sauce. French fries were a bit soggy but a very large portion. Wraps also very good. You order at the counter on a screen. Limited indoor seating and some covered outdoor seating. Perfect to sit outside when it’s nice out!

Time out says that it is a #1 place for fried chicken in NYC. Well, they are wrong. The chicken isn't bad but it's not the best and I know a good fried chicken when I have it. The seasoning is there but my thing is not juicy enough and at times it's dry. Plus they only have tenders - I want a bigger variety. Buffalo chicken wrap is very nice - it's a bit spicy, it is juicy and saucy. I would get it again for sure. The sauces are very nice. Fries are a bit soggy but they look and taste homemade. Biscuits are very good - I enjoyed them. I must add that the sweet iced tea is also delightful - not overly sweet but still feels sugary.

the buffalo chicken sandwich was very tender, with a simple buffalo sauce that felt like it needed a bit more tanginess, or maybe less ranch. The side of baked mac & cheese was excellent—creamy, rich, and with some bits of the layer of gratinated cheese. Chocolate chip cookies where decent with a rich, buttery flavor.

I've been coming for years and yes the quality has dropped over time but it's still a solid choice to get good fried chicken. Probably my big complaint is the breading has become less crunchy over time. Its still delicious but I miss the old breading.

Ate there a couple times and it is a better KFC. juicier chicken. Better mac & cheese; looks average but it’s good. Biscuit ain’t much better honestly but I still enjoy it. I would def come again just missing the slightest things to make it a 5 star experience. Very good though. FINAL VERDICT:// would come again.

No gluten free options, smelled amazing looked amazing but literally only had salad to offer but that had croutons. Affordable prices. My friends said “Popeyes and canes is like low quality fried chicken. This is higher quality fried chicken.

I heard about this spot from employees at Origins NYC. They always order great food so I figured I would try it out. They have no indoor seating but seating for 8 people out front. The menu is simple. They have sauces that you have to pay .50 cents extra for. They are most known for their chicken sandwich. I ordered Spicy chicken sandwich, lemonade and Mac and cheese. The chicken sandwich would have been amazing if it was fresh off the fryer. I bought and ate within 5 mins and the sandwich was completely at room temperature

Used to be the best. Unfortunately since they sold out and have clearly made cutbacks they have drastically reduced the menu both in quantity and quality. They've stopped doing the proper spicy chicken sandwich and the proper bone in fried chicken. Now it's literally just bland tenders for boring white transplants. A shadow of its former self.

Used to be my absolute favorite fried chicken spot in the city. Insane to think they would take their #1 item off the menu and stop selling bone in chicken. I genuinely couldn’t believe it. I’m sad to say the food quality has definitely dropped over the years as well, seemingly just to maximize profit. They sold out, simple as that. Hopefully they go back to their roots and bring back real chicken one day. Until then, take your money elsewhere.
