They do the best salads here. This location is even better than the Park Avenue location which is also good. All ingredients are extremely fresh. This lunch is very good for you and after finishing it, you feel really full. Customer service is top notch. They literally do not overdress the salad and are very attentive to how much you want. The business was started by two registered dietitians. Complete nutritional information is provided. I went down four notches on my belt eating lunch here. Highly recommended!

Chris at Just Salad Lexington is a star. He is courteous, respectful, kind and customer service oriented. He has worked for 12 years at this location and is friendly and caring as if it were his first day. He welcomed me even though I put my Citibike just inside the door. He asked what I wanted, was very generous with his servings and cared about his job, the food and the customers. I can't say enough good things about Chris. He should get a raise and a promotion!

Had an amazing salad here! Daniela, the manager, was so friendly and patient—she even let me sample a few dressings before deciding. She explained how everything worked and told me about their smoothie happy hour, so I grabbed one to go for the kids. Salad was super fresh, filling, and worth the Midtown price. Stopped by the location on 56th and Lexington and Michael was a big help with me choosing a salad. He was very polite and the store was clean. I had to update. My salad was so good. Michael recommended the Buffalo chicken and I did some add on. It was delicious and just enough dressing. I hate when my salad in soaked with dressing.

Love this place! So close to my job. Staff is great. Food is great as well. I love that they sell the reusable salad bowls for only $1!! So worth it. For food: The California and the Southwest salad are great, and I loveeee their avocado and hummus toasts. Delicious.

The menu offers a wide range of nutritious options, the food is tasty and reasonably priced, and the service is always quick and efficient. On many of my visits, I’ve had the pleasure of being helped by Daniella. She is attentive, friendly, and always greets customers with a warm smile. What really stands out is how well she remembers her regulars—she knows my name and my usual order without needing to ask. That kind of personal touch makes a big difference. Daniella is a great example of excellent customer service, and Just Salad is lucky to have her on the team.

was good on monday, good on Wednesday, got immediate explosive diarrhea on friday. Place is triple cross contaminated within a week of being open. wash yo hands kids.

Just one bit of feedback in terms of reading customized orders: please remember to add the protein that the bowl originally came with, together with the added protein. I always add a portion of braised chicken on top of the baked chicken that's already included with the bowl, but for three orders in a row now when I get home I find out that only the braised chicken is added to my bowl while I paid for double protein portions. I understand lunch rush hours can be hectic for the staff to manage, but please try to be more careful and not miss ingredients that's supposed to be there in the bowl!

The staff is deeply disrespectful and does a poor job. They don’t care enough to assemble the order properly and are too preoccupied bad mouthing earlier customers to cater to those in line. Avoid this location at all costs.

So I ordered the edemame cruch (spicy tofu crunch) to take out. I got home and started to eat it when I noticed a weird flavor, idk if it’s more the one ingredient wasted but the mushrooms are and you can really notice. So guys, please get fresh ingredients. It’s not worthy for me going back and ask for another meal or getting my money back.
